万双网讯  2024年1月19日，万科双语学校“迈出第一步”职业论坛在学校剧场召开。杨帆校长、6-8年级全体学生和部分老师参加了论坛。

VBS Net News  On January 19, 2024, Vanke Bilingual School’s “Take the First Step” Career Forum was held in the school theater. Principal Yang Fan, all students in grades 6-8 and some teachers attended the forum.

本学期职业体验日，一共有86位同学参与。他们到真实的职业情境中去了解和体验自己感兴趣的职业，迈出了第一步。1月19日，3位同学来到现场，分享他们的职业体验、感受和理想。

A total of 86 students participated in the professional experience day this semester. They took the first step to understand and experience the careers they are interested in in real career situations. On January 19, three students came to the scene to share their career experiences, feelings and ideals.

6V班王晨瑞和6I班王辰铭参与的职业体验岗位是校长小助理，他们分别做了主题“快乐的体验日”和“校长真伟大”的分享。他们通过近距离的观察，与杨校长深入沟通，感受到了校长工作内容的繁杂和不易，体会到校长的敬业，同时更加坚定自己的梦想，明确了努力的方向。

Wang Chenrui from Class 6V and Wang Chenming from Class 6I participated in the professional experience position of assistant to the principal. They shared the themes of "Happy Experience Day" and "The Principal is Really Great" respectively. Through close observation and in-depth communication with Principal Yang, they felt the complexity and difficulty of the principal's work and appreciated the dedication of the principal. At the same time, they became more determined in their dreams and clarified the direction of their efforts.

6I班简易同学分享的主题是“会展的过去和未来”。他通过与会展设计师面对面的交流，感受到会展设计工作的艰辛，同时更加明晰了自己的职业梦想。

The theme shared by Class 6I classmate Jian Yi is "The Past and Future of Exhibitions". Through face-to-face communication with exhibition designers, he felt the hardships of exhibition design work, and at the same time, he became clearer about his career dreams.

接下来，主持人和嘉宾进行了圆桌会议。大家畅谈自己的理想职业、未来梦想和对职业论坛的建议，现场的同学也进行了热烈的互动。

Next, the host and guests conducted a round table discussion. Everyone talked freely about their ideal careers, future dreams and suggestions for the career forum, and the students present also had a lively interaction.

杨帆校长现场回应了同学们的建议，分享了学校人生规划课程中职业和生涯教育内容的重要性，表示学校将进一步提升职业生涯探索活动。包括：活动前进行调研；进一步加强与家长以及外部企业和社会的合作，丰富职业教育的内容，扩大学生的实习机会。希望同学们结合自身兴趣和对职业的初步认识，学会规划人生，不断思考和寻找自己的未来规划，制定每个学期的小目标，为最终的大目标不断努力。

Principal Yang Fan responded to the students’suggestions on the spot, shared the importance of career and career education content in the school’s life planning courses, and said that the school will further enhance career exploration activities. Including: conducting research before the event; further strengthening cooperation with parents and external enterprises and society, enriching the content of vocational education, and expanding students' internship opportunities. She hopes that students will learn to plan their lives based on their own interests and preliminary understanding of their careers, constantly think about and find their own future plans, set small goals for each semester, and continue to work hard for the final big goal.
