【人生规划】职业体验日纪实:VBS学子探索职场,激发生涯规划动力

万双网讯  为了帮助学生树立生涯规划意识,引导学生进一步认识自我和规划职业激发自我成长动力,继职业博览会后,12月2日,万科双语学校开展了六至九年级“职业体验日”活动。


VBS Net News  In order to help students establish awareness of career planning, guide students to further understand themselves and plan their careers, and stimulate self-growth motivation, following the career expo, Vanke Bilingual School launched a "Career Experience Day" activity for grades six to nine on December 2.

 

本次体验日活动涉及的职业多样,涵盖了校长小助理、观鸟、设计师、公共安全、国际贸易、内容策划、物业管理、室内音乐会幕后工作(演出控场、主持人、舞台助理、调音师助理、灯光师助理、导播助理、摄像助理、烟雾师)等工种。同学们根据前期对有关职业的了解,自主选择感兴趣的项目进行职业体验。


This experience day activity involves a variety of occupations, covering principal assistant, bird watching, designer, public safety, international trade, content planning, property management, indoor concert behind-the-scenes work (performance venue control, host, stage assistant, sound engineer assistant, lighting engineer assistant, director assistant, camera assistant, smoke engineer) and other job types. Based on their previous understanding of relevant professions, students can independently choose projects of interest for career experience.

 

体验职业:室内音乐会幕后工作

Experience a Career: Working Behind the Scenes of a Chamber Concert


刘文伶老师带领学生体验室内音乐会幕后工作,学生们深入了解了音乐会的筹备和执行过程。活动中,学生们不仅亲身参与了音乐会的各个环节,还通过实践,了解了各个岗位的工作内容和要求。他们在体验中学习,增长了知识,也锻炼了自己的团队协作能力和沟通能力


Teacher Liu Wenling led the students to experience the behind-the-scenes work of the indoor concert, and the students had an in-depth understanding of the preparation and execution process of the concert. During the activity, the students not only participated in all aspects of the concert, but also learned about the work content and requirements of each position through practice. They learned through the experience, increased their knowledge, and also exercised their teamwork and communication skills.

体验职业:校长小助理

Experience career: Assistant to the principal


魏璐瑶老师带领同学们当了一天校长小助理。当天是学校开放日,杨校长为家长们做了“让孩子站在未来中央”专题讲座。13位小助理认真聆听讲座,多次和校长进行互动,并组队带领家长参观校园,全程为家长提供学校相关信息。他们非常耐心细致,直到午饭时间也不喊累,赢得了家长们的称赞和感谢。


Teacher Wei Luyao led the students to serve as the principal’s assistant for a day. That day was the school's open day, and Principal Yang gave a special lecture on "Letting Children Stand at the Center of the Future" for parents. The 13 assistants listened carefully to the lectures, interacted with the principal many times, and teamed up to lead parents to visit the campus, providing parents with school-related information throughout the process. They were very patient and meticulous, and did not complain until lunch time, which won praise and thanks from parents.

Experience Career: Content Planning


朱欣怡老师和杨艺娟书记带领学生们来到艾汐传媒体验内容策划。同学们认真学习各种虚拟世界中的知识和与其相关所需的内容策划能力,在探索未知领域的过程中获得了启发和乐趣,看到了一个全新的世界。同学们还“全副武装”戴上虚拟场景中需要的装备,体验了前所未有的自己操控虚拟人物的快乐。


Teacher Zhu Xinyi and Secretary Yang Yijuan led the students to Aixi Media to experience content planning. The students carefully studied the knowledge in various virtual worlds and the content planning abilities related to them. They gained inspiration and fun in the process of exploring unknown areas and saw a brand new world. 体验职业:安全教育

Experience Career: Safety Education


余丹老师带领学生来到安全教育体验馆,工作人员先带领同学们进入了防灾减灾体验馆,体验了“地震小屋”“超级龙卷风”“城市内涝自救与互助”“山体滑坡”“台风来了”等项目,让同学们了解自然灾害的形成,学习突发事故时的自救知识。接着同学们进入交通、消防、居家、公共、建筑、应急救援等场馆,沉浸式体验将安全知识科普教育和现代电子科技手段相互关联、有效融合,掌握了更多安全知识及相关技能。场馆的工作人员还进行了有奖问答,同学们积极参与,收获了丰富的小礼品。

The staff at the venue also conducted a quiz with prizes. The students actively participated and received a variety of small gifts.

体验职业:物业管理

Experience career: Property Management


赵雪老师带领学生来到龙光玖悦台小区体验物业管理工作。管理人员带领学生参观了物业整体的工作环境,向同学们介绍了整个小区的规划和建筑分布情况,以及物业管理的具体工作内容,即:“四保一服”。主要是指:保安、保洁、保绿、保修、客服中心。同学们现场学习了很多关于物管工作的问题,解开了心头的困惑。


Teacher Zhao Xue led the students to Longguang Jiuyuetai Community to experience property management work. The management staff led the students to visit the overall working environment of the property, and introduced the planning and building distribution of the entire community to the students, as well as the specific work content of property management, namely: "Four guarantees and one service". 体验职业:西班牙语国际贸易

Experience Careers: International Trade in Spanish


戴黎琪老师带领学生来到木德实业(深圳)有限公司体验了西班牙语国际贸易工作。职业分享官沈婉敏分享了公司主营产品和业务,即LED 显示屏生产及销售,主要面向的是国际市场,并带领学生们参观了工厂。她告诉同学们,中文和英文的市场竞争太大,西班牙语相对竞争小且客户群体较大,建议同学们在职业选择和规划时要考虑到时代发展的趋势、竞争力大小及自身的兴趣爱好


Teacher Dai Liqi led the students to Mude Industrial (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. to experience Spanish-speaking international trade work. Career sharing officer Shen Wanmin shared the company's main products and business, namely the production and sales of LED display screens, which are mainly targeted at the international market, and led the students to visit the factory. She told the students that the market competition in Chinese and English markets is too great, while Spanish has less competition and a larger customer base. She suggested that students should take into account the development trends of the times, competitiveness and their own interests and hobbies when making career choices and planning.

王光辉老师带领学生们来到深圳市海策企业形象管理机构体验了设计师的一天。在设计工程部,学生们有机会近距离观察和触摸各种工程材料,如磁砖、地毯、灯箱和展品等,并在会议室聆听了周丹经理的精彩演讲,主题是“会展对社会经济发展的贡献”。她的演讲引发了学生对会展行业的思考和探索。最后,学生们向海策献上了自制的“感谢卡”,表达感激之情。

郑佳佳老师带领学生们来到红树林生态公园体验保育工作。在红树林基金会志愿者的介绍下,学生在科学展馆里了解了什么是红树林,以及红树林里有哪些动物和植物。同时志愿者给孩子们分发了《自然教育径导赏手册》,了解保育工作者的日常和探索园内的生态环境。学生们一路上看到了多种鸟类和各种神奇的植物,同时也成功地完成了工作任务,拿到了最终的密码,打开了宝箱。

体验职业:财务

Experience career: Finance


郑佳佳老师带领同学来到万科双语学校人力财务中心体验财务岗位。财务总监杨文洁向学生介绍了学校财务管理制度,财务管理中资金使用的常规流程与红线要求;如何识别增值税发票,如何检查发票是否真实、发票信息是否正确,付款单据附件的核查要求等。


Teacher Zheng Jiajia led her students to the Human Finance Center of Vanke Bilingual School to experience financial positions. How to identify VAT invoices, how to check whether the invoice is authentic, whether the invoice information is correct, verification requirements for attachments to payment documents, etc.

万科双语学校从2022年起,将每年11月最后一个周六定为 “职业体验日”,通过开展学生职业体验活动,推进“职业启蒙”教育工作,促进学生自我认识,帮助学生树立远大理想。本次职业体验日活动,让学生们“体验一个项目、了解一门职业、感受一种文化”, 开拓了职业视野,进而培养基本的职业观和职业认知,为今后的职业生涯规划奠定了根基,同是也是万双学子人生规划课程中重要的一堂社会实践课。


Starting from 2022, Vanke Bilingual School will designate the last Saturday of November every year as "Career Experience Day". By carrying out career experience activities for students, it will promote "career enlightenment" education, promote students' self-understanding, and help students establish lofty ideals. This career experience day activity allows students to "experience a project, understand a profession, and feel a culture", broaden their career horizons, and then cultivate basic career outlook and career cognition, laying the foundation for future career planning.
