职业体验日活动通过在校园张贴宣传海报、人生规划课老师在课堂上的宣讲，鼓励6-8年级的学生自愿参加。11月26日（周六），8E班张子林、8C班刘子涵梦想成为一名职业篮球运动员，在人生规划课韩璞老师的带领下进入了篮球训练营，体验了篮球运动员的生活。通过一天的训练以及与教练的沟通，他们对自己的梦想之路清晰了许多。

The career experience day activities encourage students in grades 6-8 to participate voluntarily through posting posters on campus and lectures by life planning teachers in the classroom. Zhang Zilin from class 8E and Liu Zihan from class 8C dreamed of becoming a professional basketball player. Under the leadership of teacher Han Pu, they entered the basketball training camp and experienced the life of a basketball player on November 26 (Saturday).

7F班林思源、张致远当了一天的“程序员”，程序员的工作时间从早上6点到晚上11点，需要有很好的英语基础和严谨的思维。林思源同学的职业梦想是国防方面的研发，通过这次体验，他说，虽然自己以后并不一定会从事这个职业，但编程技能帮助他离自己的梦想更近一步。张致远同学觉得更加清晰了自己的努力方向。

Lin Siyuan and Zhang Zhiyuan in Class 7F worked as "programmers" for a day. The working hours of programmers were from 6 am to 11 pm. They needed a good foundation in English and rigorous thinking. Lin Siyuan's career dream is national defense research and development. Through this experience, he said that although he may not be able to pursue this career in the future, his programming skills have helped him move closer to his dream. Zhang Zhiyuan felt more clear about the direction of his efforts.

7D班的贺毅然跟着爸爸体验了产品经理的一天。他坦言，自己的梦想是当一名足球运动员，但这次体验让他更加清晰了自己的选择，体会到了爸爸工作的不易。

He Yiran from class 7D followed his father to experience a day as a product manager. He said frankly that his dream is to be a football player, but this experience made him more aware of his choice and realized the difficulty of his father's work.

12月12日下午，VBS首次职业体验日圆桌会议在学校剧场召开。与会者有：韩璞老师、8C班刘子涵、8E班张子林、7D班贺毅然、7F班林思源、张致远，学校同时特邀著名篮球明星杨皓喆通过视频现场与大家互动。

On the afternoon of December 12, the first career experience day round table meeting was held in the school theater. Participants include: Teacher Han Pu, Liu Zihan from class 8C, Zhang Zilin from class 8E, He Yiran from class 7D, Lin Siyuan and Zhang Zhiyuan from class 7F. 杨皓喆对同学们的提问进行了认真的回答。他告诉同学们，他从7岁开始打篮球，一直很热爱。他没有想过自己能不能打到CBA，就是热爱一直支撑着他。“不要去想结果，努力就是了。我一开始并不知道自己能走到这一步，其中也遇到了很多的困难和挑战。我想最重要的是一直要保持自己对篮球的热爱，把困难和挑战当成是成长的财富，通过分析比赛，用更好的技巧弥补小个子球员在身高上的不足。”

Yang Haozhe seriously answered the students' questions. He told his classmates that he has been playing basketball since he was 7 years old and has always loved it. He never thought about whether he could make it to the CBA, but love has always supported him. "Don't think about the result, just work hard. I didn't know that I could get to this point at the beginning, and I also encountered many difficulties and challenges. I think the most important thing is to always maintain my love for basketball and overcome difficulties. Treat challenges as wealth for growth, analyze the game, and use better skills to make up for the lack of height of smaller players."

会上，8D班的严峻霆在分享中说到，能够与杨皓喆这样优秀的人交流是难得的机会，得到高人的指点可能会改变他的人生轨迹。7D班的施博说：“通过今天的圆桌会议，他知道了要保持自己的初心和热爱，追求自己的梦想。”8E班的党博文说：“梦想对每个人都很重要，他是我们内心的热爱，是我们追逐的脚步，为我们的人生指明方向。有梦想固然可贵，更重要的是脚踏实地，保有初心，一直向着梦想努力。”

At the meeting, Yan Junting from Class 8D said in his sharing that it is a rare opportunity to communicate with such an outstanding person as Yang Haozhe, and getting advice from an expert may change his life trajectory. Shi Bo from class 7D said: "Through today's round table meeting, he knows to keep his original aspiration and love, and pursue his dream." Dang Bowen from Class 8E said: "Dreams are very important to everyone. He is the love in our hearts, the footsteps we pursue, and points out the direction for our lives. It is precious to have dreams, but it is more important to be down-to-earth and keep the original intention. I have been working hard towards my dream.”

万科双语学校通过设立职业体验日，引领学生在认识自己的基础上去体验各种职业，分享感受，逐步找到自己的兴趣点和长项，初步确立职业规划。同时让同学们在社会实践中开阔视野，运用成长型思维，勇敢地向着梦想不断奋进。
