万双网讯  金秋送爽，桃李芬芳。9月10日，我国第42个教师节如约而至。为弘扬尊师重教风尚，凝聚教育奋进力量，万科双语学校以“微光成炬·勤奋 热爱”为主题，隆重举行2026年VBS教师节庆祝大会。全体教师欢聚剧场，共话教育初心，共赴育人新征程。

This golden autumn brought refreshing breezes and the fragrance of ripening fruit. On September 10th, China’s 42nd Teachers’ Day arrived and was celebrated. To honor the traditions of respecting teachers, valuing education, and strengthening the momentum of educational progress, Vanke Bilingual School proudly hosted its 2026 VBS Teachers’ Day Celebration under the theme of “Turning Sparks of Diligence and Passion into Flame.” All of the teachers gathered in the theater to reflect on their shared educational mission and embark together on a new year-long journey of nurturing young lives.

杨校致辞：在教育中看见万千风景

Principal Yang’s Address: Seeing the Countless Landscapes of Education

上午八点，大会正式启幕。杨帆校长以《移步换景，做个有意思的老师》为题致辞。

At eight in the morning, the celebration officially began. Principal Yang Fan delivered an address titled “A Change of Step and A Change of Scene towards Becoming an Interesting Teacher.”

她说，教育是一场漫长的行走，也是一场温柔的观景。古人观景讲究"移步换景"，行至不同处，便见不同风月；教书育人，亦复如是。真正的好老师，不是一成不变的灌输者，而是懂得移步、懂得看见、懂得变通、也懂得生长的人。

She remarked that education is both a long journey and a gentle act of observation. The ancients spoke of “a change of step, a change of scene” — as you walk to different places, you encounter different views. The same holds true for teaching. A truly great teacher is not a rigid transmitter of knowledge, but someone who knows how to shift perspectives, to truly see, to adapt, and to grow.

"移步"，是跳出固有认知，走出教育惯性，看见教育的更多可能。于课堂，要跳出课本的局限，依托学校"为未知而教、为未来而学"的教育初心，立足"身体健康、人格健全、学力卓越"的育人目标，把家国情怀、国际视野、创新思维融入日常教学，让课堂不再是单调的知识输出，而是思维碰撞、心灵成长、视野开阔的生长场。因为我们的眼界和格局，终将决定学生的眼界和格局。

“Changing your step”means breaking free from fixed assumptions and educational inertia to discover the many possibilities that education holds. In the classroom, this means moving beyond the confines of textbooks. Grounded in the school's founding vision of “teaching for the unknown, learning for the future” and its goals of nurturing students who are "physically healthy, morally sound, and academically excellent," teachers should weave patriotism, global awareness, and innovative thinking into their daily instruction. The classroom should no longer be a one-way transmission of knowledge, but a living space for intellectual exchange, emotional growth, and expanding horizons. In the end, our vision and breadth of mind will ultimately shape those of our students.

杨校任教九年级人生规划课，她特意收集了孩子们写下的文字，带到现场读给老师们听。她说：当我们把他们的眼界打开、把格局拉大，孩子们会反馈给我们什么？

Principal Yang teaches the ninth-grade Life Planning course, and she had specially collected writings from her students to share with the teachers present. She asked: When we open their eyes and broaden their horizons, what do the children give back to us?

人生规划课上，学生们直面中考压力，叩问成长型思维的意义；在"我是谁"的探究中，孩子们挣脱身份标签，从自我成长延伸至宇宙与文明展开思辨——接纳迷茫，看见渺小与独特，期许以自身力量为世界带去温度。跳出学业得失，望向辽阔人生，这份自我觉醒，正是教育"移步"之后最动人的回响。

In the Life Planning course, students confront the pressure of the high school entrance exams and explore the meaning of having a growth mindset. In their inquiry into “Who am I?”, they break free from identity labels and extend their reflections from personal growth to the universe and civilization. They accept uncertainty, recognizing both their smallness and their uniqueness, and aspire to bring warmth to the world through their own strength. Looking beyond academic success toward a vast life ahead — this self-awakening is the most moving echo of education’s motto:“change of step.”

"换景"，则是更新看待教育的视角与心境，于琐碎日常中发掘最珍贵的风景。教师从来不是一份简单的谋生职业，而是一份承载希望、传承美好、决定未来的使命。杨校细数校园里那些甘于奉献、温暖鲜活的教师身影，感谢他们的坚守与付出，更道出了教育最本真的模样。

“Changing the scene,” meanwhile, means renewing one’s perspective and mindset toward education — discovering precious landscapes within the ordinary routines of daily life. Teaching is never merely a profession for making a living; it is a mission that carries hope, expresses beauty, and shapes the future. Principal Yang recounted the many dedicated, warm, and vibrant teachers on campus, expressing gratitude for their commitment and efforts, and revealing the truest essence of education.

杨校寄语全体同仁：努力做眼里有光、心中有爱、手中有法、脚下有路的"有意思的老师"——眼里的光，来自不断被孩子刷新认知的惊喜；心里的爱，来自对每一个"独一无二"的珍视；手中的法，来自持续学习、不断精进的专业底气；脚下的路，来自与学校同频、与学生共成长的坚定步履。

Principal Yang offered these words to all her colleagues: Strive to be “interesting teachers” — teachers with light in their eyes, love in their hearts, methods in their hands, and a path beneath their feet. The light in their eyes comes from the constant surprise of having their mindsets refreshed by children. The love in their hearts comes from cherishing each and every ‘one of a kind’ moment.  The methods in their hands come from the professional confidence built through continuous learning and refinement. The path beneath their feet is walking in step with the school and growing alongside their students.

移步，是让自己先走起来；换景，是在行走中看见——看见孩子，也看见自己；看见当下，也看见远方。

Changing your step means getting yourself moving first; changing the scene means observing along the way — seeing your students, and seeing yourself; seeing the present, and seeing the distance ahead.

致敬耕耘：每一份微光，皆有回响

大会特别设置多重环节，向每一位在平凡岗位上发光发热的万双教师致敬。

The celebration featured multiple special segments to pay tribute to the VBS teachers who shine in their ordinary yet extraordinary role.

"专家型教师"颁给建校八年来深耕教学、勇于创新，已成为学校发展中坚力量的教师。杨校为今年受聘的邵静、雷水莲两位老师颁发聘书。刘欢、牛楚原、邵静、雷水莲四位专家型教师代表先后登台发言，立足课堂实践，畅谈专业成长与示范引领。微光虽微，聚之成炬——依托CoP（Community of Practice），老师们携手共进，让团队因彼此成就而愈发强大。

The“Master Teacher”title is awarded to those who, over the school’s eight-year history, have devoted themselves to teaching, embraced innovation, and become pillars of the school’s development. Principal Yang presented appointment certificates to this year's recipients, Shao Jing and Lei Shuilian. Four Master Teacher representatives — Liu Huan, Niu Chuyuan, Shao Jing, and Lei Shuilian — then took to the stage to share their classroom experiences, professional growth, and thoughts on leading by example. Though each spark is small, together they can become a flame. Through the Community of Practice (CoP), teachers advance hand in hand, making the team stronger through mutual achievement.

当“全能ACE兼情绪稳压器”“人类高质量知识传递者”“校园哆啦A梦”这些有趣的标签被念出时，台下掌声里带着笑，笑声里带着感动与温暖。它们不是正式的奖项，但却是学校悄悄藏在细节里的小心思，用轻松好玩的方式，把老师们平日里那些“超能力”一一具象化——既能搞定课堂又能接住情绪的班主任和生活老师，把知识讲得闪闪发光的任课老师，永远能从“口袋”里变出办法的后勤老师……一份份精心准备的礼物，装的是学校想对每一位万双老师说的那句：你的好，我们都懂。

When labels like“All-Round ACE & Emotional Anchor,” “Premium Knowledge Sharer,” and “Campus Doraemon” were read aloud, the applause was mixed with laughter. These were not formal awards, but the school’s quiet way of tucking a thoughtful gesture into the details — using playful, lighthearted language to bring to life the everyday “superpowers” of its teachers. The homeroom teacher who manages the classroom and absorbs every emotion; the subject teacher who makes knowledge sparkle; the support staff who always pull a solution out of their “pocket”… Each carefully prepared gift carried the message that the schools want every VBS teacher to hear: “We see your brilliance, and we appreciate it.”

A Vow Like a Torch: Rekindling Educator’s Original Calling

表彰过后，诗朗诵《何为师者》温情上演。新教师的蓬勃朝气与老教师的沉淀坚守在舞台上交汇，演绎出教育事业代代相传的使命与希望——教育从不是一人的独奏，而是一代代师者的接力奔跑。随后，全体教师肃然起立，共同宣读《人民教师誓词》，铿锵誓言掷地有声，彰显着万双教师不变的初心与担当。

After the awards, the poetry recitation of “What Makes a Teacher” was performed with warmth. The youthful energy of new teachers and the steady dedication of seasoned ones converged on stage, embodying the mission and hope passed down through generations of educators. Education is never a solo performance — it is a relay run by generation after generation of teachers. Then all teachers rose solemnly and recited the People’s Teacher’s Oath in unison. The resounding words affirmed the unwavering commitment and responsibility of educators.

当合唱《最初的梦想》响起，"最初的梦想紧握在手上"一出口，台下老师纷纷点亮手机电筒。点点星光随节奏轻轻摇曳，光影温柔地连成一片，像极了这些年来每一位老师心里从未熄灭的那束光——不张扬，但一直在。

When the choir began to sing out “The Original Dream,” and the line “Hold tight to your original dream” rang out, teachers in the audience lit up their phone flashlights one by one. Tiny points of light swayed gently with the rhythm, connecting into a single,soft glow — much like the light that has never gone out in the heart of every teacher over the years. Unassuming, but always there.

2026年，对VBS而言极具里程碑意义：学校正式成为国际文凭组织（IBO）IB候选学校，面向未来的教育新征程由此开启。

The year 2026 marks a significant milestone for VBS: the school has officially become an IB candidate school of the International Baccalaureate Organization (IBO), opening a new chapter in its journey toward future-oriented education.

在这个满载温暖与敬意的美好日子里，我们欢聚一堂，共庆属于我们自己的节日。首先，我谨代表学校，向深耕讲台、潜心育人的每一位万双教师，致以最诚挚的祝福和最衷心的感谢！感谢大家坚守教育初心、守护万双少年成长，用勤奋与热爱，点亮孩子们奔赴未来的漫漫征途。

On this beautiful day filled with warmth and appreciation, we gather here to celebrate a holiday that is truly our own. First of all, on behalf of the school, I would like to extend my most sincere wishes and heartfelt thanks to every VBS teacher who devotes herself to the classroom and to nurturing young minds. Thank you for holding fast to your original calling in education, for watching over the growth of VBS students, and for lighting the long journey ahead of them with diligence and love.

Walking the campus year after year, I often find myself reflecting: education is both a long journey and a gentle act of observation. The ancients spoke of “a change of step, a change of scene” — as you walk to different places, you encounter different views. Teaching is much the same. Truly good education is never rigid, unchanging indoctrination, and truly good teachers are never dull lecturers. They know how to move, how to see, how to adapt, how to grow — renewing themselves with the passing years and discovering countless landscapes along the path of nurturing young lives, and becoming educators who are warm, vibrant, interesting, and full of strength.

今天，我想和大家共勉：立足万双这片沃土，愿我们每一位老师，都能移步换景，做个有意思的老师。

Today, I would like to share this aspiration with you all: rooted in the fertile soil of VBS, may every one of us learn to change our step and change our view — and become an interesting teacher.

何为“移步”？是跳出固有认知，走出教学惯性，看见教育的更多可能。

What does it mean to "change our step"? It means stepping beyond fixed assumptions, breaking out of teaching routines, and seeing the greater possibilities education has to offer.

从教多年，我们很容易陷入固定的节奏：日复一日备课、授课、批改作业、管理班级，熟悉的流程、固化的模式，容易让我们疲惫、麻木，渐渐丢失教育最初的热情与鲜活。而移步，就是打破桎梏、主动成长。

After years in this profession, it is all too easy to settle into a fixed rhythm: preparing lessons, teaching, grading, managing classes day after day. Familiar routines and ossified patterns can leave us tired and numb, slowly draining away the passion and vitality that brought us here in the first place. To change our step is to break free of these shackles and take charge of our own growth.

于课堂而言，移步，是跳出课本的局限。依托学校“为未知而教、为未来而学”的教育初心，立足身体健康、人格健全、学力卓越的育人目标，把家国情怀、国际视野、创新思维融入日常教学。让课堂不再是单调的知识输出，而是思维碰撞、心灵成长、视野开阔的生长场。我们的眼界和格局决定了学生的眼界和格局！

于育人而言，移步，是跳出分数的单一维度。始终坚守“让孩子站在未来中央”的办学理念，理解每个孩子都是独一无二的个体，移步看待孩子：看见内向孩子的温柔坚韧，看见活泼孩子的灵动创造力，看见暂时落后孩子的潜力与微光。多一份包容、多一份等待、多一份倾听，从“只看成绩”移步到“看见成长”，从“要求完美”移步到“静待花开”。

In nurturing students, changing our step means stepping beyond the single dimension of test scores. Holding fast to our philosophy of "let our children experience the future", we recognize that every child is a unique individual, and we learn to see them from new angles: the gentle resilience of the quiet child, the lively creativity of the spirited one, the hidden promise and faint glow of the child who is momentarily falling behind. A little more tolerance, a little more patience, a little more listening — shifting our gaze from "grades only" to "seeing growth," and from "demanding perfection" to "waiting for flowers to bloom in their own time."

于自我而言，移步，是跳出舒适圈持续精进。身处深圳这座创新迭代、飞速成长的城市，身处AI赋能、日新月异的新时代，教育从未停下更新的脚步。所谓师者，先自渡，再渡人。我们唯有持续学习、持续复盘、持续蜕变，更新教育理念、创新教学方法、丰盈内心世界，才能跟上时代的步伐，托举起孩子的未来。

For ourselves, changing our step means stepping out of our comfort zone and never standing still. Here in Shenzhen — a city that reinvents itself and grows by the day — and in this new era empowered by AI, where everything changes almost overnight, education itself never stops renewing. A teacher, as the saying goes, must first ferry herself across before ferrying others. Only by learning continuously, reflecting continuously, and transforming continuously — refreshing our philosophy of education, innovating our methods, enriching our inner lives — can we keep pace with the times and lift our children toward their future.

何为“换景”？是视角更新、心境扩容，在平凡教育日常，遇见不凡的教育风景。

What does it mean to "change the view"? It means renewing our perspective and widening our hearts. Within the ordinary routine of teaching, encountering extraordinary educational scenery.

同样的讲台，有人看见重复与琐碎，有人看见成长与希望；同样的学生，有人看见问题与短板，有人看见纯真与力量。景无优劣，随心而变；教无定式，唯爱永恒。

At the same lectern, some see only repetition and drudgery, while others see growth and hope. Facing the same students, some see problems and shortcomings, while others see innocence and strength. There is no better or worse scenery — it changes with the heart that beholds it; and there is no one fixed way to teach — only love endures.

换一种视角，我们会发现，教育最动人的风景，从不是亮眼的分数、光鲜的荣誉，而是细碎日常里的温暖与治愈：是学生豁然开朗的眼神，是孩子真诚纯粹的问候，是师生双向奔赴的陪伴，是看着懵懂孩童一点点明理、自律、向阳生长。

Shift our perspective, and we discover that the most moving scenery in education has never been dazzling scores or glittering honors, but the warmth and healing tucked into small everyday moments: the look in a student's eyes when understanding dawns, a child's sincere and simple greeting, the companionship that flows both ways between teacher and student, and the sight of a naive child slowly learning reason, self-discipline, and how to grow toward the light.

换一种心境，我们便能读懂教师职业的真谛。教师从来不是一份简单的谋生职业，而是一份承载希望、传承美好、决定未来的使命。我们教会孩子思辨与求真，教会孩子善良与担当，教会孩子立足本土、望向世界，成长为有家国情怀、有国际视野、敢创造、有温度的新时代少年。

Shift our state of mind, and we come to understand the true meaning of being a teacher. Teaching is never merely a profession for making a living; it is a mission that carries hope, expresses beauty, and shapes the future. We teach children to think critically and to seek truth, to be kind and to take responsibility, to stand firm in their native soil while gazing out at the world — growing into young people of the new era who love their country, see the world, dare to create, and carry warmth in their hearts.

何为“有意思的老师”？是眼里有光、心中有爱、手中有法、脚下有路。

What is an "interesting teacher"? One whose eyes hold light, whose heart holds love, whose hands hold craft, and whose feet keep finding the road forward.

有意思的老师，不刻板、不功利、不疲惫。既有深耕专业的严谨底气，也有温柔通透的育人温度；既有教书育人的专业能力，也有热爱生活的鲜活趣味。

An interesting teacher is never rigid, never calculating, never worn down. Such a teacher pairs the rigor of deep professional grounding with the gentle, clear-eyed warmth of true mentorship; the professional mastery of teaching with a lively, wholehearted zest for life.

在万双，有意思的老师，是会变通的教育者。不固守标准答案，尊重孩子的个性差异，保护孩子的好奇心与创造力，让每个孩子都能全面而有个性地成长。

在万双，有一群有意思的老师：两个三个年级都能带，略带广味儿的暖暖话音，总在最需要的时候给你指引的巧莉；慢条斯理，像个孩子，就是万双娃未来的样子，不怕万难的乐乐；从不觉得累，超乎年龄的沉稳担当，每天很晚回家也会吃点东西，从不担心长胖的君婷；很瘦但不怕风浪，家里有天大的事都不耽误对学生的工作，絮絮叨叨的老师妈妈颜江红；不愠不火，对学生春风化雨，对学生的问题悄悄死磕到底的刘静；学生的好朋友，事儿都那么大了，还总是风轻云淡地安慰我“没事儿”的金凤、说起话来“迷州（梅州）”味儿十足，工作起来绝对认真，坚持刻苦学习提升学历的彭平；另一个说话慢条斯理，工作绝对让人放心，就是手机丢了让我一直过意不去的美君；话不多说，你看她带的学生就想结识她的低调班主任大侠楚原；一个两个、三个四个任务，啥也不用说，她会去落实，年轻老师的老师，自己的学生毕业考试语文成绩全A，一个也不落下的雪莹；挺文艺的，常让人想起“小桥流水人家”，别问为什么，要是万双有公开课，就想用他们班学生，年轻人心里的“玲玲姐”；可以跟颜江红老师比瘦，有理性的光芒又不失感性的温度的颖超；工作干脆利落，帮助年轻老师一腔热血，毫不含糊，一般人跑不过她的刘欢；愿意冲在前面又有些腼腆，大场合一定穿西装的海文；学生、家长心理的靠山，你有烦心事儿，她有温暖的灵丹妙药，情绪稳定的余丹；绝对负责、绝对付出，风范十足的晓菊和郭昕老师，等等，等等，让我们一起去发现、一起去追寻！正因为万双有这些灵动的有意思的老师，这里才总是阳光明媚、四季如春！

At VBS, there are many interesting teachers: Qiaoli can take on two or three grade levels at once. Her warm voice touched with a Guangdong lilt, always offering guidance at the very moment you need it. Lele, unhurried and still wonderfully childlike — the very picture of what a VBS kid will grow into, never daunted by any difficulty. Junting, who never seems to tire, composed and dependable beyond her years, who eats a little something every night when she finally gets home and never worries about gaining weight. Yan Jianghong, a teacher-mother, slight of frame but unafraid of any storm, who never lets anything at home — however enormous — interrupt her work for her students, fussing over them all the while. Liu Jing, even-keeled, nurturing students like a spring breeze and soft rain, yet quietly relentless in seeing their problems through to the very end. Jinfeng, a true friend to her students, who can meet even a serious crisis with a breezy "it's nothing". Peng Ping, whose speech rings with a rich Meizhou accent, utterly conscientious in his work, still studying hard to earn his next qualification. Meijun, another quiet, unhurried soul whose work you can trust without a second thought — the one whose lost phone still leaves me feeling bad to this day. Chuyuan, a low-key head teacher who says very little, but whose students alone make you want to get to know her. Xueying, to whom you can hand over one task, two, three, four — without saying a word, they simply get done; a mentor to the younger teachers, whose students all scored straight A's on the graduation Chinese exam, not a single one missed. "Sister Lingling," with such an artistic air that she calls to mind "a little bridge, flowing water, a quiet home" — don't ask why, but if VBS ever hosts an open class, you'll want her students for it; the one whom the younger teachers carry in their hearts. Yingchao, who could rival Yan Jianghong in slimness, radiating the light of reason without ever losing the warmth of feeling. Liu Huan, crisp and decisive in her work, wholeheartedly devoted to helping young teachers without the slightest hesitation — and faster on her feet than almost anyone. Haiwen, shy yet always willing to charge to the front, who wears a suit whenever the occasion is grand. Yu Dan, the emotional anchor for students and parents alike — bring her your troubles and she has a warm remedy at hand, steady in any weather. And Xiaoju and Guo Xin, teachers of absolute responsibility and absolute devotion, the very models of professional grace... and so on. Let us go on discovering them, and go on striving to become them! It is precisely because VBS has such vibrant, interesting teachers that this place is always sunlit, with spring in every season of the year!

Dear colleagues: education is a gentle journey on foot, and a practice to which we devote a lifetime.

选择教师，就是选择了平凡中坚守、坚守中热爱、热爱中发光。我们不必追逐惊天动地的壮举，只需在日复一日的行走中，常移步、常换景、常更新、常热爱。

To choose teaching is to choose perseverance within the ordinary, love within that perseverance, and light within that love. We need not chase earth-shattering feats; we need only, in the daily walk of our profession, keep changing our step, keep changing our view, keep renewing ourselves, and keep loving.

新的学年，新的征程。愿我们全体万双教师，始终心怀教育初心，跳出惯性、更新视角、丰盈自我。做有温度、有格局、有趣味、有力量的教育者，以学识育人、以爱心润人、以品格化人，让每一间教室都有春风，每一个少年都有星光，让每个孩子都奔赴更好的未来！

A new school year, a new journey lies ahead. May all of us VBS teachers keep our original calling for education close to our hearts — stepping beyond habit, renewing our vision, and enriching ourselves. Let us be educators with warmth, with vision, with wit, and with strength: teaching with knowledge, nurturing with love, and shaping with character — so that every classroom carries a spring breeze, every young person carries starlight, and every child sets off toward a better future!
