万双网讯 近日,龙华区教育科学研究院公布《广东省基础教育课程教学改革深化行动实施方案》第一批典型优秀案例名单,由杨帆校长和余丹老师共同执笔的深圳市龙华区万科双语学校“九年一贯制学校人生规划课程体系构建的实践研究”课程方案落地行动案例成功入选,荣获区级优秀案例。这项荣誉的背后,是万科双语学校自2018年以来长达八年的探索:在杨帆校长的顶层设计下,学校构建了贯穿一至九年级的"人生规划"课程体系,将心理健康与生涯教育深度融合。依托这套课程建设思路,万双把"帮助每个孩子全面而有个性地站在未来中央"这一命题形成了一套体系化,可落地的校本课程方案。
Recently, the Longhua District Institute of Educational Sciences announced the first batch of exemplary typical cases under the Guangdong Provincial Basic Education Curriculum Teaching Reform Deepening Action Implementation Plan. The curriculum implementation case titled "Practical Research on the Construction of a Life Planning Curriculum System in a Nine-Year Compulsory School," co-authored by Principal Yang Fan and Teacher Yu Dan from Shenzhen Longhua District Vanke Bilingual School, was successfully selected and recognized as an outstanding case at the district level. Behind this honor lies eight years of exploration by Vanke Bilingual School starting from 2018. Under Principal Yang Fan's design, the school has constructed a "Life Planning" curriculum system spanning grades one through nine, deeply integrating mental health education with career education. Based on this curriculum development framework, Vanke Bilingual School has transformed the mission of "helping every child stand comprehensively and uniquely at the center of the future" into a systematic and implementable school-based curriculum plan.
当前,中小学生心理问题呈现低龄化、复杂化趋势,而传统的心理健康教育与生涯教育往往各自为战,课程目标不成体系、内容碎片化、学段割裂,难以形成育人合力。面对这一现实困境,万科双语学校从整体视角出发,以埃里克森社会心理发展阶段理论和皮亚杰认知发展理论为支撑,采用行动研究法,历经“理论建构—体系开发—多元实施—科学评估”四个阶段,系统构建了螺旋式上升的人生规划课程框架。课程围绕自我认识、情绪管理、人际交往、生涯探索等七大主题,按年级分层设计、水平递进——低年级学生从认识自己的外在特征和基本喜好开始,高年级学生则逐步深入到自我优势分析、未来生涯愿景,每一个阶段都有与之匹配的目标与内容。
Currently, mental health issues among primary and secondary school students are showing a trend of occurring at younger ages and becoming more complex in nature. Traditional mental health education and career education often operate in isolation, resulting in disjointed curriculum goals, fragmented content, and a lack of coherence across grade levels—making it difficult to form an integrated educational front. In response to this practical challenge, Vanke Bilingual School has adopted a holistic perspective. Grounded in Erikson's theory of psychosocial development and Piaget's theory of cognitive development, the school employed action research and went through four stages—"theoretical construction, systematic development, diversified implementation, and scientific evaluation"—to carefully build a spiraling, upward life planning curriculum framework. Centered around seven major themes—including self-awareness, emotional management, interpersonal communication, and career exploration—the curriculum is designed for each grade-level in a progressively advancing manner. Younger students begin by recognizing their external characteristics and basic preferences, while older students gradually move into self-analysis and building future career visions. Each stage is aligned with developmentally appropriate goals and content.

在实施层面,万双创设了“立体多元”的育人模式。一至九年级每周开设一节人生规划必修课,采用互动式教学、案例分析、小组讨论等多元方法;同时与语文、数学、体育、艺术等学科进行内容整合,实现全员、全过程育人。学校还每年定期举办心理健康活动月、职业博览会、职业体验日、职业论坛等品牌活动,累计邀请200多位家长及专业人士进课堂分享,形成了系统化的生涯实践路径。“暖流行动”等特色心育活动同样温暖人心——暖流墙、心理短视频大赛等举措,让校园里处处可见互助友爱的氛围。此外,万双还成立教师发展学院与家长成长学院,通过家长课堂、职业分享赋能家庭教育,真正构建起以学生为中心、家校社一体的良好教育生态。
At the implementation level, Vanke Bilingual School has developed a "three-dimensional and diversified" educational model. A compulsory Life Planning course is offered once a week for grades one through nine, employing diverse pedagogical methods such as interactive teaching, case analysis, and group discussions. At the same time, the course content is integrated with subjects including Chinese, mathematics, physical education, and the arts, enabling holistic education across all grade levels and by all educators. The school also hosts annual signature events such as Mental Health Awareness Month, a Career Expo, Career Experience Day, and Career Forums, having invited over 200 parents and professionals to share their experiences in the classroom, thereby forming a career decision pathway. Heartwarming initiatives like the "Warm Current Action"—including a "Warm Current Wall" and a psychological short video competition—foster an atmosphere of mutual support and friendship across the campus. In addition, Vanke Bilingual School has established both a Teacher Development Academy and a Parent Growth Academy, empowering family education through parent classes and career sharing sessions. These efforts have truly created a student-centered, integrated community educational ecosystem.





据统计,课程实施以来,92.72%的学生喜欢人生规划课程,91.51%的学生认为课程有趣。孩子们不仅“热爱学校,在学习中感受到快乐”,更重要的是初步建立了规划未来的意识,能够更有目标地学习和成长。家长问卷调查显示,近90%的家长对课程持肯定态度,认为课程帮助孩子“更好地了解自己”“认识不同职业并清晰梦想”,三分之二以上的家长表示愿意在遇到养育困扰时向人生规划老师求助。已毕业的五届初中生跟踪反馈显示,学生进入高中后依然保持自信、快乐,对未来有清晰期许。在学生成长的同时,课程也结出了丰硕的成果:多名学生在区级生涯演讲比赛中荣获一等奖,课程组教师在全国青少年社会与情感能力培养千校联盟第三届学术年会中获得优秀案例荣誉。学校通过家校社协同育人的案例还获得“龙华教育”官方媒体报道,杨帆校长多次在香港岭南大学教育领袖论坛等学术会议上分享课程理念与实践经验,为区域乃至全国基础教育阶段一体化心育与生涯教育提供了可复制、可推广的范例。
According to statistics, since the implementation of the curriculum, 92.72% of students have expressed that they like the Life Planning course, and 91.51% find it interesting. Children not only "love the school and feel joy in learning," but more importantly, they have begun to develop an awareness of planning for the future, enabling them to learn and grow with greater purpose. A parent survey shows that nearly 90% of parents hold a positive attitude toward the course, believing it helps their children "better understand themselves," "learn about different occupations and clarify their dreams." More than two-thirds of parents indicated that they would seek help from Life Planning course teachers when facing parenting challenges. Follow-up feedback from five cohorts of graduates shows that after entering high school, students continue to remain confident and happy, with clear expectations for their future. Alongside student growth, the curriculum has also yielded substantial outcomes: several students have won first place prizes in district-level career speech competitions, and the curriculum team teachers have received the Outstanding Case honors at the Third Annual Academic Conference of the National Thousand-School Alliance for Social and Emotional Competence Cultivation for Adolescents. The school's community collaborative educational case was also featured on the official media channel of "Longhua Education." Principal Yang Fan has been invited multiple times to share our curriculum philosophy and practical experience at academic forums such as the Lingnan University Education Leadership Forum in Hong Kong, providing a replicable and scalable model for integrated mental health and career education at the basic education level, both regionally and nationally.
