万双网讯 为增进党群联系,倾听教师心声,2026 年 3 月 20 日,万科双语学校第一季度书记茶话会在 105 会议室举办。党支部书记杨帆同志、第一书记董爱霞同志与 10 位教师代表围坐一堂,以 “话初心、谈成长、谋发展” 为核心,分享教育故事、交流育人感悟、建言学校未来,在思想碰撞中凝聚起推动学校发展的强大合力。
To strengthen the connection between the Party and the faculty and to listen to the voices of teachers, the first quarter of the 2026 "Secretary's Tea Party" at Vanke Bilingual School was held on March 20, 2026 in Conference Room 105. At the beginning of the tea party, the teacher representatives, drawing on their own work experiences, shared stories of their journey within Vanke Bilingual School. These stories spoke of their dedication in the classroom, their growth through overcoming challenges, their warmth in caring for students, and their profound passion for education. Together, they gave a comprehensive portrayal of the spirit of VBS teachers and the nurturing warmth of the school environment.

黄巧莉老师回顾在万双的七年时光,深情引用杨帆校长的教育理念:“教育不是一蹴而就,不能推倒重来,而是在一脉相承的基础上不断生长的。” 她表示,万双是一所始终在生长的学校,从零废弃农场到历史考古区,校园空间在迭代,课程体系在升级,教师队伍也在同步成长。学校搭建的教师职业成长学院,通过系统化培训、常态化读书交流、互助式教研赋能,为教师成长提供了丰厚沃土。在她看来,成长从来不是被动等待,而是主动认同学校理念、主动学习提升、主动付出努力。七年坚守,她感恩学校提供的成长平台,更坚定了以勤奋与热爱奔赴教育美好未来的信念。
Teacher Huang Qiaoli reflected on her seven years at Vanke Bilingual School and quoted with deep emotion the educational philosophy of Principal Yang Fan: "Education is not achieved overnight, nor can it be rebuilt from scratch; rather, it grows continuously on the foundation of what has been passed down." She noted that VBS is a school that is always growing—from the zero-waste farm to the archeology zone, our campus space is evolving, the curriculum system is being upgraded, and the teaching faculty is growing in tandem. The school’s Teacher Professional Development Academy provides a fertile ground for teacher growth through systematic training, regular reading, exchange activities, collaborative teaching, and empowerment for research. In her view, growth is never about passively waiting, but about actively identifying with the school’s philosophy, proactively learning and improving, and making dedicated efforts. After seven years of steadfast commitment, she is grateful for the platform that the school has provided and has strengthened her belief in pursuing a bright future in education with diligence and passion.

马佳雪老师聚焦劳动教育实践分享感悟,她坦言为上好劳动课,从零开始学习包饺子,利用假期反复练习,在课堂上不仅收获了学生的认可,更深刻体会到教育是双向奔赴的滋养。她引用杨帆书记的话阐释劳动教育的核心价值:“今天孩子在劳动课上学到的,是未来独自走向世界时,能把自己照顾好的底气。” 她坚信,亲手烘焙的温暖、亲手创造的幸福,是人工智能无法替代的珍贵体验,劳动教育赋予孩子的生活能力与生命感知,将成为他们一生的财富。
Teacher Ma Jiaxue shared her insights on labor education practice. She showed that in order to teach labor classes well, she started from scratch learning how to make dumplings, practicing repeatedly during the holidays. In the classroom, she not only received recognition from her students but also came to deeply understand that education is a process of mutual nourishment. She quoted Principal Yang Fan to articulate the core value of labor education: “What children learn in labor class today is the confidence to take good care of themselves when they step into the world on their own in the future.” She firmly believes that the warmth of cooking with one’s own hands and the joy of creating through one’s own efforts are precious experiences that artificial intelligence cannot replace. The life skills and sense of livelihood that labor education instills in children will become treasures they hold with them throughout their lives.

吴淑仪、方丽琴两位生活老师,用细腻的故事讲述了 “把孩子放在心上” 的教育初心。吴淑仪老师从最初认为生活老师只是 “管吃饭、管睡觉”,到在带教老师的言传身教中领悟教育的真谛 —— 轻轻牵手、温柔陪伴,就能安抚孩子的情绪。她坚持以真心对待每一个孩子,见证着孩子们从懵懂到开朗的蜕变,坚信万双因一群心系孩子的教育者而愈发精彩。方丽琴老师从教育困惑中找到成长方向,面对叛逆的学生,她透过行为探寻背后的家庭原因,以手写信传递关爱与尊重,成功打开孩子心扉,不仅助力学生成长,更赢得家长的信任与认可。她坚持用镜头记录孩子的笑脸,致力于为孩子提供充足的情绪价值,让他们在被爱中学会爱自己、拥抱世界。
Teachers Wu Shuyi and Fang Liqin, shared touching stories that embodied the educational aspiration of “keeping children close to heart.” Teacher Wu Shuyi showed that she initially thought a life teacher’s role was simply “managing meals and sleep.” However, through the guidance and example of her mentor, she came to understand the true essence of education—a gentle hand-holding or a tender moment of companionship can soothe a child’s emotions. She has remained committed to treating every child with sincerity while witnessing their transformation, and firmly believes that VBS shines because its teachers are a group of educators who truly care about their students. Teacher Fang Liqin found direction amidst educational challenges. Facing a rebellious student, she looked beyond the behavior to uncover the underlying family reasons. She reached out with heartfelt handwritten letters to convey care and respect, successfully opening the student’s heart. This not only supported the student’s growth but also earned the trust and recognition of the parents. She insists on capturing children’s smiles with her camera, dedicated to providing them with abundant emotional support, so that they may learn to love themselves and embrace the world with love.

In his mathematics classes, he often enlivens the classroom with small magic tricks and games, which are very popular among his students. He also noted that VBS students are sunny, confident, and eager to express themselves—a stark contrast to the reluctance of new students to raise their hands and speak up when they first join the school. This fully reflects the inclusive and confidence-building educational atmosphere of the school.

赫彦宇老师带着自主研发的 AI 对话助手 “万小双” 亮相茶话会,介绍了以大模型技术为支撑,通过试点班级互动培养学生科技兴趣的规划。他感恩学校与同事的支持,得以将对技术的热爱融入课堂,让科技之光照亮学生成长之路。
Teacher He Yanyu brought his self-developed AI dialogue assistant “Wan Xiaoshuang” to the Tea Party, introducing his plan to leverage large-scale modeling technology and foster students’ interest in technology through interactive pilot classes. He expressed gratitude for the support from the school and his colleagues, which have enabled him to integrate his passion for technology into the classroom, allowing the light of the future to illuminate each students’ path.


武奕含老师从入职之初的幸运感悟出发,博采众长打磨教学风格,推动经济学课程不断迭代,从追求理论高深到聚焦生活实用,将社会热点融入课堂。比如,她最近在琢磨如何将“养龙虾”的金融陷阱这一热点引入课堂——使孩子们真切感受到,知识是活的,与自己的生活息息相关。让知识活起来、让课堂乐起来,教育是在不断迭代中生长的过程。
Teacher Wu Yihan began by reflecting on her good fortune since joining the school. She drew on the strengths of many others to refine her teaching style, continuously iterating her economics course—shifting its focus from pursuing theoretical depth to emphasizing practical life applications, and integrating current social hot topics into the classroom. For instance, she is currently exploring how to bring the “lobster farming” financial trap—a recent hot topic—into her lessons, enabling students to feel that knowledge is alive and closely connected to their own lives. Bringing knowledge to life and making the classroom an enjoyable place--this is the process of education that grows through continuous iteration.

张嘉来老师聚焦学生发展导师工作与 IB 课程融合实践,提出变 “被动等待” 为 “主动出击” 的导师工作思路,计划深入学生群体,精准对接需求、开展针对性辅导,同时呼吁更多教师发挥所长,助力学生成长。他还分享了 CoP 小组围绕“如何将IB教育体系中TOK、EE、CAS的理念和生态融入课程设计”展开探索。段隆域老师补充表示,万双坚持 “身体健康、人格健全、学力卓越,具有家国情怀和国际视野,敢于创造美好未来的中国公民” 的培养目标,与 IB 教育理念高度契合。他感慨道,在教育这条路上,万双走得非常靠前。
Teacher Zhang Jialai focused on the integration of student development and mentor work with the IB curriculum, proposing a shift from “passive waiting” to “proactive engagement” in mentoring. He plans to immerse himself amongst the students to identify their needs and provide targeted guidance, while also calling on more teachers to leverage their strengths to support student growth. He also shared how their CoP group is exploring ways to integrate the concepts of TOK, EE, and CAS from the IB education system into curriculum design through an ecological approach. Teacher Duan Longyu added that VBS’s educational goal—to cultivate Chinese citizens who are physically healthy, morally sound, academically excellent, possess a sense of commitment to their country and a global perspective, and have the courage to create a better future—is highly aligned with the IB educational philosophy. He remarked with admiration that on the path of education, VBS is truly at the forefront.

赵悦老师作为新入职教师,分享了从 “优绩主义” 到“Journey is reward” (过程本身就是奖励)的理念转变,感恩同事的无私帮助与学校的温暖氛围,她分享了自己在教学中看到的“风景”以及孩子对她的滋养。作为新老师,同事们对她知无不言,让她觉得特别温暖。她还笑着补充:“我们学校的食堂也太好吃了,来了三周,菜都没有一道重复的。”在万双工作,她觉得特别幸福。
Teacher Zhao Yue, a newly hired teacher, shared her shift in mindset from “meritocracy” to the belief that “the journey itself is the reward.” She expressed gratitude for the selfless help of her colleagues and the warm atmosphere of the school, sharing the “scenery” she has witnessed in her teaching and the nourishment she has received from her students. As a new teacher, she found it especially heartwarming that her colleagues were always willing to share their knowledge with her without reservation. She added with a smile, “The food in our canteen is very good—I’ve been here for three weeks and haven’t had a single repeated dish.” Working at VBS, she said, makes her feel truly happy.

江明蔚老师说道,来到万双后最大的改变,是重新捡起阅读的习惯,慢慢养成了每个月读一本书的习惯,这让他受益匪浅。这学期,他开始带三个班,虽然忙碌,却更深刻地感受到学生之间的差异。他说,不能因为学生有差异就觉得这个班不好,每个孩子都值得被好好对待。关于教学,他最近一直在思考:应该少帮学生,多让他们自己去做、去想、去讨论,把学习的时间真正还给孩子。
Teacher Jiang Mingwei shared that the biggest change since coming to VBS has been picking up the habit of reading again, gradually developing a routine of reading one book a month—a practice that has greatly benefited him. This semester, he began teaching three classes, and despite being busy, he has gained a deeper appreciation for the differences amongst students. He noted that one should not think a class is poor simply because there are differences amongst the students, but that every child deserves to be treated well. Regarding teaching, he has been reflecting recently on the idea of doing less for students and instead letting them do, think, and discuss more on their own—truly giving the time for learning back to the children.

听完老师们的发言,第一书记董爱霞老师感慨道,来万双半年多,看到了老师们对教育的热情与热爱,她越来越确信,这里就是未来学校发展的方向。每一个孩子都能被看见、被尊重,正是教育最本真的模样。她说,大家能来到这个平台真的很幸运,只要踏踏实实把眼下的事情做到最好,未来就一定能走得更稳、更远。
After listening to the teachers' words, First Secretary Dong Aixia remarked that in her time of over six months at VBS, she has witnessed the teachers' passion and love for education, and she has become increasingly convinced that this is precisely the direction of school’s future development. Every child being seen and respected, she said, is the truest form of education. She noted that it is truly fortunate for everyone to have come to this event, and as long as they steadily do their best now, they will surely be able to go further and more steadily in the future.

This Secretary’s Tea Party was a vivid demonstration of the Party-building efforts that guide the educational work at Vanke Bilingual School, and more importantly, was a journey back to the original aspirations of education that unite hearts and gather strength. Through face-to-face dialogue and heartfelt communication, teachers are able to feel the care and warmth of the school, while also gaining a clearer understanding of their educational mission and the direction of future development.

Teacher Zhang Jialai focused on the integration of student development and mentor work with the IB curriculum, proposing a shift from “passive waiting” to “proactive engagement” in mentoring. He plans to immerse himself amongst the students to identify their needs and provide targeted guidance, while also calling on more teachers to leverage their strengths to support student growth. He also shared how their CoP group is exploring ways to integrate the concepts of TOK, EE, and CAS from the IB education system into curriculum design through an ecological approach. Teacher Duan Longyu added that VBS’s educational goal—to cultivate Chinese citizens who are physically healthy, morally sound, academically excellent, possess a sense of commitment to their country and a global perspective, and have the courage to create a better future—is highly aligned with the IB educational philosophy. He remarked with admiration that on the path of education, VBS is truly at the forefront.

赵悦老师作为新入职教师,分享了从 “优绩主义” 到“Journey is reward” (过程本身就是奖励)的理念转变,感恩同事的无私帮助与学校的温暖氛围,她分享了自己在教学中看到的“风景”以及孩子对她的滋养。作为新老师,同事们对她知无不言,让她觉得特别温暖。她还笑着补充:“我们学校的食堂也太好吃了,来了三周,菜都没有一道重复的。”在万双工作,她觉得特别幸福。
Teacher Zhao Yue, a newly hired teacher, shared her shift in mindset from “meritocracy” to the belief that “the journey itself is the reward.” She expressed gratitude for the selfless help of her colleagues and the warm atmosphere of the school, sharing the “scenery” she has witnessed in her teaching and the nourishment she has received from her students. As a new teacher, she found it especially heartwarming that her colleagues were always willing to share their knowledge with her without reservation. She added with a smile, “The food in our canteen is very good—I’ve been here for three weeks and haven’t had a single repeated dish.” Working at VBS, she said, makes her feel truly happy.

江明蔚老师说道,来到万双后最大的改变,是重新捡起阅读的习惯,慢慢养成了每个月读一本书的习惯,这让他受益匪浅。这学期,他开始带三个班,虽然忙碌,却更深刻地感受到学生之间的差异。他说,不能因为学生有差异就觉得这个班不好,每个孩子都值得被好好对待。关于教学,他最近一直在思考:应该少帮学生,多让他们自己去做、去想、去讨论,把学习的时间真正还给孩子。
Teacher Jiang Mingwei shared that the biggest change since coming to VBS has been picking up the habit of reading again, gradually developing a routine of reading one book a month—a practice that has greatly benefited him. This semester, he began teaching three classes, and despite being busy, he has gained a deeper appreciation for the differences amongst students. He noted that one should not think a class is poor simply because there are differences amongst the students, but that every child deserves to be treated well. Regarding teaching, he has been reflecting recently on the idea of doing less for students and instead letting them do, think, and discuss more on their own—truly giving the time for learning back to the children.

听完老师们的发言,第一书记董爱霞老师感慨道,来万双半年多,看到了老师们对教育的热情与热爱,她越来越确信,这里就是未来学校发展的方向。每一个孩子都能被看见、被尊重,正是教育最本真的模样。她说,大家能来到这个平台真的很幸运,只要踏踏实实把眼下的事情做到最好,未来就一定能走得更稳、更远。
After listening to the teachers' words, First Secretary Dong Aixia remarked that in her time of over six months at VBS, she has witnessed the teachers' passion and love for education, and she has become increasingly convinced that this is precisely the direction of school’s future development. Every child being seen and respected, she said, is the truest form of education. She noted that it is truly fortunate for everyone to have come to this event, and as long as they steadily do their best now, they will surely be able to go further and more steadily in the future.

茶话会期间,党支部书记杨帆校长全程认真倾听、逐一回应。她真诚感谢老师们的付出与努力,感慨道,身边有这样一群彼此信任、互相支持的同事,是一件特别珍贵的事,希望这份温暖的氛围能在万双延续下去,老师们在这里好好发展。她强调,学校始终是教师最坚实的后盾,未来,期待全体教师在万双的平台上深耕成长,以爱与责任成就更多孩子的梦想,共同书写学校发展的新篇章。
Throughout the Tea Party, Principal Yang Fan, Secretary of the Party Branch, listened attentively and responded to each teacher in turn. She sincerely thanked the teachers for their dedication and efforts, remarking that it is truly precious to have colleagues who trust and support one another, and she hoped that this warm atmosphere would continue to thrive at VBS, allowing teachers to grow and flourish here. She emphasized that the school will always have the strongest support for its teachers, and expressed her hope that all teachers will continue to deepen their growth within VBS, fulfillling the dream of guiding more children with love and responsibility, and jointly write a new chapter in the school’s development.

此次书记茶话会,是万科双语学校党建引领育人工作的生动实践,更是一次凝聚人心、汇聚力量的教育初心之旅。通过面对面交流、心贴心沟通,让全体教师感受到学校的关怀与温暖,更明晰了教育使命与发展方向。
This Secretary’s Tea Party was a vivid demonstration of the Party-building efforts that guide the educational work at Vanke Bilingual School, and more importantly, was a journey back to the original aspirations of education that unite hearts and gather strength. Through face-to-face dialogue and heartfelt communication, teachers are able to feel the care and warmth of the school, while also gaining a clearer understanding of their educational mission and the direction of future development.
