三月，在这个万物复苏的美好时节，第116个“三八”国际劳动妇女节如约而至。2026年3月6日下午，万科双语学校杨帆校长与工会、人力财务中心、综合行政中心的老师们一同，带着写满温情的贺卡与精心准备的礼物，走进一间间办公室，为全体教职工送去节日的问候与真挚的祝福。

In March, as all things revive in this beautiful season, the 116th International Women's Day arrives as promised. On the afternoon of March 6th, 2026, Principal Yang Fan of Vanke Bilingual School, together with staff from various departments including administration, finance, human resources, and the labor union walked into offices one by one, bringing warmly written greeting cards and carefully prepared gifts to extend holiday greetings and sincere blessings to all faculty and staff.

据了解，“三八”国际劳动妇女节，既是对女性百年奋斗历程的庄严回望，也是对性别平等愿景的坚定守望。它铭记着无数女性为争取权益而抗争的脚步，也激励着一代代女性以自尊、自信、自立、自强的姿态勇敢绽放。这个节日将跨越国界的力量凝聚成声，不仅是女性的节日，更是全人类共同追求平等、公正与进步的象征，激励着一代又一代人为实现人类共同发展而努力。

International Women's Day is both a solemn tribute to women's century-long struggle and a steadfast commitment to gender equality. It honors the footsteps of those who fought for their rights, and inspires generations of women to blossom with dignity and strength. Transcending borders, this day is not only for women—it symbolizes humanity's shared pursuit of equality, justice, and progress, motivating us all to work toward a better future for everyone.

正因如此，万双的关怀从不以性别为界——这份节日的惊喜，同样送到了每一位男教职工的手中。教育的沃土上，每一份耕耘都值得被看见，每一份坚守都值得被祝福。无论她与他，所有在教育一线默默付出的老师，都是这个节日里值得被致敬的人。

For this reason, VBS's care transcends gender: Every male staff member also received this holiday surprise. This appreciation went beyond the gifts, it was captured in every heartfelt moment. When Principal Yang Fan opened the classroom door, teachers beamed with surprise and children erupted with joy. As she made heart gestures to teachers, they warmly responded. In that moment, their eyes exchanged unspoken understanding—a gentle tribute between those who walk this path together.

在与孩子们交谈的过程中，杨校问：“马上就是三八妇女节了，你们知道，这是谁的节日吗？”“是妈妈的！”“也是奶奶的！”“还有老师！”孩子们抢着回答，童真的声音此起彼伏。杨校微笑着点点头，温柔地说：“三八妇女节是属于所有女性长辈的节日——是妈妈、奶奶、外婆，是老师，也是许许多多为你们付出的人。在这个特别的日子里，你们可以给她们一个大大的拥抱，说一声‘我爱你’，或者帮她们做一件力所能及的小事。这就是最好的节日礼物。”孩子们认真听着，眼神里闪着光。那一刻，教育不只是知识的传授，更是爱的传递，让感恩的种子在孩子们的心中生根发芽。这些微小的瞬间，终将长成他们生命中温柔而坚韧的力量，让他们在未来漫长的岁月里，懂得爱，也懂得如何去爱。

During her conversation with the children, Principal Yang asked: "International Women's Day is just around the corner. Do you know who this day belongs to?" "It's for moms!" "And grandmas!" "And teachers too!" the children eagerly responded, their innocent voices rising one after another. Principal Yang smiled and nodded, then said gently: "International Women's Day belongs to all the wonderful women in our lives—it's for moms, grandmas, grandmothers, teachers, and so many others who care for you. On this special day, you can give them a big hug, say 'I love you,' or do something small to help. That's the best gift of all." The children listened intently, their eyes sparkling. In that moment, education transcended the mere transmission of knowledge—it became the passing on of love, allowing seeds of gratitude to take root in young hearts. These small moments will eventually grow into a gentle yet resilient force in their lives, enabling them to understand love and know how to love in the years to come.

Beyond the festive surprises, the school prepared a special health gift for all faculty and staff—free vision screenings. Through this tangible gesture, they safeguard every teacher's "clear vision." This is not merely a health benefit, but a silent reminder: amid the daily rush, don't forget to care for yourself.
