万双网讯  2025年12月30日下午，万科双语学校与深圳市眼科医院在校内隆重举行合作协议签署仪式，正式启动为期六年的青少年近视防控专项合作——“Bright Vision明眸行动”。双方将以此为契机，共同构建科学化、系统化、可持续的校园视力健康防护体系，守护学生的“睛”彩未来。

On the afternoon of December 30th, 2025, Vanke Bilingual School and Shenzhen Eye Hospital held a grand cooperation agreement signing ceremony on campus, officially kicking off a six-year special cooperation program for juvenile myopia prevention and control—the “Bright Vision” Initiative. Taking this opportunity, the two parties will jointly build a scientific, systematic, and sustainable campus visual health protection system to safeguard the students' bright future.

At the ceremony, Principal Yang Fan of Vanke Bilingual School and Vice President Liu Meizhou of Shenzhen Eye Hospital signed the agreement and delivered speeches on behalf of their respective institutions. In her speech, Principal Yang Fan vividly elaborated on the significance of protecting visual health through her personal experience. She recalled, “In high school, out of curiosity, I often borrowed my classmates’ glasses to wear. Later, I realized I had actually become nearsighted. At that time, there was no awareness of scientific optometry, and my myopia degree kept worsening. It was not until I became a teacher that I truly understood the long-term impact of wearing glasses for life and work.” This personal insight has made her particularly attentive to students’ visual health.

为此，学校已将视力保护纳入常态化校园健康管理体系中，杨帆校长提到，学校每学期聘请专业机构检测教室灯光照明，每月根据学生身高动态调整课桌椅高度，并保证学生每日充足的户外活动时间。此外，学校还发起“抵制电子产品负面影响”专项倡议，引导学生不玩游戏、不刷短视频、不议论相关内容，同时组织家长共同学习睡眠与健康知识，通过家校协同保障学生睡眠时间，系统化推进视力保护工作。

To this end, the school has already integrated eyesight protection into its regular campus health management system. Principal Yang mentioned that the school invites professional institutions to test classroom lighting every semester, dynamically adjusts the height of desks and chairs monthly based on students’ heights, and ensures that students have sufficient outdoor activity time every day. Additionally, the school has launched a special initiative to “Resist the Negative Impact of Electronic Devices”, guiding students to avoid playing games, scrolling through short videos, and discussing related content. Meanwhile, it has organized parent seminars to raise awareness on this issue.

Principal Yang frankly stated, “We have accumulated some experience in this practice, but we are also clearly aware of the lack of professional support—for example, the absence of continuous tracking data and precise intervention guidance.” She emphasized that the six-year “Bright Vision” Initiative, in collaboration with Shenzhen Eye Hospital, aims to leverage the hospital's professional strength to provide systematic support for the school, including visual environment assessment, establishment of a myopia screening platform, and management of high-risk students, thereby comprehensively enhancing the methods and effectiveness of campus myopia prevention and control efforts.

She first reviewed Shenzhen’s overall layout and rapid response capability in the field of myopia prevention and control. Then, taking Taiwan, China’s long-standing “Sky-Gazing Initiative” as an example, she illustrated that sustained promotion of outdoor activities and improvement of behavioral habits are the fundamental approaches to prevention and control. Vice President Liu further noted that from the traditional behavioral norms of “One Foot, One Fist, One Inch” to the modern management of electronic screens, seemingly simple principles face numerous practical difficulties in implementation. “In recent years, medical research on the causes of myopia has extended to the embryonic development stage, but this does not mean that later interventions are meaningless. If external factors determine everything, what is the value of doctors and teachers? For this reason, we need to adopt a comprehensive, multi-path strategy based on scientific understanding,” she said.

根据协议，双方将围绕“Bright Vision明眸行动”，在未来六年内开展多维度、深层次的合作：深圳市眼科医院将走进校园，通过专业调研评估视觉环境，并提供科学的随访监测，定期开展视力检查与数据分析。同时，双方将共同关注重点学生群体，医院将为其提供便捷的复诊支持，并定期在校开展眼科科普活动，让视力保护融入校园生活，落到成长实处。

According to the agreement, the two parties will carry out multi-dimensional and in-depth cooperation around the “Bright Vision” Initiative over the next six years: Shenzhen Eye Hospital will come to the campus to conduct professional surveys and assessments of the visual environment, provide scientific follow-up monitoring, and regularly carry out eyesight checks and data analysis. Meanwhile, the two parties will jointly focus on key student groups.
