【喜报】74名队员,5支球队,一份共同的成长答卷 ——记万双学子“龙华杯”征程

万双网讯  在一场青少年足球赛中,究竟什么才是最宝贵的收获?近日,万科双语学校74名学子在2025年深圳市“龙华杯”青少年(儿童)足球比赛中,以他们的实际行动,给出了自己的答案。


What is the most valuable gain from a youth football match? Recently, 74 students from Vanke Bilingual School gave their own answer through their actions at the 2025 Shenzhen “Longhua Cup” Youth (Children’s) Football Match.

赛绩之外:一次全员参与的教育实践

Beyond the Scores: A Whole-Participation Educational Practice


本届赛事共设七个组别,吸引了龙华区中小学共86支队伍参与角逐。我校选派74名运动员,组成五支代表队参加比赛。在11月15日至12月3日的赛程中,我校代表队共参与21场激烈交锋。最终,小学女子甲组荣获第四名,获颁“殿军”奖牌与奖状;初中女子组夺得第五名;小学男子甲组与初中男子组均获第八名,并收获“优胜奖”奖状


This tournament featured 7 categories and attracted 86 teams from primary and secondary schools across Longhua District. Our school selected 74 athletes to form 5 representative teams for the competition. During the match period from November 15 to December 3, our teams engaged in 21 intense contests. In the end, the Primary School Girls’ Group A claimed the 4th place and was awarded the “Fourth Runner-Up” medal and certificate; the Junior High School Girls’ Team secured the 5th place; both the Primary School Boys’ Group A and Junior High School Boys’ Team finished 8th and received the “Meritorious Winner” certificates.

On December 8, at the flag-raising ceremony of the 15th week, all 74 participating players stepped onto the stage together to receive recognition from the school. Principal Yang Fan and Teacher Joao presented the awards to the players jointly.

在随后的讲话中,杨帆校长指出,学校所有参赛队伍均由对足球怀有浓厚兴趣的学生自发组成,由本校教师义务指导,队员们利用课余时间坚持训练,这份成绩来之不易。她强调,学校始终秉持公平公正的原则,每一场比赛都面向全体师生广泛宣传,确保机会向所有人开放。在她看来,名次并非最终目的,学校更为珍视的,是同学们在整个过程中展现出的坚毅品格与执着精神


In her subsequent speech, Principal Yang Fan pointed out that all the school's participating teams were voluntarily formed by students with a strong passion for football, under the voluntary guidance of the school’s own teachers. The players persisted in training in their spare time, making these achievements hard-earned. She emphasized that the school has always adhered to the principle of fairness and justice. Every match was widely promoted among all teachers and students to ensure that opportunities were accessible to everyone. In her view, rankings are not the ultimate goal; what the school cherishes more is the perseverance and dedication demonstrated by the students throughout the process.

杨校进一步指出,带队伍,首先要带思想。老师要做的不仅是技术指导,更要做思想的引路人——要在赛前引导学生明确方向,在赛后带领团队深入复盘,将每一次比赛转化为助力学生成长的真实课堂。最后,杨校勉励全体同学,希望大家在自己热爱与擅长的领域里持续探索、不断精进,将这份从体育中获得的赤诚与毅力,转化为创造未来精彩的持久动力


Principal Yang further stated that leading a team starts with shaping the mindset. Teachers should not only provide technical guidance but also act as mentors of ideology—guiding students to clarify their goals before matches and leading the team in in-depth reviews after games, turning every competition into a genuine classroom for student growth. Finally, Principal Yang encouraged all students to keep exploring and refining themselves in the fields they love and excel in, and to transform the sincerity and perseverance gained from sports into a lasting driving force for creating a brilliant future.


当队员们在全校师生面前接过奖牌的那一刻,我们看到的不仅是竞技场上的胜负,更是一种超越名次的教育价值观在熠熠闪光。这背后蕴藏的,正是万科双语学校育人理念的生动写照——在这里,教育的目光从不止步于领奖台最高处,而是温暖地洒向每一个在赛场上全力以赴的身影。


At the moment when the players received their medals in front of the entire school, what we saw was not just the wins and losses on the field, but an educational value that transcends rankings shining brightly. Behind this lies a vivid reflection of Vanke Bilingual School’s educational philosophy—here, the focus of education never stops at the top of the podium, but warmly embraces every figure that has given their all on the field.


组队之前:一场关于公平与机会的对话

比赛前,体育老师们走进每一个符合参赛资格的班级动员。在剧场的动员会上,张雪老师首先强调学业与训练的平衡:“练习耽误的课程要在空余时间补上,不能因为训练影响学业。”随后她提到:“大家是通过选拔自愿参加的。今后的比赛中,不管遇到什么问题,都要尽可能地克服,不能出现‘三天打鱼,两天晒网’的情况。”这句话道出了关键——这不是一次被动的任务,而是源自内心热爱的自主选择。


Prior to the competition, PE teachers visited every eligible class to mobilize students. At the mobilization meeting held in the auditorium, Teacher Zhang Xue first emphasized the balance between academic studies and training: “Courses missed due to practice must be made up in spare time, and training should not be allowed to affect academic performance.” She then added: “Participation is based on voluntary selection. In future competitions, no matter what difficulties you encounter, you should try your best to overcome them, and avoid being half-hearted in your commitment.” This remark hit the nail on the head—this was not a passive assignment, but a voluntary choice driven by genuine passion.

Similarly, when explaining the reason of the selection process and opportunities, Joao mentioned: “The selection process was open and transparent.  For the Longhua District Competition, we held several rounds of trials.  The core principle was to ensure all students had an equal opportunity to participate.  Regardless of skill level, any interested student could sign up.  The process itself is a valuable growth experience.  We focus more on seeing every child give their full effort for the school’s honor from a fair starting point, not just the final outcome.”


Joao老师进一步阐述了学校并未设立固定校队,而是选择在每次赛事前重新组建的做法,他认为,这贯穿着包容性与发展性的教育理念:旨在让更多学生完整体验竞技体育从组队、训练到参赛的全过程。虽然我们在训练时长上并不占优,但正因如此,这一做法能向大多数学生证明:即使从零开始,也能通过短期专注的训练与团队协作,勇敢站上赛场、挑战自我、实现进步。这也正是学校体育教育更深层的追求:激发整个学生群体的运动热情与集体荣誉感,而非仅聚焦于培养少数精英。


What’s more, he believes that the school’s approach of forming new teams for each competition, rather than maintaining a fixed team, is rooted in an inclusive and developmental educational philosophy.  The goal is to allow more students to experience the complete cycle of competitive sports—from team formation and training to actual competition.  Admittedly, compared to established school teams that train multiple times a week, we have less training time.  But that’s precisely the point: it shows the majority of students that even starting from scratch, through focused short-term training and teamwork, they can compete, challenge themselves, and improve.  This is more effective in inspiring a broader love for sports and a sense of collective pride than nurturing only a small elite.


关于胜负,张老师的话语朴素而深刻:“同学们要正确看待输赢。在赛场上拼尽全力,打出我们的风格,才能不留遗憾。就算输了,找不足,找差距。”在她看来,全力以赴的姿态,才是对体育精神最好的诠释。失败不是终点,而是进步的起点。


When it comes to winning and losing, Teacher Zhang’s words were simple yet profound: “Students should have a correct attitude toward victory and defeat. Only by doing your utmost on the field and playing in our own style can you avoid regrets. Even if we lose, we should identify our shortcomings and the gaps between us and others.” In her eyes, the attitude of going all out is the best interpretation of sportsmanship. Defeat is not the end, but the starting point for progress.

This mobilization speech had no bold rhetoric, yet every word struck home. It served as an invisible covenant, uniting 74 individual students into a cohesive team. Here, they did more than just play football—they learned how to strike a balance, how to persevere, how to collaborate, and how to respect others. These are the nutrients for growth, far more precious than any medal.

哨响之后:一次面向未来的成长课堂

After the Whistle Blows: A Growth-Oriented Classroom for the Future


比赛过程中,全体队员严守赛规,斗志昂扬。不同班级的孩子们经过赛前一周两次的课余集训,从陌生到默契,为一个全新的集体竭尽全力磨合。他们全神贯注地观摩每一场对决,为场上的每一次拼抢呐喊,为同伴的每一次进攻忘我欢呼。正是这份源于日常刻苦训练与全心投入的集体荣誉感,化作了他们饱满的热情、顽强的意志和永不言弃的体育精神,生动彰显了我校学子团结向上、全情投入的精神风貌。


Throughout the competition, all players strictly abided by the match rules and competed with high morale. Having undergone after-school training sessions twice a week before the tournament, the children from different classes went from being strangers to forming a tacit understanding, making every effort to gel as a brand-new team. They watched every match with rapt attention, cheering loudly for every tackle on the field and cheering wholeheartedly for every offensive move made by their teammates. It was this sense of collective honor, forged through daily rigorous training and wholehearted dedication, that translated into their great enthusiasm, tenacious will, and unyielding sportsmanship, vividly demonstrating the united and fully-committed spirit of our school’s students.


比赛结束后,带队老师立即组织学生进行赛后复盘。其中,Joao老师引导孩子们将失利视为宝贵的诊断工具,从中审视防守、沟通与赛前准备的不足。在他看来,比一时胜负更重要的,是培养孩子们的韧性、责任感与持续进步的心态。复盘的关键,在于将团队的关注点从“我们输了”转向“我们如何才能进步”。Joao老师期望学生真正领悟:在竞技中,成败永远关乎整个集体;无论结果如何,都要保持对对手与规则的尊重与友善;更重要的是,要养成一种从每一段经历中主动学习,并为下一次表现承担责任的自觉与能力。


Immediately after the competition, the teachers summarized it together with the students. Joao guided the children to look beyond winning or losing. He thinks failure is a valuable diagnostic tool that might reveal areas for improvement in defense, communication, or preparation.   He noted that the responses in the review meeting were wonderfully diverse—some mentioned communication, others friendship and team spirit, and others training time.   This was excellent because it showed they were thinking critically.   The key, he said, is steering the conversation from“we lost”to“how can we improve.”He hopes the students learn that in competition, you are never alone—success and failure concern the whole team; that they should always maintain respect and kindness regardless of the result; and, most importantly, that they develop the lifelong ability to learn from every experience and take responsibility for doing better next time.

此次“龙华杯”征程,不仅是一场体育竞技,更是一堂融于汗水与拼搏中的“成长课”。74名足球小将以奔跑诠释韧性,以协作书写团队精神,生动演绎了学校“让孩子站在未来中央”的办学理念——在绿茵场上,他们正是以今日之努力,走向未来更广阔的天地。


This journey at the “Longhua Cup” was not only a sports competition, but also a “growth lesson” woven with sweat and perseverance. The 74 young footballers interpreted resilience through their runs and wrote team spirit through their collaboration, vividly embodying the school’s educational philosophy of “Putting Children at the Center of the Future” — on the green field, they are stepping toward a broader world in the future with their efforts today.


未来,学校将继续以体育为纽带,通过搭建多元成长平台,不仅帮助学生在锻炼中强健体魄,更致力于让团结拼搏、永不放弃的运动精神内化于心、外化于行,助力他们成为身体健康、人格健全、学力卓越,具有家国情怀和国际视野,敢于创造美好未来的中国公民。


In the future, the school will continue to take sports as a link and build diverse growth platforms. It will not only help students strengthen their physical fitness through exercise, but also strive to internalize and externalize the sportsmanship of unity, striving and never giving up. This will empower them to become citizens of China with good physical health, sound personality, excellent academic abilities, patriotism, international vision and the courage to create a better future.

This journey at the “Longhua Cup” was not only a sports competition, but also a “growth lesson” woven with sweat and perseverance. The 74 young footballers interpreted resilience through their runs and wrote team spirit through their collaboration, vividly embodying the school’s educational philosophy of “Putting Children at the Center of the Future” — on the green field, they are stepping toward a broader world in the future with their efforts today.
