Gathering around festively decorated tables, everyone washed their hands and became instant “kitchen masters.” Rolling out dough, filling them, and pinching them shut — their movements evolved from clumsy to skillful, with laughter and cheerfulness flowing naturally amongst the crowd. Different styles of dumplings took shape from their deft hands, each unique in form yet carrying the same heartfelt wishes. The atmosphere was lively and warm. Teachers, usually busy with teaching and administration, now relaxed and chatted freely, sharing amusing stories and comparing customs from northern and southern China. Building on this, Principal Yang outlined the dual framework of the “VBS Educational Ecosystem” as the school’s response: first, a student-centric growth ecosystem, emphasizing student’s physical and mental health at the core, with family and school (especially teachers) serving as the two pillars, where teachers must proactively and professionally guide families to form a synergistic educational force; second, an operations-centric management and support ecosystem, clarifying the responsibilities of the school’s structure at all levels and encouraging staff to find their position within the system and collaborate actively. Through numerous positive examples and situations requiring improvement, she elaborated in detail on how to implement the principle of "letting students experience authentic and rigorous learning" in their respective roles.

杨帆校长指出,高质量的教育需要每一位教职工的高水平专业精神和职业道德作为基石,同时也强调了学校管理层履行监督、引导职责的必要性。她呼吁建立基于“尊重、胜任、个人对他人的敬重、正直”四维度的相互信任,并提倡一种讲奉献、有担当的组织文化。

会议结束后,学校精心组织了温馨的冬至庆祝活动。教职工们移步至学校中餐厅,一同动手包饺子,感受传统节日的温暖。大家围聚在布置一新的餐桌旁,洗净双手,纷纷化身“厨艺能手”。擀皮、填馅、捏合,动作从生疏到娴熟,笑语间流淌着协作的默契。不同风格的饺子在灵巧的手中诞生,形态各异,却都承载着同样的祝福。现场气氛热烈而温馨,平日里忙于教学与管理的老师们,此刻在轻松的氛围中交流生活趣事,分享南北不同的习俗,餐厅里回荡着阵阵欢声笑语。
After the meeting, the school carefully organized a heartwarming Winter Solstice celebration. Faculty and staff moved to the central dining hall, where they joined together to make dumplings and embrace the warmth of this traditional festival. Gathering around festively decorated tables, everyone washed their hands and became instant “kitchen masters.” Rolling out dough, filling them, and pinching them shut — their movements evolved from clumsy to skillful, with laughter and cheerfulness flowing naturally amongst the crowd. Different styles of dumplings took shape from their deft hands, each unique in form yet carrying the same heartfelt wishes. The atmosphere was lively and warm. Teachers, usually busy with teaching and administration, now relaxed and chatted freely, sharing amusing stories and comparing customs from northern and southern China. The dining hall echoed with continuous laughter and cheerful conversation.

Through collective effort and cooperation, tray after tray of plump dumplings were boiled in steaming pots, filling the air with a delightful aroma. As everyone tasted the dishes they had made with their own hands, satisfaction and joy were evident on every face.
This was more than just an experience of a traditional festival — it was a moment of team bonding and emotional connection. In this warm atmosphere of sharing and interaction, colleagues grew closer to one another, and the team’s sense of unity and belonging quietly grew stronger.
