万双网讯  2025年12月20日，深圳万科双语学校在学校剧场召开阶段工作会议，全体教职工参会。此时正值学期尾声前一个多月的关键阶段，会议旨在引导全体教育工作者沉心静气、回望反思，以更清晰的教育思路和更饱满的工作状态，陪伴学生稳健走完本学期最后征程，并为学校的长远发展凝聚共识、积蓄力量。

On December 20th, 2025, Vanke Bilingual School in Shenzhen held a midterm review meeting in the school theater, with all faculty and staff in attendance. Taking place with over a month left before the end of the semester, the meeting aimed to guide educators to reflect calmly, review their work, and to find renewed energy. This would enable them to support students in the final stretch of the term and gather momentum for the school’s long-term development.

Enlightenment: Bearing the Weight of Trust to Honor the Journey Ahead

本次会议由行政中心陈诺斯老师主持。她首先回顾了当日上午杨帆校长在校园开放日的教育分享会中与百余名家长深度交流的场景，动情地表示，在民办教育面临变革的背景下，仍有众多家庭选择信任“让孩子站在中央”的万双理念，这份期待既令人感动，更是一份沉甸甸的责任。

The meeting was hosted by Ms. Chen Nuosi from the Administrative Center. She began by reflecting on the educational sharing session held earlier that morning during the campus open day, where Principal Yang Fan engaged in in-depth exchanges with over a hundred parents. With deep emotion, she noted that amid the ongoing transformations in private education, many families still choose to trust the Vanke Bilingual School philosophy of “placing children at the center.” This expectation, she expressed, is not only moving but also represents a weighty responsibility.

Facing the concluding phase of what has been termed “the longest semester in recent memory,” Ms. Chen invoked a phrase often emphasized by Principal Yang Fan: “Every day of a child is irreplaceable.” She called on all teachers to approach each coming day of education with reverence, urging everyone to pause, look back, and reflect together. 首先，会议第一项议程由胡雅琼老师围绕二十届四中全会精神作专题分享。她系统传达了全会关于进一步全面深化改革、推进中国式现代化的战略部署，并指出其对教育工作的根本指导意义。

The first agenda item of the meeting was a sharing session led by Ms. Hu Yaqiong, focusing on the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee. She systematically conveyed the plenum’s strategic plans for further deepening of reform and advancing Chinese modernization, highlighting its fundamental guiding significance for educational work.

结合学校实际，胡老师强调教育要坚持高质量发展与系统推进，坚守育人初心、勇于改革创新，为未来社会培养合格建设者。她从“以人为本”“系统协同”“守正创新”三个维度阐释了教育实践路径，号召全体教师以“热爱、勤奋、竭尽全力”的态度，做学生成长的引路人，共同为培育担当民族复兴大任的时代新人贡献力量。

Connecting this with the school, Ms. Hu emphasized that education must adhere to high-quality development and systematic advancement, staying true to its original mission of nurturing talent, and have the courage to reform and innovate in order to cultivate competent builders for a future society. She elaborated on the path of educational practice from three dimensions: “putting people first,” “systematic coordination,” and “upholding fundamental principles while breaking new ground.” She called on all faculty to serve as guides for student growth with an attitude of “passion, diligence, and utmost effort,” working together to contribute to fostering a new generation capable of undertaking the mission of national rejuvenation.

随后，周金凤主任以“回归初心，重塑全力”为主题，与老师们展开了一场真诚而深入的漫谈。她首先对刚刚过去的期中检测情况进行了细致的反思与复盘，在肯定成绩的同时，也对老师们教育教学过程的严谨性、科学性与艺术性提出了更高的要求与期待。她强调，教育之道，往往“无言的熏陶胜过千言万语”，教师自身的思想境界、行为风范与专业态度，就是学生成长路上遇见的第一片风景，具有潜移默化的深远影响。

Subsequently, Director Zhou Jinfeng engaged teachers in a sincere and in-depth dialogue themed “Returning to the Original Aspiration to Reforge Full Commitment.” She began with a detailed reflection and review of the recent mid-term assessments. While acknowledging achievements, she also raised higher expectations regarding the rigor, scientific approach, and artistry of teachers’ educational practices. She emphasized that in education, “silent influence often speaks louder than a thousand words,” and that a teacher’s own mindset, conduct, and professional demeanor form the first landscape that students encounter on their growth journey.

Director Zhou then summarized some common issues observed in teaching and learning this semester. She earnestly hopes every teacher can use this opportunity for deep introspection into their own practice, continually questioning and reconnecting with their initial educational ideals and passion. She particularly stressed the need for all faculty to repeatedly study, contemplate, and implement the educational philosophy and curriculum framework of Vanke Bilingual School, always upholding trust in and patient dedication to the potential of every child.

接下来，杨帆校长以“在万双教育生态系统中定位自己，实现自我”为题，结合学校发展实际与当前教育形势发表了演讲。她指出，在民办教育面临复杂外部环境的当下，学校的“生存与发展”是永恒主题。生存的根本在于提供不可替代的教育价值，她强调，万双教育的独特性并非标新立异，而在于其更加趋近教育本质——一切以学生的真实成长为中心。她引用华为的企业价值观，类比指出学校的核心利益相关者是学生，“学生利益”应成为所有工作的支点，这里的“利益”核心是每个孩子全面而健康的成长。

Next, Principal Yang Fan delivered a speech titled “Positioning and Realizing Ourselves within the Vanke Bilingual School Educational Ecosystem,” integrating the school’s developmental status with the current educational landscape. She pointed out that amidst the complex external environment facing private education, the school’s “survival and development” remains the primary theme. The foundation of survival lies in providing irreplaceable educational value. She emphasized that the uniqueness of VBS education does not lie in just being unconventional, but in its closer approximation to the essence of education—centering everything on the genuine growth of students. Citing Huawei’s corporate values as an analogy, she stated that the school’s core stakeholder is the student, and “student benefit” should be the fulcrum of all work, where the core of this “benefit” is the comprehensive and healthy development of each child.

To illustrate the complexity of educational transformation, Principal Yang introduced the “Iceberg Model of Education” proposed by Andreas Schleicher, often referred to as the “father of PISA.” Using this model, she analyzed the crucial relationship between the visible surface layer of knowledge transmission and the cultivation of hidden deep-seated competencies, beliefs, and motivations beneath the water. Principal Yang noted that the true challenge facing the current education system often lies in how to shift the massive, unseen foundation of this “iceberg”—namely, the mindsets, interests, and intrinsic motivation of teachers, students, and parents. This analysis pinpointed the core difficulty of educational reform and provided a clear theoretical lens for VBS to identify breakpoints within its own ecosystem.

基于此，杨帆校长重点勾勒了“万双教育生态系统”的双重构架，作为学校的应对之策：一是以学生为核心的成长生态，强调学生的身心健康是中心，家庭与学校（尤其是教师）是两大支柱，教师需主动、专业地指导家庭教育，形成育人合力；二是以事务为核心的管理支持生态，明确了学校各级架构的职责，鼓励教职工在系统中找准定位，积极协作。她通过大量生动的正面案例和亟待改进的现象，详细阐释了如何在各自岗位上践行“让学生经历真实而严谨的学习”这一原则。

Building on this, Principal Yang outlined the dual framework of the “VBS Educational Ecosystem” as the school’s response: first, a student-centric growth ecosystem, emphasizing student’s physical and mental health at the core, with family and school (especially teachers) serving as the two pillars, where teachers must proactively and professionally guide families to form a synergistic educational force; second, an operations-centric management and support ecosystem, clarifying the responsibilities of the school’s structure at all levels and encouraging staff to find their position within the system and collaborate actively. Through numerous positive examples and situations requiring improvement, she elaborated in detail on how to implement the principle of "letting students experience authentic and rigorous learning" in their respective roles.

杨帆校长指出，高质量的教育需要每一位教职工的高水平专业精神和职业道德作为基石，同时也强调了学校管理层履行监督、引导职责的必要性。她呼吁建立基于“尊重、胜任、个人对他人的敬重、正直”四维度的相互信任，并提倡一种讲奉献、有担当的组织文化。

Principal Yang stated that high-quality education requires the high-level professionalism and ethics of every staff member as its cornerstone, while also emphasizing the necessity for school management to fulfill its supervisory and guiding duties. She called for building mutual trust based on four dimensions: “Respect, Competence, Consideration for Others with Integrity,” and advocated for an organizational culture of dedication and responsibility.

Principal Yang also connected teachers’ personal fulfillment to the broader context of national development. She expressed that VBS’s educational philosophy is forward-thinking and correct, and has now entered the “deep-water zone” of implementation, requiring everyone to unite in purpose and continue striving.

最后，她宣读了周金凤主任获评广东省人民政府“南粤优秀教师”的喜讯，并亲自为其颁奖。她勉励全体同仁，以优秀榜样为力量，在广阔的实践天地中，不仅实现自我价值，更肩负起为国家培养未来栋梁的重任，在万双这个生态系统中，共同书写有责任、有温度、有成效的教育篇章。

Finally, she announced the good news that Director Zhou Jinfeng had been awarded the “Outstanding Teacher of Southern Guangdong” honor by the People’s Government of Guangdong Province and personally presented her with the award. She encouraged all colleagues to draw strength from this excellent example, to not only realize self-worth in the vast field of practice but also shoulder the responsibility of cultivating future pillars for the nation, and to collectively write a responsible, warm, and effective chapter of education for the VBS ecosystem.

会议最后，张昆主管对《万科双语学校公共财物管理办法》进行了全面、细致的专题解读。他围绕管理办法的具体条款内容、执行流程及相关责任认定等方面展开说明，尤其结合学校日常工作中常见的实际情况和潜在问题，进行了深入浅出的分析。

At the conclusion of the meeting, Director Zhang Kun provided a comprehensive and detailed interpretation of the Vanke Bilingual School Public Property Management Measures. He elaborated on the specific provisions, implementation procedures, and related responsibility determinations outlined in the measures, offering clear and insightful analysis by connecting them to common practical scenarios and potential issues in the school’s daily operations.

张主管强调，该办法的出台与落实不仅关乎学校资源的合理配置与有效维护，更与每一位教职员工的日常工作密切相关，是推动学校管理规范化、精细化的重要举措。通过此次解读，进一步强化了全体人员的规范意识与主体责任意识，引导大家共同珍惜和维护学校的教育资源与环境，为教育教学工作的平稳、高效、有序开展提供坚实的制度保障。

会议结束后，学校精心组织了温馨的冬至庆祝活动。教职工们移步至学校中餐厅，一同动手包饺子，感受传统节日的温暖。大家围聚在布置一新的餐桌旁，洗净双手，纷纷化身“厨艺能手”。擀皮、填馅、捏合，动作从生疏到娴熟，笑语间流淌着协作的默契。不同风格的饺子在灵巧的手中诞生，形态各异，却都承载着同样的祝福。现场气氛热烈而温馨，平日里忙于教学与管理的老师们，此刻在轻松的氛围中交流生活趣事，分享南北不同的习俗，餐厅里回荡着阵阵欢声笑语。

After the meeting, the school carefully organized a heartwarming Winter Solstice celebration. Faculty and staff moved to the central dining hall, where they joined together to make dumplings and embrace the warmth of this traditional festival. Gathering around festively decorated tables, everyone washed their hands and became instant “kitchen masters.” Rolling out dough, filling them, and pinching them shut — their movements evolved from clumsy to skillful, with laughter and cheerfulness flowing naturally amongst the crowd. Different styles of dumplings took shape from their deft hands, each unique in form yet carrying the same heartfelt wishes. The atmosphere was lively and warm. Teachers, usually busy with teaching and administration, now relaxed and chatted freely, sharing amusing stories and comparing customs from northern and southern China. The dining hall echoed with continuous laughter and cheerful conversation.
