万双网讯  为深入学习贯彻教育家精神,推动新时代科学教育观在校园落地生根,进一步强化师德师风建设,2025 年 12 月 9 日,万科双语学校党支部(以下简称 “万双”)以 “以教育家精神铸魂,锻造万双育人先锋” 为主题,举办了一场书记茶话会党支部书记杨帆同志、第一书记董爱霞同志与各年级组长、教师代表齐聚一堂,围绕育人根本任务,共话教育初心,共研育人之道,在思想碰撞中凝聚教育合力,在交流分享中明晰前行方向。


To thoroughly study and implement the spirit of educators, advance the implementation of the new-era scientific education philosophy on campus, and further strengthen teachers' professional ethics and conduct, the Party Branch of Vanke Bilingual School (Wanshuang) hosted a Secretary’s Tea Gathering on the 9th of December 2025 under the theme of “Forging the Spiritual Foundation with the Spirit of Educators, Cultivating Wanshuang’s Student-Nurturing Pioneers”. Comrade Yang Fan, Secretary of the Party Branch, and Comrade Dong Aixia, First Secretary, gathered with grade group leaders and teacher representatives to discuss the fundamental mission of nurturing students, reflect on their original educational aspirations, and explore approaches to holistic student development. Through intellectual exchange, they consolidated and clarified future directions via shared insights.

茶话会伊始,杨帆书记发表讲话,阐明了本次活动旨在紧扣 “以教育家精神铸魂强师,谱写教育强国建设华章” 主题,结合万双办学特色,紧扣学生发展主题,推动教育家精神融入日常育人全过程助力锻造能扛事、善育人、有情怀的万双育人先锋队伍,为学校教育事业高质量发展注入新动能。


At the start of the tea gathering, Secretary Yang Fan delivered an address, clarifying that this event aimed to align with the theme “Forging the Soul and Empowering Teachers with the Spirit of Educators to Compose a Splendid Chapter in Building a Strong Education for the Nation”. By integrating Wanshuang’s distinctive educational approach and focusing on student development, the gathering sought to embed the spirit of educators throughout all daily processes. This initiative aimed to forge a team of Wanshuang’s student-nurturing pioneers who are capable of shouldering responsibilities, skilled in nurturing students, and imbued with passion, thereby injecting new momentum into the school’s high-quality educational development.

在交流分享环节,各位年级组长与教师代表结合自身教育教学经历,畅谈对教育家精神的理解与践行,字字句句彰显着万双教师的教育情怀与责任担当。


During the exchange session, grade heads and teacher representatives shared their insights on the spirit of educators based on their teaching experiences. Their words vividly reflected the educational passion and sense of responsibility held by Wanshuang’s teaching staff.

兼任八年级组长的周金凤副书记表示,作为年级组长,践行教育家精神,需立足 “桥梁纽带” 与 “引领示范” 的角色定位。一方面,要做政策落地的执行者,坚定不移地落实好各项工作。另一方面,要做团队成长的引领者与赋能者,挖掘教师优势,搭建互助平台,凝聚团队合力,带领年级组教师以实干担当锻造育人先锋队伍。


Deputy Secretary Zhou Jinfeng, concurrently serving as the Year 8 Head, stated that as grade leaders, embodying the spirit of educators requires grounding themselves by being both “bridge and link” and “leader and exemplar”. On one hand, they have to be planners of policy implementation, steadfastly carrying out all necessary tasks. On the other hand, they had to serve as leaders and enablers of team development, identifying teachers’ strengths, establishing mutual support platforms, and uniting the team’s collective efforts to forge a pioneering educational force through practical action and responsibility.

兼任九年级组长的林红英校长助理表示,教育家精神中的 “启智润心” 与 “因材施教”,与万双的办学理念高度契合。作为九年级的教师,深感肩上的责任重大,我们不仅要立足课堂、更要深耕育人,不放弃每一位学生,看见每一位学生的独特性,始终坚守育人初心,助力他们在未来世界中站稳脚跟、绽放光彩。


Principal Assistant Lin Hongying, concurrently serving as the Year 9 Head, remarked that the spirit of educators features enlightening with wisdom and nurturing hearts and teaching according to each individual’s aptitude that aligns with Wanshuang’s educational philosophy. As Year 9 teachers, they have felt the heavy weight of responsibility on their shoulders. They had to not only ground themselves but also cultivate their education with dedication, never abandoning any student, recognizing the uniqueness of each pupil, and steadfastly upholding their original educational aspirations to help them gain a firm foothold and shine brightly in the future world.

刘玲玲老师结合文言经典篇目《狼》的教学经历,分享了对教育家精神的深刻感悟。她认为,育人之路与屠户斗狼有着异曲同工之妙,都需要坚守初心的定力、应对变局的智慧与挺身而出的担当,这正是教育家精神的生动诠释。她表示,将以教育家精神为帆、以育人初心为桨,在万双这片沃土上潜心育人,与同事们并肩锻造育人先锋队伍,用微光点亮学生的璀璨未来


Drawing upon her teaching experience with the classical Chinese text ‘The Wolf’, Teacher Liu Lingling shared profound insights into the spirit of educators. She observed that the path of nurturing students shares a remarkable parallel with the butcher’s struggle against the wolf – both demand the steadfastness to uphold one’s original aspirations, the wisdom to navigate shifting circumstances, and the courage to step forward when needed. This, she contended, was a vivid embodiment of the spirit of educators. She pledged to sail with the spirit of educators as her sail and the aspiration for nurturing as her rudder, dedicating herself to cultivating talent on the fertile grounds of Wanshuang. Together with her colleagues, she would forge a vanguard team of educators, illuminating students’ bright futures with their modest light.

蒋雪莹老师表示,人工智能的发展,学生自我的迅速发展,信息的获取,都对老师的专业能力提出了挑战。她感慨,当把学生从一年级带到六年级时,你会发现,他们的每一天都很珍贵,不能重来。教师就是应该有高度责任心对待学生。我们要用教育家的精神,从理想信念、道德情操、育人智慧、躬耕态度、仁爱之心几个方面去提升自身思想高度,引领学生成长,充分发挥教师教书育人的关键作用。


Ms Jiang Xueying remarked that the advancement of artificial intelligence, the rapid self-development of students, and the accessibility of information all posed challenges to teachers’ professional capabilities. She reflected that when guiding pupils from Year One to Year Six, one realized that each day was precious and irreplaceable. Teachers had to therefore approach their students with the utmost sense of responsibility. She added that they must cultivate the spirit of education, elevating their ideological stature through ideals and convictions, moral integrity, pedagogical wisdom, dedication, and having a down-to-earth teaching attitude with a compassionate heart. This would enable them to guide students’ growth and fully realize the pivotal role of teachers in both instruction and nurturing.

张君婷老师表示,在日常教学中,教师应做好 “观察者与发现者”,用心捕捉每一位学生的独特之处,用爱搭建成长阶梯,做学生成长路上坚定而有力的支持者。“只要我们始终坚守这一方向,无论是教学还是育人,都能行走在正确的道路上,引领孩子们稳步、自信地走向未来。”


Ms Zhang Junting emphasized that in daily teaching, educators should serve as “observers and discoverers”, attentively identifying each pupil’s unique qualities. By building ladders of growth with love, teachers can become steadfast supporters on students’ developmental journeys. “As long as we remain steadfast in this direction, whether in instruction or when nurturing, we shall tread the right path, guiding children to advance steadily and confidently towards their futures.” she said.

黄巧莉老师表示,学校引领我们扎实落地前沿理念:坚定不移推进 PBL 项目式学习,让学生成为学习主导者;以系统思维开展心理健康教育,从学业拓展至终身幸福,培养健全人格、面向未来的学子。作为万双教师,我们应紧跟学校步伐,将万双前沿的教育教学理念内化于心、外化于行,在平凡岗位,汇聚不凡力量。


Ms Huang Qiaoli highlighted how the school guided the faculty in embedding cutting-edge pedagogical approaches: such as steadfastly advancing Project-Based Learning (PBL) to empower students as the focal point of learning; implementing systematic mental health education that extends beyond academics to include lifelong happiness and wellbeing, cultivating well-rounded, future-ready learners. As Wanshuang educators, she noted, they must align with the school's vision, internalizing its pioneering educational philosophy and putting it into practice through action, putting extraordinary strength in their ordinary roles.

余丹老师“小事深耕” 与 “团队共育” 两个维度,分享了年级组践行教育家精神的具体实践。她谈到,教育藏在细微之处,要形成 “回溯成因、跟踪反馈、闭环育人” 的模式;同时注重团队协作,挖掘每位教师的优势,通过互助共学、彼此赋能,凝聚育人合力,让每一次教育对话都成为学生成长的阶梯


Ms Yu Dan shared on the grade team’s concrete practices in embodying the spirit of educators from two aspects: “meticulous attention to detail” and “collective nurturing through teamwork”. She emphasized that education resided in minutiae, advocating a model of “retrospective analysis, feedback tracking, and having a closed-loop student nurturing system”. Simultaneously, she stressed the importance of teamwork, harnessing each teacher’s strengths through mutual learning and empowerment to consolidate educational synergy, ensuring every pedagogical dialogue becomes a stepping stone for student’s growth.

王乐乐老师聚焦教师专业成长与课堂教学改革,提出提升教书育人能力需立足学科功底、深耕日常课堂。她表示,教师们需要更加主动、积极地投身于项目式教学等课程改革实践,真正让教学方式向以学生为中心、以素养为导向转变。在万双,杨帆书记为老师们提供了有力支持,创造了开放协作、鼓励探索的专业氛围。我们应在此基础上,进一步凝聚团队智慧,在协作中互促共进,更大胆地尝试创新教学路径。通过这样持续的教学改进与课堂实践,我们终将实现教师学科育人能力的全面提升,进而推动学校育人模式的系统性革新。


Ms Wang Lele focused on professional development and classroom reform, proposing that enhancing teaching and nurturing capabilities requires a solid subject foundation and deep cultivation of daily lessons. She stated that teachers had to proactively engage in curriculum reform practices such as project-based learning, genuinely shifting teaching methods towards a student-centered, competency-oriented approach. At Wanshuang, she added, Secretary Yang Fan has provided robust support, fostering an open, collaborative professional environment that encourages exploration. Building upon this foundation, she suggested that the faculty should further pool their collective wisdom together, mutually advance through collaboration, and boldly experiment with innovative teaching approaches. Through such sustained pedagogical refinement and classroom practice, she believed they would ultimately achieve enhancement of teachers’ subject-based educational capabilities, thereby driving systematic innovation in the school's educational model.

学校创新负责人彭平主管围绕 “锻造万双育人先锋” 主题,结合科创比赛带队经历分享感悟。他谈到,技术教学既要传艺更要铸魂,在带队备赛过程中,始终遵循杨帆书记 “带比赛,更要带思想” 的嘱托,引导学生从校园安全痛点出发,关注人文关怀,设计智能识别奔跑系统,在实践中培养学生的责任意识与反思能力,将人文关怀融入技能培养,让学生在做事中学会做人,在探索中树立信念


Peng Ping, the school’s Innovation Lead, shared insights on the theme of“Forging Wanshuang’s Student-Nurturing Pioneers”, drawing from his experience leading teams in science and technology competitions. He emphasised that technical education must not only impart skills but also cultivate character. Throughout competition preparation, he has adhered to Secretary Yang Fan’s directive to “guide not only in competitions but also in their mindset.” This had involved guiding students in all aspects from campus safety to humanistic care, leading to the design of an intelligent behavior recognition system. This practical approach has fostered students’ sense of responsibility and reflective abilities, integrating humanistic values into skills development. Thus, students could learn how to conduct themselves with integrity through action and build conviction through exploration.

分享结束后,杨帆书记、董爱霞书记与教师代表互动交流。两位书记对教师代表的真诚分享给予高度肯定,认为大家的发言立足一线、贴合实际,充分展现了万双教师对教育家精神的深刻理解和生动践行。董书记表示,从教师代表的发言中,看到学校为教师专业成长搭建平台、提供支持,营造了开放包容、鼓励创新的育人环境教师们在万双这片教育沃土上实现着自身价值,与学校共同成长杨书记强调,教育家精神是新时代教师队伍建设的精神旗帜,教育是一件最大的善事,希望全体教师在互学互鉴中厚植教育情怀,在协同共进中锻造育人本领,让教育家精神真正融入备课教研、课堂互动、家校沟通的每一个环节,成为推动学校高质量发展的强大动力。


Following the presentations, Secretary Yang Fan and Secretary Dong Aixia engaged in interactive discussions with the teacher representatives. Both Secretaries highly commended the sincerity of all of the teachers’ contributions, noting their grounded, practical perspectives fully demonstrated the Wanshuang educators’ profound understanding and vivid embodiment of the spirit of educators. Secretary Dong remarked that the teachers’ accounts revealed how the school built platforms and provided support for professional growth, fostering an open, inclusive, and innovation-encouraging educational environment. Within this fertile ground, she added, teachers have realized their own value and grown alongside this institution. Secretary Yang emphasized that the spirit of educators served as the guiding banner for building a teaching workforce in the new era. Education, he asserted, is the noblest act of benevolence. He expressed hope that all teachers could deepen their educational ethos through mutual learning and exchange, forge pedagogical skills through collaborative advancement, and integrate the spirit of educators into every facet of lesson preparation, classroom interaction, and communication with parents. This, he stressed, would become a powerful driving force for the school’s high-quality development.

Ms Wang Lele focused on professional development and classroom reform, proposing that enhancing teaching and nurturing capabilities requires a solid subject foundation and deep cultivation of daily lessons. She stated that teachers had to proactively engage in curriculum reform practices such as project-based learning, genuinely shifting teaching methods towards a student-centered, competency-oriented approach. At Wanshuang, she added, Secretary Yang Fan has provided robust support, fostering an open, collaborative professional environment that encourages exploration. Building upon this foundation, she suggested that the faculty should further pool their collective wisdom together, mutually advance through collaboration, and boldly experiment with innovative teaching approaches. Through such sustained pedagogical refinement and classroom practice, she believed they would ultimately achieve enhancement of teachers’ subject-based educational capabilities, thereby driving systematic innovation in the school's educational model.

Peng Ping, the school’s Innovation Lead, shared insights on the theme of“Forging Wanshuang’s Student-Nurturing Pioneers”, drawing from his experience leading teams in science and technology competitions. He emphasised that technical education must not only impart skills but also cultivate character. Throughout competition preparation, he has adhered to Secretary Yang Fan’s directive to “guide not only in competitions but also in their mindset.” This had involved guiding students in all aspects from campus safety to humanistic care, leading to the design of an intelligent behavior recognition system. This practical approach has fostered students’ sense of responsibility and reflective abilities, integrating humanistic values into skills development. Thus, students could learn how to conduct themselves with integrity through action and build conviction through exploration.

分享结束后,杨帆书记、董爱霞书记与教师代表互动交流。两位书记对教师代表的真诚分享给予高度肯定,认为大家的发言立足一线、贴合实际,充分展现了万双教师对教育家精神的深刻理解和生动践行。董书记表示,从教师代表的发言中,看到学校为教师专业成长搭建平台、提供支持,营造了开放包容、鼓励创新的育人环境教师们在万双这片教育沃土上实现着自身价值,与学校共同成长杨书记强调,教育家精神是新时代教师队伍建设的精神旗帜,教育是一件最大的善事,希望全体教师在互学互鉴中厚植教育情怀,在协同共进中锻造育人本领,让教育家精神真正融入备课教研、课堂互动、家校沟通的每一个环节,成为推动学校高质量发展的强大动力。


Following the presentations, Secretary Yang Fan and Secretary Dong Aixia engaged in interactive discussions with the teacher representatives. Both Secretaries highly commended the sincerity of all of the teachers’ contributions, noting their grounded, practical perspectives fully demonstrated the Wanshuang educators’ profound understanding and vivid embodiment of the spirit of educators. Secretary Dong remarked that the teachers’ accounts revealed how the school built platforms and provided support for professional growth, fostering an open, inclusive, and innovation-encouraging educational environment. Within this fertile ground, she added, teachers have realized their own value and grown alongside this institution. Secretary Yang emphasized that the spirit of educators served as the guiding banner for building a teaching workforce in the new era. Education, he asserted, is the noblest act of benevolence. He expressed hope that all teachers could deepen their educational ethos through mutual learning and exchange, forge pedagogical skills through collaborative advancement, and integrate the spirit of educators into every facet of lesson preparation, classroom interaction, and communication with parents. This, he stressed, would become a powerful driving force for the school’s high-quality development.
