万双网讯  11月27日万科双语学校校长杨帆率团队应邀出席香港岭南大学研究生院心理系首届“与教育领袖对话”项目。作为首期嘉宾,她以《用系统思维开展心理健康教育,培养学生健全人格的万双样态》为题,分享了万科双语学校在心理健康教育方面的系统性探索与实践经验


On November 27th, Principal Yang Fan of Vanke Bilingual School (VBS), along with a team from VBS, was invited to attend the first session of the “Dialogues with Education Leaders”program hosted by the Department of Psychology at the graduate school of Lingnan University (Hong Kong). As the inaugural guest, she delivered a speech titled "Implementing Mental Health Education with Systematic Thinking: VBS’s Model for Cultivating Students’ Sound Personalities”, sharing the school’s systematic exploration of and practical experience in mental health education.

杨帆校长从《发展心理学》《儿童的人格教育》等理论出发,指出儿童发展具有整体性与可塑性。她强调,“人的内心总是充满有目的的活力”,教育应在尊重个体自主性的基础上,引导学生走向有目标、有意义的人生。基于这一理念,万科双语学校将系统思维融入心理健康教育的底层设计,结合学校三年发展规划,构建了以“全学段人生规划课”为核心的心理健康教育体系


Drawing on theories from works such as ‘Developmental Psychology’ and ‘The Education of Children’s Personality’, Principal Yang Fan pointed out that children’s development is both holistic and malleable. She emphasized that “human hearts are always filled with purposeful vitality,” and that education should guide students toward a meaningful life while still respecting their individual autonomy. Based on this philosophy, VBS has integrated systematic thinking into the underlying design of its mental health education. With the creation of the school’s three-year development plan, it has established a mental health education system centered on the “Whole-School Life Planning Course.”


学校配备四位专职心理教师,根据学生特点与需求,自主研发了校本人生规划课程。该课程融合心理健康、社会情感教育、生涯探索与实践等内容,面向1至9年级学生每周开设一节,涵盖七个模块共300多节课程,为各年级学生提供适龄的支持与指导。


The school has hired four full-time psychology teachers, who have jointly developed a school-based life planning curriculum tailored to students’ characteristics and needs. Integrating mental health, social-emotional learning, career exploration and practice, this curriculum is offered once a week to students from Grade 1 to Grade 9. It consists of 7 modules with over 300 sessions, providing age-appropriate support and guidance for students of all grades.


在分享中,杨帆校长系统阐述了学校如何通过“课程化推进心理健康与职业规划教育”,将学科教学、21世纪综合能力培养与信息技术深度融合,构建面向未来的课程体系。学校特别注重激发师生自主性,通过《万双班级和学生自主发展方案》及“海豚之星”等机制,鼓励学生自主设定目标、定期反思,避免“你让我做”被动心态,实现“有目标的前行”。


During her sharing, Principal Yang Fan elaborated on how the school “promotes mental health and career planning education through its curriculum development,” deeply integrating subject teaching, as well as 21st-century methodology and information technology to build a future-oriented curriculum system. The school attaches particular importance to promoting the autonomy of teachers and students. Through mechanisms such as the VBS Class and Student Autonomous Development Plan and the “Dolphin Star” recognition program, which encourages students to set their own goals and conduct regular self-reflection. This helps avoid the passive mindset of “doing what others tell me to do” and enables students to “move forward with clear goals.”

此外,学校还建立了完善的支持系统,包括教师实践社群(CoP)和班主任帮帮团等平台,促进教师专业成长与家校协同。杨帆校长表示:“我们把培养孩子成功的习惯与学业成绩置于同等重要的位置,同时为教师提供自主发展空间,实现学生、教师与家长的共同成长。


In addition, the school has established a comprehensive support system, including platforms such as Communities of Practice (CoP) for teachers and the Homeroom Teacher Support Group, to promote teachers’ professional development and communication with parents. Principal Yang Fan stated, “We attach equal importance to fostering children’s habits of success and their academic performance. Meanwhile, we provide teachers with room for independent development, achieving common growth for all students, teachers and parents.”


杨帆校长的分享获得在场教授、学者及师生的高度评价。不少与会者表示“实名羡慕万双的学生”,并在问答环节踊跃提问,深入探讨系统性心理教育的实施路径。香港岭南大学研究生院心理系向杨帆校长赠送了礼物与证书,双方就未来进一步合作达成初步意向


Principal Yang Fan’s speech was highly praised by the professors, scholars, teachers and students present. Many participants expressed that they “genuinely admire VBS students” and actively raised questions during the Q&A session to explore the paths of implementation paths for systematic mental health education. The Department of Psychology, Graduate School of Lingnan University (Hong Kong) presented Principal Yang Fan with gifts and a certificate, and both parties reached a preliminary intention for further cooperation in the future.
