万双网讯  为进一步营造温暖和谐的校园氛围，表达学校对后勤服务团队长期辛勤付出的感谢，今日，万科双语学校延续往年传统，由杨帆校长亲切主持，人力财务中心与行政中心共同参与，与来自食堂、校车、安保及物业部门的员工代表们亲切座谈，并为他们送上精心准备的节日礼物与诚挚问候。

To further foster a warm and harmonious campus atmosphere and express gratitude for the long-term dedication of our support service team, Vanke Bilingual School (VBS) continued its annual tradition today. Principal Yang warmly hosted a meeting, joined by representatives from the Human Resources & Finance Center and the Administrative Center, to engage in a heartfelt dialogue with employee representatives from the canteen, school bus drivers, security, and property management departments. The school also presented them with carefully prepared holiday gifts and sincere greetings.

会上，杨帆校长首先代表学校，向全体后勤员工一直以来为保障师生安全、校园有序运转所付出的努力表示衷心感谢。她提到，在万科双语学校，每一位员工都在各自的岗位上默默奉献，共同围绕“学生成长”这一核心目标而竭尽全力。大家虽职责不同，但目标一致——那就是为孩子的全面发展与健康成长保驾护航。

At the meeting, Principal Yang first expressed sincere gratitude to all the support staff for their unwavering efforts in ensuring the safety of teachers and students. And the smooth operation of the campus. She emphasized that in VBS, every staff member contributes diligently in their respective roles, all working together toward the core goal of“student growth.” Though responsibilities may differ, the shared objective remains the same—to safeguard the holistic development and healthy growth of every child.

“We firmly believe that education extends beyond the classroom—it exists in every detail of campus life,” Principal Yang stated. “From top to bottom, our school emphasizes guiding children to learn respect and gratitude—not only towards their teachers but also towards the support staff who work tirelessly behind the scenes for them every day. Only by learning to love their school, their teachers, and everyone around them on campus can children truly understand the world and embrace happiness in the future.”

她强调，在万科双语学校，我们关注的不仅是学生的学业成就，更重视培养他们成为有温度、有责任感的人。而这一切，离不开全体教职员工共同营造的“安全、有爱、支持型”校园环境。无论是校车司机每天清晨那句亲切的“早上好”，轻轻化解孩子对上学的不安；校门口安保叔叔与孩子们一个个温暖的击掌，让家长也倍感安心；食堂阿姨默默记住孩子的口味偏好，多打一勺菜时的关切；还是物业人员在走廊里细心擦拭扶手、弯腰捡起纸屑的日常守护——这些看似平凡的瞬间，恰恰构成了万双校园里最动人的教育图景。

She emphasized that at VBS, the focus is not only on students’ academic achievements but also on nurturing them to become compassionate and responsible individuals. All of this relies on the “safe, caring, and supportive” campus environment created by all faculty and staff. Whether it’s the school bus drivers friendly, “Good morning!” that gently eases a child’s anxiety about school, the warm high-fives from the security guards at the gate that reassures parents, the canteen staff who remember each child’s food preferences and show care with extra servings, or the property management team’s meticulously wiping of handrails and picking up scraps of paper in the corridors—these seemingly ordinary moments collectively form the most touching scenes of education at VBS.

座谈结束后，杨帆校长为每位员工代表分发了精选的节日礼品与生活用品，并请他们将学校的这份心意转达至每一位后勤同事手中。“你们是万双大家庭中不可或缺的一员，学校始终把每一位后勤人员放在心上。”

After the meeting, Principal Yang Fan distributed carefully selected holiday gifts of daily necessities to each employee representative, asking them to convey the appreciation to every member of the support team.“You are an indispensable part of the VBS family, and the school always holds every support staff member close to its heart.”

In VBS, “empowering children to stand at the center of their future” is not just a philosophy, but a practice deeply embedded in our education. We believe that real education happens in real-life scenarios—as illustrated by a touching moment during the previous ninth-grade graduation ceremony: when canteen staff, school bus drivers, property management, and security personnel were invited on stage to receive spontaneous flowers and gratitude from the students, what we witnessed was not just a ceremony but a life lesson on respect and appreciation. These seemingly simple interactions are essential in shaping children’s character, enabling them to understand the world better and embrace happiness in the future.

未来，学校将继续与全体教职员工携手，共同构建一个充满尊重、信任与温暖的成长共同体，让每一个孩子在这里学会爱，学会感恩，学会走向更广阔的世界。
