万双网讯  当期末的忙碌气息在校园里弥漫，师生们都在为学期的收尾而全力以赴时，万科双语学校党支部却在这样的节奏里，悄然奏响了一曲党建工作的“奋进乐章”。

When the busy atmosphere of the end of the school year permeated the campus and teachers and students were working hard to end the semester, the Party Branch of Vanke Bilingual School quietly played a “movement of progress” for rhythmic party building work session.

为庆祝中国共产党成立104周年，深入贯彻党的教育方针，进一步聚焦教育民生问题，加强党员之间的联系，搭建沟通交流平台，共商教育发展良策。2025年7月7日上午，万科双语学校党支部第三季度书记茶话会在105会议室举行。会议室里，学校党支部书记杨帆同志、派驻第一书记刘晓娟同志带领党员们围坐在一起，气氛热烈而庄重。大家暂时放下了手头的忙碌，以党员的身份，深入探讨教育发展的方向，分享彼此在教学和管理中的经验与感悟。

To celebrate the 104th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, implement the Party’s educational policies, address key education-related issues, strengthen ties among Party members, and foster communication, the Third-Quarter Secretary's Tea Talk of Vanke Bilingual School's Party Branch was held in Meeting Room 105 on the morning of July 7, 2025. Led by Party Branch Secretary Yang Fan and the dispatched First Secretary Liu Xiaojuan, Party members gathered in a warm yet solemn atmosphere. Setting aside their busy schedules, they engaged in in-depth discussions on educational development, sharing insights and experiences in teaching and management.

活动伊始，生活部主管石爽同志结合万科双语学校的课堂变革实践，深入阐述了“红心向党·奋斗为民”的理解。她提到，习近平总书记指出，教育强国必须具有“民生保障力”，这为我们党员教师的奋斗指明了清晰的方向。

Shi Shuang, Director of Student Affairs, shared her insights on the slogan ‘Red Heart for the Party, Struggle for the People’ through Vanke Bilingual School's classroom reforms. She quoted General Secretary Xi Jinping: A strong education system must have the livelihood of the people's support, guiding all teachers' efforts.

在万双，教育被视为最大的民生工程。学校党支部书记杨帆同志带领大家推进的课堂变革，核心目标就是让学习真实发生。这不仅仅是教学方法的革新，更是对教育民生最有力的回应。

At Vanke, education is seen as the top livelihood project. Led by Party Secretary Yang Fan, classroom reforms aim to make learning truly happen—not just by methodological innovation but with a powerful response to any educational need.

石爽同志表示，作为党员教师，我们应当成为这场变革的先锋队。要用严谨的教学设计保障学习的真实性，用创新的教育实践激发学生的内驱力，让每一个孩子都能获得看得见的成长。她呼吁大家以红心践初心，在每一节课中落实党的教育方针，用专业能力解决家长最关切的教育诉求，用实际行动诠释“奋斗为民”的深刻内涵。她坚信，通过大家的共同努力，定能让党旗在教育民生一线高高飘扬。

As Party members and teachers, we must lead this change, Shi Shuang emphasized. Rigorous lesson design ensures authentic learning; innovative practices ignite students' drive. Every child deserves visible growth. She urged colleagues to put Party’s education policies into action, address parents’ concerns professionally, and embody the struggle of the people through daily teaching. Together, we'll let the Party flag fly high in the field of education.

小学道德与法治学科组长王乐乐同志也分享了自己的感悟。作为新时代的青年教师，同时也是一名思政课教师，她深感使命光荣、责任重大。她强调，教育是国之大计、党之大计，是最大的民生工程。站在新的历史方位，我们不仅要传授知识，更要引导学生树立正确的观念，培养担当民族复兴大任的时代新人。王乐乐同志表示，将始终牢记“为党育人、为国育才”的初心使命，以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指引，立足课堂、创新实践，努力让思政教育更有温度、更有力量。

Wang Lele, a young ethics teacher, highlighted her dual pride and responsibility. Education is the nation’s top priority—a key livelihood project. Beyond knowledge, she said, we must guide students to embrace correct values, nurturing the future builders for China.

杨帆书记在活动中对全体党员提出了明确要求。在中国人民抗日战争暨世界反法西斯战争胜利80周年之际，希望全体党员立足育人实践，认真撰写相关感悟。她强调，党员教师要时刻铭记历史，将爱国情怀融入到教育教学中，为培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人贡献自己的力量。

Party Secretary Yang Fan tied the discussion to the 80th anniversary of victory in WWII, urging teachers to blend patriotism into lessons and write reflections. History must inspire us to cultivate students as well-rounded socialist successors.

此次书记茶话会不仅是经验的分享，更是一次教育理念的共振。党员们纷纷表示，将以此次茶话会为契机，进一步发挥党员的先锋模范作用，在教育教学工作中践行“红心向党·奋斗为民”的理念，为推动学校教育高质量发展、办好人民满意的教育而不懈努力。相信在全体党员的共同努力下，万科双语学校将在党的教育方针指引下，不断探索教育新路径，为培养更多优秀人才、服务社会民生作出更大贡献。

The tea-talk sparked ideological alignment. Members vowed to lead by example, advancing high-quality education for the people. With collective effort, Vanke Bilingual School will explore new paths under Party guidance, serving society and nurturing talent.
