万双网讯 为全面提升班主任矛盾化解能力,助力新班主任专业成长,共同营造和谐融洽的班级氛围,第42期班主任成长帮帮团活动于近日成功举办。本次活动以“从‘心’开始,稳‘舵’起航——聚焦矛盾化解与‘新’手赋能”为主题,通过学生欺凌防治专题培训与“新”起航工作坊两大板块,为班主任们带来了一场内容丰富、实用性强的专业成长盛宴。
To comprehensively enhance homeroom teachers’ ability to resolve conflicts, support the professional growth of new teachers, and jointly foster a harmonious classroom atmosphere, the 42nd Session of the Homeroom Teacher Growth and Support Group was held recently. Under the theme “Start from the ‘Heart’, Steady the ‘Rudder’ and Set Sail—Focusing on Conflict Resolution and Empowering ‘New’ Teachers”, the event featured two key segments: a Special Training Session on Bullying Prevention and a “New Start” Workshop, offering a rich and practical professional development program for all participants.

【防治学生欺凌,守护成长净土】
Prevent Campus Bullying, Safeguard a Pure Environment for Growth
在学生欺凌防治专题培训中,人生规划余丹老师通过真实案例深度剖析,让在场班主任深刻认识到:学生欺凌往往始于微小的矛盾。余老师通过学生小A因一块橡皮引发的系列事件,生动展现了若处理不当,小矛盾可能演变为严重影响学生身心健康的学生欺凌。本次培训明确了学生欺凌的界定标准,并指出班主任作为班级管理第一责任人,必须具备识别和防范欺凌的敏锐意识。
In the Special Training Session on Bullying Prevention, Ms. Yu Dan from the Life Planning team used real cases to provide an in-depth analysis, helping homeroom teachers in attendance to see that campus bullying often starts with minor conflicts. Through a series of incidents triggered by a single eraser involving Student A, Ms. Yu vividly demonstrated how poorly handled minor conflicts can escalate into serious bullying, harming a student’s physical and mental health. The training clearly defined the criteria for identifying bullying and emphasized that as the primary person responsible for classroom management, homeroom teachers must develop a keen awareness to identify and prevent bullying.

余老师提出三大防治策略:一是要“看见并放下评判”,关注行为背后的原因;二是建立标准化处理流程,做到事前预防、事中妥善处理、事后持续跟进;三是营造包容尊重的班级文化,通过正向引导让欺凌无处滋生。
Ms. Yu proposed three key strategies for prevention and intervention:
l “See without judgment”—focus on the underlying causes behind behavior;
l Establish a standardized process to ensure preventive measures, proper handling during incidents, and for consistent following-up;
l Foster an inclusive and respectful classroom culture through positive guidance to eliminate conditions where bullying can thrive.

Workshop for Empowering New Homeroom Teachers: Exploring Effective Classroom Management
“新”起航工作坊聚焦新班主任最关切的班风建设问题,围绕三个维度展开深入探讨:
The “New Start” Workshop focused on class culture building—a top concern for new homeroom teachers—and delved into discussions around three key dimensions:
1. 建立专业权威:让学生“信”你。公平公正是赢得学生信任的基石。班主任要注重语言艺术,做到言简意赅、富有权威;建立可落地执行的班级公约,做到奖惩分明;掌握表扬与批评的艺术——表扬要具体真诚,批评要注重方式方法。
1. Build Professional Authority: Earn Students’ “Trust”
Fairness and impartiality are the foundation of winning students’ trust. Homeroom teachers should pay attention to communication skills, ensuring their words are concise and authoritative; establish implementable class rules with clear rewards and fair punishments; and master the art of praise and criticism—praise should be specific and sincere, while criticism should be delivered constructively and appropriately.
2. 构建和谐师生关系:让学生“爱”你不“欺”你。班主任要把握“爱而不欺”的尺度,既要真诚关爱学生,了解他们的兴趣爱好,做学生的知心朋友;又要坚守原则,做到“温和而坚定”,通过清晰的规则和底线让学生明确边界。
2. Foster a Harmonious Teacher-Student Relationship: Make Students “Care for” You and Not “Act Against” You
Homeroom teachers should strike a balance between “caring and maintaining boundaries.” They should genuinely care for students, understand their interests, and become their trusted confidants; meanwhile, they must uphold principles and remain “kind yet firm.” By setting clear rules and boundaries, students will understand behavioral expectations.
3. 快速融入新班级:如何“立足”与“布局”。“联系”是新班主任成功的关键。要积极建立与学校、家长、学生之间的多重联系,快速了解学生特点;通过共同制定班级公约、快速记住学生姓名等细节,让学生感受到被重视,从而赢得信任。
3. Integrate into a New Class Quickly: How to “Establish a Presence” and “Lay the Groundwork”
“Connection” is crucial for new homeroom teachers to succeed. They should actively build relationships with the school, parents, and students to quickly understand individual student characteristics; through meaningful gestures—such as co-creating class rules with students and learning their names promptly—students will feel valued, thereby building trust.
