万双网讯  时光荏苒,学期的帷幕缓缓落下,这既是一段旅程的终点,更是充满收获与思考的停靠站。7 月 12 日,万科双语学校期末总结会如期举行,杨校“为学习而组织” 为主题,为全体教师带来了一场兼具深度与温度的总结与展望,为这个学期画上了圆满的句号。


Time flies as the curtain slowly falls on the semester, marking not only the end of one journey but also a stopping point rich with harvest and reflection. On July 12th, Vanke Bilingual School’s end-of-semester summary meeting was held as scheduled. Principal Yang delivered a summary and outlook for the future, centered on the theme “Organizing for Learning,” offering the entire faculty insights of both depth and warmth, bringing the semester to a fitting close.

回顾本学期,杨校首先对老师们在本学期取得的成绩给予了高度肯定。她赞扬了那些矢志不渝培育英才、在三尺讲台上默默耕耘的老师们,也向至今坚守岗位、默默奉献的后勤工作者和中层干部表达了衷心的感谢。杨校表示,正是因为每一位万双人怀揣热爱、勤奋工作、兢兢业业、竭尽全力,才铸就了万双多元化的发展态势


Looking back on this semester, Principal Yang first expressed high recognition for the achievements of the teachers. She praised the teachers who are unwaveringly dedicated to cultivating outstanding talents and tirelessly toiling in the classroom, and she also extended her heartfelt gratitude to the support staff and middle managers who have persistently dedicated themselves to their posts, working diligently behind the scenes. Principal Yang stated that it is precisely because every member of the Vanke Bilingual School community works with passion, diligence, conscientiousness, and utmost effort that they have collectively shaped the school’s diverse and thriving development trajectory.

人工智能飞速发展的当下,杨校坚定地认为教师职业不会被取代,人文教育将成为主流,但教师的角色必须做出转变。她引领老师们以全新的视角重新审视教育:教育不再是简单的知识灌输,而是要在传授已知知识的同时,勇敢地带领学生探索未知领域。


In the context of rapid advancements in artificial intelligence, Principal Yang firmly believes that the teaching profession will not be replaced, and that humanities education will gain even greater prominence, but the role of teachers must undergo a transformation. She encouraged the teachers to revisit education from a fresh perspective: education should not merely be a simple transmission of knowledge, but should also courageously guide students to explore unknown territories while imparting known knowledge.

This semester, Vanke Bilingual School has been steadily progressing along the path of implementation. Principal Yang meticulously outlined the development trajectory of the school, detailing the goals of cultivation, curriculum design, and teaching reforms, with each step taken firmly and confidently.


在提及学校课程的新改革时,杨校组织了互动环节,让老师们分享身边同事的闪光点。发言中,二年级年级组长郑佳佳称赞耿适意老师,说她亲自把控学生的项目式学习,主动承担最难、最危险的部分,在推进学校创新过程中勇于担当,倾注了满腔热爱;六年级数学备课组长邓安妮表扬了同备课组的数学老师们,他们对课程教学设计一丝不苟,注重团队协作,为孩子们打造了更优质的课堂体验;一年级的余丹老师表扬了朱颖超老师,她在数学教学中执着付出,积极培优扶困,还专业地帮扶了一位初中学生,凭借爱心和耐心,让学生的成绩有了大幅提高…… 老师们爱岗敬业、热爱勤奋的精神,赢得了现场阵阵掌声。


When discussing the new reforms in the school’s curriculum, Principal Yang organized an interactive session for teachers to share the shining qualities of their colleagues. During the discussion, Grade 2 Team Leader Zheng Jiajia praised Teacher Geng Shiyi for her hands-on approach in overseeing students’ project-based learning, willingly taking on the most challenging and risky tasks, and wholeheartedly dedicating herself to advancing the school’s innovation process. Sixth-grade Math Preparation Group Leader Deng Annie commended her fellow math teachers for their meticulous attention to curriculum design and their emphasis on teamwork, which has created a better classroom experience for the children. First-grade Teacher Yu Dan praised Teacher Zhu Yingchao for her relentless dedication in math instruction, actively nurturing both advanced and struggling students, and professionally assisting a middle school student. Through her love and patience, she significantly improved the student’s performance. The teachers’ dedication and diligence won rounds of applause from those present.

Teachers, as the core driving force behind the development of the school, have always attracted much attention regarding their growth. Principal Yang has repeatedly emphasized that “a growth mindset is the underlying logic for the development of our teachers” and that “the quality of any educational institution cannot exceed the quality of its teachers.” This has driven the school to continuously improve the professional development system for teachers. This semester, teachers actively participated in Professional Learning Communities (CoPs), Project-Based Learning (PBL), and other activities, consistently exploring the model of “differentiated and responsive teaching” in depth... Teachers continuously enhance themselves through research, practice, communication, and collaboration.

2024 年 8 月,学校高瞻远瞩地发布了《万科双语学校三年规划(2024.8-2027.7)》,引领教师团队在“世界百年未有之大变局”以及 AI 对教育带来深刻挑战的背景下,办好更优质的教育。


In August 2024, the school foresightedly released the “Three-Year Strategic Plan of Vanke Bilingual School (August 2024 – July 2027),” guiding the teaching team to provide better quality education in the context of the “unprecedented changes in the world in a century” and the profound challenges posed by AI to education.


本学期,学校继续创新执行并细化三年规划。杨校提到,我们始终坚守“让孩子站在未来中央”的办学理念,秉持 “培养身体健康、人格健全、学力卓越,具有家国情怀和国际视野,敢于创造美好未来的中国公民” 的目标,全力以赴落实办学理念,优化学校与家庭的教育生态,让孩子真正站在未来中央


This semester, the school continued to innovate and refine the implementation of the three-year strategic plan. Principal Yang mentioned that we have always adhered to the educational philosophy of “let our children experience the  future,” upholding the goal of “cultivating citizens of China with good physical health, sound personality, excellent academic abilities, patriotism, international vision and the courage to create a better future” We are fully committed to realizing this educational philosophy, optimizing the educational ecosystem between the school and families, and truly letting our children experience the  future.

总结本学期工作时,校长对教师们的表现给予了充分肯定,同时也为下学期的工作指明了方向。她希望教师们继续保持成长型思维模式,将 PBL 等先进教学理念更好地融入日常教学;鼓励老师们进一步加强合作,形成教育合力,共同为学生的成长保驾护航。
