【教师发展】以校为主导,探索电子产品管理新策略 ——万科双语学校第41期班主任成长帮帮团活动纪实

万双网讯  6月9日,为帮助学生科学合理使用电子产品,万科双语学校第41期班主任成长帮帮团开展了一场以 “学校为主导管理学生使用电子产品” 为主题的实战演练,旨在探索有效的管理策略,助力学生健康成长。


On June 9th, in order to help students use electronic products academically and wisely, all homeroom teachers took part in the 41st practical exercise with the theme of “school-led management of students’ use of electronic products”, which was held by the Growth and Support Group of Vanke Bilingual School. It aimed to explore effective management strategies and help students grow up healthily.

活动开始,人生规划组教师用一个典型案例引发了班主任和生活老师的深入思考,此案例清晰地揭示了电子产品依赖往往是孩子成长过程中诸多问题的表象,背后可能隐藏着自尊受损、学习困难、家庭关系失调等深层次原因


At the beginning of the activity, the teachers of the Life Planning Group used a relevant case to trigger the in-depth thought processes of the class teachers and life teachers, which clearly revealed that the dependence on electronic products is often just the surface of many other problems in the process of a childrens growth, and there may be deep-seated problems such as damaged self-esteem, learning difficulties, and family relationship issues.

基于此,人生规划教师强调在解决学生电子产品使用的问题中,学校要起到主导作用,从系统角度出发,全面摸排学生使用电子产品的情况,精准筛选出重点关注和特别关注的两类学生名单。通过召开电子产品主题班会,向学生科普电子产品成瘾背后原理、危害,与其共同制定电子产品公约,引导学生树立正确的使用观念。同时,针对不同情况的学生及家长,开展一对一沟通工作,将家长纳入同盟,形成教育合力,共同应对电子产品使用问题


Based on this, a teacher of the Life Planning Group emphasized that the school should play a leading role in solving the problem of students’ use of electronic products, comprehensively mapping the use of electronic products by students in a systematic perspective, and accurately filtering out a list of two types of students who focus on and pay special attention to them. By holding a class meeting on the theme of electronic products, we will popularize the principles and harm behind electronics addiction to students, and jointly formulate electronic product guidelines with them to lead students to establish a correct plan of use. At the same time, for students and parents in varying situations, one-to-one communication is carried out, and parents are included in an alliance with the teachers to form a joint educational force to deal with the use of electronic products.

人生规划教师从专业的角度,深入剖析了手机成瘾的生理机制指出过度使用电子产品会导致大脑神经回路异常,使人在使用时高度兴奋、停止后则陷入痛苦渴求,进而形成依赖。长期沉溺其中会引发睡眠紊乱、专注力下降、学业效能感降低、负面情绪增加、行为问题凸显以及面临不可控风险等一系列危害。


From a professional point of view, a teacher of Life Planning Group analyzed the physiological mechanisms of mobile phone addiction, pointing out that excessive use of electronic products will lead to abnormal neural circuitry in the brain, making people highly excited when using them, and falling into withdrawal after stopping, thereby forming dependence. Long-term indulgence can lead to a series of risks such as sleep disorders, decreased concentration, decreased academic efficiency, increased negative emotions, prominent behavioral problems, and uncontrollable risk taking.

活动中,班主任和生活老师小组形式进行头脑风暴,思考家长在电子产品管理过程中可能遇到的困难及阻力,并共同探讨应对策略,最后将讨论结果汇总至共享文档,为后续工作提供参考。


During the activity, all of the teachers brainstormed in small groups, pondered the difficulties and resistance that parents may encounter in the process of electronic product management, and discussed coping strategies together, and finally summarized the results of the discussion in a shared document to provide reference for follow-up work.
