万双网讯  5月12日下午,万科双语学校第四十期班主任成长帮帮团如约而至。本次会议聚焦餐厅管理、校医室工作流程优化及财务管理等议题,旨在为班主任们提供更实用的指导,从而更好地服务学生和家长,致力于筑牢校园安全根基,全方位提升学校日常管理效能。


On the afternoon of May 12, the 40th session of the Homeroom Teacher Growth Support Group convened at Shenzhen Vanke Bilingual School. Focused on cafeteria management, school clinic workflow optimization, and various financial procedures, the meeting aimed to equip homeroom teachers with practical guidance to better serve students and families, strengthen campus safety protocols, and enhance daily operational efficiency.

 

会上,张昆主管餐厅管理流程进行了详细分享。学校餐厅作为 A级食堂,最大可供餐人数可达 1700 人。为确保师生就餐安全,从食材采购、加工到分餐,各个环节均实施严格的规范把控;所有食材新鲜供应,遵循“当天用、当天供”的原则,干货仓库严格执行“当日进,当日出”的管理原则,最大程度降低因食材大批量储存带来的风险。此外,食用油每月轮换品种使用,以确保营养均衡,满足师生多元化的膳食需求。


Director Zhang Kun elaborated on the school’s stringent cafeteria management. As a Grade A certified facility with a capacity to serve 1,700 meals daily, the cafeteria implements rigorous controls pertaining to procurement, processing, and distribution. Fresh ingredients follow a "daily use, daily supply" principle, while dry goods adhere to a "same-day intake, same-day dispatch" policy to minimize storage risks. Cooking oils are rotated monthly to ensure nutritional diversity.

在食品加工制作环节,中西面点坚持手工制作,做到即做即售,绝不隔夜,从源头上杜绝防腐剂和预制品的使用。营养师科学搭配菜单,专业厨师精心烹饪,在确保食品安全的同时,为学生提供营养均衡的餐食。此外,严格执行餐前试吃和餐品留样制度,每餐均有工作人员提前试吃,餐品留样125克且保留48小时以上,所有餐品均实现全程可溯源。


All pastries and dishes are handmade without preservatives or premade ingredients, with strict "freshly prepared, never overnight" protocols. Nutritionists design balanced menus, while professional chefs ensure quality. Pre-meal staff tastings and 125g/48-hour food samples are mandatory, supported by full-process traceable systems.

食品安全保障机制更是全面且严格。为了确保食品安全,学校积极推行“明厨亮灶”,并接受市场监督管理局24小时直接监管,食堂操作过程公开透明,接受各方监督。食堂安全管理信息透明,工作人员健康状况、采购流程和来源、证照资质等关键信息均对外公示。食堂用水符合直饮标准,加工区域划分合理,生、熟、荤、素、水产等严格分区加工,刀具、砧板按需分类使用,避免交叉感染。所有工作人员每日上岗前严格落实晨检制度,餐具回收、清洗、消毒高标准完成,并定期进行专业检测,从人员到设备全方位保障食品安全。同时,全方位建立日管控、周排查、月调度工作机制通过校长现场办公会、专业力量督查指导、家校联动等方式,不断提升食品安全保障,真正做到学生吃得放心,家长安心。


Transparency remains paramount: the cafeteria operates under 24/7 supervision with open kitchens, publicly displayed staff health records, procurement details, and certifications. Separate zones for raw/cooked foods and specialized utensils prevent cross-contamination. Daily staff health checks, high-standard dishwashing/disinfection, and tri-level safety controls (daily audits, weekly reviews, monthly evaluations) further reinforce these safeguards. Meetings between parents and the principal as well as expert inspections continuously elevate our safety standards.

With protocols exceeding routine standards and care refined through daily practice, the medical team demonstrates that protecting student health is not just a duty, but a deeply held commitment. Their expertise and dedication weave a robust safety net across campus. Director Shi emphasized the homeroom teachers’ critical roles as primary custodians of student safety, requiring them to monitor the recovery progress of students on medical leave and submit timely updates to clinic staff; strengthening safety education and exercising vigilant supervision during school hours; verify each student’s return eligibility by collaborating with clinic personnel to review medical documentation; provide full assistance during emergencies and facilitate communication between families, schools, and medical professionals.
