万双网讯 为倾听一线教师心声,搭建党支部与群众教师的沟通桥梁,拉近党群关系,万科双语学校党支部通过轻松的“书记茶话会”,开展了一场别开生面的教师成长分享活动。2025年4月22日,学校党支部书记杨帆、派驻第一书记刘晓娟、党支部宣传委员陈佳敏、党建副主任孙晓萌以及王东、李志远、刘春霞、莫娇、徐海文5位老师参与活动。期间大家围绕教学实践、育人感悟、教育创新以及师德师风警示教育展开深入交流。
To strengthen communication between the Party Branch and teachers by fostering closer bonds, Vanke Bilingual School organized a unique Teacher Development Symposium with a relaxed “Secretary Tea Party” on April 22, 2025. Attendees included Party Secretary Yang Fan, dispatched First Secretary Liu Xiaojuan, Party Propaganda Committee member Chen Jiamin, Deputy Director of Party Building Affairs Sun Xiaomeng, and five teachers: Wang Dong, Li Zhiyuan, Liu Chunxia, Mo Jiao, and Xu Haiwen. The event facilitated in-depth discussions on teaching practices, educational philosophy, pedagogical innovation, and professional ethics.
分享中,教师们纷纷表示万双作为一个优秀的平台给个人的成长能够带来极大的帮助,他们在教学中注重以人文关怀营造轻松的课堂氛围,通过课前展示、课后兴趣分享拉近师生距离,针对个别学生采用一对一指导,强调以真诚互动建立信任。期间,教师们谈到了对课堂管理与课程设计的体会,比如在建筑教育课程中融入设计思维,以趣味科普资源(如浓缩型知识类视频)辅助云课教学等措施都极大提升了学生的课堂参与度。教师们还特别提到,后续会加大气力探索学科PBL的开展,如哲学与经济学的融合等。
During the sharing session, teachers unanimously recognized VBS as an exceptional platform that significantly supports their professional growth. They highlighted student-centered approaches such as cultivating engaging classroom environments through presentations and sharing activities, building trust via personalized one-on-one tutoring, and enhancing learning experiences through innovative methods. Examples included integrating design thinking into architecture courses and utilizing concise knowledge-focused videos to boost engagement in online classes. Teachers also expressed commitment to advancing interdisciplinary Project-Based Learning (PBL) initiatives, such as blending philosophy and economics curricula.
此外,教师们还在交流中多次提到对教育本质的思考,他们认为教师需以敬畏之心对待备课与授课,将师德师风贯穿于每一次师生互动,体现 “有温度、有力度” 的教育,因为教育不仅是知识传递,更是学生价值观的塑造。年轻教师也分享了自身从 “闭门造车” 到 “多听多学” 的转变,在观摩课堂、参与集备的过程中,逐步提升了自身的课堂设计与应变能力。
The dialogue further delved into reflections on the essence of education. Participants emphasized the importance of approaching lesson preparation with reverence, embedding teacher ethics in daily interactions, and practicing “compassionate yet impactful education” that transcends mere knowledge transfer in order to shape students’ values. Younger teachers shared their transformative journeys from isolated lesson planning to collaborative learning through peer observation and collective lesson preparation, which refined their instructional design and adaptability.
杨帆书记最后总结到,万双的课程应充分尊重学生兴趣多样性,做到为学生提供多元选择。同时,建议教师们将“设计思维”、“客户需求” 等理念融入教育教学,从而关注学生真实需求,备学生真正需要的课。此外,杨帆书记还强调,作为教师要坚守 “为党育才、为国育人” 的初心,将思想素质与师德修养融入日常,在细节中传递教育温度,引导学生将个人成长与国家发展结合,让教育成为 “培养什么人、怎样培养人、为谁培养人” 的生动实践。
In her concluding remarks, Secretary Yang Fan outlined the strategic priorities for VBS: diversifying curriculum options to accommodate students’ varied interests, incorporating “design thinking” and “customer demand analysis” into teaching practices, and steadfastly upholding the mission of “cultivating talents for the Party and the nation.” She urged faculty members to align students’ personal growth with national development, ensuring that education becomes a vivid practice of nurturing well-rounded contributors to society.
