万双网讯  3月24日,春意盎然,成长帮帮团的班主任和生活老师们相聚在三楼草坪,开启了一场温暖的心灵之旅。


On March 24th, with the arrival of spring, the homeroom teachers and life teachers of the Growth and Support Group gathered on the third-floor lawn to embark on a journey of warming the soul.

在春季这一阶段,学生们的情绪波动较为频繁,班主任们肩负着班级管理和心理疏导的双重压力。为帮助老师们放松身心、探索自我关怀与学生关怀的联结方式,本期活动以自然为媒,融合艺术疗愈与团队互助,让教育者在春日里重拾内在力量,构建温暖共生的师生关系。


During the spring season, students experience frequent emotional fluctuations, and homeroom teachers face the added pressure of class management and psychological counseling. To help teachers relax and explore the connection between self-care and student care, this activity used nature as a medium, combining art therapy and team support. This allowed educators to regain their inner strength for the springtime and build a warm, symbiotic relationship with their students.


第一阶段:春之觉醒·身心联结  

Phase One: Awakening of Spring - Mind-Body Connection  


余丹老师引导大家围成一个大圈,老师们轻轻地为前面的同事捏肩捶背,欢声笑语中,疲惫渐渐消散。随后,老师们分组围坐,在轻柔的音乐和余老师的引导下闭目冥想,感受春风的轻抚、阳光的暖意,让身心与自然共鸣。那一刻,宁静中流淌着温暖的力量,仿佛时间都静止了,只剩下内心深处的平静与满足。


Under the guidance of Teacher Yu Dan, the teachers formed a large circle, gently massaging the shoulders and backs of their colleagues, allowing laughter and joy to gradually alleviate their fatigue. Subsequently, the teachers gathered in small groups, closing their eyes in meditation to the soothing music and Teacher Yu’s guidance, allowing themselves to feel the gentle caress of the spring breeze and the warmth of the sun, harmonizing their bodies and minds with nature. In that moment, a warm energy flowed with tranquility, as if time stood still, leaving only a profound sense of peace and contentment.

第二阶段:心灵花园·艺术共创

Phase Two: The Garden of the Mind · A Collaborative Art Creation  


鲜花、彩泥、纸盘、画笔……桌上的材料仿佛春日的馈赠。老师们自由创作,让心中的春色跃然指尖——"春日的来信"、"春日的少女"、"春日的花海",一件件作品在巧手下绽放。沉浸式的艺术体验,让笑容如春花般灿烂。在艺术表达中,我们进一步的感受自己的教育初心,思考如何通过丰富多彩的活动让孩子们也感受到学校生活的美好,以及如何通过日常工作,给孩子提供及时温暖的支持。


Flowers, colorful clay, paper plates, paintbrushes... These materials on the table resemble the gifts of spring. Teachers engaged in free expression, allowing the vibrancy of spring to come alive at their fingertips— “A Letter from Spring,” “The Spring Maiden,” “A Sea of Spring Flowers,” each piece blossoming under their skilled hands. This immersive artistic experience brought forth smiles as radiant as springtime bloomings. Through artistic expression, we can deepen our understanding of our educational mission, reflect on how to create diverse activities that enable children to appreciate the beauty of school life, and learn to provide timely and warm support for them through our daily practices.
