万双网讯  2025年3月27日晚，万科双语学校的小剧场里，5、6 年级家长们带着对中学教育的期待与疑问，与杨帆校长展开了一场深度对话。杨帆校长以“终身成长”为主题，系统阐释了学校的办学理念，为家长们勾勒出一幅“让孩子站在未来中央”的育人蓝图。

On the evening of March 27, 2025, in the theater at Vanke Bilingual School, parents of grades 5 and 6 engaged in an in-depth dialogue with Principal Yang Fan in anticipation for their child’s upcoming entrance into secondary education. Taking “Lifelong Growth” as the theme, Principal Yang systematically explained the school’s educational philosophy, outlining an educational blueprint that places children “at the center of the future.”

Principal Yang Fan presented parents with a vivid picture of Vanke Bilingual School’s well-structured and dynamic teaching team. External evaluations of Vanke Bilingual School’s graduating junior high school students have consistently highlighted their “high-quality and balanced development!” The growth trajectories of these graduates indirectly reflect the high quality of the teaching team. They start by guiding students in setting ambitious life goals, then use high-quality education and teaching methods to help students cross the gap by utilizing their aspirations and practical efforts, enabling them to actively pursue their own futures.

The school has consistently applied systemic thinking, closely integrating home and school environments to foster a nurturing ecosystem for student growth. By embracing a “growth mindset” to support lifelong learning, it has constructed a rich, forward-looking curriculum system. Courses such as Life Planning, Artificial Intelligence, Philosophy, Basic Economics, Vanke Bilingual Cloud Courses, fully English-taught courses by foreign teachers, and Elementary School History provide rich creative nourishment and infuse boundless energy into every stage of students’ development.

杨帆校长表示，学校虽不以国际国内两个方向分班，但会在英语教学上以国际学校的标准进行较大改革，强化英语学习，向着“学生能熟练运用中英双语思考和表达”的目标再进一步。

Principal Yang Fan stated that even though the school doesn’t group students into classes according to international or domestic educational directions, it will carry out substantial reforms in English teaching following the standards of international schools. The aim is to enhance English learning and make further progress towards the goal of students being able to think and express themselves fluently in both Chinese and English.

面对家长关心的热点问题，杨帆校长逐一给出务实解答。针对“师资经验”问题，她以“团队战”破题：青年教师的知识更新优势，加上资深教师的经验沉淀，形成了更加适应未来学生发展的优势。

In the face of hot-button issues raised by parents, Principal Yang Fan provided practical answers to each question. When addressing the question of “teaching experience,” she framed it as a “team-based approach”: the advantage of young teachers’ updated knowledge combined with senior teachers’ accumulated experience creates a synergy better suited to future student development.

在特长培养方面，学校将总结目前VEX机器人班和五六年级足球项目的经验，鼓励学生追求良好爱好，为各方面有特长的学生提供发展平台，综合规划在校作息时间，实现学生全面发展之下的个性成长，让每一个孩子崭露头角，为学生成长为未来人才打下坚实基础。

When it comes to fostering students’ special skills, the school intends to draw on the experiences from the current VEX Robotics Class and the Grade 5 and 6 Football Program. It will motivate students to develop positive hobbies, offer tailored development opportunities for those with various talents, and make a comprehensive plan within the school’s daily schedule. The goal is to achieve a balance between students’ overall development and personalize their growth, allowing each child to show their unique abilities. This will establish a strong basis for students to become future-ready professionals.

对于“快慢班”的疑问，万双明确坚持均衡分班，均衡分配教师，不分好差班，不设特色班，通过差异性、回应式的因材施教的课堂，关注每一位学生的成长，对每一个学生负责。

Regarding concerns about “ability-based streaming,” Vanke Bilingual School explicitly adheres to balanced class grouping and equitable teacher distribution. The school avoids creating distinctions between “advanced” and “regular” classes, nor does it establish specialized program tracks. Instead, it implements differentiated, responsive teaching that tailors instruction to individual needs, ensuring focused attention on every student’s growth and accountability for each child’s development.

学生的健康是家长关心的重点，也是学校培养目标写在首位的事项。学校2021年就开始落实一天一节体育课，从一年级到九年级一以贯之。万双孩子们在体测中保持着优异的成绩。在不集训、不加课的情况下，万双孩子中考体育测试成绩也一直保持优异。

Student health remains a top priority for everyone, with physical well-being explicitly listed as the primary objective in the school’s development goals. Since 2021, Vanke Bilingual School has implemented a daily physical education (PE) class requirement for all classes from Grade 1 through Grade 9. Students at Vanke Bilingual consistently achieve outstanding results in national physical fitness tests. Notably, even without organized training camps or supplementary classes, our students maintain excellent scores for the physical education component of the senior high school entrance examination.

学校重视电子产品使用的引导和管理，以辩论、圆桌会议、签订公约、家访等方式对电子产品的利与弊进行广泛的宣传、讨论。学校在人工智能课上引入DeepSeek，让学生尝试与AI对话，有效、有节制地使用电子产品辅助学习，大开眼界。

The school emphasizes guidance and management of electronic device usage through diverse approaches such as debates, roundtable discussions, pledge-signing ceremonies, and home visits to widely publicize and debate the benefits and drawbacks of technology. In its artificial intelligence courses, Vanke Bilingual School incorporated DeepSeek, allowing students to experiment with AI conversations that promote effective and moderate use of digital tools for learning, significantly broadening their technological literacy.
