万双网讯  2025年3月18日上午，深圳市龙华区中小学生涯教育教研活动在万科双语学校举行。活动以“构建家-校-社良好生态，赋能学生终身发展”为主线，通过万双生涯教育展、人生规划课课堂展示、校长主题分享及深度研讨四大模块，全方位呈现万双在生涯教育领域的创新探索与实践成果。全区的校长、德育主任及生涯教师代表共同参与，见证了一场生涯教育的“沉浸式”教研盛宴。

On the morning of March 18, 2025, the teaching and research activity on career education for primary and middle school students in Longhua District, Shenzhen, was held at Vanke Bilingual School. With the main theme of “Building a Sound Ecology among Families, School and Community to Empower Students’ Lifelong Development”, the activity allowed Vanke Bilingual School’ to present its innovative findings and practical achievements in the field of career education through four major modules: the VBS Career Education Exhibition, the demonstration of life planning classes, the principal’s thematic sharing session, and special in-depth discussions. Principals, directors of moral education, and representative career education teachers from the entire district participated in the event and witnessed an “immersive” lesson on career education.

第一幕：万双生涯教育展——看见成长的无限可能

Scene one: VBS Career Education Exhibition — Seeing the Infinite Possibilities of Growth  

活动伊始，与会者步入“万双生涯教育展”的立体化空间。视频展区以《小鸣的悄悄话》开篇，通过小鸣故事视角，生动诠释了学校生涯教育的核心理念；通过播放风靡校园的心理剧《友善侠》片段，直观展现了万双生涯教育与心理健康融合的鲜活实践。实物展区则铺陈出学生成长的完整脉络：从“职业日记”中稚嫩的职业梦想，到“消失的职业”与“新兴的职业”对比引发的思辨，再到职业宝盒-职业博览会-职业体验日-职业论坛，“人生规划记录本”中记录学生人生规划课堂内外，万双生涯探索中学生们学习成长的点滴，辅以iPad动态展示优秀寒假生涯作业成果，立体化呈现了“教育即生活”的万双理念。

At the beginning of the event, the participants stepped into the three-dimensional space titled the “VBS Career Education Exhibition”. The digital exhibition area opened with “Xiaoming’s Whisper”. From the perspective of Xiaoming, it vividly interpreted the core concept of a school’s career education. By playing clips of the popular school psychological drama “The Kindness Hero”, it vividly highlighted the practice of integrating VBS’s career education with mental health.The physical exhibition area laid out the complete context of students’ growth: from the innocent career dreams of their “Occupational Diaries”, to the critical thinking triggered by the comparison between “disappearing occupations” and “emerging occupations”. It also included a career box, career expo, career day experience, and career forum. The “Life Planning Record Book” records students’ activities both inside and outside the life planning classes. The bits and pieces of students’ learning and growth during Wanshuang’s career exploration, supplemented by the dynamic display of excellent career homework results during the winter vacation assignments on their iPads, presented the three-dimensional concept of Vanke Bilingual School that “education is life”.

第二幕：课堂展示——中小学贯通的生涯教育链 

Scene Two: Classroom Demonstration — A Linked Career Education Chain from Primary to Middle School 

教学实践环节，邹瑶、郑佳佳两位教师分别带来小学和初中人生规划课堂展示。四年级课堂《学习时的感受》 通过心动共鸣站、小明的一天、我的学习感受、携手闯难关等环节，立足社会情感教育，以学生真实体验为核心，通过具象化表达—案例共鸣—策略建构的三阶路径，引导学生在安全氛围中觉察、接纳学习中的多元感受。秉承感受无对错，成长在行动的理念，将学业指导与成长型思维培育相结合，帮助学生在同伴互助中实现从学习感受内化到学习策略外显的跨越。

In the teaching practice session, teachers Zou Yao and Zheng Jiajia presented life planning classes for primary and middle school students. The 4th-grade class “The Feelings During Learning” included segments called Heartbeat Resonance Station, Xiaoming’s Day, My Learning Feelings, and Overcoming Challenges Together. Rooted in social-emotional education and centered on students’ real-life experiences, the class adopted a three-stage approach: concrete expression → case resonance → strategy construction. This guided students to perceive and deal with various emotions in a safe environment. Upholding the philosophy that “feelings have no right or wrong, and growth lies in action”, the class integrated academic guidance with the cultivation of a growth mindset, helping students achieve a leap from internalizing learning feelings to externalizing learning strategies through peer collaboration.

八年级课程《怦然心动的自己》则通过观看职业形象照片，学生能够识别并分析让自己怦然心动的职业所包含的关键要素。通过想象活动，学生能够想象出与未来自己见面的画面，从而初步形成对未来自我的认知。通过“梦想穿梭”活动，学生能够直观地看到自己梦想的变化，进而理解这些变化源于对自我和外部世界的深入探索。

The Grade 8 Lesson “The Resonating Self” guided students to identify and analyze the key elements of professions that inspired them when viewing a series of professional image photos. Through an imaginary exercise, students visualized meeting their future selves, and forming preliminary perceptions of their future identities. The “Dream Time Travel” activity allowed students to visually trace the evolution of their dreams, understanding that such changes stem from deepening self-exploration and exploring the world.

两堂课精准把握不同学段学生心理发展特点，彰显万双生涯教育“纵向贯通、横向融合”的课程设计智慧。

These two classes grasped the psychological development characteristics of students at different school stages, showcasing the curriculum design of VBS’s career education in achieving coherence and peer integration.

第三幕：主题分享——解码家-校-社协同育人生态 

Scene Three: Thematic Sharing—Decoding the Ecology of Family-School-Community Collaborative Education 

杨帆校长以《构建家-校-社良好生态，培养学生健全人格的万双样态》为题，系统阐释了学校生涯教育的顶层逻辑：

Principal Yang Fan delivered a keynote speech titled Building a Sound Ecology of Family-School-Community Collaboration to Cultivate Students’ Sound Personalities: The VBS Model, systematically explaining the school’s top-level logic for career education:  

1. 全学段贯通的课程体系：1-9年级每周1课时的校本必修课，以“七大主题”螺旋上升，累计300余课时。课程打破学科壁垒，融合道法、劳动、艺术等学科，通过PBL项目、职业访谈等多种形式，实现“知识-能力-品格”的立体化培养。  

The Streamlined Curriculum System Across All Grades. A school-based compulsory course offered weekly for 1–9th graders (over 300 class hours cumulative), is structured around the spiral progression of seven major themes. This curriculum breaks down disciplinary barriers, and integrates subjects such as moral education, labor, and art through PBL projects and career interviews, achieving multi-dimensional cultivation of knowledge, ability, and character.

2. 实践育人的创新突破：重点打造的“演员请就位”PBL项目，2024年孵化出了45部学生原创短剧，其中《友善侠》衍生出的粘土艺术展、校园“暖流行动”，形成“创作-实践-传播”的教育闭环；“职业宝盒”“职业博览会”“职业体验日”“职业论坛”等特色活动，吸引了家长和孩子们的踊跃参与，构建起家校社联动的生涯探索网络。

Innovative Breakthroughs in Practical Education：The highlighted “Actors on Set” PBL project incubated 45 student-original short plays in 2024, among which The Kindness Hero included a clay art exhibition and the campus “Warm Current Initiative”, forming a “creation-practice-communication” closed-loop education system. Featured activities such as “Career Box”, “Career Expo”, “Career Experience Day”, and “Career Forum” attracted enthusiastic participation from parents and students alike, establishing a successful family-school-community collaborative career exploration network.  

3. 成效显著的教育生态：五年实践沉淀出“学生自信阳光、教师专业成长、家长深度参与”的良性生态。调查显示，92.72%的学生喜欢人生规划课程，91.51%的学生认为人生规划课有趣，90.18%的家长认为人生规划课有帮助。  

A High-Impact Educational Ecology：Five years of practice in fostering a virtuous ecosystem characterized by “confident and sunny students, professional growth of teachers, and in-depth parental participation”. Survey data shows: 92.72% of students enjoy life planning classes, 91.51% of students find life planning classes interesting, 90.18% of parents believe that life planning classes are helpful.

第四幕：深度研讨——共探生涯教育未来路径 

Scene Four: In - depth Seminar — Jointly Exploring the Future of Career Education

说课、评课环节，邹瑶、郑佳佳两位老师从设计理念到反思迭代，剖析课堂背后的心理学与教育学依据。现场教师追问“学校如何培养班主任老师”“如何调动家长的参与”“如何系统化安排生涯老师”等问题，万双团队以“成长帮帮团”“家长成长学院”“系统化的思维”等具体做法回应，展现了专业化、系统化的实施路径。  

During the Teaching Plan Presentation and Class Evaluation Session, teachers Zou Yao and Zheng Jiajia analyzed the psychological and pedagogical underpinnings of their classes, covering aspects from concept design to reflection and iteration. Teachers present posed follow - up questions such as: "How does the school train head teachers in career education?”, “How to boost parental involvement?”, “How to systematically arrange career education teachers?” The VBS team responded with concrete measures like the “Growth Support Group” (for peer teacher development), “Parent Growth Academy” (for family education training), and “systematic mindset” (for curriculum planning), demonstrating a professional and systematic implementation approach.

结语：以生涯教育点亮生命坐标  

Epilogue: Illuminating Life’s Coordinates Through Career Education

此次教研活动不仅是对万双生涯教育成果的检阅，更为区域教育高质量发展提供了实践范本。从“学科融合”到“生态共建”，从“课程创新”到“家校社共同生长”，万双以生涯教育课程化，系统思维破解生涯教育碎片化难题，强调学校担当，促进学生、家长和教师共同发展。

This teaching and research activity not only reviewed the achievements of VBS’s career education but also provided a practical model for high-quality regional education development. From “cross-disciplinary integration” to “ecological co-construction”, and from “curriculum innovation” to “family-school-community co-growth”, Vanke Bilingual School has addressed the fragmented challenges of career education through a curriculum-based approach and systematic mindset. By emphasizing the school’s commitment to leadership, it has fostered joint development among students, parents, and teachers.
