万双网讯 2025年3月18日上午,深圳市龙华区中小学生涯教育教研活动在万科双语学校举行。活动以“构建家-校-社良好生态,赋能学生终身发展”为主线,通过万双生涯教育展、人生规划课课堂展示、校长主题分享及深度研讨四大模块,全方位呈现万双在生涯教育领域的创新探索与实践成果。全区的校长、德育主任及生涯教师代表共同参与,见证了一场生涯教育的“沉浸式”教研盛宴。
On the morning of March 18, 2025, the teaching and research activity on career education for primary and middle school students in Longhua District, Shenzhen, was held at Vanke Bilingual School. With the main theme of “Building a Sound Ecology among Families, School and Community to Empower Students’ Lifelong Development”, the activity allowed Vanke Bilingual School’ to present its innovative findings and practical achievements in the field of career education through four major modules: the VBS Career Education Exhibition, the demonstration of life planning classes, the principal’s thematic sharing session, and special in-depth discussions. Principals, directors of moral education, and representative career education teachers from the entire district participated in the event and witnessed an “immersive” lesson on career education.

活动伊始,与会者步入“万双生涯教育展”的立体化空间。视频展区以《小鸣的悄悄话》开篇,通过小鸣故事视角,生动诠释了学校生涯教育的核心理念;通过播放风靡校园的心理剧《友善侠》片段,直观展现了万双生涯教育与心理健康融合的鲜活实践。实物展区则铺陈出学生成长的完整脉络:从“职业日记”中稚嫩的职业梦想,到“消失的职业”与“新兴的职业”对比引发的思辨,再到职业宝盒-职业博览会-职业体验日-职业论坛,“人生规划记录本”中记录学生人生规划课堂内外,万双生涯探索中学生们学习成长的点滴,辅以iPad动态展示优秀寒假生涯作业成果,立体化呈现了“教育即生活”的万双理念。
At the beginning of the event, the participants stepped into the three-dimensional space titled the “VBS Career Education Exhibition”. The digital exhibition area opened with “Xiaoming’s Whisper”. From the perspective of Xiaoming, it vividly interpreted the core concept of a school’s career education. By playing clips of the popular school psychological drama “The Kindness Hero”, it vividly highlighted the practice of integrating VBS’s career education with mental health.The physical exhibition area laid out the complete context of students’ growth: from the innocent career dreams of their “Occupational Diaries”, to the critical thinking triggered by the comparison between “disappearing occupations” and “emerging occupations”. It also included a career box, career expo, career day experience, and career forum. The “Life Planning Record Book” records students’ activities both inside and outside the life planning classes. The bits and pieces of students’ learning and growth during Wanshuang’s career exploration, supplemented by the dynamic display of excellent career homework results during the winter vacation assignments on their iPads, presented the three-dimensional concept of Vanke Bilingual School that “education is life”.

教学实践环节,邹瑶、郑佳佳两位教师分别带来小学和初中人生规划课堂展示。四年级课堂《学习时的感受》 通过心动共鸣站、小明的一天、我的学习感受、携手闯难关等环节,立足社会情感教育,以学生真实体验为核心,通过具象化表达—案例共鸣—策略建构的三阶路径,引导学生在安全氛围中觉察、接纳学习中的多元感受。秉承感受无对错,成长在行动的理念,将学业指导与成长型思维培育相结合,帮助学生在同伴互助中实现从学习感受内化到学习策略外显的跨越。
In the teaching practice session, teachers Zou Yao and Zheng Jiajia presented life planning classes for primary and middle school students. The 4th-grade class “The Feelings During Learning” included segments called Heartbeat Resonance Station, Xiaoming’s Day, My Learning Feelings, and Overcoming Challenges Together. Rooted in social-emotional education and centered on students’ real-life experiences, the class adopted a three-stage approach: concrete expression → case resonance → strategy construction. This guided students to perceive and deal with various emotions in a safe environment. Upholding the philosophy that “feelings have no right or wrong, and growth lies in action”, the class integrated academic guidance with the cultivation of a growth mindset, helping students achieve a leap from internalizing learning feelings to externalizing learning strategies through peer collaboration.
八年级课程《怦然心动的自己》则通过观看职业形象照片,学生能够识别并分析让自己怦然心动的职业所包含的关键要素。通过想象活动,学生能够想象出与未来自己见面的画面,从而初步形成对未来自我的认知。通过“梦想穿梭”活动,学生能够直观地看到自己梦想的变化,进而理解这些变化源于对自我和外部世界的深入探索。
The Grade 8 Lesson “The Resonating Self” guided students to identify and analyze the key elements of professions that inspired them when viewing a series of professional image photos. Through an imaginary exercise, students visualized meeting their future selves, and forming preliminary perceptions of their future identities. The “Dream Time Travel” activity allowed students to visually trace the evolution of their dreams, understanding that such changes stem from deepening self-exploration and exploring the world.

During the Teaching Plan Presentation and Class Evaluation Session, teachers Zou Yao and Zheng Jiajia analyzed the psychological and pedagogical underpinnings of their classes, covering aspects from concept design to reflection and iteration. Teachers present posed follow - up questions such as: "How does the school train head teachers in career education?”, “How to boost parental involvement?”, “How to systematically arrange career education teachers?” The VBS team responded with concrete measures like the “Growth Support Group” (for peer teacher development), “Parent Growth Academy” (for family education training), and “systematic mindset” (for curriculum planning), demonstrating a professional and systematic implementation approach.
