万双网讯 2025年2月15-16日,为深化STEM教育实践,提升教师国际视野,深圳市龙华区万科双语学校组织20余名骨干教师赴澳门大学参加“STEM国际素养研讨会”。本次研讨会汇聚全球顶尖教育学者,围绕STEM教育的理论与实践展开深度探讨,为教师团队提供了宝贵的学习与交流平台。
On February 15-16, 2025, in an effort to advance STEM education practices and broaden the international perspectives of its faculty, over 20 key teachers from Shenzhen Longhua District Vanke Bilingual School attended the “STEM International Literacy Symposium” at the University of Macau. The symposium brought together top global education scholars to engage in in-depth discussions on the theory and practice of STEM education, providing a valuable learning experience and exchange of ideas for the teaching team.

The symposium commenced on the morning of February 15 at the Liu An Dong Building of the University of Macau.
美国明尼苏达大学Gillian ROEHRIG教授以“工程设计中的协作问题解决”为题,分享了跨学科协作在STEM教学中的应用策略;以色列魏茨曼科学研究所David FORTUS教授从情感维度切入,探讨“情感在STEM素养中的作用”,为实践和政策制定提供新思路;美国德克萨斯农工大学李野平教授则重新定义“STEM素养是STEM领域的素养”,引发教师对学科本质的反思。
Professor Gillian ROEHRIG from the University of Minnesota, USA, presented on the topic of “Collaborative Problem Solving in Engineering Design,” sharing strategies for interdisciplinary collaboration in STEM teaching. Professor David FORTUS from the Weizmann Institute of Science of Israel, approached the topic from an emotional perspective, discussing “The Role of Emotions in STEM Literacy,” offering new insights for practice and implementation. Professor Yeping LI from Texas A&M University, USA, redefined “STEM Literacy as Literacy in STEM Fields,” prompting teachers to reflect on the essence of the discipline.
下午分设三场专题研讨,涵盖“STEM课程实施”、“有效的STEM学习”及“教师专业发展”等主题,教师们根据自身教学需求选择参与,并与国际同行展开热烈讨论。
The afternoon featured three specialized sessions covering topics such as “STEM Curriculum Implementation,” “Effective STEM Learning,” and “Teacher Professional Development.” Teachers participated according to their teaching needs and engaged in lively discussions with international peers.
2月16日,研讨会继续围绕STEM教育核心议题展开。 美国普渡大学Lynn BRYAN教授以“培养对STEM的兴趣和能动性”为题,强调激发学生内驱力的重要性;英国牛津大学Sibel ERDURAN教授则抛出深刻命题——“STEM的本质还是S、T、E、M各学科的本质?”,剖析学科整合的认知挑战与可能性。
On February 16, the symposium continued to focus on core issues in STEM education. Professor Lynn BRYAN from Purdue University, USA, emphasized the importance of fostering interest and agency in STEM lessons under the theme of “Cultivating Interest and Agency in STEM.” Professor Sibel ERDURAN from the University of Oxford, UK, posed a profound question—“Is the essence of STEM the essence of the individual disciplines S, T, E and M?”—analyzing the cognitive challenges and possibilities of disciplinary integration.
此次研讨会不仅为万双教师们提供了与国际顶尖学者对话的机会,更通过案例分享、实践研讨等形式,助力教师团队更新教育理念、优化教学方法。参与教师纷纷表示,将把学习成果转化为课堂实践,推动学校STEM教育向更高水平迈进。
This symposium not only provided Vanke Bilingual School teachers with the opportunity to converse with top international scholars but also, through case studies and practical workshops, helped the teaching team update educational concepts and optimize teaching methods. The participating teachers expressed their commitment to translating what they learned into classroom practices, advancing the school’s STEM education to a higher level.
