万双网讯  近日,深圳市龙华区劳动学科优秀案例征集评选活动结果揭晓,万科双语学校凭借在劳动教育领域扎实且深入的实践探索以及独具创新的教育成果,在此次活动中脱颖而出,荣获多项殊荣


Recently, the results of the Longhua District Labor Education Case Selection were announced, and Vanke Bilingual School emerged as a standout choice, winning multiple awards due to its solid and in-depth practical exploration in labor education and its innovative educational advancements.

 

在家庭劳动教育清单案例评选板块,毕春蕾老师所负责的《做自己生活中的“美学家”》项目凭借其独特的教育理念与实践模式,荣获二等奖。该项目聚焦于引导学生在日常生活的点滴之中发现美、创造美,旨在将美学素养的培养与劳动技能的提升有机融合。毕春蕾老师深刻认识到家庭劳动清单实则是课堂教育的巧妙延伸,通过诸如种植、传统工艺、整理与收纳、洗衣叠被、烹饪美食以及清洁与卫生等一系列家务劳动,让学生积极参与到家庭生活之中,使其真正成为家庭的“小主人”。在这个过程中,学生们逐渐懂得责任担当,习得生活自理能力,并一步步铸就独立自强的优良品格,为其未来的成长奠定了坚实基础。


In the Family Labor Education List case selection, the project “Be Your Own ‘Aesthetician’ in Life,” led by teacher Bi Chunlei, won second place. The project focuses on guiding students to discover and create beauty in all details of daily life, aiming to integrate the cultivation of aesthetic literacy with the enhancement of labor skills. Teacher Bi deeply understands that the list of classroom chores is an extension of school education. Various household chores such as planting, traditional crafts, organizing and tidying up, washing and folding clothes, cooking, and cleaning, actively engage students in family affairs, allowing them to become the “little masters” of their households. In this process, students gradually learn responsibility, acquire life skills, develop an independent and resilient character, and lay a solid foundation for their future growth.

方丽琴老师主持的《五育并举,劳动先行》项目在此次评选中荣获三等奖。该项目着重强调了劳动教育在学生全面发展进程中所占据的重要地位,通过精心设计的实践活动,致力于培养学生的劳动精神与劳动意识。方丽琴老师巧妙引导学生将在学校所学到的劳动技能,借助家、校、社这三条实施途径进行有效拓展。具体而言,鼓励学生在家积极参与力所能及的家庭劳动,并通过打卡反馈的方式进行监督与激励;同时,组织学生走进社区,亲身体验各行业劳动者的工作状态,以此全方位推进学生的劳动教育。通过这样的实践锻炼,帮助学生树立正确的劳动观念和态度,培养其劳动精神与意识,进而为他们未来的学习与生活筑牢根基。方丽琴老师始终秉持“生活亦是学习的重要组成部分,劳动能够全方位促进学习”这一教育理念,而万科双语学校也将持续不断地丰富劳动教育课程体系,致力于引导学生崇尚劳动、尊重劳动,养成良好的劳动习惯。


The project “Educating in Five Domains Simultaneously, Labor Education is Important" led by Teacher Fang Liqin won third place in the selection. This project emphasizes the important role of labor education in the holistic development of students. Through carefully designed practical activities, it aims to cultivate students' labor spirit and awareness. Teacher Fang expertly guides students to expand upon the labor skills learned in school with family, school, and community activities. Specifically, students are encouraged to participate actively in housework at home, with daily records and feedback given for supervision and motivation. Meanwhile, they are also encouraged to visit communities and experience the working conditions of laborers in various industries. This comprehensive approach helps students establish the correct attitude towards labor, fostering their labor spirit and awareness, and laying a solid foundation for their future learning and lives. Teacher Fang adheres to the educational philosophy that “life is also an important part of learning, and labor can promote learning through many aspects.”Vanke Bilingual School will continue to enrich its labor education curriculum, guiding students to respect and appreciate labor and develop good habits.

在劳动项目案例评选方面,万科双语学校同样成绩斐然。王袁香老师《有趣的皮影戏》项目荣获二等奖,该项目别出心裁地让学生通过亲手制作皮影、搭建舞台以及编排表演等一系列实践活动,不仅有效提升了学生的动手实践能力,同时也增强了他们的艺术鉴赏力,使学生能够深切感受到传统文化的独特魅力,成功实现了劳动教育与艺术文化教育的深度融合。王袁香老师在项目设计过程中,注重鼓励学生将劳动的时空范围拓展至课后及家庭之中,并且充分考虑劳动的持续性,以此更好地助力学生养成自觉的劳动习惯,让劳动教育的影响更加深远持久。


In the labor project case selection, Vanke Bilingual School also achieved outstanding results. Teacher Wang Yuanxiang's project "Interesting Shadow Puppetry" won second place. This project creatively engages students by having them create shadow puppets, build a stage, and organize performances, not only improving their practical skills but also giving an opportunity for artistic appreciation. Through these activities, students are able to feel the unique charm of traditional culture, successfully combining labor education with arts and cultural experiences. Teacher Wang carefully encouraged students to expand the scope of labor efforts beyond the classroom, extending it into extra-curricular and home activities, while also considering the sustainability of the labor process. 付增辉老师《我给植物来挂牌》项目同样荣获二等奖。在这一项目的课堂实践中,孩子们亲手制作植物挂牌,为校园里的每一株植物赋予了别样的生命意义。这一过程不仅仅是一次简单的劳动实践,更是在潜移默化中培养了学生对自然生命的敬畏与爱护之情。付增辉老师坚信,劳动教育的核心要义在于让孩子们在实践中去亲身体验,在体验中收获成长,真正感受到劳动所带来的快乐与满足。在万科双语学校的劳动课堂上,孩子们切实从动手实践中找到了乐趣,同时学会了珍惜与感恩,让劳动教育的价值得以充分彰显。


Teacher Fu Zenghui’s project “Labeling Plants” also won second place. In this project, students made plant labels by hand, giving each plant in the school a unique feeling. This process was not just a simple labor practice, but a subtle way to nurture students’ respect and care for natural life. Teacher Fu believes that the core of labor education is to allow children to practice real life situations, growing and learning from it, and truly feeling the joy and satisfaction that labor can bring. In the labor classroom at Vanke Bilingual School, students find fun in hands-on practice, allowing the virtues of labor education to shine through.

吴淑仪老师《巧手缝沙包》项目荣获三等奖。在该项目的学习过程中,学生们通过上网查阅资料,详细了解了沙包常见的玩法以及种类等相关知识;而后通过动手实践操作,基本掌握了平针、回针和藏针这三种针法;并且在游戏实验环节,还探究出沙包填充物沙粒和棉花的配比问题。学生们在这样“玩中学,学中玩”的真实且严谨的学习场景中,不仅生活技能素养得到了有效培养,同时也极大地丰富了校园生活。吴淑仪老师表示,在今后的教学工作中,计划进一步接触诸如珠绣、蜡染等民俗文化内容,并将其巧妙融入劳动课堂教学之中,带领学生一同领略中国传统文化的美好韵味,让劳动教育与传统文化传承相得益彰。


Teacher Wu Shuyi’s project “Skillful Hands, Sewing Bean Bags” won third place. During this project, students researched online to learn about the common ways to play with different types of bean bags, then practiced stitching skills using techniques such as the running stitch, back stitch, and hidden stitch. During the experimental phase, they also explored the ratio of sand to cotton used in filling the bean bags. In this “playful learning” environment, students not only developed practical life skills but also enriched their campus life. Teacher Wu plans to further explore folk cultural elements such as bead embroidery and batik, and integrate them into future labor lessons, introducing students to the beauty of Chinese traditional culture and enhancing both labor education and cultural heritage.
