万双网讯  为增强中层干部凝聚力，培养现代学校管理素养，进一步增进互信沟通、倾听彼此的声音，2024年12月3日下午，万科双语学校党支部第四季度书记茶话会在105会议室举行。学校党支部书记杨帆、派驻第一书记刘晓娟与中层干部团队参加了会议。

In order to enhance the cohesion of mid-level cadres, cultivate modern school management techniques, further enhance mutual trust and communication, and listen to each other’s opinions, on the afternoon of December 3, 2024, the Party branch of Vanke Bilingual School held a tea party during the fourth period in Conference Room 105. Principal Yang Fan, secretary of the party branch of the school, Liu Xiaojuan, the first secretary of the school, and a team of mid-level cadres attended the meeting.

万双自创校以来便一直坚持 “让孩子站在未来中央”的办学理念，努力培养学生适应未来的学习和生活的必备品格和关键能力，而竭尽全力，热爱、勤奋是全体教职员工矢志不渝追求的精神品质。在杨帆书记的引领下，整个中层团队共同见证了学校的成长，也见证了自身的成长。本次以书记茶话会的方式，与杨帆书记一起说说心里话，期间氛围热烈，掌声连连。

Since its establishment, VBS has always adhered to the philosophy of “Letting Children Stand in the Center of the Future”, and strives to cultivate students’ necessary character qualities and key abilities to adapt them to future learning and life. Under the leadership of Secretary Yang Fan, mid-level cadres of VBS witnessed the growth of the school as well as their own growth. This time, in the form of a secretary’s tea party, people had a chance to speak from the heart with Secretary Yang Fan, during which the atmosphere was warm and the sound of polite applause was often heard.

活动中，大家从个人发展讲起，对杨帆书记一直以来的指导表达了感谢，都围绕着“理念先行，行动为基”的中心，表达了对学校发展的自豪之情。领导们都高度认同学校理念，科学地贯彻学校行动纲要，以学生发展为中心，坚定不移地执行各项教育教学任务。在这个过程中，大家也不断检验着方向的正确性。大家深刻体会到杨帆书记思想的前瞻性和指导性，纷纷表示在万双工作的这些年，不断地收获着幸福感、满足感，体验到了不一样的的教育人生。

During the discussion, the first topic started with personal development, where everyone expressed their gratitude to Secretary Yang Fan for her guidance, and showed their pride in the development of the school around the focal point of “concept first, action based”. The leaders all highly agree with the school philosophy, which is to implement the school action plan, put student development first, and firmly implement all of the various educational and teaching tasks. In this process, everyone can clearly see the direction of progress. The attendees realized the forward-looking and guiding nature of Secretary Yang Fan’s thoughts, and said that in all their years of working in VBS, they have continuously found a sense of happiness and satisfaction, and experienced a different side of educational life.

总结过去，为的是更好走向未来。杨帆书记认真聆听大家的发言，并一一给予肯定，对他们为学校的付出表示感谢。最后，杨帆书记指出，过去我们的探索之所以取得一些成绩，就是我们始终把师生发展放在第一位，在课程设置、教育教学方法、教师培训上做出了有益探索，虽然遇到一些困难，但我们无惧风雨，团结奋进，坚持办学生喜欢的学校，做人民满意的教育，取得了初步成绩。

Summarizing the past, in order to better prepare for the future. Secretary Yang Fan listened carefully to everyone, congratulated them, and showed them appreciation for their efforts in the school. Finally, Secretary Yang Fan pointed out that the reason why we have made such achievements in our exploration of the past is that we have always put the development of teachers and students in the first place, and have made useful explorations into curriculums, teaching methods, and teacher training. Although we have encountered some difficulties, we shouldn’t have fear of them. We forged ahead in unity, persisted in running a school that students like, and provided an education that satisfies and achieves results.

今后，要继续竭尽全力，用我们创造性的工作帮助学生更好地成长。刘晓娟书记对座谈会进行总结，她表示在万双的这段时间不断地“看见、总结和反思”，迫不及待地跟着万双的脚步不断学习，她被深深影响并期待用这种力量去作出改变。最后，她期望大家共同努力，让万双更好，孩子们更好！

In the future, we will continue to do our best to help students grow better with our creative projects. Secretary Liu Xiaojuan drew a summary as well. She said that during the time she’s been in VBS, she continues to “see, summarize, and reflect”, and couldn’t wait to follow in VBS’ footsteps to continue to learn. She was deeply influenced and looked forward to using her position to make positive changes. Finally, she hoped that everyone can work together to make VBS and the children better!
