万双网讯  2024年11月4日下午,第34期班主任帮帮团活动分年级在深圳市龙华区万科双语学校的小剧场315教室举行。本次活动聚焦班主任们的真实需求,深入探寻促进家校沟通和对学生有效支持的策略。万科双语学校党支部书记、校长杨帆派驻第一书记刘晓娟和来自深圳外国语学校龙华学校班主任代表们一起参加了活动。


On the afternoon of November 4, 2024, the 34th Class Teacher Support Group activity was held in the theater and Room 315 at Shenzhen Longhua Vanke Bilingual School. This event focused on the genuine needs of homeroom teachers, delving into strategies to promote home and school communication and provide effective support for students. Yang Fan, Secretary of the Party Branch and Principal of Vanke Bilingual School, along with Liu Xiaojun, the resident First Secretary, and representatives of homeroom teachers from Shenzhen Foreign Language School Longhua Campus, participated in the event.

活动以一首舒缓的华尔兹开场,老师们二人一组,在会场内彼此引领、相互依托进行体验,感受信任与被信任,体验责任与支持的美好。


The event opened smoothly. The teachers paired up to support and walk each other into the venue, symbolizing the effectiveness of trust, as well as showcasing responsibility and support.

一、1~6年级:开学初关键沟通与全阶段家校共育。


Grades 1 to 6: Key Communication at the Beginning of the School Year and Home and School Co-Education Throughout All Stages of the Term.


在1~6年级活动现场,优秀班主任代表蒋雪莹老师进行了主题为《真诚,拉近家校沟通的距离》的讲演,分享了自己在家校沟通方面的丰富经验和见解。她提到,对于小学低年级,开学初的三通电话是家校沟通的关键。第一天的电话如钥匙,打开家长担忧的心锁。面对家长对孩子能否适应新环境的担忧,班主任专业耐心的解答,似冬日暖阳,给家长注入安心力量。


At the elementary school group activity, outstanding homeroom teacher representative Jiang Xueying delivered a speech titled “Sincerity Closes the Gap in Home and School Communication,” sharing her rich experiences and insight on communication between home and school. She mentioned that for lower grade levels, the initial three phone calls at the start of the school year are crucial for fostering communication. The phone call on the first day serves as a key, unlocking the cage of parents’ worries. In response to parents’ concerns about their children’s adaptation to the new environment, the homeroom teacher’s professional and patient answers should act like a warm sun in winter, melting the ice between the school and parents.

第一周,反馈孩子行为表现成为沟通核心,“照片衔接”方式登场,为家长带来丰富的信息。开学初的孩子如幼苗适应新环境,家长牵挂的心渴望知晓孩子动态,这些照片和反馈就像明亮窗户,让家长清晰看到孩子在学校的点滴,滋润家长心田,筑牢家校信任根基。而开学的第一个月,学校的众多活动,可以成为班主任反馈信息主要载体,让家长感受学校生活的多彩,增强对学校教育的认同感。


During the first week, feedback on each child’s behavior became the core of communication ,with the “photo connection” method introduced to provide parents with rich information. Just like seedlings adapting to a new environment, young children entering a school need support, and parents’ concerns drive their desire to stay informed about their children’s progress. These photos and other feedback serve as windows, allowing parents to clearly see their children’s moments at school, nurturing their hearts and strengthening the foundation of trust between home and school. Additionally, the numerous extracurricular activities at school during the first month can become a major opportunity for homeroom teachers to provide feedback, while also helping parents experience the vibrant school life and let them become familiar with the school’s education system.

Teachers should lead in resolving learning issues while parents support their children’s daily living and emotional well-being. For habitual behavioral problems, homeroom teachers need to communicate closely with parents to form a collaborative network of solutions, preventing those issues from impacting a child’s growth. Furthermore, home and school communication must uphold civility and warmth. Homeroom teachers should be consistent when replying to parents’ messages, ensuring that the information provided is accurate and sound. Comprehensive communication is essential; homeroom teachers should closely engage with subject teachers and parents to collect detailed information about the children, allowing communication to fully reflect their growth trajectories and address any issues promptly. Additionally, it is important to leverage the value of parents by warmly inviting them to participate in school activities. Whether by assisting in organizing class events or engaging in extracurricular activities, parents can bring vitality to the class and enhance its cohesion.

By creating more opportunities for peer interaction and fostering a positive growth atmosphere, we can guide students to uphold the correct values. For each child’s individual issues, teachers should conduct effective one-on-one tutoring, using personalized educational approaches to help them regain confidence and courage to face challenges in their learning and life. In the context of home and school co-education, the teachers of grades 7-9, with a strong sense of responsibility and mission, strive to support students’ growth, building a bridge towards success with love and wisdom.
