VBS Net News  Yang Yijuan, The resident First Secretary at Vanke Bilingual School, leveraged the "1+1+N" work model of first secretary residency to actively create a high-quality platform for sharing and joint construction of party building resources within Longhua District.

2024年5月20日，万科双语学校党支部书记杨帆、第一书记杨艺娟带领支部组织委员马葳、宣传委员陈佳敏、党建副主任孙晓萌及党务干事刘梅一行6人前往龙华区第三小学进行党建交流活动。

On May 20, 2024, Yang Fan, the Secretary of the Vanke Bilingual School Party Branch, along with First Secretary Yang Yijuan, led a team of six members, including Organization Committee Member Ma Wei, Publicity Committee Member Chen Jiamin, Deputy Director of Party Building Sun Xiaomeng, and Party Affairs Officer Liu Mei, to the No.3 Primary School in Longhua District for a party building exchange activity.

会上，龙华区第三小学党建副主任张敏莹首先从“提质”、“减负”、“促能”三个方面讲述了党建工作开展情况。接着分享了龙华第三小学“1+2+3+4+N”党建工作模式促进党建与教育深度融合，支部现已形成了多维立体的数字党建品牌建设格局。最后介绍了龙华区第三小学党支部的党建工作品牌——“红心向党 智创未来”，以数字为器，AR交互系统开创党建新模式。

At the meeting, Zhang Minying, the Deputy Director of Party Building of the No. 3 primary school in Longhua District, first described the development of party building work from three aspects--- "quality improvement", "burden reduction" and "energy promotion". Then she shared the "1+2+3+4+N" party building work model of Longhua No. 3 Primary School, promoting the deep integration of party building and education, and the branch has now formed a multi-dimensional digital party building brand building pattern. Finally, the party building work brand of the party branch of the No.3 primary school in Longhua District was introduced - "Red Heart to the Party and Wisdom to Create the Future", using numbers as a tool and AR interactive system to create a new model of party building.

接着，龙华区第三小学党支部费聿玲书记与我校杨帆书记进行了深入交流。费聿玲书记通过讲述“三小”的建校故事，向大家分享了一系列关于如何激发及引领教师自主成长的方式方法，很值得借鉴与学习。杨帆书记则从人类社会发展的现状引发如何应对未来的思考，希望积极发挥党员先锋示范岗的作用，以高质量党建引领学校管理、教育教学全面发展。

Then, Fei Yuling, Secretary of the Party Branch of the No.3 Primary School of Longhua District, had an in-depth exchange with Principal Yang Fan, the Secretary of our school. Secretary Fei Yuling shared a series of ways and means on how to stimulate and lead teachers to grow independently by telling the story of the establishment of the No.3 Primary School, which is worth emulating and learning from. Secretary Yang Fan, on the other hand, initiated thoughts on how to face the future based on the current state of human societal development, expressing hope to actively play the role of party members as pioneers and to lead the comprehensive development of school management and education with high-quality party building.

最后，杨帆书记向龙华区第三小学党支部表达了感谢，感谢费聿玲书记在百忙之中热情接待我们，为我们传经送宝，真是受益匪浅。杨帆书记表示，费聿玲书记和张敏莹主任的分享为我们的党建工作提供了新思路和新方法，希望两校以党建交流为契机，进一步加深校际交流互访，共同进步，为龙华教育高质量发展贡献力量。

Finally, Secretary Yang Fan expressed gratitude to the Third Primary School Party Branch, thanking Secretary Fei Yuling for her warm reception despite her busy schedule, and for sharing valuable insights that were extremely beneficial.
