万双网讯  “一切以学生为中心，用热爱和勤奋让孩子站在未来中央。”5月22日下午，万科双语学校在剧场召开全校教职员工大会。杨帆校长做了期中工作总结发言。

会上，杨帆校长全面回顾了本学期学校取得的荣誉、成绩及开展的多项主题活动。本学期，学校通过2022年国际生态学校绿旗认证，获评2022年“龙华区蒲公英校园”，在第二十一届中国国际人才交流大会暨第二届深圳市青少年科技创新教育论坛上荣获“优秀组织奖”。学校与腾讯青少年科技中心正式签署科技创新教育实践战略合作协议。

At the meeting, Principal Yang Fan comprehensively reviewed the honors, achievements and various themed activities of the school this semester.This semester, the school passed the 2022 International Ecological School Green Flag Certification, was awarded the 2022 "Dandelion Campus in Longhua District", and won the "Excellent Organization Award" at the 21st China International Talent Exchange Conference and the 2nd Shenzhen Youth Science and Technology Innovation Education Forum. The school and Tencent Youth Science and Technology Center formally signed a strategic cooperation agreement on technological innovation education practice.

学校斩获2022年中国童话节之粤港澳大湾区童话节团体一等奖，师生在第八届广东省中学生模拟联合国大会、第23届深圳读书月系列主题活动——深圳市第六届中小学生英语演讲与辩论大赛、龙华区“中国少年说”演讲大赛中荣获多个奖项。

The school won the first prize of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Fairy Tale Festival Group in the 2022 China Fairy Tale Festival.Teachers and students won many honors in the 8th Guangdong Provincial Model United Nations Conference for Middle School Students, the 23rd Shenzhen Reading Month Series Theme Events - the 6th Shenzhen Primary and Secondary School English Speech and Debate Competition, and the Longhua District "Chinese Youth Talk" Speech Contest awards.

与此同时，学校深度进行课堂变革，倾力打造差异性、回应式的因材施教的课堂，各学科开展“让学生经历真实的学习”课堂教学展示教师展示课，充分激发学生学习内驱力。本学期学校取消了练习册，学生课业负担减轻，但四年级以上学生在各项测试中均取得了优异成绩。

At the same time, the school has carried out in-depth classroom reforms, and strives to create differentiated and responsive classes that teach students according to their aptitude. Various subjects carry out classroom teaching demonstration classes that "let students experience real learning" to fully stimulate students' internal drive for learning.In this semester, the school canceled the workbook, and the schoolwork burden of the students was reduced, but the students above the fourth grade all achieved excellent results in various tests.

家长成长学院开展了校长讲座、家长会、拔河比赛、足球赛、主题沙龙、共读一本书、家长代表到校参观体验等一系列活动，增进了家校沟通，构建了家校命运共同体。

The School of Parent Growth has carried out a series of activities such as principal lectures, parent meetings, tug-of-war competitions, football games, theme salons, reading a book together, and parent representatives visiting the school to experience, which has enhanced home-school communication and built a home-school community of shared future.

学校举办了学生游园会、社团展示会、第二届神话节、第五届“万双杯”足球赛、学雷锋活动、（清明、五一）综合实践活动、春游活动等，同时即将举行科学家日、心理健康日、六一狂欢、校友日、夏令营、教师PBL研学活动。学校用丰富的活动充分给予孩子生命创造的养分。

The school held student garden parties, club exhibitions, the second Mythology Festival, the Fifth "VBS Cup" football match, learning from Lei Feng activities, (Qingming, May 1st) comprehensive practice activities, spring outings, etc.At the same time, scientists' day, mental health day, June 1 carnival, alumni day, summer camp, and PBL research activities for teachers will be held soon. The school uses rich activities to fully give children the nutrients of life creation.

杨帆校长在回顾工作、总结成绩的同时部署了下一步的工作，对校园安全进行了重点强调，并现场与老师进行了互动交流。同时，她希望全校教职员工在今后的工作中，做到一切以学生为中心，高度负责，履行教师的职责，遵守学校各项规章制度，锻造良好的师德师风，为学生成长竭尽全力。

While reviewing the school’s work and summarizing the school’s achievements, Principal Yang Fan made arrangements for the next step, emphasizing campus safety, and interacted with teachers on the spot.At the same time, she hoped that all the faculty and staff of the school will be student-centered, highly responsible, fulfill the duties of teachers, abide by the school's rules and regulations, forge a good teacher's morality, and do their best for the growth of students in their future work.
