万双网讯  为提高学生演讲与表达的综合能力，提升学生的中英文综合素养，让孩子站在舞台中央，2026年10月27日，万科双语学校第75期E-talk活动在学校剧场举行，300余名师生现场聆听了演讲。

To enhance students’ public speaking and communication skills, strengthen their overall proficiency in both Chinese and English, and provide them with opportunities to take center stage, Vanke Bilingual School held its 75th E-talk event in the school theatre on the 27th of October 2026. More than 300 teachers and students attended the event and enjoyed the speeches.

本次E-talk活动由4C班周伊寻、5C班郑青岚同学担任主持人，主题是“读万卷书，行万里路”。来自四至五年级的8名同学用中文进行了精彩的演讲，并围绕“旅行见闻”分享了自己的旅行故事。

The event was hosted by Zhou Yixun from Class 4C and Zheng Qinglan from Class 5C, under the theme "Read Ten Thousand Books and Travel Ten Thousand Miles". Eight students from Grades 4 and 5 delivered engaging speeches in Chinese, sharing their personal travel experiences and memorable discoveries along the way.

4C班戴苡澄同学以《大理是个好地方》为题，分享了她的大理夏日之旅。她品尝过桥米线与鲜花饼，欣赏洱海波光，还在市集亲手制作瓦猫，感受大理的美食、湖光与特色民俗。在一幕幕鲜活的体验中，她也感受到彩云之南独有的浪漫风情。

Dai Yicheng from Class 4C delivered a speech entitled "Dali: A Wonderful Place", sharing about her summer journey to Dali. She tasted local delicacies such as crossing-the-bridge rice noodles and flower cakes, admired the shimmering waters of Erhai Lake, and even made a traditional clay cat figurine at a local market. Through these memorable experiences, she discovered Dali's delicious cuisine, beautiful lakeside scenery and distinctive folk traditions, while experiencing the unique charm and romance of Yunnan province.

4E班常峻熙同学以探秘贵州兴义将军洞为主题展开分享。他介绍了这座喀斯特溶洞的由来、洞内钟乳石与特殊生物，还讲述了飞拉达攀岩与地下河桨板的奇妙体验。演讲中穿插趣味问答，带领大家领略地下秘境的地质奇观，在奇妙的地心世界中感受大自然的神奇魅力。

Chang Junxi from Class 4E took the audience on an exciting exploration of Jiangjun Cave in Xingyi in Guizhou Province. He introduced the formation of this karst cave and its fascinating stalactites and unique cave-dwelling creatures. He also shared his thrilling experiences of ferrata climbing and paddleboarding on an underground river. Through interactive questions and engaging storytelling, he guided the audience through the geological wonders of this hidden underground world, revealing the extraordinary beauty and power of nature.

4F班林子宸同学以《美丽的长白山》为题，介绍这座休眠火山。他讲述天池的壮阔，“一山有四季”的垂直植被景观，还介绍了三江源头、珍稀动植物与天然温泉，并呼吁大家爱护环境，守护大自然造就的长白山奇观。

Lin Zichen from Class 4F presented a speech entitled "The Beautiful Changbai Mountain", introducing this magnificent dormant volcano. He described the breathtaking scenery of Tianchi Lake and the remarkable changes in vegetation at different elevations, which create the impression of "four seasons on one mountain". He also introduced the sources of three rivers, some rare plants and animals, and some natural hot springs. At the end of his speech, he encouraged everyone to protect the environment and preserve the natural wonders of Changbai Mountain.

4I班刘以沫同学以《湖南的小东江》为题，分享了如梦似幻的小东江之旅。她描绘了晨雾里小舟撒网的仙境画面，介绍了有趣的游乐项目与鲜嫩美味的特色餐食，还讲述了江边落日温柔治愈的景致，向大家热情推荐这处迷人的游玩胜地。

Liu Yimo from Class 4I shared her dreamlike journey to the Xiaodong River in Hunan Province in a speech entitled "The Xiaodong River in Hunan". She painted a vivid picture of small boats casting fishing nets through the morning mist, creating a scene straight out of a fairy tale. She also introduced exciting recreational activities, delicious local dishes and the peaceful beauty of the sunset by the river. Through her lively descriptions, she warmly recommended this enchanting destination to the audience.

5D班江欣洋同学以《我的旅行日记》为题，分享了国庆首都北京之行。她依次游览圆明园、清华北大、故宫、国博、慕田峪长城等景点，在古迹中品读厚重历史，感受古都风韵与华夏文明的魅力。这段旅程开阔了眼界，也在她心底埋下心怀家国、勤学向上的种子。

Jiang Xinyang from Class 5D delivered a speech entitled "My Travel Diary", sharing her trip to Beijing during the National Day holiday. She visited the Old Summer Palace, Tsinghua University, Peking University, the Forbidden City, the National Museum of China and the Mutianyu section of the Great Wall. As she explored these historic and cultural landmarks, she gained a deeper appreciation of China's rich history, the charm of its ancient capital and the splendor of Chinese civilization. The journey inspired a stronger love for her country and a determination to work hard in her studies.

5I班赵天硕同学以《我的暑假之旅——新疆》为题，分享了暑假和家人的新疆之行。他依次介绍赛里木湖、那拉提草原、独库公路、喀什古城、帕米尔高原等地的见闻，领略壮美风光与多元民族风情；看到深圳援建的县城，他倍感自豪，由衷赞叹祖国疆域辽阔。

Zhao Tianshuo from Class 5I presented a speech entitled "My Summer Holiday Journey to Xinjiang", sharing his family trip to this remarkable region. He introduced his experiences at Sayram Lake, the Nalati Grassland, the Duku Highway, the Ancient City of Kashgar and the Pamir Plateau, highlighting the breathtaking landscapes and diverse ethnic cultures he encountered. When he visited a county that had received developmental assistance from Shenzhen, he felt a deep sense of pride and expressed his admiration for the vastness and beauty of his homeland.

5E班黄子茵同学带来了一次精彩分享，讲述了她在黄腾峡漂流的有趣经历。夏日里，她和家人备好装备，前往黄腾峡体验漂流。山间溪水清澈，坐上皮艇后，平缓河面可以悠闲戏水、打水仗，途经陡坡弯道时激流奔涌，惊险又刺激。清凉的溪水带走烦恼，全程充满欢声笑语，这场漂流让她收获了满满的快乐。

Huang Ziyin from Class 5E gave a lively presentation about her exciting rafting adventure at Huangteng Gorge. During the summer, she and her family prepared their equipment and set off for a day of fun on the water. Surrounded by clear mountain streams, they enjoyed splashing water and having playful water fights along the calmer stretches of the river. As their raft rushed through steep drops and sharp bends, the journey became thrilling and full of excitement. The refreshing water washed away their worries, while laughter and joy filled the entire adventure, leaving her with wonderful memories.

5F班杨一航同学以《我的滑雪之旅》为题，讲述了三段难忘的滑雪经历：他先在深圳室内雪场初次体验，又在吉林冬令营独自学习转弯和换刃，还到新疆阿勒泰可可托海驰骋雪道。在收获滑雪乐趣与成长的同时，他结合自身摔伤骨折的经历，提醒大家滑雪务必做好热身，牢记安全第一。

Yang Yihang from Class 5F delivered a speech entitled "My Skiing Adventures", recounting three unforgettable skiing experiences. He first tried skiing at an indoor ski resort in Shenzhen, then attended a winter camp in Jilin, where he learned to make turns and change his ski edges independently. Later, he enjoyed skiing down the slopes of Koktokay in Altay, Xinjiang. While sharing the excitement and personal growth that skiing had given him, he also reflected on an accident in which he suffered a fracture. Drawing on this experience, he reminded everyone of the importance of warming up properly before skiing and always putting safety first.

活动最后，蒋雪莹老师为所有演讲者颁发证书并合影留念。

At the end of the event, Ms Jiang Xueying presented certificates to all of the speakers, followed by a group photo to commemorate the occasion.

万科双语学校E-talk活动每周举行一次，学生自主报名参与，中文、英文均可，老师将相同或相似主题的演讲者安排在同一期演讲，主旨是让学生做到能说、会说、敢说，善思、善辩、善究。

The E-talk activity of Vanke Bilingual School is held once a week. Students can sign up to participate on their own. Both Chinese and English are accepted. The teacher arranges speakers with the same or similar topics to give speeches in the same period. The purpose is to enable students to be able to speak freely, confidently and bravely; to be good at thinking, debating, and doing research.

E-talk的舞台是开放的，我们欢迎每一位VBS未来少年来到这里，站在聚光灯下，向世界展示自己的独特魅力；我们鼓励孩子们挑战自我，突破困境；我们相信，每一个孩子都有无限的潜力，只要他们有勇气站上舞台，就有可能成为真正的演讲者。

The stage of E-talk is open. We welcome every future teenager of VBS to come here, stand in the spotlight, and show their unique charm to the world; we encourage children to challenge themselves and break through difficulties; we believe that every child has unlimited potential. As long as they have the courage to stand on the stage, they may become real speakers.
