万双网讯  恰逢中秋、国庆双节同庆之际，2026年9月28日，万科双语学校举行2026-2027学年第一学期第5周升旗仪式。本周升旗仪式由9C班负责。潘炜杭（Lucas）、何沛晗（May）担任主持人，陈以恒（Henry）担任升旗手，李品锐（Fox Li）、倪朱辰（Shimon）、林烁（Kenny）、钟政东（Don）、陈家熙（Peter）担任护旗手。护旗方阵由9C班全体同学组成。这是一个开放活跃、团结奋进的集体，他们以“学习和实践深度思考，认真制定人生目标和中考目标，全面提高班级平均成绩”为学年目标，共同完成了庄严而肃穆的升旗环节。

Coinciding with the joint celebration of the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day, on September 28th, 2026, Vanke Bilingual School held the Week 5 flag-raising ceremony for the first semester of the 2026–2027 academic year. Class 9C was responsible for this week’s ceremony. Lucas (Pan Weihang) and May (He Peihan) served as hosts, Henry (Chen Yiheng) served as flag-bearer, and Fox Li (Li Pinrui), Shimon (Ni Zhuchen), Kenny (Lin Shuo), Don (Zhong Zhengdong), and Peter (Chen Jiaxi) served as flag escorts. The honor guard formation was composed of the rest of the students from Class 9C. This is an open, vibrant, united, and enterprising class. With the yearly academic goals of “learning and practicing deep thinking, setting life and high school entrance exam goals with care, and comprehensively raising the class average,” they collectively completed the solemn flag-raising ceremony.

晨光初照，国旗班步伐整齐，护旗方阵精神饱满，简短而庄重的仪式，让校园的清晨多了一份坚定的力量。国旗在雄壮的国歌声中冉冉升起。全体师生肃立注目，少先队员行队礼，目光中饱含对祖国的敬意。9C班学子以昂扬奋发的姿态，将满腔赤诚融入这庄严的一刻。

As the morning light first appeared, the flag guard marched in orderly steps, and the honor guard stood firm. The brief yet dignified ceremony added a sense of steadfast strength to the campus morning. The national flag rose slowly to the majestic national anthem. All of teachers and students stood at attention, with the Young Pioneers saluting, their gazes filled with respect for the motherland. The students of Class 9C, with high spirits and a striving purpose, poured their heartfelt devotion into this solemn moment.

在国旗下讲话环节，9C班全体同学带来诗朗诵《我爱这土地》。这首诗写于1938年，日军铁蹄践踏中华大地，国土沦丧，生灵涂炭，中华民族到了最危险的时刻。诗人艾青怀着对祖国最真挚的爱，为这片饱受苦难的土地深情歌唱。诗的结尾，那句广为流传的诗句，道尽了千千万万中华儿女的心声："为什么我的眼里常含泪水？因为我对这土地爱得深沉……"

In the speech under the national flag, all students of Class 9C presented a poetry recitation, I Love This Land. This poem was written in 1938, when the iron boots of the Japanese invaders trampled across the Chinese land, the country was lost, the people suffered, and the Chinese nation stood at its most perilous moment. The poet Ai Qing, with the sincerest love for his motherland, sang deeply for this land that had endured so much suffering. At the end of the poem, a widely known line expresses the heartfelt voice of countless Chinese sons and daughters: “Why are my eyes always filled with tears? Because I love this land so deeply...”

同学们以整齐而有力的声音，将全校师生带回那个烽火连天的年代。一字一句，宣告着中华民族永不屈服的信念；一声一声，完成着与先辈的对话、对初心的叩问。孩子们的朗诵声里，有对苦难历史的铭记，对脚下土地的眷恋，更有新时代少年的责任与担当。那一刻，爱国不再是一个抽象的词语，而是从心底涌出的真实情感——它是1938年诗人笔下那只嘶哑歌唱的鸟，也是这个清晨一群少年挺立的身影。岁月更替，不变的是这片土地上，一代又一代人对祖国最朴素、最深沉的爱。

With orderly and powerful voices, the students took everyone back to that era of the raging war. Every word proclaimed the Chinese nation's unyielding faith; every syllable a dialogue with our forebears and an inquiry into their original aspirations. In the children’s recitation was the remembrance of a history of suffering, the deep attachment to the land beneath their feet, and the responsibility and commitment of young people in a new era. In that moment, patriotism was no longer an abstract word, but a genuine emotion surging from the heart — it was the hoarse-singing bird from the poet's pen in 1938, and it was also the upright figures of a group of young people on this morning. As the years change, what remains unchanged is the simplest and deepest love for our motherland, passed down from generation to generation.

随后，蒋欣桐（Sophia）和赖予婕（Joanna）两位同学带来主题演讲《以青春之名，赴时代之约》。值此国庆来临之际，她们带领全体师生回望来路——从救亡图存到建设发展，一代代中国人以热血与坚守，换来了今日的山河无恙、国泰民安。放眼当下，高铁飞驰、航天逐梦、科技腾飞，盛世图景令人振奋，也提醒着我们：这份安稳与美好从不是理所当然，而是无数前辈浴血奋斗换来的。作为新时代的接班人，更应珍惜当下、接续奋斗，以青春之我，赴时代之约。

Afterward, two students, Sophia (Jiang Xintong) and Joanna (Lai Yujie), delivered a themed speech titled “In the Name of Youth, Answer the Call of Our Times.” On the occasion of National Day, they led all teachers and students to look back on the road traveled — from national salvation to its construction and development, generation after generation of Chinese people exchanged their blood and perseverance for today's peaceful mountains, rivers, and a prosperous, secure nation. Looking at the present, high-speed trains race, space missions pursue dreams, and technology soars. This prosperous scene is inspiring, and it also reminds us: this stability and beauty were never a given, but were earned through the struggles of countless predecessors. As successors of the new era, we should cherish the present, continue the struggle, and dedicate our youth to answering the call of our times.

两位同学将视线转回校园日常。对于正在成长的学生而言，爱国并非遥远的口号：课堂上的一份专注、学业上的一次坚持、集体中的一份担当与自律，都是爱国最朴素、最真实的模样。认真求学、锤炼品格、向阳向善，在日复一日的努力中沉淀自我、积蓄力量——这便是新时代少年对祖国最深情的告白。尤其对于初三学子而言，此刻的每一分耕耘，都是在为青春蓄力，为未来的担当筑基。愿同学们不负韶华、不负时代，以今日之奋斗，成就明日之栋梁。

The two students then turned their gaze back to everyday campus life. For students who are still growing, patriotism is not a distant slogan: a moment of focus in class, a moment of persistence in studies, a sense of group responsibility and self-discipline — these are the simplest and truest forms of patriotism. Studying diligently, tempering character, striving toward goodness and the sun, and accumulating strength through daily effort — this is the deepest confession of love that young people of the new era can make to their motherland. Especially for ninth-grade students, every bit of cultivation now is building strength for youth and laying the foundation for future responsibilities. May all students live up to their youth in this era, and through today's efforts, become the pillars of tomorrow.

Amid warm applause from all teachers and students, the flag-raising ceremony came to a successful close. From poetry recitation to themed speeches, from looking back on turbulent years to issuing a youthful declaration, this flag-raising ceremony allowed students to understand responsibility and find their direction amidst emotional times. In a prosperous land, youth must strive for strength. VBS students will anchor patriotism in their hearts, keep moving forward, and strive to grow into new-era youth who hold ideals, possess skills, and dare to take responsibility — and in the future, use what they have learned to protect our beautiful land and repay our great motherland.

From the sacrifices of countless heroes in the flames of war, to the struggles of our forebears in the years of construction; from the brave voyages of reform and opening-up, to the relentless march forward in the new era，generation after generation of Chinese people have paved the way for today's peace and prosperity with their blood, perseverance, and sense of duty.

岁岁国庆，年年赤诚。回望百年风雨征程，我们的祖国从满目疮痍、百废待兴中艰难崛起。从战火纷飞的峥嵘岁月里无数先烈的舍生取义，到建设岁月中先辈们的艰苦奋斗；从改革开放的乘风破浪，到新时代的砥砺前行，一代代中国人用热血、坚守与担当，铺就了今日的山河无恙、国泰民安。

Today's China sees high-speed trains racing across the land, space missions chasing dreams among the stars, aircraft carriers cutting through waves, rural areas transforming with each passing day, and technology flourishing. We sit in bright and clean classrooms, reading and learning, with no worries about food or clothing, feeling safe and secure. This stability and beauty were never a given. They are a gift earned by countless predecessors who cleared the path and quietly stood guard.

如今的中国，高铁飞驰穿梭，航天逐梦星河，航母劈波斩浪，乡村日新月异，科技蓬勃发展。我们坐在窗明几净的教室读书学习，衣食无忧、安稳顺遂，这份安稳与美好，从来不是理所当然，而是无数前辈披荆斩棘、默默守护换来的盛世馈赠。

For us middle school students, the best way to love our country is to seize the day and give our all. Grade 9 is the most critical year of our middle school life. It is a journey of perseverance and growth. Listening carefully in every class, mastering every point of knowledge, and taking every assignment and exam seriously, that is what patriotism looks like for us. Following school rules, cultivating virtues, uniting with classmates, respecting teachers, and striving for goodness and integrity, that is the original aspiration of patriotism. Abandoning laziness, overcoming restlessness, and improving ourselves through daily persistence, that is our most down-to-earth way of serving our country.
