万双网讯  五月的万科双语学校暖风拂面,满目生机,在这份满含爱与希望的美好时节,VBS心理活动月系列活动温情启幕。5月28日晚,以“看见孩子”为主题的亲子E-talk分享会如期在剧场举行,百余名师生现场聆听了演讲,活动同时面向全校师生、家长直播。


As warm breezes caress the campus and vibrant greenery fills every corner of Shenzhen Vanke Bilingual School (VBS) this May, the VBS Mental Health Month series of events kicked off warmly in a beautiful season brimming with love and hope. On the evening of May 28th, the parental E-talk sharing session themed “Seeing the Child” was held as scheduled in the school theater. Over a hundred teachers and students attended the speeches in person, and the event was also live-streamed to all teachers, students and parents across the school.


这不仅是一场精彩的分享交流,更是一次直抵内心的心灵对话——在场师生与家长共同走近“看见”的真正意涵:看见孩子纯粹的本心,看见家长育人的智慧,也看见亲子相伴路上,彼此携手成长的温暖足迹。


This was more than just a wonderful sharing and exchange; it was a heartfelt dialogue that touched the soul. Teachers, students and parents presented together and explored the true meaning of “seeing”: seeing the pure heart of children, seeing the wisdom of parents while nurturing their children, and seeing the warm footprints of mutual growth along the journey of familial companionship.


本次活动由5I班李欣怡和5F班刘佳翰担任主持。他们在开场白中阐释了本次分享会的内核:“看见,从来不只是目光的停留,更是心灵的相通与懂得;看见,是全然的接纳、平等的尊重,更是毫无保留的陪伴与爱意。” 在孩子的成长旅途中,父母是最温暖的引路人,而孩子亦是映照家长内心的一面明镜。当晚,家长与孩子依次登台,以亲身经历讲述日常点滴,将藏在烟火生活里的教育感悟娓娓道来。一个个真实动人的故事,令在场所有人深受触动。


The event was hosted by Li Xinyi from Class 5I and Liu Jiahan from Class 5F. In their opening remarks, they explained the core essence of this session: “Seeing others is never just a glance; it is the connection and understanding of hearts. Seeing others is complete acceptance, equal respect, and unreserved companionship and love.” On the journey of a child’s growth, parents are their closest guides, and children are also a mirror reflecting their parents’inner selves. That evening, parents and children took to the stage one after another, sharing daily moments from their personal experiences and eloquently expressing their educational insights hidden within ordinary life. Each real and touching story deeply moved everyone present.

首先登场的是2X班杨礼宁和她的爸爸杨伟强先生。他们带来了一段关于“选择”的暖心故事,让在场众人重新审视成人与孩子之间截然不同的视角。父女俩曾一起处理家中不再需要的公仔,并决定将它们免费赠送给他人。正是这次经历,让父亲豁然开朗:真正走近孩子,就要放下成年人的固有思维与功利判断,俯身站在孩子的视角看待世界,呵护他们与生俱来的同理心与美好天性。


First to take the stage were Yang Lining from Class 2X and her father, Mr. Yang Weiqiang. They shared a heartwarming story about “choices”, which made the audience re-examine the vastly different perspectives between adults and children. The father and daughter pair once worked together to dispose of stuffed toys they no longer needed and decided to give them away for free. It was this experience that made the father suddenly realize: to truly get close to a child, one must let go of adults’ inherent thinking and utilitarian judgments, bend down to see the world from the child’s perspective, and protect their innate empathy and childlike nature.

随后,一封跨越山海的家书牵动着全场人的心。远在非洲毛里塔尼亚工作的8E班张皓淳爸爸无法亲临现场,特意录制了一段语音寄语送到活动现场。当饱含思念的录音缓缓响起,父亲细数着孩子从懵懂孩童长成独立少年的点滴变化,一字一句皆是牵挂与欣慰,现场众人无不动容。坐在台下的皓淳,也忍不住流下了感动的泪水。紧接着,皓淳妈妈帅环环女士开始了她的分享,她将踏实温暖的儿子比作贴心的“皮夹克”,细数孩子在乐高、羽毛球等爱好上的专注投入,以及小小年纪便扛起的家庭担当。时光悄然前行,孩子不断蜕变。为人父母,既要欣慰于孩子的独立成长,也要坦然接受成长带来的距离,在守望中默默陪伴。


Next, a letter from across the mountains and seas touched the hearts of the entire audience. The father of Zhang Haochun from Class 8I, who is working far away in Mauritania, Africa, was unable to attend the event in person, but thoughtfully recorded a voice message to be played at the scene. As the audio full of longing played, the father recounted with pride every aspect of his child’ s growth from a helpless toddler to an independent teenager. Everyone present was deeply moved, and Haochun, sitting in the audience, couldn’t help but shed tears of emotion. Immediately afterwards, Haochun’ s mother, Ms. Shuai Huanhuan, began her sharing. She compared her down-to-earth and warm son to a thoughtful “leather jacket”, detailing his dedication for hobbies such as Lego and badminton, as well as the family responsibilities he has shouldered at a young age. As time passes quietly, children continue to transform. As parents, we must rejoice in our children’s independent growth while also calmly accepting the distancing that comes with it, accompanying them silently in watchful care.

接下来登场的是1C班陶鹿鸣和她的妈妈王松林女士。她们以“妈妈,你看见我的‘小九九’了吗?”为题,带来的一段母女深度对话,生动展现了孩子天马行空的童真世界。面对做数学题时发呆、把数字“6”写成“9”这些看似调皮的小问题,孩子的回答出人意料:发呆是因为担心窗外无家可归的小鸟,写反数字则觉得像小胖墩似的“6”翻了个跟头。这场对话让妈妈深刻反思——往日里总揪着孩子细微的失误不放,却忽略了他们付出的努力与奇趣的想象力。教育不该拘泥于对错评判,更要用心发掘孩子身上闪闪发光的特质。

With the theme “Mom, Do You See My Little Thoughts?”, they presented a profound mother and daughter dialogue that vividly showcased the child’s whimsical and innocent world. When faced with little problems like daydreaming while doing math problems or writing the number “6” as “9”, the child’s answers were unexpected: she daydreamed because she was worried about the homeless birds outside the window, and she wrote the number backwards because she thought the chubby “6” had done a somersault. This dialogue made the mother reflect deeply. In the past, she always fixated on her child’s minor mistakes, but ignored her efforts and wonderful imagination. Education should not be limited to just judging right and wrong; more importantly, it should carefully discover the shining qualities in children.

7E班毛钰彤的爸爸毛德鹏先生登台,分享了陪伴女儿成长的感悟,讲述了一个关于拼搏与诚信的成长故事。他见证着女儿在滑板上迎风驰骋,在武术练习中挥洒汗水,尽情享受运动带来的快乐。而当孩子因畏惧失误而说谎、逃避现实时,这位父亲没有苛责,而是选择温柔地拥抱、耐心地引导,告诉女儿不必害怕犯错,愿陪她一同坚守本心、追光前行。这份包容与坚守,为孩子塑造正直品格筑牢了根基。


Mr. Mao Depeng, father of Mao Yutong from Class 7E, took to the stage to share his insights on accompanying his daughter’s growth, telling a story about perseverance and integrity. He watched his daughter ride like the wind on her skateboard and sweat in martial arts practice, while fully enjoying the joy of sports. However, when the child lied and avoided reality out of fear of making mistakes, instead of scolding her, this father chose to hug her gently and guide her patiently, telling his daughter that there is no need to be afraid of making mistakes and that he is willing to accompany her to help her stay true to her heart. This tolerance and perseverance laid a solid foundation for the child to develop an upright character.

1E班张嘉轩的妈妈孙树梅女士结合日常相处经历,分享了如何在情绪中读懂孩子需求的心得。她还在现场与孩子们亲切互动,提问在座的孩子:“难过的时候,你最喜欢爸爸妈妈怎么安慰自己?”孩子们认真思考,纷纷用充满童趣的语言回答:“抱抱我”“陪我玩一会儿”......稚嫩的话语里,藏着他们对爱最朴素也最真切的期待。她谈到,当孩子陷入低落与难过时,空洞的说教远不及一个拥抱、一份接纳来得有效。情绪是亲子之间沟通的桥梁——唯有允许孩子坦然表达内心感受,用心接纳他们的喜怒哀乐,才能让爱意真正落地生根。最好的教育,便是让孩子在被看见、被理解中,真切地感受到爱。


Ms. Sun Shumei, mother of Zhang Jiaxuan from Class 1E, combined her daily parenting experiences to share her insights on how to understand children’s needs through their emotions. She also interacted warmly with the children on site, asking them: “When you are sad, what do you like most about how your parents comfort you?” The children thought carefully and answered in childlike ways: “Hug me”, “Play with me for a while” ... Behind these innocent words lies their simplest and most sincere expectation of love. She said that when a child is feeling down and sad, empty preaching is far less effective than a hug and acceptance. Emotions are a bridge of communication between parents and children—only by allowing children to express their inner feelings openly and accepting both their joys and sorrows with all their hearts can love truly take root. The best education is to let children truly feel loved while also being seen and understood.

7C班胡圣杰的妈妈王英俊女士引用教育哲思道出感悟:教育不是一味灌输知识,而是点亮孩子心中的火种。回首育儿之路,她也曾深陷焦虑、习惯掌控,而后在不断学习与自省中慢慢蜕变。她感慨,陪伴孩子成长,是父母一生的修行。当家长放下主观评判,给予孩子足够的信任与自由,他们便能舒展身心,活成自信、踏实、幸福的模样。


Ms. Wang Yingjun, mother of Hu Shengjie from Class 7C, quoted educational philosophy to express her insights: Education is not about indoctrinating knowledge blindly, but about lighting the fire in children’s hearts. Looking back on her parenting journey, she once was trapped by anxiety and always had to be in control, but later gradually transformed through continuous learning and self-reflection. She sighed that accompanying children to grow up is a lifelong practice for parents. When parents let go of subjective judgments and give children enough trust and freedom, they can relax their bodies and minds and live a confident, down-to-earth and happy life.

最后,2O班黄静怡和妈妈徐倩女士围绕成长展开交流,让现场观众读懂了家庭教育的“双向奔赴”。母女二人在日常闲谈中,一同理解成长型思维的意义——孩子用纯粹的心态,慢慢抚平了家长内心的教育焦虑。如今的家长不再是居高临下的说教者,而是与孩子并肩同行的伙伴。在陪伴孩子直面挫折的过程中,父母也学着卸下焦虑、沉淀内心。彼此包容、彼此治愈、彼此成就,这便是家庭教育最动人的模样。


Finally, Huang Jingyi from Class 2O and her mother, Ms. Xu Qian, exchanged their views on growth, allowing the audience to understand the “two-way journey” of family education. Through daily chats, the mother and daughter understood the meaning of a growth mindset, and the child’s pure mindset gradually eased the mother’s educational anxiety. Today’s parents are no longer condescending preachers, but partners walking side by side with their children. In the process of supporting children who face setbacks, parents also learn to let go of anxiety and calm their inner selves. Tolerating each other, healing each other, and achieving for each other—this is the most touching outlook of family education.

七个温情故事,七份真挚感悟,汇聚成满场暖意。多位家长在分享时,幻灯片里都出现了孩子的成长照片——那一张张定格时光的画面,不仅是亲子相伴路途中最珍贵的印记,更是“看见”最温柔的注脚:看见每一次进步,也看见每一份努力;看见孩子长大的模样,也看见父母眼中从未移开的目光。“看见孩子”,是一场需要长久坚持的修行,它要求每一位家长放慢脚步、放下焦虑,用心倾听心声,用爱包容不足。


Seven warm stories insights converged to create a warm atmosphere throughout the venue. While parents shared their stories, photos of their children appeared on their slides - these frozen moments in time are not only the most precious marks on the journey of familial companionship, but also the gentlest footnote to “seeing”: seeing every progress and every effort; seeing your child grow up, and seeing the gaze that never leaves the parents’eyes. “Seeing the child” is a practice that requires long-term persistence. It requires every parent to slow down, let go of anxiety, listen attentively to their children’s voices, and tolerate their shortcomings with love.


最后,杨帆校长为所有演讲者颁发证书合影留念。本次VBS心理活动月“看见孩子”亲子E-talk分享会虽圆满落幕,但关于理解、陪伴与共同成长的故事仍在继续。愿每一位家长都能成为懂得“看见”的引路人,愿每一个孩子都能在被理解、被关爱中,自信向阳,肆意绽放。

Finally, Huang Jingyi from Class 2O and her mother, Ms. Xu Qian, exchanged their views on growth, allowing the audience to understand the “two-way journey” of family education. Through daily chats, the mother and daughter understood the meaning of a growth mindset, and the child’s pure mindset gradually eased the mother’s educational anxiety. Today’s parents are no longer condescending preachers, but partners walking side by side with their children. In the process of supporting children who face setbacks, parents also learn to let go of anxiety and calm their inner selves. Tolerating each other, healing each other, and achieving for each other—this is the most touching outlook of family education.

七个温情故事,七份真挚感悟,汇聚成满场暖意。多位家长在分享时,幻灯片里都出现了孩子的成长照片——那一张张定格时光的画面,不仅是亲子相伴路途中最珍贵的印记,更是“看见”最温柔的注脚:看见每一次进步,也看见每一份努力;看见孩子长大的模样,也看见父母眼中从未移开的目光。“看见孩子”,是一场需要长久坚持的修行,它要求每一位家长放慢脚步、放下焦虑,用心倾听心声,用爱包容不足。


Seven warm stories insights converged to create a warm atmosphere throughout the venue. While parents shared their stories, photos of their children appeared on their slides - these frozen moments in time are not only the most precious marks on the journey of familial companionship, but also the gentlest footnote to “seeing”: seeing every progress and every effort; seeing your child grow up, and seeing the gaze that never leaves the parents’eyes. “Seeing the child” is a practice that requires long-term persistence. It requires every parent to slow down, let go of anxiety, listen attentively to their children’s voices, and tolerate their shortcomings with love.


最后,杨帆校长为所有演讲者颁发证书合影留念。本次VBS心理活动月“看见孩子”亲子E-talk分享会虽圆满落幕,但关于理解、陪伴与共同成长的故事仍在继续。愿每一位家长都能成为懂得“看见”的引路人,愿每一个孩子都能在被理解、被关爱中,自信向阳,肆意绽放。
