万双网讯  2026年5月25日，万科双语学校举行2025-2026学年第二学期第13周升旗仪式。本周升旗仪式由3D班负责。李梓睿（Seven）和鲁安昕（Ella）担任主持人，7E班的谭凯琳（Kaylin）、肖雨欣（Summer）以及7G班的曾于恬（Miya）担任升旗手。护旗任务由朝气蓬勃，多元汇聚的3D班全体同学组成，自律友善，乐学共进是3D班的目标，他们共同完成了庄严的升旗环节。

On May 25th, 2026, the flag-raising ceremony for the thirteenth week of the second semester of the 2025-2026 academic year was held on the playground of Vanke Bilingual School. This ceremony was hosted by Class 3D. Li Zirui (Seven) and Lu Anxin (Ella) served as the hosts. Tan Kailin (Kaylin) and Xiao Yuxin (Summer) from Class 7E, along with Zeng Yutian (Miya) from Class 7G, served as the flag-raisers. The flag-guarding duty was carried out by all the students of Class 3D — a vibrant and diverse group whose class goal is "being self-disciplined and friendly, and who enjoy learning and making progress together."

在国旗下讲话环节，黄伟桐（Will）和龙宇欣（Candy）两位同学带来了题为“铭记五卅历史，传承爱国精神”的演讲。他们带领全校师生回望了1925年那段热血难忘的红色历史。从“卅”字的含义讲起，两位同学娓娓道来：2月上海日本纱厂工人大罢工，5月工人成立工会，5月15日党员工人领袖顾正红被日本资本家枪杀，消息传开后上海工人罢工、学生罢课、商人罢市，5月30日租界巡捕公然开枪，五卅爱国运动由此爆发。

During the speech segment under the national flag, Huang Weitong (Will) and Long Yuxin (Candy), delivered a speech titled "Remember the History of May 30th, and Carry on the Patriotic Spirit." They led the entire school community in looking back at the passionate and unforgettable chapter of red history in 1925. Starting with the meaning of the character "卅" (sà), which means thirty, the two students eloquently recounted the events of that year: In February, workers at a Japanese-owned cotton mill in Shanghai went on strike. In May, the workers formed a union. On May 15th, the Communist worker leader Gu Zhenghong was shot and killed by a Japanese capitalist. When the news spread, workers went on strike, students boycotted classes, and merchants shut their shops in Shanghai. On May 30th, the foreign police in the concession openly opened fire, sparking the May 30th Patriotic Movement.

两位同学在演讲中特别回应了一个同学们心中可能存在的疑问：“我们还是小学生，怎么爱国呢？”他们的答案朴素而有力：爱国就藏在每天的小事里——尊重国旗和国歌，升旗时站得笔直、用最响亮的声音唱国歌；好好学习，认真听课、完成作业，将来用本领建设祖国；团结同学，互相帮助、不欺负别人；爱护校园，不乱扔垃圾、爱护一草一木。“铭记历史，热爱祖国；好好学习，强国有我！”两位同学的响亮口号，赢得了全校师生的热烈掌声。

In their speech, the two students specifically addressed a question that might be on many of their peers' minds: "We're still primary school students—so how can we love our country?" Their answer was simple yet powerful: Patriotism is found in the little things we do every day—respecting the national flag and anthem, standing tall during the flag-raising ceremony and singing the national anthem loudly and clearly; studying hard, listening attentively in class, completing homework, and using our future skills to build our country; collaborating with classmates, helping each other, not bullying others; caring for our campus, not littering, and protecting every blade of grass and tree. "Remember our history, love our country; study hard, and make our nation proud!" Their powerful slogan drew warm applause from the entire school.

随后，彭平老师携机器狗小宇，以及万双的新伙伴——小R亮相。这个身高约123厘米、整机重量约25千克的宇树国产人形机器人，配备了26个关节自由度，不仅能跑，还能跳舞。小R用一段节奏感极强的舞蹈，引得台下的孩子们阵阵欢呼。彭平老师介绍道，人形机器人是高端科技的结晶，但其核心运转离不开小小的芯片支撑。“我们必须清醒认识到，我国高端芯片、核心元器件仍面临外部技术封锁与‘卡脖子’困境。”他强调，科技的未来在青年，强国的重任在少年，芯片突围、科技自强的接力棒，终将交到同学们手中。彭老师鼓励大家不必急于求成，只需立足课堂、扎实学好知识、永葆科创热忱，日复一日的积累与沉淀，终将成为突破技术壁垒、攻克芯片难题的底气与力量。

Then, Teacher Peng Ping took the stage with the robotic dog Xiaoyu and VBS's new friend—Xiao R. This UNITREE domestically-produced humanoid robot, standing about 123 cm tall and weighing approximately 25 kg, is equipped with 26 joint degrees of freedom. It can not only run but also dance. Xiao R performed a highly rhythmic dance, drawing cheers from the children in the audience. Teacher Peng Ping explained that humanoid robots are the pinnacle of high-end technology, yet their core operation depends on tiny chips. "We must clearly recognize that China's high-end chips and core components still face external technological blockades and 'bottleneck' challenges," he emphasized. He stressed that the future of technology lies in the youth, and the heavy responsibility of national rejuvenation rests on the younger generation. The baton for breaking through economic bottlenecks and achieving technological self-reliance will eventually be passed to the students. Teacher Peng encouraged everyone not to seek quick success, but to stay grounded in the classroom, solidly acquire knowledge, and always maintain their passion for scientific innovation. With day-by-day accumulation and dedication, they will eventually build the confidence and strength to break through technological barriers and solve the chip challenge.

彭平老师还特别介绍了小R的体验预约安排：周一到周四，1-6年级为5:45-6:15，7-9年级为6:20-6:50，每个时间段提供15个名额，感兴趣的同学可到230教室门口登记。最后，彭老师以“以少年之力，铸中国芯魂”勉励全体同学，愿大家心怀家国、笃行不怠，向着硬核科技奋勇前行。

Teacher Peng Ping also introduced the experience booking arrangement for Xiao R: from Monday to Thursday, the session for Grades 1-6 is 5:45-6:15, and for Grades 7-9 is 6:20-6:50. Each time slot offers 15 spots. Interested students can sign up at the door of Classroom 230. Finally, Teacher Peng encouraged all students with the words "Let the power of youth forge the soul of China's chips," wishing that everyone would hold their country dear in their hearts, persevere without pause, and bravely forge ahead towards more advanced technology.

五星红旗迎风飘扬，历史的回响与科技的脉动在此刻交汇。万双的少年们，正以笃行之姿，在铭记中成长，在热爱中前行。

Dear teachers and students, good morning!

我是3D班的黄伟桐。今天，我站在庄严的五星红旗下，演讲的题目是《铭记五卅历史，传承爱国精神》。共同回望一段热血难忘的红色历史。

I’m Candy from Class 3D. Today, I’m standing under the five-star red flag. My topic is “Remember the History of May 30th, and Carry on the Patriotic Spirit.” Let us look back at a brave and unforgettable chapter of our history.

大家知道吗，“卅”就是三十，五卅便是五月三十日。

Did you know? The word “Sa” means thirty. So “Wu Sa” means May 30th.

1925年的中国，帝国主义在中国横行霸道，中国工人被残酷剥削。

In 1925, China was weak. Foreign powers bullied the Chinese people, and workers were treated very badly.

当年2月，上海日本纱厂工人大罢工，反对打骂、开除工人，并要求涨工资。

Candy: In February, workers in a Japanese factory in Shanghai went on strike. They said no to being beaten and fired. They asked for better pay.

5月，工人继续斗争，成立工会，外国资本家更加仇视工人。

Candy: In May, the workers kept fighting. They started a union. The foreign bosses hated them even more.

5月15日，日本资本家枪杀党员工人领袖顾正红，打伤十多人。

On May 15th, Japanese bosses shot and killed a worker leader named Gu Zhenghong. They also hurt more than ten other workers.

事情传开后，整个上海都愤怒了。

When people heard this, all of Shanghai was angry.

5月30日，无数工人罢工、学生罢课、商人罢市，大家一起走上街头，游行抗议，为民族尊严奔走呐喊。

On May 30th, many workers stopped working. Students stopped going to class. Shopkeepers closed their shops. They all went to the streets to protest. They shouted for the dignity of China.

租界巡捕公然开抢，打死中国公民，轰轰烈烈的五卅爱国运动就此爆发。

The foreign police shot at the crowd. They killed and hurt many Chinese people. That is how the great May 30th Movement began.

同学们，五卅运动虽已过去一百年了，但那些勇敢的人们流传下来的爱国精神，永远值得我们学习。

Dear students, the May 30th Movement happened one hundred years ago. But the patriotic spirit of those brave people will always be in our hearts.

有的同学可能会问：“我们还是小学生，怎么爱国呢？”

Some of you may ask, “We are just primary school students. How can we love our country?”

其实，爱国就藏在我们每天的小事里：

Actually, loving our country is seen in the little things we do every day.

爱国，是尊重国旗和国歌。 升旗仪式时站得笔直，用最响亮的声音唱国歌。

Love our country by respecting the flag and the national anthem. Stand up straight during the flag-raising ceremony, and sing the national anthem loud and clear.

爱国，是好好学习。 认真听课，完成作业，将来用本领建设祖国。

Love our country by studying hard. Listen carefully in class. Do your homework. In the future, use what you have learned to build our country.

爱国，是团结同学。 互相帮助，不欺负别人。

Love our country by being kind to your classmates. Help each other, and don't bully others.

爱国，是爱护校园。 不乱扔垃圾，爱护一草一木。

Love our country by taking care of your school. Don't litter. Protect the grass and trees.
