万双网讯  为提高学生演讲与表达的综合能力，提升学生的中英文综合素养，让孩子站在舞台中央,2026年4月7日，万科双语学校第64期E-talk活动在学校剧场举行。百余名师生现场聆听了演讲，活动同时面向全校师生直播。

To enhance students’comprehensive abilities to speak and express themselves, to improve their overall Chinese and English literacy, and to put children at the center of the stage, the 64th E-talk of Vanke Bilingual School was held in the school theater on April 7th, 2026. Over 100 teachers and students attended the event, and it was also live-streamed to the entire school community.

本次E-talk活动以“An Inspiring Person”为主题，来自一至三年级的8名同学用英文展开了精彩演讲。同学们分享了激励自己的“超级英雄”——他们有的是国际巨星，有的是历史书上的真实人物，也有的是身边的榜样。活动由2O班伍宸翰（Harry）和3I班谭筱曼（Emmy）担任主持，James和Ryan两位外教老师担任评委，并对选手们的精彩表现进行了现场点评与专业指导。

The E-talk event, themed "An Inspiring Person," featured eight students from grades one to three delivering wonderful speeches in English. The students shared their personal "superheroes" who inspire them—some are international superstars, some are real-life figures from history books, and others are role models from their own lives. The event was hosted by Wu Chenhan (Harry) from Class 2O and Tan Xiaoman (Emmy) from Class 3I, with two foreign teachers, James and Ryan, serving as judges. They provided on-site comments and professional guidance on the students' outstanding performances.

来自3G班的刘臻（Miles）分享了羽毛球传奇球王李宗伟带给他的力量。他动情地说道：“最打动我的是他永不放弃的精神。职业生涯巅峰时身患癌症，他直面困难，积极治疗后仍坚持艰苦训练，至暗时刻也从未放弃希望。”提到偶像的多次失利，刘臻说道，从李宗伟身上他学到——失败不是终点，放弃才是。在学习生活中，这份勇气和力量让他能够直面困难，绝不轻易言弃。评委老师点评道：“你‘永不放弃’的观点令我印象深刻，相信你也能像李宗伟一样勇敢逐梦。”

Liu Zhen (Miles) from Class 3G shared the inspiration he drew from badminton legend Lee Chong Wei. He said with emotion, "What moved me the most is his never-give-up spirit. Diagnosed with cancer at the peak of his career, he faced the difficulty head-on by continuing to train after treatment, and never giving up hope even in the darkest moments." Speaking of his idol's many defeats, Liu Zhen said that he learned from Lee Chong Wei that failure is not the end—giving up is. In his studies and daily life, this courage and strength enables him to face difficulties squarely and never give up easily. The judge commented, "Your 'never-give-up' mindset has left a deep impression on me. I believe you can pursue your dreams as bravely as Lee Chong Wei."

3E班的曾雨嫣（Yuki）同学把雷锋视为自己的榜样。她在演讲中阐释了“雷锋精神”——一种无私奉献、助人为乐、勤俭节约、爱岗敬业、刻苦钻研的精神，更是一种对集体和他人高度的责任感，以及在平凡岗位上追求卓越的“螺丝钉”品格。雨嫣同学结合所学，倡导大家弘扬传统美德，培养社会责任感，从身边的小事善事做起，为推动社会更好发展贡献力量。评委老师听后深受触动，他感谢Yuki的分享，让他了解到世上还有如此美好的人与精神。他坦言，“雷锋精神”令他深感震撼。

Zeng Yuyan (Yuki) from Class 3E regards Lei Feng as her role model. In her speech, she elaborated on the "Lei Feng Spirit"—a spirit of selfless devotion, helpfulness towards others, diligence and thriftiness, dedication to work, and being studious. It also embodies a deep sense of responsibility towards the community and others, as well as the exemplary character of pursuing excellence while in ordinary positions. Drawing on what she has learned, Yuki advocated that everyone should carry forward traditional virtues, cultivate a sense of social responsibility, and start with small acts of kindness in daily life to contribute to a better society. The judge was deeply moved by her speech. He thanked Yuki for sharing, saying that he had no idea there was such a beautiful person and spirit in the world. He admitted that the "Lei Feng Spirit" deeply impacted him.

2X班的张驰（Alice）同学以郎朗练琴时艰苦卓绝的精神为切入点，结合自身学习钢琴的经历，阐述了“坚持是通往更大舞台不可或缺的因素”。她在演讲中自信从容、笑意盈盈，坦言正是这份榜样的力量，让她在一次次琴键起落中学会了不轻言放弃，在挫折面前依然保持热爱。评委老师对Alice给予了高度评价，表示已经能真切地看到郎朗对她成长所带来的积极影响——那份从内而外散发的笃定与从容，正是榜样力量的最好注脚。

Zhang Chi (Alice) from Class 2X took the arduous and tenacious spirit of Lang Lang's piano practice as her starting point, combined with her own experience of learning piano, to elaborate that "perseverance is an indispensable factor for reaching a bigger stage." Confident, composed, and smiling throughout her speech, she stated that it was the power of this role model that taught her that through every rise and fall of the piano keys, not to give up easily and to maintain your passion even in the face of setbacks. The judge spoke highly of Alice, saying that he could already clearly see the positive impact Lang Lang had on her growth — the certainty and inner composure radiating from within her were the best testament to the power of a role model.

1O班的王洪一（Lucas）同学深情分享了爸爸在自己成长路上举足轻重的影响。他娓娓道来：爸爸与他亦师亦友，两人常常一起学英语，互为“小老师”。他的爸爸经常主动发起挑战，鼓励他勇敢接受竞争、直面输赢。尽管洪一同学深知自己难以战胜爸爸，但他依然乐此不疲地投入这场父子间的“游戏”。他由衷感慨，身教远胜于言传，感谢爸爸用爱、耐心与鼓励陪伴他一步步成长。评委老师听后深受感动，现场送出一份温暖的预言：“从你出色的演讲水平来看，不久的将来，你一定会战胜你爸爸的。”

Wang Hongyi (Lucas) from Class 1O affectionately shared the profound influence his father has had on his path of growth. He spoke softly and earnestly about how his father is both a teacher and a friend to him. They often learn English together, acting as "little teachers" for each other. His father frequently initiates challenges, encouraging him to accept competition and face winning and losing equally. Although Lucas knows well that it is difficult for him to beat his father, he still throws himself enthusiastically into this "game" between father and son. He remarked that teaching by example is far better than just by words, and thanked his father for accompanying him step by step with his love, patience, and encouragement. The judge was deeply moved by his speech and offered a warm prediction on the spot: "Judging from your excellent speaking skills, you will definitely beat your father in the near future."

来自3C班的蔡贤瀚（Luffy）同学通过精彩的演讲，将对国际足球巨星C罗的钦佩之情展现得淋漓尽致。他钦佩C罗惊人的训练强度、令人叹服的自律程度，以及竭尽全力求胜的决心。贤瀚同学表示，C罗在饮食和训练上极其自律，他要以此为榜样——在学习上全力以赴，在生活中坚持运动与健康饮食。评委特别欣赏贤瀚同学的演讲，称赞其语调与姿势尽显自信风采，并坦言自己也同样钦佩这位国际巨星。

Cai Xianhan (Luffy) from Class 3C delivered a wonderful speech that fully expressed his admiration for international football superstar Cristiano Ronaldo. He admires Ronaldo's incredible training intensity, his remarkable self-discipline, and his determination to do whatever it takes to win. Xianhan said that Ronaldo is extremely disciplined in both diet and training, and he wants to follow this example — giving full effort in his studies while maintaining a healthy lifestyle with exercise and a balanced diet. The judge particularly appreciated Xianhan's speech, praising his tone and posture for exuding confidence, and admitted that he also admires this international superstar.

不同领域的明星同样可以成为同学们的榜样。3D班的杨昕祎（Susie）同学以歌手周深为偶像，因为她认为周深不畏流言、勇敢追梦，最终大放异彩。昕祎分享了周深演唱的《达拉崩吧》，并在演讲现场即兴秀了一嗓子，立刻赢得了在场小观众们的热烈回应。评委评价道：“Susie非常自信地秀的那一嗓子，让人一瞬间以为在听演唱会。大家从她潇洒自如的演讲中，已深深感受到榜样的积极作用。”

Role models from different fields can also inspire students. Yang Xinyi (Susie) from Class 3D looks up to singer Zhou Shen as her idol, because she believes that Zhou Shen ignores gossip, bravely pursues his dreams, and ultimately shines brightly. Xinyi shared Zhou Shen's song "Dalabengba" and even spontaneously sang a line during her speech, which immediately drew an enthusiastic response from the young audience. The judge commented, "The line that Susie confidently sang made people feel for a moment like they were at a concert. Everyone could deeply feel the positive influence of role models from her natural and poised speech."

在这个舞台上，有一位‘超级英雄’被反复提起——那就是妈妈。两位同学不约而同地选择了自己的妈妈作为“An Inspiring Person”，用真诚的演讲诉说着母爱的力量。

On this stage, one "superhero" was mentioned repeatedly — and that is "Mom." Two students chose their mothers as "An Inspiring Person" and expressed the power of maternal love through their heartfelt speeches.

来自2E班的陈智耀（Tyrese）同学昂首挺胸地登上舞台，他自信大方、声音洪亮，分享了他的“超级英雄”——那位始终陪伴、鼓励、支持他的妈妈。当讲到妈妈无微不至的照顾、从不缺席的鼓励、适时适度的引导时，他眼里有光。妈妈的乐善好施也让他引以为豪。他说，长大后想成为像妈妈那样善良、努力、勇敢的人。评委老师深受打动：“你真诚的分享让我想起了自己的妈妈。你的演讲真实而富有感染力。谢谢你！”

Chen Zhiyao (Tyrese) from Class 2E stepped onto the stage with his head held high. Confident, composed, and with a powerful voice, he shared about his "superhero" — his mother, who has always been there to accompany, encourage, and support him. When he spoke of his mother's meticulous care, her unwavering encouragement, and her timely and gentle guidance, his eyes lit up. He also takes pride in his mother's kindness and generosity. He said that when he grows up, he wants to become someone as kind, hardworking, and brave as his mother. The judge was deeply moved: "Your sincere sharing reminded me of my own mother. Your speech was authentic and truly touching. Thank you!"

1I班的詹恩雨（Mia）同学同样将温柔、耐心且上进的妈妈视为自己的“超级英雄”。谈到妈妈时，她满脸自豪与温柔：“我很自豪能拥有这样美好的妈妈。她从不抱怨、总是微笑；在我难受时给我力量；在我遇到困难时，给我勇气。”评委老师深表认同，并真诚回应：“很开心你选择了自己的妈妈做超级英雄。你真诚的演讲让我想到，我也会做同样的选择——因为妈妈也是我的超级英雄。”

Zhan Enyu (Mia) from Class 1I also regards her mother — gentle, patient, and aspiring — as her "superhero." When talking about her mother, her face was full of pride and tenderness: "I am so proud to have such a wonderful mother. She never complains, always smiles; she gives me strength when I feel down, and she gives me courage when I face difficulties." The judge agreed and responded sincerely, "I'm so glad you chose your mother as your superhero. Your sincere speech made me realize that I would make the same choice — because my mother is also my superhero."

活动最后，评委James和Ryan外教老师为所有演讲者颁发证书并合影留念。在这场关于“榜样力量”的演讲中，我们听到了对父母温柔陪伴的理解共鸣，也感受到了偶像拼搏精神带来的支持鼓舞。有的同学因偶像绝境重生的经历而心生震撼，有的同学因父母日复一日的鼓励而泪光闪烁。无论榜样来自聚光灯下还是平凡生活，他们都在少年心中点燃了向上的火种——这，正是榜样的力量。

At the end of the event, the judges and foreign teachers James and Ryan presented certificates to all the speakers and took a group photo together. In this speech event centered on "the power of role models," we heard understanding and empathy for the gentle companionship of parents, and we also felt the support and inspiration brought by the fighting spirit of idols. Some students were deeply moved by the story of their idol's comeback from the brink of despair, while others had tears in their eyes because of their parents' day‑by‑day encouragement. Whether the role model stands in the spotlight or lives an ordinary life, each one has ignited a flame of aspiration in the hearts of these youth — this is the power of a role model.

万科双语学校E-talk活动每周举行一次，学生自主报名参与，中文、英文均可，老师将相同或相似主题的演讲者安排在同一期演讲，主旨是让学生做到能说、会说、敢说，善思、善辩、善究。

The E-talk activity of Vanke Bilingual School is held once a week. Students can sign up to participate on their own. Both Chinese and English are accepted. The teacher arranges speakers with the same or similar topics to give speeches in the same period. The purpose is to enable students to be able to speak freely, confidently and bravely; to be good at thinking, debating, and doing research.

E-talk的舞台是开放的，我们欢迎每一位VBS未来少年来到这里，站在聚光灯下，向世界展示自己的独特魅力；我们鼓励孩子们挑战自我，突破困境；我们相信，每一个孩子都有无限的潜力，只要他们有勇气站上舞台，就有可能成为真正的演讲者。

The stage of E-talk is open. We welcome every future teenager of VBS to come here, stand in the spotlight, and show their unique charm to the world; we encourage children to challenge themselves and break through difficulties; we believe that every child has unlimited potential. As long as they have the courage to stand on the stage, they may become real speakers.

让我们一起期待，在E-talk的舞台上，VBS未来少年们将如何用他们的声音，引领我们走进他们的世界，感受他们的热情与活力。
