万双网讯 2026年1月19日,万科双语学校举行2025-2026学年第一学期第21周升旗仪式。本周升旗仪式由保持好奇心、不断探索的8E班负责,杨静怡(Katerina)和胡梦颖(Candy)担任主持人,护旗任务由8E班全体同学承担,他们共同完成了庄严的升旗环节。
On January 19th, 2026, the flag-raising ceremony for the twenty-first week of the first semester of the 2025-2026 academic year was held on the playground of Vanke Bilingual School. This ceremony was hosted by Class 8E. Students Yang Jingyi (Katerina) and Hu Mengying (Candy) served as the hosts. The students in Class 8E maintain a sense of curiosity and keep exploring. All of the other students in Class 8E formed the flag color guard, and they carried out the solemn flag-raising ceremony together.


在国旗下讲话环节,林尚懿(Alfred)、莫萱(Xuan)和王逸琳(Elaine)三位同学以“让世界成为我们的课堂”为主题,从国际教育日的意义出发,阐述了他们对教育与学习的深刻理解。他们指出,课堂不仅限于四壁之间,更存在于广阔天地之中——可以是晨露与古城,也可以是不同文化的对话与每一次自我突破的尝试。
During the speech segment under the national flag, students Lin Shangyi (Alfred), Mo Xuan (Xuan), and Wang Yilin (Elaine) delivered a speech titled “Making the World Our Classroom”. Starting from the significance of International Education Day, they elaborated on their understanding of education and learning. They emphasized that the classroom extends far beyond its four walls, it exists in the vastness of the world, from the morning dew on leaves to the silent stories of ancient city walls, from dialogues across cultures to every attempt at pushing one's own boundaries.

作为万科双语学校的学生,他们强调,语言是连通世界的钥匙,既能借英语触摸人类共同情感,也能以中文联结千年文化血脉,实现思维与视角的融合。他们呼吁同学们保持好奇心、主动探究、承担责任,在立足家国的同时望向世界,不仅做教室里的学习者,更成为世界课堂的勇敢探索者,以开放的心态、求知的热情和切实的行动,在全球舞台上书写属于这一代人的成长故事。
As VBSers, they highlighted language as the key to connecting with the world. Through English, they can touch upon shared human emotions, while through Chinese, they can trace the cultural legacy of millennia, achieving a blend of perspectives and ways of thinking. They called upon their peers to remain curious, be proactive in exploration, and be responsible in action. While staying rooted in their homeland, they encouraged everyone to look toward the wider world—to be not only learners within classrooms but also courageous explorers in the global classroom. With open minds and a passion for knowledge, they aspire to write the story of their generation on the world stage.
在升旗仪式的颁奖环节,学校先后对在科创与体育赛事中表现优异的师生进行了表彰。校长助理林红英老师与督导与发展中心主任周金凤老师共同为获奖者颁奖。首先由彭平老师宣读我校师生在2025年龙华区中小学创客节活动和青少年科技创新大赛中取得的丰硕成果。本届赛事中,我校师生踊跃参与,在快叮岛AI领袖挑战赛、扣叮智慧企鹅岛挑战赛、AI TOP飞越巅峰无人机挑战赛等多个科创竞技项目中连获佳绩,斩获一、二、三等奖。此外,在科技发明与科教方案类评比中,我校学生团队和教师同样表现优异,展现出扎实的创新能力与实践精神。未来,万双将持续为同学们搭建探索与实践的平台,鼓励更多学子在科技创新的道路上不断前行,用智慧与行动点亮未来。
During the award presentation segment of the flag-raising ceremony, Teacher Lin Hongying (Assistant Principal) and Teacher Zhou Jinfeng (Director of the Supervision and Development Center) jointly honored teachers and students who had excelled in science, innovation, and sports competitions. The ceremony called on Teacher Peng Ping to announce the outstanding achievements of our school's faculty and students at the 2025 Longhua District Primary and Secondary School Maker Festival and Youth Science and Technology Innovation Competition. Throughout the event, our school community demonstrated enthusiastic participation and secured a series of accolades, including first, second, and third prizes across multiple innovation challenges such as the Coding Island AI Leadership Challenge, Coding Smart Penguin Island Challenge, and AI TOP Aerial Drone Challenge. Furthermore, in categories such as technological invention and science education proposals, the student’s teams along with the teachers delivered equally impressive performances, showcasing a robust capacity for innovation and a spirit of practical application. Looking ahead, Vanke Bilingual School remains committed to fostering platforms for exploration and hands-on learning, inspiring more students to advance along the path of technological innovation, illuminating the future through wisdom and action.


随后,张雪老师宣读了AI体育校园NO.1巅峰挑战赛的获奖结果。这场为期一个多月的挑战赛于 2026年1月15日圆满收官。同学们通过自主报名、积极参与,在立定跳远、跳绳、蹲跳大师、投球高手、纵跳王者等多个项目中展开角逐,涌现出一批体能卓越、表现突出的“校园NO.1”。此次挑战赛不仅展现了同学们的运动风采,也体现了我校推动科技与体育融合的积极探索。下学期,学校将进一步以智能化手段赋能体育,通过为全体同学采集运动图像并纳入AI体育系统,助力其科学锻炼、健康成长,让运动真正融入日常校园生活。
Then, Teacher Zhang Xue announced the results of the AI Sports Campus NO.1 Peak Challenge. This month-long competition concluded on January 15th, 2026. Through active self-registration and enthusiastic participation, students competed in various events such as the standing long jump, jump rope, squat jump master, ball-throwing expert, and vertical jump champion, giving rise to a group of exceptional "Campus NO.1" athletes who demonstrated outstanding physical prowess. This challenge not only showcased the students' athletic talents but also reflected the school's proactive efforts in integrating technology with physical education. Next semester, the school will further enhance sports education through intelligent means by collecting motion imagery from all students and incorporating it into the AI sports system, thereby supporting their scientific training and healthy development, and truly integrating physical activity into daily campus life.

仪式最后,周主任宣读升旗仪式纪律检查结果及相关通报。她指出,升旗仪式是庄严而神圣的,每一位师生都应以端正的态度,自觉维护国旗与国家的尊严,全程保持肃穆与尊重。她希望全体师生引以为戒,严格遵守学校规章制度,共同维护集体荣誉,营造尊重、庄严、积极向上的校园氛围。
The ceremony concluded with Teacher Zhou Jinfeng (Director of the Supervision and Development Center) announcing the results of the flag-raising discipline inspection and related notifications. The flag-raising ceremony is a solemn and sacred occasion, where every teacher and student should maintain a proper attitude, consciously uphold the dignity of the national flag and the nation, and preserve an atmosphere of reverence and respect throughout the proceedings. Director Zhou hoped all members of the school community to take this as a cautionary reminder, adhere strictly to school regulations, collectively safeguard the honor of the institution, and foster a campus environment characterized by respect, solemnity, and a positive, upward-looking spirit.

Today, the theme of our speech under the national flag is ‘Making the World Our Classroom’.

As the five-starred national flag rises slowly, we welcome a special day—International Education Day. "Making the world our classroom"—these eight words ring like a clear morning bell, striking a chord in each of our hearts.
当五星红旗冉冉升起,我们迎来一个特别的日子——国际教育日。“让世界成为我们的课堂”,这八个字如清亮的晨钟,叩击着我们每一个人的心扉。
Fellow students, what is a classroom? It is these four-walled rooms, the rustling sound of turning pages. But the world tells us that a classroom is far more than this—it is the dew condensed on leaves at dawn, the silent history of ancient city walls, the stories told by people of different skin colors in their own languages, and every boundary of your comfort zone you muster the courage to cross.
同学们,什么是课堂?是这方方正正的教室,是书页翻动的沙沙声。但世界告诉我们,课堂远不止于此——它是清晨树叶上凝结的露珠,是古老城墙沉默的历史,是不同肤色的人们用各自语言诉说的故事,是每一次你鼓起勇气跨越的舒适区界限。
As VBSers, we possess the key of bilingualism, enabling us to unlock doors to a broader world. When we read Shakespeare in English, we touch upon the shared emotions of humanity; when we recite poetry in Chinese, we connect with the cultural heritage of five thousand years. Bilingualism is not merely a tool for communication, but a collaboration between two ways of thinking and a convergence of two cultural perspectives.
作为万科双语学校的学生,我们拥有双重语言的钥匙,能够打开更广阔世界的门扉。当我们用英语阅读莎士比亚时,我们触摸着人类共同的情感;当我们用中文吟诵唐诗宋词时,我们连接着五千年的文化血脉。双语不仅是交流的工具,更是两种思维方式的融合,两种文化视角的交汇。
Making the world our classroom means nurturing an insatiable curiosity: asking why the sky is blue, pondering how children in different countries learn, and caring about how people live in distant places. It means active learning, seeking answers through PBL, understanding responsibility through community service, and broadening horizons through interaction and exchange.
让世界成为课堂,意味着我们要保持永不满足的好奇心:去问为什么天空是蓝的,去思考不同国家的孩子如何学习,去关心远方的人们怎样生活。它意味着主动学习:在项目探究中寻找答案,在社区服务中理解责任,在交流互动中拓展视野。
Fellow students, seeing the fluttering national flag today reminds us that our roots are deeply embedded in this land, but our gaze should be directed toward the stars and the seas. As VBSers, we possess the key of bilingualism, enabling us to unlock doors to a broader world. When we read Shakespeare in English, we touch upon the shared emotions of humanity; when we recite poetry in Chinese, we connect with the cultural heritage of five thousand years. Bilingualism is not merely a tool for communication, but a collaboration between two ways of thinking and a convergence of two cultural perspectives.

Making the world our classroom means nurturing an insatiable curiosity: asking why the sky is blue, pondering how children in different countries learn, and caring about how people live in distant places.
