万双网讯  为提高学生演讲与表达的综合能力，提升学生的中英文综合素养，让孩子站在舞台中央，2026年1月13日，万科双语学校第60期E-talk活动在学校剧场举行。百余名师生现场聆听了演讲，活动同时面向全校师生直播。

To hone students’ oratory skills, elevate their bilingual proficiency, and empower them to take center stage, Vanke Bilingual School hosted its 60th E-Talk event in the school theater on January 13, 2026. The event attracted a live audience of over a hundred teachers and students and was livestreamed to the entire school community.

本次E-talk活动的主题是“文字微光，少年星辰”，来自四至六年级的8名同学用中文演讲，为全校师生呈上了一场丰富的文化盛宴。活动由5C班的蔡惟琳同学担任主持人，彭艳冰老师、郭晶老师、王玉清老师担任评委，他们凭借专业的视角和独到的见解，为同学们的出色表现做出了精彩点评。

Under the evocative theme “Words Aglow and Youth Aflame” eight students from grades four to six delivered speeches in Chinese, offering a rich cultural feast. The event was hosted by Cai Weilin of Class 5C, with teachers Peng Yanbing, Guo Jing, and Wang Yuqing serving as judges. Their expert commentary and insightful feedback greatly enriched the occasion.

6I班的叶羽诺同学围绕“藏在古诗词里的少年意气”这一主题作了精彩演讲。她从提问切入，引领大家穿越千年时光，探寻诗词中鲜活的少年形象。在她看来，古诗词中的少年意气，既有直冲云霄的雄心，也有率性洒脱的自在，更包含内在的傲骨与底气。随后，叶羽诺结合亲身经历，分享了诗词在她迷茫失意时带来的精神力量。她呼吁同学们以诗词为伴，带着信念奔跑、怀着洒脱交友、凭底气成长，不负年少韶华，让千百年流传的诗句继续照亮青春前路。

Ye Yunuo of Class 6I delivered a captivating speech titled “The Spirit of Youth Hidden in Ancient Poetry.” Beginning with a probing question, she guided the audience on a journey across millennia to explore the vibrant youthful figures in classical prose. She illustrated how this spirit encompasses soaring ambitions, unfettered spontaneity, and an inner fortitude made with pride and confidence. Sharing personal experiences, Ye described how poetry gave her spiritual strength during times of confusion. She concluded by urging her peers to embrace poetry and to run with conviction, forge friendships with ease, and grow with inner strength by allowing timeless verses to light their path forward.

王老师点评道：“羽诺，你不仅能够从诗词中品读出少年意气，更能将古诗词内化为成长的力量。从你生动流畅的讲述中，老师能感受到那个眼中有光、心中有梦的你。如果能在引用诗句后稍作停顿，为观众留出回味的时间与空间，效果会更好。”

Teacher Wang's feedback: “Yunuo, you not only can discern the youthful spirit within poetry but also internalize it as a force for growth. Your vivid and fluent delivery reveals a dreamer with eyes alight. A brief pause after quoting verses would allow the audience space for reflection, enhancing the impact.”

4D班的欧阳乐佳同学围绕“冬天的诗意——《雪梅》给我的启示”这一主题发表了演讲。她从白雪映梅的冬日美景引入宋代诗人卢钺的《雪梅》，随后深入解读诗句，剖析诗人如何以拟人手法呈现梅雪“争春”的生动画面，并阐释“梅须逊雪三分白，雪却输梅一段香”中所蕴含的万物各有长短的哲理。最后，她借诗立意，呼吁大家客观认识自我、欣赏他人独特之处，以包容之心拥抱世界的多彩与美好。

Ouyang Lejia from Class 4D spoke on “The Poetry of Winter: Insights from ‘Snow and Plum Blossoms.’” Starting with the wintry scene of snow against plum blossoms, she introduced a Song dynasty poem by Lu Yue. Lejia analyzed how the poet personifies snow and plum blossoms in a “contest for spring,” and elucidated the philosophy behind the lines, “In its jadelike hue the mume loses to snow by three points white;  In its sweet perfume the snow does to mume a fragrance lack.” — that all things possess their unique strengths. She called on everyone to understand themselves objectively, appreciate others’ uniqueness, and embrace the world’s diversity with an open heart.

郭老师点评指出，该演讲紧扣“冬天的诗意”主题，以《雪梅》为切入点，既生动描绘了雪映寒梅的清新景致，又梳理了咏梅名句，提炼出梅花傲寒坚韧的品格，思路清晰、语言雅致。美中不足的是情感表达略显平淡，建议在讲述中融入对梅花的喜爱与敬佩，使语言更具感染力。

Teacher Guo’s feedback: “The speech closely follows the theme, using the poem as a lens to vividly depict the scene and explore the plum blossom’s resilient character. The structure is clear and language refined. To increase impact, infusing more personal admiration into your delivery would be beneficial.”

6E班的周庭竺同学围绕“品诗词之韵，感华夏之魂”这一主题展开演讲。她首先指出，诗词是华夏文明的语言结晶，寥寥数行便能描绘山河、抒写情感、蕴含哲思。接着，她旁征博引，列举了屈原、李白等诗人的千古名句，生动展现出其中深沉的家国情怀与丰富的人生感悟。随后，她梳理了古诗词从《诗经》发源，历经楚辞、唐诗、宋词的发展脉络，强调其始终承载着中国人的精神底色，已成为中华民族独特的精神标识。演讲最后，她号召大家品读诗词、传承经典，收获了全场师生的热烈掌声。

Zhou Tingzhu of Class 6E presented on “Savoring the Rhythm of Poetry, Feeling the Soul of China.” She described poetry as the crystalline essence of Chinese civilization—capable of painting landscapes, expressing emotions, and conveying philosophy in just a few lines. Citing masters like Qu Yuan and Li Bai, she showcased their profound patriotism and life insights. Tracing poetry’s evolution from the Book of Songs through Chu Ci, Tang and Song works, she emphasized its role as a carrier of the Chinese spirit and as a unique cultural identifier. Her call to appreciate and pass on these classics drew warm applause.

王老师点评道，周庭竺同学的演讲内容充实，脉络清晰，系统梳理了诗词的发展历程与精神内涵，并巧妙引用名家诗句，生动展现出中国古诗词的恒久魅力。正如她所言——“品读古诗词，我们感悟到的不仅是文字的韵律之美，更是流淌在血脉中的民族之魂”。她的声音响亮动听，情感饱满，极具感染力。若能在各部分之间适当加入承上启下的过渡语句，整体表达将更显流畅自然。

Teacher Wang’s feedback: “The speech was substantial and well-structured, systematically outlining poetry’s development and spiritual depth. Skillful quotes highlighted its enduring charm. As Tingzhu said, ‘In poetry, we savor not just rhythmic beauty, but the soul of our nation flowing in our veins.’ Your voice was clear and emotive, but smoother transitions between sections would further enhance fluency.”

4G班的李梓燕同学以“别董大，情谊长”为题展开演讲。她首先用高适《别董大》中“千里黄云白日曛，北风吹雁雪纷纷”的诗句，描绘出送别时萧瑟凄凉的景象，令听众仿佛身临其境。接着，她解读了“莫愁前路无知己，天下谁人不识君”这一联，指出诗人以坚定而温暖的话语表达了对友人的慰藉与鼓励。最后，她联系现实生活，谈到每个人都会经历与朋友分别的时刻，我们应像诗人那样乐观坚强，将不舍之情转化为真挚的祝福。演讲尾声，她呼吁大家珍惜友谊，在离别之际不忘传递温暖与祝愿。整场演讲情感真挚、触动人心，引发了同学们对友谊的深切共鸣与思考。

Li Ziyan from Class 4G spoke on “Farewell to Dong Da: A Friendship That Endures.” She opened with Gao Shi’s lines depicting a bleak farewell scene, immersing the audience. Interpreting the famed couplet “Fear not you’ll find no friends who know your worth; Where is the man who’s not known you on the earth?”, she highlighted the poet’s comforting encouragement. Relating this to modern life, she encouraged turning the sadness of parting into sincere blessings, urging everyone to cherish friendships and offer warmth when saying goodbye. Her heartfelt speech resonated deeply.

王老师点评道：“梓燕同学，你的演讲主题鲜明、结构清晰。你依托诗句展开的联想画面生动，能够将诗中传递的乐观与祝福融入对生活的理解，让我们真切体会到读诗的意义——以更豁达的态度面对人生。看得出你为此次演讲做了充分准备，如果在表达时适当提高音量，加强语气起伏，尤其在分享感悟时注入更多情感，整体感染力会更强。期待你在接下来的演讲中展现更出色的风采！”

Teacher Wang’s feedback: “Your theme was clear and structure solid. The vivid imagery drawn from the poem and your application of its optimistic message to life show the true value of reading poetry—to face life more open-heartedly. Your preparation was evident. Projecting more, varying your tone, and infusing greater emotion during personal reflections would heighten the impact. We anticipate your continued growth.”

5C班的黄翊嘉同学以“动物大王沈石溪”为题展开演讲。他介绍了被誉为“中国动物小说大王”的作家沈石溪，并列举其《狼王梦》《最后一头战象》等代表作品。黄翊嘉提到，阅读沈石溪的作品时，自己仿佛身临野生动物世界，能深刻体会到母狼紫岚的执着追求与老斑羚的牺牲精神。他表示，沈石溪笔下的动物世界充满爱恨情仇与生存法则，作品不仅情节引人入胜，更蕴含着深刻的人生哲理，对勇气、信念与生命意义具有启蒙作用。演讲最后，黄翊嘉坦言沈石溪的作品让他懂得了尊重每一个生命，这些书也成为他心中最珍贵的读物。

Huang Yijia of Class 5C introduced “Shen Shixi: The King of Animal Fiction.” He presented Shen Shixi, renowned for works like The Wolf King’s Dream and The Last War Elephant. Huang shared how reading these stories transported him into the wild, where he felt the mother wolf Zilan’s determination and the old antelope’s sacrifice. He noted Shen’s narratives are filled with emotion, conflict, and survival laws, offering not only compelling plots but also profound lessons on courage, faith, and life’s meaning. These books taught him to respect all life, making them his most treasured reads.

郭老师点评道：“你的演讲选题新颖，围绕沈石溪的动物小说展开，通过《狼王梦》《斑羚飞渡》等作品提炼其中哲理，切入点精准且富有深度，令人耳目一新。美中不足的是，内容略显单薄，让人听后有些意犹未尽。建议适当补充具体情节或个人阅读时的真实感悟，使演讲内容更加充实。这样，听众也能更自然地沉浸到你讲述的故事与思考中。”

Teacher Guo’s feedback: “Your topic was novel and engaging. Extracting philosophy from specific works provided precise depth. To enrich it, consider adding more plot details or personal reading reflections, allowing listeners to immerse themselves fully in the stories and your insights.”

5E班的刘奕辰同学以“阅读、悦读、越读”为主题，将巴金先生“请”上E-talk舞台，分享了她的阅读感悟。她谈到自己在读《家》时深受情节触动，体会到阅读是与时代共振的精神“暗号”。她还提到，从巴金先生身上学到的不仅是青春当“燃”、真话有力，更是读书须“向外走”的视野。最后，刘奕辰呼吁同学们让阅读成为奔涌的“激流”，通过无目的阅读、分享佳句、实践所学等方式，传递阅读的火种，带着真诚与勇气，将青春的激流推向更广阔的海洋，演讲获得了师生们热烈的掌声。

Liu Yichen from Class 5E shared her reading journey under the theme “Reading, Enjoying Reading, Transcending through Reading”, bringing writer Ba Jin to the E-Talk stage. Reading ‘Family’ moved her deeply, revealing how literature resonates across time. From Ba Jin, she learned that youth should burn brightly, truth holds power, and reading requires a broadening of one’s horizons. She urged her peers to let reading become a surging “torrent” through free reading, sharing quotes, and applying knowledge. With sincerity and courage, she encouraged pushing the torrent of youth into wider oceans, winning enthusiastic applause.

郭老师点评指出，该演讲主题鲜明，以“阅读、悦读、越读”为线索，结合巴金先生的影响，真诚地分享了阅读带来的收获与启示，内容真挚且具有感染力。美中不足的是语速稍快，部分情感未能充分展现。建议适当放缓语速，尤其在谈及巴金先生的影响时加重语气、适当停顿，让情感表达更加饱满，从而更好地打动听众、引发共鸣。

Teacher Guo’s feedback: “The theme was distinct, weaving Ba Jin’s influence with a personal reading journey sincerely and compellingly. A slightly slower pace and more emphasized phrasing and pauses when discussing Ba Jin’s impact would allow the emotional weight to land more fully and resonate with the audience.”

4I班的吴泽帆同学围绕“读《满江红》，忆岳将军”这一主题展开演讲。他首先深情朗诵了岳飞的《满江红》，并提到这首仅九十三字的词作，犹如千年不灭的火焰，深深烙印在民族精神图谱之中。随后，他通过对诗句的解读，带领听众仿佛看到岳飞凭栏远眺、心系家国的身影，并从中感受到岳飞视个人功名如尘土、为山河坚守征途的赤诚之心。吴泽帆指出，尽管岳飞最终未能实现夙愿，在“风波亭”含冤而逝，但《满江红》作为一曲英雄的赞歌、一座民族精神的丰碑，在抗战时期曾激励无数将士，时至今日，依然是我们奋进的动力。演讲最后，他诚挚呼吁大家铭记历史、传承精神，为祖国的发展贡献力量。

Wu Zefan of Class 4I delivered “Reading ‘Full River Red’, Remembering General Yue Fei.” He began with a passionate recitation of Yue Fei’s iconic poem, describing its 93 characters as an undying flame etched into the national spirit. Interpreting the lines, he evoked Yue Fei’s gaze into the distance, his heart devoted to his country, embodying a selfless loyalty. Though Yue Fei died unjustly, Wu noted, the poem stands as a heroic anthem and spiritual monument, inspiring soldiers in war and remaining a driving force today. He concluded by urging everyone to remember history, uphold this spirit, and contribute to the nation.

彭老师点评认为，该演讲紧扣岳飞的爱国精神展开，内容充实、情感真挚，使现场听众深切感受到英雄的赤诚与豪迈之气。老师建议，在结尾总结时可将语音语调进一步抬高，通过加重语气、放缓节奏，使爱国情怀的抒发更具感染力，从而更好地带动全场共鸣。希望该同学继续努力，期待未来更出色的表现。

Teacher Peng’s feedback: “The speech focused squarely on Yue Fei’s patriotism, with rich content and sincere emotion that conveyed his heroism. For the conclusion, raising your pitch and volume and slowing your pace with deliberate emphasis would make the patriotic sentiment more stirring and resonate with the audience. Keep striving.”

5I班的芮楚歆同学围绕“读史铁生，品暖暖亲情”这一主题发表了演讲。她介绍，史铁生在人生应奔跑跳跃的年华因病坐上轮椅，心情低落时曾将烦躁情绪宣泄给家人。在他最艰难的岁月里，身患肝病的母亲仍小心翼翼地询问他是否愿意去北海看菊花；奶奶则用手心的温度、热粥和轻柔的话语默默温暖着他。后来母亲与奶奶相继离世，史铁生在北海的菊花前终于读懂母亲当年的深意，也忆起奶奶曾给予的关怀。他将“好好儿活”的体悟写入文字，照亮了无数读者。最后，楚歆呼吁大家通过阅读感受温暖，珍惜并关爱身边的家人，演讲赢得了在场师生的一致好评。

Rui Chuxin from Class 5I presented “Reading Shi Tiesheng: Savoring Warm Family Bonds.” She recounted how Shi Tiesheng, confined to a wheelchair in his prime, sometimes directed his frustration at his family. His ailing mother still gently asked if he wished to see Beihai’s chrysanthemums; his grandmother warmed him with her hands, porridge, and soft words. After their passing, amidst those chrysanthemums, Shi finally understood his mother’s unspoken message and recalled his grandmother’s care. He channeled his insight on “living well” into writing, illuminating countless readers. Chuxin encouraged everyone to find warmth in reading and to cherish and care for their own families, earning widespread praise.

Teacher Peng’s feedback: “An outstanding speech! Your delivery was natural and fluid, your voice clear and pleasant, narrating each moving episode compellingly. The emotions conveyed through your gentle yet firm tone were genuine and powerful. Maintain this unique expressive style—you are destined to shine on even greater stages.”

本次“文字微光，少年星辰”演讲活动圆满落幕，不仅为同学们提供了一个展示风采、交流思想的优质平台，也在校园中播撒了阅读的种子，点燃了共读共思的热潮。愿同学们持续怀揣这份对文字的好奇与探索的热情，在浩瀚的书海中自在遨游，让阅读照亮成长的道路，以知识丰盈生命的底色，执笔书写属于自己的璀璨篇章。

The “Words Aglow, Youth Aflame” event concluded on a high note, providing a distinguished platform for students to showcase their talents and exchange ideas. It has spread the love of reading across campus, igniting a shared passion for literature and reflection. 万科双语学校E-talk活动每周举行一次，学生自主报名参与，中文、英文均可，老师将相同或相似主题的演讲者安排在同一期演讲，主旨是让学生做到能说、会说、敢说，善思、善辩、善究。

The E-talk activity of Vanke Bilingual School is held once a week. Students can sign up to participate on their own. Both Chinese and English are accepted. The teacher arranges speakers with the same or similar topics to give speeches in the same period. The purpose is to enable students to be able to speak freely, confidently and bravely; to be good at thinking, debating, and doing research.

E-talk的舞台是开放的，我们欢迎每一位VBS未来少年来到这里，站在聚光灯下，向世界展示自己的独特魅力；我们鼓励孩子们挑战自我，突破困境；我们相信，每一个孩子都有无限的潜力，只要他们有勇气站上舞台，就有可能成为真正的演讲者。

The stage of E-talk is open. We welcome every future teenager of VBS to come here, stand in the spotlight, and show their unique charm to the world; we encourage children to challenge themselves and break through difficulties; we believe that every child has unlimited potential. As long as they have the courage to stand on the stage, they may become real speakers.
