万双网讯  2026年1月5日，万科双语学校举行2025-2026学年第一学期第19周升旗仪式。本周升旗仪式由阳光自信、活力无限的6X班负责，孙思慕（Simu）和边梓涵（Amy）担任主持人，护旗任务由6X班全体同学承担。真诚善良、自信自律，勇敢挑战未知是6X班的目标，他们共同完成了庄严的升旗环节。

On January 5th, 2026, the flag-raising ceremony for the nineteenth week of the first semester of the 2025-2026 academic year was held on the playground of Vanke Bilingual School. This ceremony was hosted by Class 6X. Students Sun Simu (Simu) and Bian Zihan (Amy) served as the hosts. The students of Class 6X are sunny, confident and full of vitality. They strive to be sincere, kind, confident, self-disciplined, and brave in challenging the unknown. All of the other students in Class 6X formed the flag color guard, and they carried out the solemn flag-raising ceremony.

在国旗下讲话环节，赖禹高（Hugo）和冯冠霖（William）两位同学以“记忆功高璀，常思敬伟人”为主题，深情讲述了周恩来总理的生平与精神。他们回顾了周总理“为中华之崛起而读书”的少年志向，以及一生为国家和人民鞠躬尽瘁、无私奉献的崇高品格。

During the speech segment under the national flag, students Lai Yugao (Hugo) and Feng Guanlin (William) delivered a speech titled “Cherish the Glorious Legacy, Honor the Great Man Forever”. They recounted the life and spirit of Premier Zhou Enlai. They reviewed Premier Zhou's youthful aspiration of "studying for the rejuvenation of China" and his noble character in devoting himself wholeheartedly and selflessly to the country and its people throughout his life.

演讲结合历史与现实，引导同学们在新时代传承总理精神，树立“为中华之复兴而读书”的远大理想，从日常学习、团结友爱、勤俭自律做起，将缅怀化为行动，努力成为能够担当民族复兴大任的时代新人。

The speech combined history with reality, guiding the students to carry forward the spirit of the Premier in the new era, set a lofty ideal of "studying for the rejuvenation of China", learn from daily study, express unity and friendship, practice frugality and self-discipline, turn remembrance into action, striving to become new era individuals capable of shouldering the great responsibility of national rejuvenation.

在“书记话时事”环节中，第一书记董爱霞老师以“读懂四大全球倡议 争做胸怀天下好少年”为题，为同学们带来了一场生动而富有深意的国旗下讲话。董老师将习近平总书记提出的全球发展倡议、全球安全倡议、全球文明倡议和全球治理倡议比喻为班级管理的“四大准则”，深入浅出地阐释了倡议的内涵与现实意义。

During the “Secretary’s Talk on Current Affairs” segment, the title of the speech given by First Secretary Teacher Dong Aixia, is "Understanding China's global initiatives: Striving to Be a Forward-Looking Youth with a Global Vision". Teacher Dong compared the Global Development Initiative, Global Security Initiative, Global Civilization Initiative and Global Governance Initiative Chinese President Xi Jinping proposed to the "Four Major Principles" of class management, and expounded on the connotation and practical significance of each initiative.

她指出，这四大全球倡议就像四份给世界的“和平发展方案”，为动荡中的世界擘画了美好未来。中国正以实际行动推动倡议落地，从非洲的农业合作到东南亚的数字基建，从维和行动到远洋医疗，处处彰显中国担当。

She pointed out that China's global initiatives are like four "peaceful development plans" for the world, which map out a bright future for a world in turmoil. China is taking concrete actions to promote the implementation of this initiative. From agricultural cooperation in Africa to digital infrastructure in Southeast Asia, from peacekeeping operations to ocean-going medical care, China's responsibility is demonstrated everywhere.

董老师鼓励同学们将视野投向世界，在理解国家倡议中培养国际视野与责任意识，从珍惜和平、尊重差异、做好小事做起，努力成长为心怀家国、面向未来的新时代好少年。

Teacher Dong encouraged the students to broaden their horizons around the world, cultivate an international perspective and a sense of responsibility in understanding these national initiatives, cherish peace, respect differences, do small things well, and strive to grow into good, young people of the new era who are patriotic and oriented towards the future.

本周升旗仪式在庄重而充满启发的氛围中圆满结束。从缅怀伟人到放眼世界，愿每一位同学都能将今日所感化为明日所为，以内化于心的爱国情怀、外化于行的责任担当，在成长的道路上步履坚实，与时代同行，与家国共进，真正成长为兼具中国情怀与全球视野的未来建设者。

The flag-raising ceremony came to a close in an atmosphere that was both solemn and inspiring. Dear teachers and students, good morning.

今天我们演讲的主题是---记忆功高璀，常思敬伟人。

Our topic of today is --Cherish the Glorious Legacy, Honor the Great Man Forever.

站在庄严的五星红旗下，我们怀着无比崇敬的心情，缅怀一位伟大的无产阶级革命家——周恩来总理。1976年1月8日，这位为国家和人民耗尽毕生心血的伟人永远离开了我们，但他的精神如同璀璨星辰，永远照亮中华民族的前行之路。

Standing under the solemn national Flag, we feel deep respect as we remember a great revolutionary—Premier Zhou Enlai. On January 8, 1976, this great man, who gave his all to our country and people, passed away. But his spirit, like bright stars, will always light the way for our Chinese nation.

同学们，你们一定听过“为中华之崛起而读书”这句震撼人心的誓言。这是12岁的周恩来在沈阳东关模范学校读书时，面对老师“为何读书”的提问，给出的坚定回答。当时的中国正遭受列强欺凌、山河破碎，年少的周恩来目睹国家危难和人民苦难，立下了改变民族命运的远大志向。为了这个理想，他勤奋苦读，在求学中寻找救国真理，最终成为改变中国命运的伟大领袖。

I think everyone must have heard this inspiring oath: Study for the rise of China. When Zhou Enlai was 12, his teacher asked him, "Why do you study?" He gave this firm answer. Back then, China was bullied by foreign powers and the country was in pieces. Young Zhou Enlai saw the nation’s troubles and people’s pain, and he made a big promise to change our country’s fate. To make this promise come true, he studied hard, looking for ways to save China while at school, and finally became a great leader who changed China.

周总理的一生，是践行誓言、鞠躬尽瘁的一生。担任总理26年间，他每天工作十七八个小时，病重住院的587天里，历经14次手术仍坚持处理国事。他生活简朴，旧枕巾缝补后继续使用，生日只吃一碗挂面；却把人民放在心上，邢台大地震时，他坚持让群众背风而坐，自己迎着寒风慰问灾民。“十里长街送总理”的场景，正是人民对他最深沉的爱戴。

Premier Zhou spent his whole life keeping his promise and working tirelessly for the country. For 26 years as Premier, he worked 17 or 18 hours every day. Even when he was seriously ill and had to stay in a hospital for 587 days. He had 14 operations, but still kept dealing with state affairs. He lived a simple life but cared about the people. After the Xingtai earthquake, he asked the people to sit with their backs to the wind, while he stood facing the cold wind in order to comfort the victims. The sad and touching scene of people lining the ten-mile street to say goodbye to the Premier showed just how much people loved him.

如今，我们生活在盛世中国，高铁穿梭南北，5G联通世界，航天飞船遨游太空，这正是周总理等老一辈革命家梦寐以求的景象。作为新时代中小学生，缅怀伟人最好的方式，就是传承他的学习精神。课堂上专注听讲，课后刻苦钻研，遇到难题不退缩，就像周总理在《我的修养要则》中强调的“加紧学习，宁精勿杂”。

Now, we live in a strong and prosperous China. High-speed trains run everywhere, 5G connects the whole world, and our spaceships fly across the stars. This is exactly what Premier Zhou and other great predecessors dreamed of. As a student in the new era, the best way to honor this great man is to learn his spirit of working hard. We ought to study hard and never give up even when you meet difficult problems.

同时，我们还要学习周总理的优良品格。他严于律己、清正廉洁；他热爱人民、始终与群众心连心。在校园里，我们要尊敬师长、友爱同学，珍惜集体荣誉；在生活中，要勤俭节约、乐于助人，传承中华民族的传统美德。这些看似平凡的小事，正是伟人精神的具体体现。

At the same time, we should learn from Premier Zhou’s good qualities. He was strict and honest with himself. He loved the people and always stayed close to them. At school, we should respect our teachers, be kind to our classmates. In daily life, we should be thrifty, be ready to help others, and keep the good traditions of our Chinese nation.

大家早上好！今天我们在国旗下，共同聊聊一组关乎世界未来的重要倡议——习近平主席提出的全球发展倡议、全球安全倡议、全球文明倡议和全球治理倡议，这四大全球倡议就像四份给世界的“和平发展方案”，为动荡中的世界擘画了美好未来。

Good morning everyone! Facing the national flag, today let us discuss China's global initiatives that Chinese President Xi Jinping proposed, namely the Global Development Initiative, the Global Security Initiative, the Global Civilization Initiative and the Global Governance Initiative. These are like four "peaceful development plans" for the world, painting a bright future for a world in turmoil.

2025年，中国四大全球倡议持续引发世界共鸣。其中，9月习近平主席提出全球治理倡议，与此前提出的发展、安全、文明三大倡议形成完整体系；全年1800 多个全球发展合作项目落地见效，6月首个“文明对话国际日”全球主题活动成功举办，中国正以实际行动推动世界发展。

In 2025, China's global initiatives continue to resonate around the world. In September, Xi put forward the Global Governance Initiative, which together with the Global Development Initiative, the Global Security Initiative, the Global Civilization Initiative. Along with the Global Governance Initiative, these proposals are designed to enhance and improve the present international systems. Throughout the year, over 1,800 global development cooperation projects have been implemented and achieved results. In June, the first International Day for Dialogue among Civilizations was successfully held. China is promoting world development with concrete actions.

Some students may ask, what exactly are these China's global initiatives? In fact, they are just like the "Four Major Principles" of our class management: The Global Development Initiative is to enable every country in the world to develop well, just as no student in the class should be left behind; The Global Security Initiative is about safeguarding world peace, just as we protect each peaceful moment on campus. The Global Civilization Initiative is about respecting the cultures of different countries, just as we respect the diverse hobbies of each student. The Global Governance Initiative aims to make the world's rules fairer, just as the class procedures require everyone to discuss and formulate it together.

These initiatives are not just slogans, but have yielded many visible results. In Africa, the agricultural technology demonstration centers established by China have increased local crop yields and benefited millions of farmers. In Southeast Asia, the 5G base stations of the "Digital Silk Road" have helped the local area narrow the digital divide. The peacekeeping forces dispatched by China are still safeguarding peace in over 20 countries and regions. A total of more than 50,000 peacekeepers have used their actions to support the security barrier. By the end of 2025, the Chinese Navy's hospital ship "Silk Road Ark" was still providing medical services to local people in Barbados, bringing warmth to the other side of the ocean.

或许有同学觉得，这些都离我们太远了？其实不然。我们了解四大全球倡议，就是要懂得今天的和平生活来之不易。现在有少数人想破坏世界的和谐，就像有人想扰乱班级秩序一样，而我们了解这些倡议，就能明白合作共赢才是正确的选择。

Perhaps some students think that all of these are too far away from us? In fact, that's not the case. We understand the four major global initiatives in order to realize that today's peaceful life is hard-won.
