万双网讯  2025年12月19日下午，万科双语学校第二届职业博览会在一片温暖与启迪中圆满举行。本次活动以“以您之光，照见未来”为主题，成功邀请54位来自不同行业的家长导师走进校园，开设涵盖医疗科技、航空航天、金融贸易、心理教育、设计创意、人工智能等多元领域的工作坊，为全校学生呈现了一场真实、生动、充满启发的职业启蒙盛宴。

On the afternoon of December 19th, 2025, Vanke Bilingual School’s second Career Fair concluded amidst an atmosphere of warmth and inspiration. Under the theme of “Illuminate the Future with Your Light”, the event successfully invited 54 parent mentors from diverse industries to lead workshops spanning medical technology, aerospace, finance, international trade, psychological education, design and creativity, artificial intelligence, and more. This offered the entire student body an authentic, vibrant, and profoundly inspiring feast of career exploration.

本届职业博览会，是学校“自主发展目标”育人体系的一次深度实践。在万双，我们始终相信，真正的成长始于内在的动力。每个学期初，学生通过制定个人学期目标、班级共同目标及周度行动计划，学习将愿景转化为行动。而本次博览会，正是将这样的目标体系置于真实的职业情境之中，让学生从“知道”走向“感受”，从“规划”走向“体验”。

This Career Fair represented a profound implementation of Vanke Bilingual School’s educational framework of ‘Self-Directed Development Goals’. At Vanke Bilingual School, we firmly believe genuine growth originates from intrinsic motivation. At the start of each term, students learn to translate aspirations into action by setting personal term goals, class-wide objectives, and weekly action plans. This career fair used that goal-setting framework within an authentic professional context, guiding students from “knowing” and “planning” to “feeling” and “experiencing”.

当学生在“飞天达人”工作坊中触摸体验装备，在“沙盘游戏”中探索内心世界，在“外贸服务”模拟中理解跨国协作，在“AI共舞”互动中预见科技未来……这些鲜活的体验，让课本上的知识变得可感可触，让遥远的职业梦想变得清晰可近。这正是学校所倡导的“目标牵引、体验赋能”教育路径的生动体现——在真实的任务与情境中，激发学生对于“为何学习”的深刻认同，从而唤醒持久的内驱力与探索欲。

As students handle equipment in the “Flying Ace” workshop, explore their inner worlds through sand-play therapy, gain insights into multinational collaboration through “trade services” simulations, and glimpse technological futures in “AI dance” interactions...these vivid experiences render textbook knowledge tangible and bring distant career aspirations into sharp focus. This vividly embodies the school’s advocated educational approach of “goal-driven, experience-empowered” learning. In this approach, authentic tasks and scenarios spark students’ recognition of “why they learn”, thereby awakening their enduring intrinsic motivation and curiosity.

作为学校“人生规划”课程的重要组成部分，本次博览会不仅是一次职业认知的拓展，更是一次面向未来的自我对话。在各工作坊中，导师们不仅分享职业内容，更引导学生思考：“我需要具备哪些能力？”“我的兴趣如何与职业连接？”“学校的学习如何为我铺路？”——这些问题，正是人生规划课程的核心关切。

As a vital component of Vanke Bilingual School’s “Life Planning” curriculum, this fair served not merely as an expansion of career awareness but as a future-oriented dialogue with themselves. Throughout the workshops, mentors shared professional insights while guiding students to ponder: “What competencies must I cultivate?” “How do my interests connect with careers?” “How does my school learning guide my path?” These questions lie at the heart of the Life Planning program.

通过现场体验、互动问答与AI辅助探索，学生们在感知职业多样性的同时，也开始初步建构属于自己的“能力地图”与“兴趣图谱”。从金融投资到心理辅导，从创意设计到能源科技，每一个工作坊都是一扇窗，帮助学生看见更多的可能性，也在过程中更清晰地听见自己内心的声音——而这，正是生涯教育的起点：不是被动选择，而是主动建构。

Through hands-on experiences, interactive Q&As, and AI-assisted exploration, students not only witnessed career diversity but also began constructing their own personal “competency maps” and “interest profiles.” From finance and investment to psychological counselling, from creative design to energy technology, each workshop served as a window, helping students glimpse broader possibilities while gaining a clearer insight into their inner voices. This marks the very foundation of career education: not just passive selection, but active self-construction.

从家庭到学校：在共育之光中温暖前行

From Home to School: Warmly Advancing in the Light of Shared Education

活动的成功，离不开每一位家长导师的全情投入与智慧奉献。他们中，有人协调跨国时差深夜连线，有人推掉重要公务专程赶来，有人反复打磨课件直至深夜，有人为提升体验自备专业教具……这份用心，不仅体现了对孩子的深爱，更彰显了对学校育人理念的高度认同。

The event’s success was thanks to the wholehearted dedication and wisdom contributed by every parent mentor. Among them, some coordinated across international time zones for late-night video calls; others cancelled important business engagements to attend in-person; some refined teaching materials late into the night; and some brought their own professional teaching aids to enhance the experience... This devotion not only reflected a deep love for the children but also demonstrated a profound alignment with Vanke Bilingual School’s educational philosophy.

在会后举行的感谢仪式上，杨帆校长亲自为每一位家长导师颁发感谢状，诚挚致敬这份“教育同心”的深情。她在致辞中强调：“教育不是独奏，而是家庭、学校与社会共同谱写的和声。你们带来的不仅是职业的知识，更是榜样的力量、视野的高度与陪伴的温度。”

At the subsequent appreciation ceremony, Principal Yang Fan personally presented certificates of gratitude to each parent mentor, paying heartfelt tribute to a shared educational commitment. In her address, she emphasized: “Education is not just a solo performance, but a harmonious symphony composed of the family, the school, and society. You bring not only professional knowledge, but also the power of exemplary role models, the breadth of vision, and the warmth of companionship.”

至此，第二届职业博览会虽已落幕，但它在学生们心中点燃的职业好奇、种下的成长愿景、唤醒的未来憧憬，将如星光般持续照亮他们的探索之路。这一切，深深根植于学校“让孩子站在未来中央”的办学理念之中。

Though the second Career Fair has now concluded, the spark of professional curiosity has ignited among students, the seeds of growth vision sown, and the awakened aspirations for the future will continue to illuminate their path like starlight. All of this is deeply rooted in the school’s educational philosophy: “Placing children at the center of the future”.
