万双网讯  当宪法的力量遇见少年的创意，会碰撞出怎样的火花？在第十二个国家宪法日来临之际，万科双语学校道德与法治教研组携手六年级同学，共同策划了一场别开生面的“宪法驻心间，法治伴我行”主题系列活动。宪法日当天，六年级同学们化身“宪法小使者”，以满满的创意与热情，让法治教育真正“活”了起来！

What sparks will fly when the power of the Constitution meets the creativity of teenagers? On the occasion of the 12th National Constitution Day, the Moral Education and Rule of Law Teaching and Research Group of Vanke Bilingual School, together with sixth-grade students, co-organized a series of uniquely themed activities called “Constitution in the Heart, Rule of Law Along the Way”. On Constitution Day, the sixth-grade students acted as “Constitution Ambassadors”, bringing legal education to life with creativity and enthusiasm!

绘宪法·笔下生“法”：当法治跃然纸上

在万双学子的笔下，宪法会以怎样的形式呈现？天安门象征庄严、法槌代表公正、高铁寓意发展……同学们将对法治的理解凝于笔端，绘成海报，写成书法。每一抹色彩、每一道笔画，都在轻声诉说：“宪法与我们同在。”更有温度的是，这些创意作品被精心制作成宪法主题书签，由党员教师和志愿者们送到全校师生手中。一本本书里，多了一枚“法治书签”；一颗颗心中，也多了一份“宪法陪伴”。

In the hands of Vanke Bilingual students, what forms will the Constitution take? Tiananmen symbolizes solemnity, the gavel represents justice, and high-speed rail implies development... Students condensed their understanding of the rule of law into brushstrokes, creating posters and works of calligraphy. Every color and stroke whispered softly: “The Constitution is with us.” More warmly, these creative works were carefully made into Constitution-themed bookmarks, which were distributed to all teachers and students by Party member teachers and volunteers. In each book, there is an extra “rule of law bookmark”; and in each heart, there is an additional “accompaniment of the Constitution”.

讲宪法·童心传“法”：一场贯穿校园的对话

12月4日，六年级“宪法小使者”们分组行动，开启了一场贯穿全校的“法治对话”：

On December 4th, the sixth-grade “Constitution Ambassadors” took action in groups, launching a campus-wide “rule of law dialogue”:

小使者们通过讲述《从小学宪法》的绘本故事，用温柔的声音为一至三年级的弟弟妹妹播下法治意识的种子。

Through the telling of picture book stories about “Learning the Constitution from Childhood”, the young ambassadors sowed the seeds of legal awareness for their younger siblings in grades 1 to 3 with gentle voices.

“原来法律这么有意思！”四至六年级的同学们通过“宪法知多少”趣味问答和“法治灯谜”游戏，在欢笑中学习，法治的种子在轻松氛围中悄然生长。

For the“Law is so interesting!”activity, students from grades 4 to 6 learned and laughed through an interesting quiz about“How Much Do You Know About the Constitution” and through the “rule of law riddles” game. There the seeds of ethics and law quietly took root in a relaxed atmosphere.

七至九年级的同学们通过“权利与义务”分类挑战与案例思辨，在观点交流中深化理解，展现出逐渐成熟的法治思维。

Students from grades 7 to 9 deepened their understanding through the “Rights and Obligations” classification challenge and case analysis activity, showing budding maturity of their legal thinking.

听宪法·法官护“未”：一堂生动的法治课

 Listen to the Constitution · Judges Protect "Minors": A Vivid Legal Class

12月4日下午，学校特邀龙华区人民法院崔俊花法官走进校园，开展题为“弘扬宪法精神，全力护‘未’成长”的法治讲座。崔法官以案释法、语言生动，为同学们讲解了宪法的地位、意义以及与青少年生活密切相关的法律知识。她强调，宪法是国家的根本大法，是我们每个人的行为准则。她鼓励同学们从小树立法治信仰，争做知法、懂法、守法的新时代小公民。现场互动积极，法治意识润入心田。

On the afternoon of December 4th, the school specially invited Judge Cui Junhua from Longhua District People's Court to the campus to give a legal lecture titled "Promote the Spirit of the Constitution and Strive to Protect the Growth of Minors". With vivid language and case studies, Judge Cui explained the status and significance of the Constitution as well as legal knowledge closely related to teenagers' lives. She emphasized that the Constitution is the fundamental law of the country and the code of conduct for each of us. She encouraged students to have faith in the rule of law from an early age and strive to be new-era teenagers who knows, understands and abides by the law. The on-site interaction was active, and legal awareness permeated everywhere.

此次活动让同学们真切体会到：宪法不只存在于书本中，它也在课堂的每一次发言里、在公平竞赛的规则里、在彼此尊重的对话里。法治教育的种子，已在这场活动中悄然萌芽。

This activity made students truly realize that the Constitution exists in books, in every lecture given in class, in the rules of fair competition, and in daily dialogue. The seeds of legal education quietly sprouted during this activity.

未来，万科双语学校将持续深化法治教育的系统化实施，让法治之树深深扎根于校园土壤，其精神与理念全面融入日常教学与校园生活的肌理之中。作为这一体系的核心支撑，“道德与法治”课程不仅承担着知识传授的功能，更成为法治信仰培育的重要阵地。我们将进一步打破学科边界，以历史为镜、以哲学为思、以社会为场，构建“课堂-社会、理论-实践”双轨并行的育人新格局。让宪法精神从书本走向生活——学生在模拟法庭中感受正义，在校园议事中行使权利，在多学科融合项目中理解法治的多元维度。法治教育由此超越单一的知识传递，成为塑造思维方式、培育价值信念、提升公民素养的完整过程。

In the future, Vanke Bilingual School will continue to deepen the systematic implementation of legal education, allowing the tree of law to take deep root in the campus soil, and its spirit and concepts to be fully integrated into the fabric of daily teaching and campus life. As the core supporting feature of this system, the “Moral Education and Rule of Law” course not only undertakes the function of transmitting knowledge, but also becomes an important area for cultivating faith in the rule of law. We will further break disciplinary boundaries, and use history, philosophy, and society to build a new education pattern of “classroom-society, theory-practice”. Let the spirit of the Constitution be brought from the pages of books to life—let students experience justice in mock courts, exercise rights in campus discussions, and understand the multiple dimensions of the rule of law through interdisciplinary integration projects. Legal education thus transcends simple knowledge and becomes a complete process of shaping thinking, cultivating beliefs, and improving civic literacy.

这样，同学们所收获的，将不仅是条文上的法律知识，更是一种植根于内心的法治思维、一份主动担当的责任意识，以及一种积极践行的社会参与能力。让宪法之光照亮每一段成长的旅程，让法治之根深植于每一位未来建设者的心中。

In this way, what students gain will not only be legal knowledge, but also a thinking rooted in the heart, a sense of responsibility to take the initiative, and an ability to participate actively in society. Let the light of the Constitution illuminate every journey’s path, and let the roots of the rule of law push deep into the hearts of every future builder.
