【VBS小演说家】健康与生活方式 —— 梅沙教育深圳万科双语学校E-talk活动(第53期)成功举办

万双网讯  为提高学生演讲与表达的综合能力,提升学生的中英文综合素养,让孩子站在舞台中央,2025年11月4日下午4:40,万科双语学校第53期E-talk活动在学校剧场举行。100余名师生现场聆听了演讲。活动同时面向全校师生直播。


In order to improve students’ comprehensive ability in speech and expression, improve students’ comprehensive literacy in Chinese and English, and let children stand at the center of the stage, Vanke Bilingual School’s 53th E-talk event was held in the school theater at 4:40 p.m. on November 4, 2025. More than 100 teachers and students attended the speech in person, and the event was live-streamed to all teachers and students of the school simultaneously.


本次E-talk活动的主题是“健康与生活方式”。来自四至六年级七名同学用英文进行了精彩的演讲。同学们分享了自己在健康生活、均衡饮食、健身运动及航空领域上的深刻理解与独到观点。评委老师为同学们的精彩表现做了点评。


The theme of this E-talk was “Health and Lifestyle”. Seven students from Grade 4 to Grade 6 delivered wonderful speeches in English. They shared their profound understandings and unique perspectives on healthy living, a balanced diet, fitness and sports, as well as views on the field of aviation. The judging teachers commented on the students’ excellent performances.

6E班谢钰菡(Grace)同学在以“Healthy Life”为题的演讲中,从身体健康、心理平衡与情绪稳定三个维度,系统性阐述了她对健康生活的理解。她不仅剖析了各类食物的营养价值,如红色水果助益血液循环、橙色胡萝卜有益视力、绿色蔬菜强化骨骼,还强调了锻炼与睡眠的重要性,并分享了她的个人健康计划。


Grace Xie Yuhan from Class 6E gave a speech titled “Healthy Life”. She systematically elaborated on her understanding of a healthy life from three dimensions: physical health, psychological balance and emotional stability. She not only analyzed the nutritional value of various foods — such as red fruits benefiting blood circulation, orange carrots being good for eyesight, and green vegetables strengthening bones — but also emphasized the importance of exercise and sleep, and shared her personal health plan.

评委认为谢钰菡同学演讲的内容完整、层次清晰、例证充分,建议在台上更放松、增强衔接流畅度,效果会更佳。


The judges commented that Grace’s speech was complete in content, clear in structure and sufficient in examples. They suggested that being more relaxed on stage and enhancing the fluency of transitions would make the effect even better.

5E班的李俊德(Nick)同学发表了以“How to be Healthy”为题的演讲。他指出人体就像一个精密仪器,骨骼、肌肉、心脏、肺和血管都协同工作。如果其中一个部分出现问题,整个系统就会变慢。他提出运动对健康的重要作用——运动不仅能促进体内净化还能消耗卡路里。随后,他还给大家分享了运动时间管理的小妙招并向大家展示了自己的运动日常。


Nick Li from Class 5E delivered a speech themed “How to be Healthy”. He pointed out that the human body is like a sophisticated instrument, where bones, muscles, heart, lungs and blood vessels work together. If any part malfunctions, the entire system will slow down. He emphasized the important role of exercise in health -- exercise can not only promote internal detoxification but also burn calories. Subsequently, he shared tips for managing exercise time and showed his daily exercise routine to the audience.

评委表示李俊德同学在演讲中恰当地使用了一些高阶词汇,他演讲内容丰富而实用并称赞他表达流利,在台上非常自如、大方,看得出来他为此演讲做了非常充分的准备。


The judges stated that Nick appropriately used some advanced vocabulary in his speech. His content was rich and practical, and they praised him for his fluent expression and natural, confident demeanor on stage, which showed that he had made thorough preparations for the speech.

5C班的周君卓(Emily)同学演讲的题目是《Healthy Eating, Happy Life》。她在演讲中,她系统讲解了健康食物的益处,如香蕉补充能量、橘子御寒、西兰花与牛奶强健骨骼,并指出垃圾食品对牙齿与体重的负面影响。她呼吁大家重视早餐、多摄入蔬果与饮水,从而提升整体活力。


Emily Zhou from Class 5C gave a speech titled “Healthy Eating, Happy Life”. In her speech, she systematically explained the benefits of healthy foods — such as bananas replenishing energy, oranges resisting cold, and broccoli and milk strengthening bones — and pointed out the negative impacts of junk food on teeth and weight. She called on everyone to attach importance to breakfast, consume more fruits, vegetables and water to improve overall vitality.

评委点评周君卓同学以提问的形式来展开演讲能有效激发观众的兴趣和思考;他称赞其整个演讲内容完整、层次分明,同时,他也建议同学可以在仪态上更放松以增强感染力。


The judges commented that Emily’s way of starting the speech with questions that effectively aroused the audience’s interest and thinking. They praised the speech for being complete in content and clear in structure, and suggested that the student could be more relaxed in posture to enhance the appeal next time.

6V班的邓莘然(Jinjin)同学发表了名为“The Impact of Late Bedtimes on Primary School Students”的演讲。他从一个新的角度阐释了自己对健康的独到见解—— 晚睡对小学生的不良影响。首先,他向大家介绍了睡眠对人体的重要性:良好的睡眠能增强记忆力,促进身体增长,修复机体损伤以及维持良好情绪。随后他深度剖析了当前儿童晚睡的原因并给予了详细而有效的建议。


Jinjin Deng from Class 6V delivered a speech named “The Impact of Late Bedtimes on Primary School Students”. He expounded his unique insights on health from a new perspective — the adverse effects of staying up late for primary school students. First, he introduced the importance of sleep to the human body: good sleep can enhance memory, promote physical growth, repair body damage and maintain a good mood. Then he deeply analyzed the current reasons for children staying up late and gave detailed and effective suggestions.

评委称赞邓莘然同学表达自信、思路清晰,临场应变能力强,内容具有现实警示意义。


The judges praised Jinjin for his confident expression, clear thinking and strong on-the-spot adaptability, and noted that the content was of practical warning significance.

5D班的林芮(Rachel)同学在以“Let's Run to a Healthy Life”为题的演讲中详细分享了跑步对健康的巨大益处。她指出跑步不仅能强身健体,还能调节情绪,让人处于愉悦的状态,同时还能磨砺意志。在演讲的最后,她还给大家分享坚持跑步的小妙招——穿上舒适的鞋子和家人或朋友结伴跑,每天坚持10分钟,可以让跑步变得轻松而愉快。


Rachel Lin from Class 5D gave a speech titled “Let’s Run to a Healthy Life”, in which she shared in detail the great benefits of running for health. She pointed out that running can not only strengthen the body but also regulate emotions, keep people in a happy state, and temper their will. At the end of the speech, she shared tips for persisting in running — wearing comfortable shoes, running with family or friends, and sticking to just 10 minutes a day can make running relaxing and enjoyable.

评委欣赏林芮同学从“是什么、为什么、怎么做”三层次展开演讲,结构分明。同时,他也建议同学应适当放慢语速、增加停顿以提升节奏感。


The judges appreciated that Rachel structured her speech in three levels: “what it is, why it matters, how to do it”, which made the delivery clear. They also suggested that the student should appropriately slow down the speaking speed and increase pauses to improve the sense of rhythm.

6C班的潘彦廷(Oscar)同学为大家带来了一场题为“Air travel changes the life”的演讲。他先用充分的数据和清晰美观的图片,给大家条理清晰地介绍了航班飞机的历史和现状。随后,他详细分享了自己最喜欢的航班A380。他指出A380机舱宽敞、设备完善,舱容量大,是长途飞行的优质选择。


Oscar Pan Yanting from Class 6C brought a speech titled “Air Travel Changes Life”. He first introduced the history and current situation of commercial flights in a clear and organized way with sufficient data and clear, attractive pictures. Then he shared about his favorite aircraft, the A380, in detail. He pointed out that the A380 has a spacious cabin, full equipment and a large capacity, making it an excellent choice for long-distance flights.

评委认为潘彦廷同学内容新颖、表达清晰,如能适当放缓语速、增强肢体放松感,整体表现将更出色。


The judges thought Oscar’s content was innovative and his expression was clear. They noted that if he could appropriately slow down his speaking speed and relax his body language, his overall performance would be even better.


4D班的罗紫妍(Rainbow)同学演讲的题目是“Anger and health”,她给大家带来了关于愤怒与健康的分享。她用生动的图片,形象的例证跟大家解释了什么是愤怒。同时,她还给大家分享了控制情绪的小妙招,如通过运动、向他人倾诉来等方式来缓解自己的愤怒情绪。最后她呼吁大家要做情绪的主人学会控制愤怒。


Rainbow Luo Ziyan from Class 4D gave a speech titled “Anger and Health”, sharing insights on anger and health with the audience. She explained what anger is through vivid pictures and concrete examples. At the same time, she shared tips for controlling emotions, such as relieving anger through exercise and talking to others. Finally, she called on everyone to be masters of their emotions and learn to control anger.

评委称赞罗紫妍同学表达流利,大方自然,并赞赏她将愤怒比做火山喷发,例证生动而有说服力。


The judges praised Rainbow for her fluent, natural and confident expression, and admired her vivid and persuasive analogy of anger as a volcanic eruption.


最后,评委老师们为所有演讲者颁发了证书并合影留念,本期E-talk活动在热烈的掌声中圆满结束。同学们用流畅的英语展示了他们对健康生活的深入思考,也将科学的生活方式和积极的生活态度传递给了在场的每一位听众。


In the end, the judging teachers awarded certificates to all speakers and took group photos. The 53rd E-talk came to a successful conclusion amid warm applause. The students demonstrated their in-depth thinking on healthy living through fluent English, and passed on scientific lifestyles and positive attitudes towards life to every audience present.


万科双语学校E-talk活动每周举行一次,学生自主报名参与,中文、英文均可,老师将相同或相似主题的演讲者安排在同一期演讲,主旨是让学生做到能说、会说、敢说,善思、善辩、善究。

 

The E-talk activity of Vanke Bilingual School is held once a week. Students can sign up to participate on their own. Both Chinese and English are accepted. The teacher arranges speakers with the same or similar topics to give speeches in the same period. The purpose is to enable students to be able to speak freely, confidently and bravely; to be good at thinking, debating, and doing research.

 

E-talk的舞台是开放的,我们欢迎每一位VBS未来少年来到这里,站在聚光灯下,向世界展示自己的独特魅力;我们鼓励孩子们挑战自我,突破困境;我们相信,每一个孩子都有无限的潜力,只要他们有勇气站上舞台,就有可能成为真正的演讲者。

 

The stage of E-talk is open.
