家校协同再出发,共筑健康“屏幕”防线——二年级成功举办“做电子产品的小主人”主题年级大会

万双网讯  为了引导学生正确认识并合理使用电子产品,培养良好的数字生活习惯,2025年11月11日下午,我校二年级全体师生在学校剧场隆重举行了以“做电子产品的小主人”为主题的年级大会。本次活动立足学生身心发展特点,重启并深化了关于电子产品使用的主题教育,力求在趣味与互动中传递理性使用的理念。


To guide students in correctly understanding and rationally using electronic products while fostering healthy online habits, on the afternoon of November 11, 2025, all teachers and students of Grade 2 held a grand assembly themed “Be the Master of Electronic Devices” in the school auditorium. The event, tailored to students’ physical and mental development, revived the discussion and deepened education on electronic product usage, aiming to convey rational usage guidelines through fun interaction.

大会伊始,一场名为“信号大发现:我们的‘电子朋友’”的暖场互动迅速点燃了全场气氛。年级组长余丹老师通过一系列贴近生活的问题,引导孩子们坦诚分享自己与电子产品相处的真实状态,在轻松自然的交流中巧妙切入主题。


The assembly began with a warm-up activity titled “Signal Discovery: Our Electronic Friends,” which quickly excited the venue. Grade leader Yu Dan used a series of relatable questions to encourage children to share about their experiences with electronic devices, skillfully introducing the theme through a relaxed dialogue.


在核心环节“破解‘四小怪兽’的密码”中,主讲老师将过度使用电子产品的危害,形象地比喻为四个需要警惕的“小怪兽”:偷走清晰视力的“视力小偷”、分散课堂注意力的“注意力大魔王”、破坏香甜睡眠的“睡眠破坏王”,以及拉远人际距离的“孤独怪”。这种拟人化、故事化的讲述方式,深深吸引了在场的每一个孩子,让他们在欢声笑语中深刻理解了合理控制屏幕时间的重要性。


In the key segment “Cracking the Code of the Four Little Monsters,” the presenter vividly compared the harms of excessive electronic device usage to four cautionary “monsters.” These included the “Vision Thief ” that steals clear eyesight, the “Attention Devil” that distracts focus in class, the “Sleep Destroyer” that ruins restful sleep, and the “Loneliness Monster” that creates emotional distance. This personalized, story-driven approach captivated every child, helping them grasp the importance of managing screen time through laughter and engagement.

随后,师生共同学习了《万科双语学校学生使用电子产品辅助学习原则》,并向全体同学发出以下三项清晰具体的行动倡议,为孩子们的日常行为树立了明确的准则:


Next, teachers and students reviewed the “Vanke Bilingual School Guidelines for Using Electronic Devices in Learning” and proposed three clear action pledges to all students.


1. 守住“明亮眼睛”的底线:周一到周五不使用电子产品。周六周日单次不超过15分钟,每天累计不超过30分钟。到时间就休息,这是雷打不动的铁律!


Protect “Bright Eyes”: No electronic devices from Monday to Friday. On weekends, single use at a time should be under 15 minutes, and the daily total should not exceed 30 minutes. Stop immediately when time is up—this is non-negotiable!


2. 守住“健康成长”的底线:睡前1小时绝对不接触电子产品。让我们的“睡眠破坏王”彻底失业!


Ensure “Healthy Growth”: No screens 1 hour before bedtime. Let the “Sleep Destroyer” lose its job!


3. 守住“丰富生活”的底线:先完成作业,再开心玩耍;先户外运动,再屏幕娱乐。保证我们每天都有比玩电子产品更有趣的事情做!


Enrich “Life Diversity”: Finish homework before play; prioritize outdoor activities over screen time. Ensure every day offers fun beyond devices!

这些要求为孩子们的日常行为提供了明确准则。紧接着,大会进入实践环节——“我的公约‘升级’计划”。在班主任的引导下,全体学生郑重地拿出一年级时与家长共同制定的《我为电子朋友立规则》,进行严肃的复盘与反思。孩子们认识到,成长意味着更强的自律能力,原有的公约也应随之“升级换代”。现场倡议每位同学回家后主动担任“家庭会议”的发起人,与家长共同复盘、修订并签署新版公约。


These rules set clear daily behavioral standards. The assembly then moved on to the practical phase of — “My Convention Upgrade Plan.” Guided by homeroom teachers, students solemnly revisited the “Rules for My Electronic Friends” pact co-signed with their parents in Grade 1, which includes earnest self-review and reflection. They recognized that growth demands greater self-discipline, and ideals must evolve accordingly. Students were encouraged to initiate “family meetings” at home to review, revise, and resign an updated convention with parents.

为坚定孩子们的决心,大会特别设置了“小主人能量加油站”环节。2C班李易航与2I班季悠然同学作为优秀学生代表,分享了他们管理电子产品的经验,为同伴们树立了可借鉴的学习榜样。随后,全体学生在铿锵有力的集体宣誓中,许下“做电子产品小主人”的庄严承诺,将全场气氛推向高潮。


To reinforce commitment, a “Little Masters’ Energy Boost” session was held. Student representatives Li Yihang (Class 2C) and Ji Youran (Class 2I) shared practical tips on managing electronics, setting inspiring examples for their peers. The assembly culminated in a powerful group oath, with students pledging to “become masters of electronic devices,” which elevated the event to its climactic end.

最后,在“出发!家庭升级行动”的号召声中,大会圆满落下帷幕。本次活动不仅是一堂生动的健康教育课,更是一次深刻的自我管理启蒙。它成功地将学校的教育延伸至家庭,形成了强大的育人合力。我们坚信,在家校共同的努力与守护下,孩子们定能手握规则、智慧用“屏”,拥抱更加明亮、健康、精彩的童年!


The event concluded with a rallying cry: “Launch! Family Upgrade Action!”. The assembly served not only as a lively health education lesson but also as a profound initiation towards self-management. It successfully extended school education to households, creating a robust and collaborative educational force. We firmly believe that, with joint efforts between home and school, children will master rules, wisely use screens, and embrace a brighter, healthier, and more vibrant childhood!
