万双网讯 2025年11月3日,万科双语学校2025-2026学年第一学期第10周升旗仪式在学校操场庄严举行。本周升旗仪式由5E班全程负责。5E班是一个有着乐观精神、活泼氛围与好奇心的集体。仪式由5E班陈梓瑜同学(Orange)和陈雅琳同学(Juice)主持,护旗方阵由5E班全体同学组成。
On November 3rd, 2025, the 10th Week Flag-Raising Ceremony for the First Semester of the 2025-2026 Academic Year of Vanke Bilingual School (VBS) was held on the school playground. This week’s ceremony was undertaken by Class 5E, known for their optimism, vitality and curiosity. Student Chen Ziyu (Orange) and Chen Yalin (Juice) served as the hosts. All of the other students of Class 5E formed a flag guard array.



在国旗下讲话环节,董子瑄同学(Alisa dong)、董子珩同学(QQ)、刘奕辰同学(Joanna)和祁钰雯同学(Alisa)以《阅读、进步、和谐》为题发表演讲。他们在演讲中阐述:阅读能滋养心灵,将广阔世界融入胸怀;进步源于日常坚持,每一次翻页都是向上的台阶;和谐则以书籍为桥梁,促进彼此的理解与团结。他们呼吁全体同学积极投身阅读,在书香中共同成长,并期待大家在来年遇见更好的自己,携手共建更美好的校园、城市与国家。
During the flag-raising ceremony, Dong Zixuan (Alisa Dong), Dong Ziheng (QQ), Liu Yichen (Joanna) and Qi Yuwen (Alisa) delivered a speech titled “Reading, Progress, Harmony.” They highlighted how reading nourishes the soul and expands our horizons. They described how progress comes by daily perseverance, with each page marking a step forward. They noted that books serve as bridges, fostering harmony, mutual understanding, and unity. They encouraged all students to participate actively in reading and to grow together with more books. Together, students can look forward to becoming better versions of themselves in the coming year by working to create a better campus, city, and nation.

本周升旗仪式特别邀请到民治派出所三级高级警长吴余警官走进校园,为全体师生带来题为“向校园欺凌说‘不’,共建阳光校园”的主题教育宣讲,为青少年健康成长注入法治力量。吴警官从校园欺凌的表现形式入手,系统阐述了身体、语言、社交及网络四类欺凌行为,强调“恶语伤人六月寒”,引导学生明晰欺凌与玩笑的界限。他重点讲解了应对欺凌的策略,呼吁同学们面对侵害时“不要沉默,勇敢求助”——做到勇敢说“不”、及时远离、并果断向家长、老师或警方报告。同时,他鼓励学生成为彼此的“守护者”,以实际行动支持受害者,用集体力量抵制不良行为。
This week's flag-raising ceremony was specially attended by Wu Yu, a third-grade senior police officer from Minzhi Police Station. He visited the campus and delivered an educational lecture titled “Say ‘No’ to Campus Bullying, Build a Sunny Campus.” His presence injected legal strength into the healthy growth of adolescents. Officer Wu began by explaining the manifestations of campus bullying. He systematically elaborated on four types of bullying: physical, verbal, social, and cyber. He emphasized that “harsh words can wound even in the warmth of June.” He guided students to distinguish between bullying and playful teasing. He focused on strategies to address bullying and urged students not to remain silent. He encouraged them to seek help bravely when facing harm by saying “no,” distancing themselves from the situation, and reporting incidents to parents, teachers, or the police. At the same time, he encouraged students to become “guardians” of one another, to support victims through practical actions, and to use collective strength to resist harmful behavior.

此次宣讲有效增强了学生对校园欺凌的认知与防范意识,充分体现了公安机关对校园安全工作的高度重视。学校将持续深化警校协作机制,共同营造尊重、友爱、零欺凌的阳光校园环境。
This lecture effectively enhanced students’ awareness and understanding of campus bullying and its prevention, fully demonstrating the strong commitment of public security authorities’ towards campus safety. The school will continue to strengthen its collaboration with the police to jointly create a respectful, friendly, and bullying-free campus environment.

为弘扬抗战胜利80周年阅兵式展现的精神,我校将于近期启动队列训练活动。安全主管张昆老师向全体师生宣读了相关通知,全体体育教师将率先接受军训,进而通过课堂教学,将“令行禁止”的自律意识、“彼此配合”的团队默契与“咬牙坚持”的意志品质传递给每一位学生。此项活动旨在将优良的军人品格融入校园文化,助力学生实现自我提升与集体凝聚,共筑美好校园。
To promote the spirit demonstrated during the 80th anniversary victory parade, our school will soon launch queue training activities. Zhang Kun, the safety supervisor, read the relevant notice to all teachers and students. All physical education teachers will first undergo military-style training. Afterwards, they will teach every student in class about the self-discipline of “obeying orders,” the silent teamwork of “cooperating with one another,” and the perseverance of “pushing through difficulties.”

Reading is akin to placing stars into our chest.
When the first ray of morning light passes over the flagpole, if you turn the pages of a book, you can hear the gurgling sound of the long river of human civilization. Books are fertile soil for civilization, allowing young hearts to take root, sprout, and join in silence. Reading is like moving the most distant starry sky closer to our chests, so that the most simple daily life can also shine with the light of the universe.
阅读:是把星空搬进胸膛。当第一缕晨光掠过旗杆,如果你翻开书页,就能听见人类文明长河汩汩流淌的声音。书是文明的沃土,让一颗颗年轻的心在无声中扎根、抽芽、拔节。阅读,把最遥远的星空搬进我们的胸膛,让最朴素的日常也泛起宇宙的光芒。
Progress: Let each page turned be an upward step.
Shenzhen Reading Month is coming, which is a grand meeting between the city and books. As students in VBS, we don't have to wait for the grand stage. The book corner in the classroom, the weekly reading class, and the reading arrangement at noon are all "little buttons" that can be pressed to allow progress to happen. Insisting on reading every day and making progress start like a slight fire caused by the friction between the fingertips and the paper, and finally converging into a grand torch that illuminates the way forward.
进步:让每一次翻页成为向上的台阶。深圳读书月即将来临,这是城市与书本的盛大约会。身为万双学子,我们不必等待盛大的舞台,教室的图书角、每周的阅读课、午间的阅读安排,都是让进步发生的“小按钮”。坚持每天阅读,进步,原来就是一次次翻页时指尖与纸张摩擦出的微火,最终汇聚成照亮前路的火炬。
Harmony: Let a book be a bridge, let your heart be close.
As you read, discuss kindness and courage with your classmates about "Miracle Boy", discuss the sincerity and mutual assistance with your friends in the novel "Heidi". Reading teaches us to listen and to appreciate. Let us regard books as the most intimate bridge. Let "I" be "us", and let "us" be the broader "we".
和谐:让一本书搭桥,让一颗心靠近。当你阅读时,与同学就《奇迹男孩》讨论善良与勇气,与朋友就《海蒂》讨论真诚与互助。阅读教会我们倾听,也教会我们欣赏。让我们把书当作最柔软的桥梁,让“我”走向“我们”,让“我们”走向更辽阔的“咱们”。
