万双网讯 2025年10月27日,万科双语学校2025-2026学年第一学期第九周升旗仪式在操场庄严举行。本次仪式由文明有爱、自律担当的1C班承办。余朗宁(Freddy)和谭羽晗同学(Mia)主持。全体1C班同学组成护旗方阵,展现出集体的精神风貌。
On October 27, 2025, the flag-raising ceremony for the ninth week of the first semester of the 2025-2026 academic year was held on the playground of Vanke Bilingual School. This ceremony was hosted by Class 1C, known for their civility, love, self-discipline, and responsibility. Students Yu Liangning (Freddy) and Tan Yuhan (Mia) served as the hosts. All the students of Class 1C formed a flag guard array, showcasing the spirit and demeanor of their collective spirit.



在国旗下讲话环节,张芸昕(Susie)与黄泽渊(Joan)同学以《行为规范,点滴做起》为题,向全校师生发出倡议,呼吁将文明内化于心、外化于行,共建和谐校园。她们从四个方面具体阐释如何践行行为规范:
During the speech segment under the national flag, students Zhang Yunxin (Susie) and Huang Zeyuan (Joan) delivered a speech titled “Behavioral Norms: Start from the Little Details,” urging all faculty and students to internalize civility in their hearts and externalize it through their actions to jointly build a harmonious campus. They elaborated on how to practice these behavioral norms from four aspects:
· 使用“老师好”“谢谢你”等文明用语,传递尊重与善意;
Use polite expressions such as “Hello, Teacher” and “Thank you” to convey respect and kindness.
· 在午休、放学等场合保持安静有序,展现自律与责任感;
Maintain quiet and order during lunch breaks, after school, and other occasions to demonstrate self-discipline and to have a sense of responsibility.
· 于升旗仪式与课堂中仪态端正,体现优雅风范;
Exhibit proper posture during the flag-raising ceremony and in the classroom, reflecting elegance and grace.
· 通过随手捡纸、及时关灯等细微举动,主动维护校园环境。
Actively maintain the campus environment through small actions, such as picking up paper and turning off lights promptly.
她们强调,这些看似平凡的小事,实为品格塑造与集体进步的基石,鼓励每位同学从身边做起,将规范融入日常,携手成长,共同进步。
They emphasized that these seemingly ordinary small actions are, in fact, the foundation for character building and for collective progress. They encouraged each student to start with their surroundings, integrating these norms into their daily lives, and growing together through mutual progress.

在“书记话时事”环节,第一书记董爱霞老师以“从赛场到日常,让习惯成为成长的‘助推器’”为主题,引导师生深入思考习惯的力量。她巧妙联结单板滑雪运动员苏翊鸣攻克高难度动作的壮举与我校刚刚落幕的运动会,指出二者成功的背后,共同依托于“习惯”的支撑。苏翊鸣每日清晨训练、反复复盘细节,将“打磨”深植为肌肉记忆;而校运会上每一次破纪录的瞬间、每一份咬牙坚持的拼搏、每一件精心设计的作品,也都源于平日持之以恒的锻炼、不轻言放弃的意志与反复推敲的用心。
During the “Secretary’s Talk on Current Affairs” segment, First Secretary Teacher Dong Aixia used the theme “From the Competition Field to Daily Life: Making Habits the “‘Booster’ for Growth” to guide faculty and students to have a deeper reflection on the power of habits. She cleverly connected the remarkable achievements of snowboarder Su Yiming in mastering difficult maneuvers with the recent sports meet at our school, pointing out that the success in both cases relies on the support of “habits.” Su Yiming trains every morning, repeatedly reviewing details, embedding “refinement” into muscle memory; likewise, each broken record, every instance of grit and perseverance, and every carefully designed project during the sports meets are rooted in consistent practice, unwavering determination, and attentive consideration that is developed over time.

董老师最后倡议全体师生,将“课前预习”“主动问好”等日常细节,内化为自然而然的习惯,以耐心与坚持积蓄成长能量,让好习惯成为人生路上稳步前行的强大引擎。
In the end, Teacher Dong urged all faculty and students to internalize daily details such as “pre-class preparation” and “actively greeting others” into our natural habits. She encouraged everyone to grow through patience and persistence, making good habits a powerful engine for steady progress on their life journey.

First, kind words are like the warm sunshine. When we come to school in the morning, we say “Good morning, Teacher!” When someone helps us, we say “Thank you!” These words show we are kind and respectful.

Second, let's move quietly and keep orderly. During the lunch break, we should walk softly and not run. When school ends, we should line up neatly by ourselves. These quiet, orderly moments make a beautiful song—for being good and responsible.

Third, good behavior makes our school beautiful. At the flag-raising ceremony, we should stand straight and show respect. In class, we should sit up straight and don’t slouch. This shows we have good manners.

Fourth, let’s take care of our school. When we see a piece of paper on the ground, we can bend down to pick it up. When we leave the classroom, we turn off the lights. These small things help us grow better.

上周的校园运动会呐喊声尚在耳畔,而早一周的一则体育新闻,同样曾让我们心潮澎湃——10 月 10 日,中国单板滑雪运动员、北京冬奥会金牌得主苏翊鸣,正式宣布在训练中成功完成世界首个单板坡障 “背靠背” 1980 度空翻动作。这两个赛场的精彩瞬间,看似毫无关联,却指向同一个成长关键词:习惯养成。
The cheers from our school sports meet last week still echo in our ears, while a sports news story from the week before also stirred our excitement. On October 10th, Chinese snowboarder and Beijing Winter Olympic gold medalist Su Yiming officially announced that he had successfully landed the world’s first back-to-back 1980 Indy grabs in the slopestyle event during a training session. The landing margin of error must be controlled within 5 centimeters. Such extreme precision is no accident. Since first starting snowboarding at age 4, Su Yiming has made “refining the details” a habit. Even after winning gold at the Beijing Winter Olympics, he persisted with 6 a.m. training sessions and spent evenings repeatedly reviewing video footage of his moves for analysis. Even when his performance declined due to injury in late 2024, he never interrupted his core strength training. Turning to our school sports meet, those standout performances also bore the imprint of habits. On the track, the students who broke school records did so by relying on habits of consistent, regular training and never missing their daily exercises or PE classes—habits that built the will to push their limits. Even those who didn’t make the podium but gritted their teeth and finished the race could persevere through exhaustion because of their daily training habit of “never giving up.” Furthermore, the outstanding emblem designs were themselves supported by their creators’ habits of persistent observation, documentation, and repeated refinement.

For us, the cultivation of habits has never been an unattainable grand goal, but rather small things that integrate into our daily lives. It might be the habit of “taking notes casually” in class, which helps us retain key knowledge; it could be the habit of “completing assignments on the same day” after class, allowing us to bid farewell to procrastination; or it might be the habit of “actively saying thank you” when interacting with classmates, spreading warmth. Just like Su Yiming’s 1980-degree flip, which requires repeated adjustments of posture and correction of details, our good habits also need to be refined and reinforced gradually in our daily routines.
老师们、同学们,习惯的力量,在于它能让 “不可能” 变成 “我能行”。从今天起,不妨试着从一件小事做起:把 “课前预习” 变成习惯,把 “主动问好” 变成习惯,把 “坚持锻炼” 变成习惯。当这些小事成为自然,我们会发现,成长的每一步都走得更稳、更扎实。
Teachers and students, the power of habit lies in its ability to turn “impossible” into “I can.” Starting today, let’s each try to begin with one small thing: make pre-class preview a habit, make initiating greetings a habit, make consistent exercise a habit. When these small actions become second nature, we will find every step in our growth journey becomes more steady and solid.
