万双网讯  2025年10月13日，万科双语学校2025-2026学年第一学期第七周升旗仪式于室内庄严举行。本次仪式由团结自律、拼搏向上的4E班承担。

On October 13th, 2025, the solemn flag-raising ceremony for Week 7 of the first semester of the 2025-2026 academic year was held indoors at Vanke Bilingual School. This week’s ceremony was undertaken by Class 4E, a class collective known for its unity, self-discipline, diligence, and upward spirit.  

仪式在主持人钟邦宪与黄怿希同学沉稳的介绍中拉开帷幕。在国旗下讲话环节，苏华翊、余劲驰、廖舒逸与刘想想四位同学共同发表了题为《红领巾心向党，争做新时代好队员》的演讲。他们指出，10月13日是中国少年先锋队诞辰日，红领巾不仅是少先队员的光荣象征，更是革命精神与理想信念的传承。在队旗指引与党的关怀下，他们号召全体少先队员：志存高远，将个人成长融入国家发展；勤奋学习，掌握知识与本领；修养品德，践行社会主义核心价值观；强健体魄，磨砺意志，保持积极心态。演讲呼吁全体队员牢记“时刻准备着”的誓言，努力成长为担当民族复兴大任的时代新人。

The ceremony commenced with the steady introductions of the student hosts, Zhong Bangxian (Alan) and Huang Yixi (Celine). During the “Speech Under the National Flag”segment, four students—Su Huayi (Owen), Yu Jinchi (Simon), Liao Shuyi (Suyi), and Liu Xiangxiang (Ivy)—delivered a joint speech titled “Young Pioneers Keep Faith with the Party: Striving to Be Exemplary Pioneers in the New Era.” They pointed out that October 13th marks the founding anniversary of the Chinese Young Pioneers, emphasizing that the red scarf is not only a symbol of honor for Young Pioneers but also represents the inheritance of China’s revolutionary spirit and ideals. Guided by the Young Pioneers flag and nurtured by the Party’s care, they called upon all Young Pioneers to: aspire to lofty goals, integrate personal growth with national development; study diligently, master knowledge and skills; cultivate moral character by practicing the Core Socialist Values; strengthen their physique, temper their will, and maintain a positive mindset. The speech urged all members to remember the pledge “Always Be Prepared” and strive to grow into a new generation capable of shouldering the mission of national rejuvenation.

在“书记话时事”环节，派驻第一书记董爱霞老师结合2025年诺贝尔奖揭晓与少先队建队76周年双重背景，为全校师生带来一场关于理想、创新与责任的生动教育。她介绍了今年诺贝尔奖的多项突破性成果：生理学或医学奖授予自身免疫病治疗领域的科学家；物理学奖表彰量子计算的关键进展；化学奖则关注为碳中和提供革命性解决方案的金属有机框架材料。董老师阐释了诺贝尔奖推动人类进步的重要意义，并指出其探索精神与少先队“热爱科学、追求进步”的宗旨高度契合。她向全体少先队员提出四点期望：树立将个人理想融入国家发展的远大志向；培养敢于质疑、勇于探索的创新精神；增强关心集体、服务社会的责任感；弘扬爱国主义精神，立志为民族复兴贡献力量。

In the“Current Affairs Talk by the Party Secretary”segment, First Party Secretary Dong Aixia delivered a vivid educational session on ideals, innovation, and responsibility for the entire school, connecting the contexts of the 2025 Nobel Prize announcements and the 76th anniversary of the founding of the China Young Pioneers. She highlighted several groundbreaking achievements recognized this year: the Prize in Physiology or Medicine awarded to scientists pioneering treatments for autoimmune diseases; the Physics Prize honoring pivotal advances in quantum computing; and the Chemistry Prize spotlighting revolutionary metal-organic framework materials offering solutions for carbon neutrality. Secretary Dong elucidated the Nobel Prizes’ pivotal role in propelling human progress, noting that their spirit of exploration aligns profoundly with the Young Pioneers’ tenets of “loving science and striving for progress.” She presented four expectations for all Young Pioneers: to cultivate lofty aspirations that integrate personal ideals with national development; to foster an innovative spirit characterized by courageous questioning and bold exploration; to enhance a sense of responsibility towards collective welfare and societal service; and to champion patriotism, resolving to contribute to national rejuvenation.

尊敬的老师们，亲爱的同学们，大家早上好！

They are Owen、Simon and Ivy, I am Suyi. We are from 4E. The topic of our speech today is “The young pioneers cherish loyalty to the Party, striving to be good members in the new era”.

他们是4E班余劲驰、刘想想和廖舒逸，我是4E班苏华翊，我们今天国旗下讲话的主题是“红领巾心向党，争做新时代好队员”。

Today, with the rising sun, we stand before the national flag to celebrate a glorious day—October 13th, the birthday of the Chinese Young Pioneers.

今天，迎着初升的朝阳，我们肃立在国旗下，共同迎来一个属于我们少先队员自己的光荣日子——10月13日，中国少年先锋队的诞辰日。

Whenever the national flag is raised, and whenever the red scarf moves in the wind, we feel very proud and excited. This bright red color is not only the symbol of Young Pioneers, but also a big responsibility and a serious promise to “Always Be Ready.”  Cared for by the Party, many children over the years have become stronger, learned good values, and have grown up well. “The Young Pioneers cherish loyalty to the Party” is not just a saying — it means always keeping the Party’s teachings in our hearts.

每当鲜艳的五星红旗在晨风中冉冉升起，每当胸前的红领巾随风飘扬，我们的心中总会涌起一股无比自豪和神圣的情感，这抹鲜艳的红色，不仅是我们少先队员的标志，更是一份沉甸甸的责任，一份“时刻准备着”的誓言。一代又一代的少年儿童，在队旗的指引下、在党的阳光雨露下，学习知识，锻炼体魄，培养品德，茁壮成长。“红领巾心向党”，不仅仅是一句口号，而是时刻将党的教诲深深植根于心田，更是我们发自内心的坚定信念和行动指南。

We are living in a great new time—a time full of chances, responsibility and dreams. Our country is growing very quickly, as young pioneers in this new time, what should we do?

同学们，我们正处在一个伟大的新时代，这是一个充满机遇、呼唤担当、砥砺梦想的时代。国家的发展日新月异，民族的复兴前景光明。作为新时代的少先队员，我们该如何行动？

First, we must aim high and hold the greater good in our hearts. We should closely link our personal growth with the future of our country, and become a new generation with more responsibility.

第一，要志存高远，胸怀家国。我们要把个人的成长进步同国家的前途命运紧密联系起来，从小树立远大理想，努力成为有抱负、有担当的新一代。

Second, we must study diligently and develop abilities. Knowledge is the ladder of growth. In class, we focus; outside, we dare to explore. Arm yourself with knowledge and skills, and fuel your journey into the future.

第二，要勤奋学习，练就本领。知识是成长的阶梯，本领是未来的基石。我们要在课堂上专心致志，在课外广泛涉猎，勤于思考，勇于探索，掌握丰富的科学文化知识，锻炼解决问题的实践能力，为未来的发展积蓄力量。

Third, we must develop good character. Starting from everyday small acts——respecting teachers, uniting with classmates, being honest, helping others, and protecting the environment. we will become people with beautiful hearts.

第三，要修养品德，向上向善。我们要自觉培育和践行社会主义核心价值观，传承中华民族传统美德。从日常做起，从小事做起，尊敬师长，团结同学，诚实守信，乐于助人，勤俭节约，保护环境，努力成为一个品德高尚、心灵美好的人。

Fourth, we must build strong bodies, keep our optimism, face challenges bravely. We will grow up like trees for the Chinese nation.

第四，要强健体魄，阳光成长。积极参加体育锻炼，不断增强体质，磨砺意志，保持乐观向上的心态，遇到困难不气馁，面对挑战敢拼搏，努力长成中华民族的参天大树。

Students, the red scarves remind us to never forget our roots and inspire us for the future. Under the leadership of the Party, let us honor our pledge. Good morning, everyone! This week marks both the 76th anniversary of the founding of the Chinese Young Pioneers and the ongoing announcement of the 2025 Nobel Prizes. At this moment, brimming with honor and inspiration, as the First Party Secretary, I wish to share these joyous announcements to fuel your drive and endeavors.

First, the latest updates on the 2025 Nobel Prizes. On October 6, The Nobel Assembly at Karolinska Institute in Sweden announced that American scientists Mary E. Brunkow and Fred Ramsdell, alongside Japanese scientist Shimon Sakaguchi, had been awarded the Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine for their research on ‘peripheral immune tolerance.’ This breakthrough provides crucial scientific foundations for the precision treatment of autoimmune diseases and reducing organ transplant rejection. On October 7th, the Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences awarded the Physics Prize to American scientists John Clarke and Michel H. Devoret, alongside Canadian scientist John M. Martinis, for their breakthrough in realizing Macroscopic Quantum Tunneling (MQT) and energy quantization in circuits. This advancement lays a core foundation for the stable operation of quantum computers and the development of high-precision sensors. On October 8th, the Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences announced the Chemistry Prize, awarded to Japanese scientist Susumu Kitagawa, British scientist Richard Robson, and American scientist Omar M. Yaghi for developing metal-organic frameworks (MOFs). These materials offer revolutionary solutions for carbon neutrality, new energy storage, and efficient resource utilization.

It not only recognizes individual scientific achievements but also inspires researchers globally to pursue excellence, propelling continuous progress in human society.

We should also connect the spirit of the Nobel Prize with the founding day of the Young Pioneers of China. The core of the Young Pioneers’ founding day of October 13th lies in inheriting the ‘red gene’, fostering patriotic sentiments, and cultivating a sense of collective honor. The spirit of innovation, perseverance, and dedication embodied by the Nobel Prize resonates perfectly with the Young Pioneers’ motto: Love the Motherland, Love the People, Love Science.

最后，我想对少先队员们提几点倡议：树立远大理想：以科学家为榜样，将个人志向与国家发展结合起来；培养创新精神：敢于质疑、勇于探索，在学习和生活中不断追求进步；增强责任感：关心集体、关爱他人，积极参与社会实践；弘扬爱国精神：珍惜幸福生活，立志为实现中华民族伟大复兴贡献力量。

Finally, I would like to propose several initiatives to all Young Pioneers: 

1. Cultivate lofty ideals by taking scientists as role models, aligning personal aspirations with national development; 

2. Foster an innovative spirit by daring to question, exploring courageously, and pursuing continuous progress in both study and daily life;

3. Strengthen a sense of responsibility by caring for the collective and others, actively participating in social practice;

4. Promote patriotism by cherishing our fortunate lives and resolving to contribute to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.

同学们，让我们在鲜艳的国旗下、在飘扬的红领巾引领下，以诺贝尔奖获得者为榜样，努力学习、勇于创新，让青春在奋斗中绽放光彩！
