迈向自主未来:万科双语7-9学段学习管理方案全新升级

万双网讯  2025年9月1日晚,万科双语学校以晚自习改革为切入点,面向7-9学段全体学生推出了以“自主自律,成就梦想”为主题的新学期学习管理方案。该方案不仅明确了晚自习的纪律与要求,更深入阐述了自主自律与实现个人梦想之间的重要关联,助力同学们更好地站在未来中央。


On the evening of September 1st, 2025, starting with the reform of evening self-study sessions, Vanke Bilingual School launched a new semester study management program themed “Self-Discipline & Independence to Fulfill Dreams” for all students in Grades 7-9. Beyond clarifying rules and requirements for evening self-study, the program delved into the vital connection between self-discipline, independence, and the achievement of personal dreams—empowering students to better“stand at the center of the future.”


当晚7点,万科双语学校杨帆校长、校长助理林红英以及7-9学段全体师生共同参会,围绕“自主自律对个人成长的意义”这一主题展开了深入交流。


At 7 p.m. that night, Principal Yang Fan, Principal Assistant Lin Hongying, and all of the teachers and students of Grades 7-9 gathered for a meeting, engaging in in-depth discussions around the topic of “the significance of self-discipline and independence for personal growth.”

会议伊始,林校通过提问引导同学们思考:“如果晚自习没有老师看管,你会怎么做?”她强调了晚自习作为巩固、复习和拓展学习的重要时段,应被有效利用,并启发大家回归本质:我们为什么需要自律?


The meeting kicked off with Principal Assistant Lin guiding students to reflect with a question: “What would you do if there were no teachers supervising evening self-study?” She emphasized that evening self-study is a critical time for consolidating knowledge, reviewing lessons, and expanding learning—one that should be used effectively. She also encouraged students to return to the core question: Why do we need self-discipline?

林校借助富有警示意义的名言指出,自律是一场与自我的博弈,每一次战胜懈怠,都是在塑造更优秀的自己。她进一步说明,“自律”在万科双语学校并非新要求,而是“班级和学生自主发展”体系中的重要组成部分。每位同学都应以“自主自律”为准则,助力自我成长,最终让梦想绽放。


Citing thought-provoking quotes, Principal Assistant Lin pointed out that self-discipline is a battle against oneself; every time we overcome laziness, we shape a better version of ourselves. She further explained that “self-discipline” is not a new requirement at Vanke Bilingual School, but a key part of the “class and student autonomous development” system. Every student should take “self-discipline and independence” as a guideline to fuel personal growth and ultimately make their dreams come true.

此外,林校还提供了实用高效的行动方法——番茄时间管理法,建议同学们以25分钟为一个单元专注学习,期间避免交谈、离座或分心,以此培养专注、守时和自控的能力。每一次抵抗诱惑、每一个成功完成的“番茄钟”,都是在为梦想积蓄力量。


Additionally, Principal Assistant Lin shared a practical, effective strategy—the Pomodoro Technique. She advised students to focus on studying in 25-minute intervals, avoiding conversations, leaving seats, or distractions during these periods. This method helps cultivate focus, punctuality, and self-control. Every time students resist temptation and complete a “Pomodoro session,” they are accumulating strength to reach their dreams.

学校也通过明确的制度设计,为学生的自主自律提供坚实支持。晚自习期间虽无教师全程监督,但每一年级均安排四位值班教师,以应对突发情况并进行答疑;同时建立协作管理机制,鼓励学生共同维护良好的学习氛围。这些举措既体现了对学生的信任,也增强了他们的责任意识。


The school also provides solid support for students’ self-discipline and independence through its clear institutional design. While there is no full-time teacher supervision during evening self-study, four on-duty teachers are assigned to each grade to handle emergencies and answer questions. A collaborative management mechanism has also been established to encourage students to work together to maintain a positive learning atmosphere. These measures not only show trust in students but also strengthens their sense of responsibility.

Moreover, the school places great emphasis on fostering students’ “independent learning” abilities—from making study plans and allocating time to critical thinking and standardized writing exercises. Every step is designed to help students truly become “the masters of their own learning.”

Through Principal Assistant Lin’s detailed and clear explanation, students gained a deeper understanding of the meaning of self-discipline, mastered methods to practice it, and enhanced their comprehensive skills for the future.

At the end of the meeting, Principal Assistant Lin concluded with an inspiring message: “Self-discipline and independence are the bridge to your dreams. Keep moving forward, and you will eventually meet a stronger version of yourself!”


杨帆校长在新学期教职员培训中深刻指出,万双学子应“站在未来中央”。她强调,教育的使命远不止于将学生送入某一所高中、大学或某一份工作,更在于培养他们适应未来、创造未来的核心素养与关键特质——包括自主性、好奇心、目标感、能动性、学术韧性、成长型思维与自我效能感等。其中,自主自律不仅是一种良好的学习态度,更是一项关乎终身发展、面向未来的核心素养。


In the new semester’s faculty training, Principal Yang Fan profoundly emphasized that learning at Vanke Bilingual School should “keep students at the center of the future.” She stressed that the mission of education goes far beyond getting students into a particular high school, university, or job; it lies more in cultivating their core competencies and key qualities to adapt to and create the future—including autonomy, curiosity, sense of purpose, initiative, academic resilience with a growth mindset, and self-efficacy. Among these, self-discipline and independence are not just a positive learning attitude, but a lifelong shaping for the future.
