万双网讯  为检验篮球课质量，提升学生体质，锤炼意志品格，万科双语学校于2025年7月7日至10日举办了以“校BA，等你来战”为主题的6-8年级“万双杯”班级篮球赛。本次篮球赛共吸引了16支队伍参赛，采用循环赛制，共计进行36场比赛，包括常规比赛和团队精英赛，经过四天的激烈角逐，赛事圆满落幕。

VBS Network News: To evaluate the quality of basketball curriculum, enhance students’ physical fitness, and strengthen their willpower and character, Vanke Bilingual School hosted the “VBS Cup” class basketball tournament for grades 6-8 from July 7 to 10, 2025, with the theme “School BA, We Are Ready to Fight.” The tournament attracted a total of 16 teams, utilizing a round-robin format with a total of 36 games, including regular matches and team elite competitions. After four days of intense competition, the event concluded successfully.

期待已久的篮球赛如约而至，万双少年拼搏的身影让这个夏天更加难忘。“万双杯”篮球赛延续每年传统，班级要求全员参与。每一位球员都是场上的主角！比赛从开赛第一分钟拼至最后一秒，战斗力全开，团队合作精神展现得淋漓尽致。无论赢输，大家都齐心协力，共同承受压力。激烈的对抗、精彩的投篮、默契的配合以及热情的加油声，让观众们感受到了篮球比赛带来的无尽魅力。

The long-awaited basketball tournament has finally arrived, and the hardworking spirit of the VBSers makes this summer even more unforgettable. The “VBS Cup” basketball tournament continues the annual tradition, requiring full participation from every class. Every player is a protagonist on the court! The competition was fiercely contested from the first minute to the last second, with full fighting spirit and a remarkable display of teamwork. Regardless of winning or losing, everyone worked together to bear the pressure. The intense competition, amazing shots, seamless teamwork, and passionate cheers allowed the audience to experience the endless charm of basketball games.

The basketball tournament is not only a contest of skills but also a demonstration of willpower and team spirit. The VBSers bravely fought and competed on the court, showcasing their intelligence and strength in organizing attacks, directing positioning, stealing, blocking, and fighting for rebounds. 万科双语学校以学生身体健康为培养目标，开设了包括攀岩、游泳、篮球、足球、羽毛球、太极拳等多元化特色体育课程。在这些课程中，足球和篮球课由外籍教师全英文授课，学生们不仅学习专业的运动技能，还能不断增强英语的实际运用能力。而学校期末的篮球赛事，作为课程外的实践平台，不仅促进了学生综合技能和身体素质的提升，还培养了他们的团队合作能力与体育精神。

Vanke Bilingual School aims to promote students’ physical health by offering a diverse range of specialized sports courses, including rock climbing, swimming, basketball, football, badminton, and Tai Chi. In these courses, football and basketball classes are taught entirely in English by foreign teachers, allowing students to not only learn professional sports skills but also continuously enhance their practical English usage. The school’s end-of-term basketball tournament serves as a practical platform outside the curriculum, promoting the improvement of students’ comprehensive skills and physical fitness while fostering their teamwork abilities and sportsmanship.
