万双网讯 为提高学生演讲与表达的综合能力,提升学生的中英文综合素养,让孩子站在舞台中央,2025年6月17日下午6时,万科双语学校第50期E-talk活动在学校剧场举行。100余名师生现场聆听了演讲。活动同时面向全校师生直播。
Vanke Bilingual School News — To enhance students' comprehensive abilities to speak and express themselves, to improve their overall Chinese and English literacy, and to put children at the center of the stage, the 50th E-talk of Vanke Bilingual School was held in the school theater at 6 p.m. on June 17th, 2025. Over 100 teachers and students attended the event, and it was also live-streamed to the entire school community.
本次E-talk活动的主题是 “AI时代,我做主” 。来自三至六年级的6名同学用中文进行了精彩的演讲。同学们分享了 “AI时代的个人思考”。评委老师为同学们的精彩表现做了点评。
The theme of this E-talk was "Taking Charge in the AI Era". Six students from Grade 3 to Grade 6 delivered wonderful speeches in Chinese, sharing their personal reflections on the AI era. The judges provided comments on the students' excellent performances.

4F班的程意然同学讲述了他与AI助手的趣味故事。他在参加足球主题演讲时,AI不仅快速生成了演讲稿范文、提供了“足球是圆的,梦想也是圆的”等金句,还根据他的描述绘制了动态场景插画,最终帮助他在展演中获得了高分。程意然生动地介绍,AI像“会说话的百科全书”,能秒解数学题、讲科学知识,但也会“犯迷糊”说错话,且不像家人般有温暖安慰。他分享了与AI相处的“三秘诀”:查资料要自己挑错、做事别当懒虫、不透露生日等隐私信息。“AI是把神奇钥匙!”他呼吁同学们正确使用AI,让其成为打开知识大门的学习好帮手,引发大家对智能科技的深刻思考。
Cheng Yiran from Class 4F shared an amusing story about his AI assistant. When preparing for a football-themed speech, the AI not only quickly generated a model speech draft and provided catchy phrases like "Football is round, and so are dreams," but also created dynamic illustrations based on his descriptions, ultimately helping him score high marks in the presentation. Cheng vividly described AI as a "talking encyclopedia" capable of solving math problems instantly and sharing scientific knowledge, yet also prone to making mistakes and lacking the warmth of humanity. He shared three tips for interacting with AI: double-checking information, not relying on it lazily, and not disclosing personal information like birthdays. "AI is a magical key!" he urged his classmates to use AI correctly as a helpful tool for opening the door to knowledge, sparking deep reflections on intelligent technology.

4C班的毛昭烨同学讲述了与AI助手——“豆包”的趣味互动。初次在人工智能课堂相遇的“豆包”,不仅能像百科全书般解答科学问题,还会将知识转化为小故事,展现出如老师般的耐心。一次课堂中,有同学让“豆包”代笔作文被老师识破,引发了全班的反思。此后,同学们尝试借助AI列提纲,融入真实情感创作,反而获老师表扬。如今,毛昭烨与“豆包”形成独特默契:AI担任“知识导航仪”,而她自己则紧握学习“方向盘”。“AI像孙悟空,需要正确的指引。”毛昭烨引用了妈妈的比喻,强调科技虽让学习之路更缤纷,但每一步仍需脚踏实地。这场人与AI协作的故事,开启了智能时代学习方式的新思考。

Encountering it for the first time in an AI class, "Doubao" not only answered scientific questions like an encyclopedia but also transformed knowledge into engaging stories, demonstrating patience akin to a teacher. During a class, a student tried to have "Doubao" write an essay, but the teacher caught on, prompting reflections from the entire class. Subsequently, students began using AI to outline essays and incorporated genuine emotions, earning praise from their teacher. Nowadays, Mao Zhaoye and "Doubao" have formed a unique partnership: AI serves as the "knowledge navigator," while she holds the "steering wheel" of learning. "AI is like the Monkey King, needing proper guidance," Mao Zhaoye quoted from her mother's metaphor, emphasizing that while technology enriches the learning journey, every step still requires solid fundamentals. This story of collaboration between humans and AI has sparked new reflections on learning methods in the intelligent era.

3F班的简卉同学在分享中以“双刃剑”比喻人工智能,指出其在突破传统生活壁垒的同时,既带来便捷也暗藏风险。她提到,AI可能取代教师、医生等需智慧与情感投入的职业,甚至可能成为部分学生作弊工具,导致思维能力退化。但AI也有温暖一面:例如为PPT生成插图、远程操控扫地机器人等智能设备,让生活更便利。简卉特别提醒,过度依赖AI,犹如打开了“潘多拉的魔盒”,可能导致隐私泄露。她呼吁同学们合理运用AI,趋利避害,让科技成为生活助力而非主宰,引发了大家对智能时代人机关系的思考。

Jian Hui particularly warned that over-reliance on AI, like opening "Pandora's box”, might lead to privacy breaches. She urged her classmates to use AI rationally, embracing its benefits while avoiding its pitfalls, so that technology becomes a helper rather than a controller in life, sparking reflections on human-machine relationships in the intelligent era.

3E洪梦婷:助手还是大脑?我和AI小布的故事
Hong Mengting, 3E: Assistant or Brain? My Story with AI Xiaobu
3E班的洪梦婷同学在分享中讲述了与AI学习伙伴“小布”(步步高学习机)的互动经历。“小布”不仅能像知识渊博的老师般迅速解答学习疑问,还能识别作文错别字并给出修改建议。同时,它还能担当“护眼小卫士”,在光线不足或用眼距离过近时及时进行提醒。不过,“小布”也有局限:面对部分数学算式会机械回应“无法解答”;修改作文时可能出现语句拗口、偏离原意的情况,最终仍需人工调整。这让洪梦婷深刻体会到:AI是强大便捷的学习助手,但无法替代人类大脑;它能检查错误,却无法赋予创造灵感。她呼吁同学们相信自己的大脑,保持独立思考,让科技作为助力而非替代品,才能走向更广阔的知识世界。这场人与AI的协作感悟,为班级带来关于智能工具使用边界的思考。
Hong Mengting from Class 3E shared her interactive experiences with her AI learning partner, "Xiaobu" (a BBK learning device). "Xiaobu" not only quickly answers queries in learning like a knowledgeable teacher but also identifies mistakes in words in essays and provides suggestions for improvement. Additionally, it serves as an "eye-protection guardian", reminding her regularly when the lighting is insufficient or the eye-to-screen distance is too close. However, "Xiaobu" also has limitations: it sometimes responds with "unable to solve" for some mathematical equations and may produce awkward phrases or sentences that deviate from the original meaning when revising essays, ultimately requiring manual adjustments. This led Hong Mengting to realize deeply that AI is a powerful and convenient learning assistant but cannot replace the human brain; it can check errors but cannot inspire creativity. She urged her classmates to trust their own brains, maintain independent thinking, and let technology serve as a helper rather than a substitute, so as to explore a broader world of knowledge. This reflection on collaboration between humans and AI has sparked thoughts on the boundaries of using intelligent tools within the class.

5G班的陶赵胤同学分享了与AI智能助手“豆包”的互动经历,引发了对人机关系的思考。他提到,“豆包”10秒解题、3秒定制学习方案的高效能力令人惊叹,但过度依赖其代写作文,导致内容死板、缺乏情感的经历,让他意识到“AI是工具而非替代品”。他还例举了AI在医疗、教育、生活(智能冰箱食材管理)等领域创造的便利,同时也警示了AI换脸诈骗、情感缺失等安全隐患与弊端。“AI是双刃剑,合理应用才能释放潜能。”陶赵胤呼吁老师和同学们不但要做AI受益者,更要做AI主人,强调“真正的价值在于借助AI成为更好的自己”。演说以“AI能写华丽讲稿,却无法替代真人真诚交流”作结尾,引发了全场对智能时代人类主体性的共鸣。

Xie Sicheng,6C: Innovating the Future with Intelligence
6C班的谢思成同学分享了对人工智能应用的理性思考。他提到,AI正以惊人速度改变学习和生活,自己使用Deepseek、豆包等工具时,体验到了其在检查作业、绘画、生成代码等全能辅助功能。去年,在创作小说《猫亚马逊历险记》时,他与AI成为搭档。在完成1000多字初稿后,他借助豆包优化情节逻辑与人物塑造,为角色设计更符合性格的语言动作和心理描写,让故事从1000字扩展至5000多字,润色后的角色形象也更鲜活。但他也指出,AI存在多重潜在风险:长时间使用可能伤眼、过度依赖会导致思维惰性、可能丧失独立创新能力,还涉及版权归属与数据隐私等安全问题。谢思成呼吁同学们以科学精神为指引,既要拥抱AI变革、发挥工具优势,更需保持批判思维,警惕风险、拒绝过度依赖,让科技真正服务人类,共创美好未来。
Xie Sicheng from Class 6C shared rational reflections on the applications of AI. He mentioned that AI is transforming learning and life at an astonishing pace. When using tools like Deepseek and "Doubao", he experienced their versatile functions in checking homework, drawing, and generating code. Last year, when creating the novel "Adventures of Cat in the Amazon", he partnered with AI. After completing a draft of over 1,000 words, he utilized "Doubao" to optimize plot logic and character development, designing the language, actions and mental descriptions that better aligned with the characters' personalities, expanding the story from 1,000 words to over 5,000 words and making the characters' images more vivid after polishing. However, he also pointed out that AI harbors multiple potential risks: prolonged use may harm eyesight, over-reliance can lead to mental laziness, and there's a possibility of losing independent innovation capabilities, along with security issues like copyright ownership and data privacy. Xie Sicheng urged his classmates to be guided by a scientific spirit, embracing AI transformations and leveraging each tool’s advantages while also maintaining critical thinking skills, being vigilant against risks, and rejecting over-reliance, so that technology can truly serve humanity and create a better future.

万科双语学校E-talk活动每周举行一次,学生自主报名参与,中文、英文均可,老师将相同或相似主题的演讲者安排在同一期演讲,主旨是让学生做到能说、会说、敢说,善思、善辩、善究。
The E-talk activity of Vanke Bilingual School is held once a week. Students can sign up to participate on their own. Both Chinese and English are accepted. The teacher arranges speakers with the same or similar topics to give speeches in the same period. The purpose is to enable students to be able to speak freely, confidently and bravely; to be good at thinking, debating, and doing research.

However, AI also has a warm side: for example, generating illustrations for PPTs and remotely controlling smart devices like sweeping robots, making life more convenient. Jian Hui particularly warned that over-reliance on AI, like opening "Pandora's box”, might lead to privacy breaches. She urged her classmates to use AI rationally, embracing its benefits while avoiding its pitfalls, so that technology becomes a helper rather than a controller in life, sparking reflections on human-machine relationships in the intelligent era.

3E班的洪梦婷同学在分享中讲述了与AI学习伙伴“小布”(步步高学习机)的互动经历。“小布”不仅能像知识渊博的老师般迅速解答学习疑问,还能识别作文错别字并给出修改建议。同时,它还能担当“护眼小卫士”,在光线不足或用眼距离过近时及时进行提醒。不过,“小布”也有局限:面对部分数学算式会机械回应“无法解答”;修改作文时可能出现语句拗口、偏离原意的情况,最终仍需人工调整。这让洪梦婷深刻体会到:AI是强大便捷的学习助手,但无法替代人类大脑;它能检查错误,却无法赋予创造灵感。她呼吁同学们相信自己的大脑,保持独立思考,让科技作为助力而非替代品,才能走向更广阔的知识世界。这场人与AI的协作感悟,为班级带来关于智能工具使用边界的思考。
Hong Mengting from Class 3E shared her interactive experiences with her AI learning partner, "Xiaobu" (a BBK learning device). "Xiaobu" not only quickly answers queries in learning like a knowledgeable teacher but also identifies mistakes in words in essays and provides suggestions for improvement. Additionally, it serves as an "eye-protection guardian", reminding her regularly when the lighting is insufficient or the eye-to-screen distance is too close. However, "Xiaobu" also has limitations: it sometimes responds with "unable to solve" for some mathematical equations and may produce awkward phrases or sentences that deviate from the original meaning when revising essays, ultimately requiring manual adjustments. This led Hong Mengting to realize deeply that AI is a powerful and convenient learning assistant but cannot replace the human brain; it can check errors but cannot inspire creativity. She urged her classmates to trust their own brains, maintain independent thinking, and let technology serve as a helper rather than a substitute, so as to explore a broader world of knowledge. 5G班的陶赵胤同学分享了与AI智能助手“豆包”的互动经历,引发了对人机关系的思考。他提到,“豆包”10秒解题、3秒定制学习方案的高效能力令人惊叹,但过度依赖其代写作文,导致内容死板、缺乏情感的经历,让他意识到“AI是工具而非替代品”。他还例举了AI在医疗、教育、生活(智能冰箱食材管理)等领域创造的便利,同时也警示了AI换脸诈骗、情感缺失等安全隐患与弊端。“AI是双刃剑,合理应用才能释放潜能。”陶赵胤呼吁老师和同学们不但要做AI受益者,更要做AI主人,强调“真正的价值在于借助AI成为更好的自己”。演说以“AI能写华丽讲稿,却无法替代真人真诚交流”作结尾,引发了全场对智能时代人类主体性的共鸣。

Xie Sicheng,6C: Innovating the Future with Intelligence
6C班的谢思成同学分享了对人工智能应用的理性思考。他提到,AI正以惊人速度改变学习和生活,自己使用Deepseek、豆包等工具时,体验到了其在检查作业、绘画、生成代码等全能辅助功能。去年,在创作小说《猫亚马逊历险记》时,他与AI成为搭档。在完成1000多字初稿后,他借助豆包优化情节逻辑与人物塑造,为角色设计更符合性格的语言动作和心理描写,让故事从1000字扩展至5000多字,润色后的角色形象也更鲜活。但他也指出,AI存在多重潜在风险:长时间使用可能伤眼、过度依赖会导致思维惰性、可能丧失独立创新能力,还涉及版权归属与数据隐私等安全问题。谢思成呼吁同学们以科学精神为指引,既要拥抱AI变革、发挥工具优势,更需保持批判思维,警惕风险、拒绝过度依赖,让科技真正服务人类,共创美好未来。
Xie Sicheng from Class 6C shared rational reflections on the applications of AI. He mentioned that AI is transforming learning and life at an astonishing pace. When using tools like Deepseek and "Doubao", he experienced their versatile functions in checking homework, drawing, and generating code. Last year, when creating the novel "Adventures of Cat in the Amazon", he partnered with AI. After completing a draft of over 1,000 words, he utilized "Doubao" to optimize plot logic and character development, designing the language, actions and mental descriptions that better aligned with the characters' personalities, expanding the story from 1,000 words to over 5,000 words and making the characters' images more vivid after polishing. However, he also pointed out that AI harbors multiple potential risks: prolonged use may harm eyesight, over-reliance can lead to mental laziness, and there's a possibility of losing independent innovation capabilities, along with security issues like copyright ownership and data privacy. Xie Sicheng urged his classmates to be guided by a scientific spirit, embracing AI transformations and leveraging each tool’s advantages while also maintaining critical thinking skills, being vigilant against risks, and rejecting over-reliance, so that technology can truly serve humanity and create a better future.

万科双语学校E-talk活动每周举行一次,学生自主报名参与,中文、英文均可,老师将相同或相似主题的演讲者安排在同一期演讲,主旨是让学生做到能说、会说、敢说,善思、善辩、善究。
The E-talk activity of Vanke Bilingual School is held once a week. Students can sign up to participate on their own. Both Chinese and English are accepted. The teacher arranges speakers with the same or similar topics to give speeches in the same period. The purpose is to enable students to be able to speak freely, confidently and bravely; to be good at thinking, debating, and doing research.
