万双网讯  2025年6月23日上午8时，梅沙教育深圳万科双语学校2024-2025学年第二学期第二十周升旗仪式在操场举行。本周升旗仪式全体九年级同学承担，王峙骅同学和倪政同学担任主持人。

At 8 a.m. on June 23, 2025, the 20th Week Flag-Raising Ceremony of the Second Semester, 2024-2025 Academic Year, was held on the playground of Meisha Education Shenzhen Vanke Bilingual School (VBS). This week’s ceremony was undertaken by all Grade 9 students, with Emilia Wang (Zhihua Wang) and Sunshine Ni (Zheng Ni) serving as hosts.

本周的升旗仪式，注定与众不同，它由即将踏上中考征程的九年级四个班级的学子们携手承担。来自9C班的陈亦乐（Brinksley）和9E班的罗曼婷（Mandy）在国旗下讲话，表达了九年级全体同学的心声。当五星红旗在晨曦中升起，整个校园都沉浸在一种庄重的氛围中，仿佛在为这些即将奔赴中考战场的少年们加油鼓劲。回首初中三年，从晨读时的朗朗书声，到夜晚灯光下的努力学习；从运动会上的奋力拼搏，到艺术节里的精彩表现，这些都成为了他们青春的难忘记忆。而那些曾经的争执、委屈和快乐，也都成为了成长路上的宝贵经历。他们明白，越接近中考，越要保持冷静，要集中精力弥补不足、提高效率、调整心态。更要明白，自己并不孤单，老师的指导、父母的关爱、同学的支持，都是他们坚强的后盾。中考虽然是人生的一个重要起点，但更是一场意义非凡的成人礼，它教会了他们为梦想拼搏的勇气和面对挑战的坚定。带着“长风破浪会有时，直挂云帆济沧海”的坚定信念，陈亦乐、罗曼婷以及全体九年级同学，以笔为剑，以梦为马，在准备考场上书写属于自己的青春华章。

This week’s flag-raising ceremony was destined to be extraordinary, as it was jointly organized by students from the four Grade 9 classes who were about to embark on their High School Entrance Examination journey. Brinksley Chen (Yile Chen) from Class 9C and Mandy Luo (Manting Luo) from Class 9E delivered speeches under the national flag, voicing the aspirations of all Grade 9 students. As the Five-Star Red Flag rose in the morning glow, the entire campus was immersed in a solemn atmosphere, reflecting on these teenagers who were about to march into the examination battlefield. Looking back on their three years of junior high school, from the resonating voices of their reading during morning studies to the dedicated late-night revisions under the lamplight, from the fierce striving at sports meets to the brilliant creativity at art festivals—these have all become unforgettable memories of their youth. Even past disputes, grievances, and joys have evolved into precious experiences of their growth. They understand that the closer they get to the examination, the more they must stay calm, focus on counteracting weaknesses, improve efficiency, and adjust their mindset. More importantly, they know they are not alone: teachers’ guidance, parents’ care, and classmates’ support serve as their unshakable support. While the High School Entrance Examination marks a significant milestone in life, it is also a meaningful coming-of-age ceremony, teaching them the courage to fight for dreams and to have the resolve to face challenges. With the firm belief that “The long wind shall break the waves one day; I’ll set my cloud-like sail to cross the sea”, Brinksley, Mandy, and all Grade 9 students wield their pens as swords and ride their dreams like horses, ready to write their own story in the examination hall.

在刚刚结束的心理活动月中，同学们积极参与，创作出了大量优秀作品，展现了他们丰富的内心世界和出色才华。今天升旗仪式上，学校为在各项活动中表现突出的同学举行了颁奖仪式。活动月Logo设计奖项首先颁发，获奖作品凭借独特创意，为心理月活动塑造了鲜明形象；接着揭晓的心理漫画奖项，体现了同学们用画笔描绘心灵、传递积极能量的努力；心理短视频类奖项中，有同学在创作、配乐、后期、剪辑等单项领域表现出色，获得了最佳单项奖。这次活动不仅是对获奖者的表彰，更是鼓励每位参与者关注自我、关爱他人，从中获得心灵的成长和力量。

During the recently concluded Psychological Activity Month, students actively participated and created numerous outstanding works, showcasing their rich inner worlds and remarkable talents. At today’s flag-raising ceremony, the school held an award ceremony for students who stood out in various activities. The Logo Design Award for the activity month was presented first, with winning designs forming a distinct image for the Psychological Activity Month because of their unique creativity. Next, the Psychological Comics Award was announced, reflecting students’ efforts to depict emotions with brushes and convey positive energy. In the Psychological Short Video category, some students won Best Individual Achievement Awards for excellence in single fields such as creativity, sound design, post-production, and editing. This event not only commends the awardees but also encourages every participant to care for themselves and others, gaining spiritual growth and strength in the process.

In the Name of Youth, for the Pact of Dreams

尊敬的老师、亲爱的同学们，大家好！

今天，当五星红旗在晨光中冉冉升起，我们脚下这片熟悉的校园，正见证着一群少年向梦想发起最后的冲锋。距离中考，时间的指针已开始倒数，这不仅是一场考试，更是我们用三年时光编织的青春答卷。

Dear teachers and classmates,  Good morning!

Today, as the Five-Star Red Flag rises slowly in the morning light, our familiar campus is witnessing a group of teenagers launching their final charge towards their dreams. The countdown to the high school entrance examination has begun. This is not just an exam, but a display of youth we’ve woven with three years of time here.

回首初中三年，我们曾在清晨的教室里大声诵读，让知识的种子在心田生根；在深夜的台灯下反复演算，用执着解开一道又一道难题。运动会上互相呐喊的助威声、艺术节里携手绽放的光芒、甚至是课间操时偷瞄天空的片刻放松……这些看似平凡的日常，早已化作我们青春最鲜活的底色。那些与同学讨论问题时的争执、被老师批评后的委屈、考试进步时的雀跃，此刻都成了成长路上最温暖的注脚。

Looking back on the past three years of junior high school, we have recited loudly in the morning classroom, letting the seeds of knowledge take root in our hearts; we have calculated repeatedly under our desk lamps at night, solving one problem after another with perseverance. The cheers of support at sports meetings, the radiance we showed together at art festivals, and even the brief relaxation of sneaking a glance at the sky during morning exercises… These seemingly ordinary daily moments have become the most vivid pictures of our youth. The disputes with classmates while discussing problems, the grievances after being criticized by teachers, and the joy of making progress in exams—all now serve as the warmest footnotes on the path of our growth.

然而，越是临近终点，越需要我们稳住阵脚。或许你会在模拟考的分数波动中感到焦虑，会在堆积如山的试卷前感到疲惫，但请相信，每一滴汗水都在为未来铺路。在最后的冲刺阶段，我们要学会“聚焦”：聚焦薄弱知识点，用错题本搭建知识的防线；聚焦课堂效率，让每一分钟都成为提分的阶梯；聚焦心态调整，用运动、音乐或与朋友倾诉释放压力。记住，考试不仅是知识的较量，更是心态的博弈。

However, the closer we get to the finish line, the more we need to steady our stance. Perhaps you feel anxious about the fluctuating scores in mock exams, or tired in the face of piled-up test papers. But please believe that every drop of sweat is paving the way for the future. In this final sprint, we must learn to "focus": focus on weak knowledge points, build a defensive line of knowledge with a mistake notebook; focus on classroom efficiency, making every minute a ladder to improve scores; focus on mindset adjustment, releasing pressure through exercise, music, or talking to friends. Remember, the exam is not just a contest of knowledge, but also a practice of mentality.

更别忘了，我们从来不是孤军奋战。教室里老师不厌其烦的讲解，办公室里永远亮着的灯光，家中父母精心准备的每一餐饭、每一句“别太累”，都是我们最坚实的后盾。这份温暖，值得我们用全力以赴的姿态回应。

Don't forget that we are never alone in this journey. The teachers’ tireless explanations in the classroom, the constant lights in the office, and the carefully prepared meals and every "don’t be too tired" from our parents at home—are all our strongest forms of support. This warmth deserves our full commitment in return.

同学们，中考或许是人生的第一个重要路口，但绝不是终点。它更像是一场成人礼，教会我们为目标拼尽全力的勇气，给予我们直面挑战的底气。无论结果如何，这段为梦想咬牙坚持的日子，本身就是最闪耀的勋章。

Dear classmates, the high school entrance examination may be the first important crossroad in our lives, but it is by no means the end. It is more like a rite of passage, teaching us the courage to strive for our goals and giving us the confidence to face challenges. No matter the result, these days of gritting our teeth for our dreams are themselves the most shining medals.
