万双网讯  2025年6月9日上午8时，梅沙教育深圳万科双语学校2024-2025学年第二学期第十八周升旗仪式在操场举行。本周升旗仪式由3C班和3D班承担，余悦淇同学和罗紫妍同学担任主持人。

On the morning of June 9th, 2025, at 8:00 a.m., the flag-raising ceremony for the 18th week of the second semester of the 2024-2025 academic year at Shenzhen Vanke Bilingual School of Meisha Education was held on the playground. This week’s ceremony was undertaken by Class 3C and Class 3D, with Qiqi and Rainbow being the hosts.

每年 6 月，是我国的全民禁毒宣传月。站在飘扬的五星红旗下，3C班的梁煜琛和3D班的江欣洋两位同学与大家分享了一段发生在 1839 年的震撼人心的故事——虎门销烟。他们详细讲述了林则徐爷爷当年在虎门海滩下令销毁鸦片的壮举。 然而，时光流转，毒品这个狡猾的“隐形敌人”却从未真正远离青少年。梁煜琛和江欣洋还告诉同学们，如今，毒品伪装成各种看似无害的形态，如糖果、奶茶，甚至是贴纸等，悄悄潜伏在身边，伺机对青少年伸出魔爪。这些伪装的毒品极具迷惑性，稍不留意就可能陷入危险之中。面对这样的形势，他们倡导全体同学不仅要从历史课本中学习虎门销烟的英勇事迹，更要将“扫除毒害”的意识融入到日常生活的每一个角落。“让我们传承虎门销烟的精神，让‘扫除毒害’的火炬照亮我们成长的每一步！”他们的呼吁在国旗下回响，如同一声声警钟，唤醒了同学们心中对毒品危害的警觉，也点燃了大家共同守护青春、远离毒害的决心。

June marks China’s nationwide Anti-Drug Awareness Month. During a recent flag-raising ceremony, Samuel from Class 3C and Alisa from Class 3D shared the compelling story of the 1839 Humen Opium Destruction. They recounted the heroic actions of Commissioner Lin Zexu, who ordered the destruction of vast quantities of opium on the beaches of Humen. However, as the students emphasized, the threat of drugs - this cunning “invisible enemy” - persists in new forms. Drugs now disguise themselves as seemingly harmless items like candies, milk tea sachets, or even stickers, targeting unsuspecting youth. These deceptions pose significant risks, requiring constant vigilance. Samuel and Alisa urged their fellow students not only to remember the historical lessons of Humen but also to integrate the spirit of “eliminating drug harm” into our daily habits. “Let us carry forward the spirit of Humen,” they declared, “and let the torch of anti-drug awareness illuminate every step of our path!” Their powerful call to action resonated across the campus like alarm bells, reinforcing everyone's determination to safeguard their youth against the dangers of drugs.

仪式尾声，揭晓了近期两项校园活动的获奖名单。在校园墙绘稿征集里，同学们热情高涨，踊跃投稿。经评选，5C班王彦博拔得头筹，斩获特等奖；5E班余姝贻、5C班谢宛廷获一等奖；5X班边梓涵、陈晗语、2C班郝兴霏获二等奖；2I班蔡博宇、蔡悦获三等奖。林红英校长助理和周金凤主任为获奖者颁发了荣誉证书。接下来，艺术组将依据王彦博的画稿，着手校园墙绘，为校园添彩。即日起，艺术组还向5至8年级同学发出邀请，期待大家一同参与墙绘实践活动。上周，“最温暖图书角”评选也已圆满收官。1O、2I、3G、4E、5V、6V、7I、8D班脱颖而出，获此美誉。杨帆校长与第一书记刘晓娟老师为获奖班级代表颁奖。此外，在国防科技大学空天科学学院等主办的“我家阳台看天宫”科普活动中，5E班张芸萱获二等奖，5E班李廷谦、白珺铭、王晨曦，5D班沈青蔓获三等奖。杨校为这些探索星空的小小身影授予了奖励。

At the conclusion of the ceremony, awards were presented for two recent campus initiatives. Following enthusiastic participation in the Campus Mural Design Competition, Wang Yanbo from Class 5C was awarded the Grand Prize. First Place winners were Yu Shuyi from Class 5E and Xie Wanting from Class 5C, while Bian Zihan、Chen Hanyu from Class 5X and Hao Xingfei from Class 2C received Second Place, and Cai Boyu and Cai Yue from Class 2I earned Third Place. Assistant Principal Lin Hongying and Director Zhou Jinfeng presented the certificates. The Art Department will now use Wang Yanbo's winning design to create a new campus mural, inviting students from Grades 5 to 8 to participate in the upcoming painting workshops. Additionally, the “Coziest Book Nook” awards were presented to classes 1O, 2I, 3G, 4E, 5V, 6V, 7I, and 8D, with awards presented to class representatives by Principal Yang Fan and First Secretary Liu Xiaojuan. Furthermore, in the “My Balcony Views of Tiangong” science outreach event organized by the College of Aerospace Science and Engineering (National University of Defense Technology) and partners, Zhang Yunxuan (Class 5E) achieved Second Place, while Li Tingqian, Bai Junming, Wang Chenxi (Class 5E), and Shen Qingman (Class 5D) were awarded Third Place. Principal Yang Fan personally recognized these young astronomy enthusiasts for their accomplishments.

A: Today, the theme of our speech is “Say No to Drugs, benefit the country and the people”.

B:今天，我们国旗下演讲的主题是“扫除毒害，利国利民”。

A：June is China’s national anti-drug propaganda month. Standing under the fluttering national flag, we share with you a story that happened in 1839 - The destruction of opium at Humen.

B: 每年6月，是我国的全民禁毒宣传月，站在飘扬的五星红旗下，我们和大家分享一段发生在1839年的故事——虎门销烟。

A: In June 1839, Lin Zexu ordered the destruction of opium at Humen Beach. The 23-day destruction of opium was like the rumbling of thunder, awakening a sleeping China! At that time, opium was eroding the minds and bodies of the people, breaking families, impoverishing the country, and weakening the army.  Lin Zexu said: “If opium is not eradicated in a single day, I will not return!” He showed us with his actions -- Clearing away the drugs is the bottom line for protecting the family and country!

B: 1839 年 6 月，林则徐爷爷在虎门海滩下令销毁鸦片， 23 天的销烟行动，像一声惊雷，唤醒了沉睡的中国！当时，鸦片侵蚀国人身心，让家庭破碎、国家贫弱，军队无力。林则徐爷爷说：“若鸦片一日未绝，我一日不回！” 他用行动告诉我们：扫除毒害，是守护家国的底线！

A: Nowadays, drugs are more like cunning “invisible enemies”. They appear quietly around us disguised as candy, milk tea, and even stickers. As VBS future teenagers with a sense of patriotism and a global perspective, we must not only learn the history of the destruction of opium at Humen Beach, but also put the awareness of “Saying No to Drugs” into action.

B: 如今，毒品更像狡猾的 “隐形敌人”。它们伪装成糖果、奶茶，甚至是贴纸，悄悄出现在我们身边。作为万双 “具有家国情怀和国际视野的”未来少年，我们不仅要学习虎门销烟的历史，更要把 “扫除毒害” 的意识落实到行动中。

A: In class, we can learn relevant anti-drug knowledge, make anti-drug posters and water relevant science videos, etc. In social practice, we can go into the community to promote anti-drug knowledge to everyone. At home, we should be good “little supervisors” and study to recognize all kinds of hidden drugs with our parents. In daily life, if strangers give you strange candy or drinks, no matter what they say, you must firmly refuse and tell a teacher or parents as soon as possible.

B: 在课堂上，我们可以学习相关禁毒知识，制作禁毒海报和科普视频等；在社会实践中，我们可以走进社区，向叔叔阿姨宣传禁毒知识；在家里，我们更要当好 “小小监督员”，和爸爸妈妈一起筑起家庭防毒墙；日常生活里，如果有陌生人给奇怪的糖果、饮料，不管对方怎么哄骗，都要坚定拒绝，第一时间告诉老师和家长。

A: Let us be inspired by the spirit of the destruction of opium at Humen Beach, and let the torch of “Saying No to Drugs” illuminate every step of our growth!
