万双网讯  为提高学生演讲与表达的综合能力，提升学生的中英文综合素养，让孩子站在舞台中央，2025年5月26日下午6时，万科双语学校第47期E-talk活动在学校剧场举行。100余名师生现场聆听了演讲。活动同时面向全校师生直播。

From the VBS News Network. To enhance students’ comprehensive public speaking and expression skills, improve their bilingual literacy, and place children at the center of the stage, the 47th E-talk event of Vanke Bilingual School was held in the school auditorium at 6 PM on May 26th, 2025. Over 100 teachers and students attended the live event, and was also broadcasted to the entire school.

本次E-talk活动的主题是 “宠物与动物”。来自一至三年级的6名同学用英文进行了精彩的演讲。同学们分享了自己喜爱的动物或一段难忘的养宠经历，评委老师为同学们的精彩表现做了点评。

The theme of this E-talk was “Pets and Animals”. Six students from Grades 1 to 3 delivered wonderful speeches in English, sharing about their favorite animals and unforgettable pet-owning experiences. Judges provided comments on each students’ outstanding performance.

3D 李子陌 Josephine -- My Favourite Ocean Friend- Sea Otters

Li zimo, Josephine, from 3D – My Favorite Ocean Friend – Sea Otters

Josephine同学在“My Favourite Ocean Friend -- Sea Otters”的演讲中介绍了海獭可爱的生活习性，并点明它们栖息在北太平洋的海藻森林中，身上独一无二的毛发代替了鲸脂，成为海獭在冰冷海水中保暖的关键“冬衣”。 Josephine特别强调了毛发清洁对海獭生存的重要性，指出油污会破坏其保暖性能。Josephine讲述了海獭面临的生存困境，历史上，皮毛贸易曾使其濒临灭绝；而现代的海洋污染，尤其是石油泄漏，依然严重威胁着它们的生存。最后，她发出强有力的呼吁，号召大家减少塑料使用、参与海滩清洁、学习海洋知识、保护海洋环境，激励同学们成为守护海洋的英雄。整场演讲结构清晰，图文并茂，兼具知识性、趣味性和深刻的环境保护意识，深深打动了在场观众。评委老师称赞她的演讲语言表达清晰流畅，内容丰富，令人印象深刻。

In her speech “My Favorite Ocean Friend – Sea Otters,” Josephine introduced the lovely living habits of sea otters, noting that they inhabit the kelp forests of the North Pacific. Their unique fur, which replaces blubber, serves as a crucial “winter coat” to keep them warm in icy waters. Josephine emphasized the importance of fur cleanliness for their survival, explaining that water pollution can destroy the fur’s insulating properties. She highlighted their near-extinction due to the fur trade and the ongoing threats from modern marine pollution, especially oil spills. Finally, she passionately called for reducing plastic use, participating in beach cleanups, learning about marine conservation, protecting ocean environments, and inspiring classmates to become heroes for the ocean. Her speech, structured clearly with visuals, combined knowledge, fun, and environmental awareness, deeply moved the audience. Judges praised her clear, fluent language and rich, impressive content.

2F 汪君早 Mike -- My pets

Wang Junzao, Mike from 2F – My Pets

Mike同学大方地向大家介绍了他的三位动物伙伴。首先是他的猫咪，一只两岁、性格友好但有点慵懒的小家伙，演讲中一张猫咪酣睡的照片生动诠释了它的特点。接着登场的是他的仓鼠，被幽默地描述为一位喜欢夜间跑步的小伙伴。Mike还分享了他的两只乌龟的成长过程，通过展示它们从小于手掌到如今比脸还大的对比照片，直观地呈现了小乌龟的快速成长，引发了观众的笑声和惊叹。Mike用简单而真挚的语言，表达了他与宠物们之间的深厚情谊，将它们视为重要的朋友。他的演讲充满了生活气息和个人特色，展现了少年儿童与动物相处的纯真乐趣。评委老师称赞他的发音清晰，分享的内容生动有趣。建议他可以多加一些与观众的眼神互动，让演讲更加生动。

Mike confidently introduced his three animal companions. First, his two-year-old cat, a friendly, but lazy little guy, which was vividly illustrated by a photo of it sleeping soundly. Next was his hamster, humorously described as a “nighttime runner.” Mike also shared the life journey of his two turtles, showing photos from when they were smaller than a palm to now being larger than his face, eliciting laughter and amazement. Using simple, sincere language, he expressed his deep bond with his pets, treating them as dear friends. His speech was full of charm and personal touch, showcasing the pure joy of children interacting with animals. The judges praised his clear pronunciation and lively stories, suggesting he add more eye contact with the audience to enhance engagement.

IX Jojo -- My pet’s growth story

Jojo同学的鹦鹉成长日记揭开了生命奇迹的篇章。她生动地描述了一对牡丹鹦鹉“青苔”（Papa Qing Tai）与“黄杏”（Mama Huang Xing）孵育的完整历程。在一个寒冷的清晨，四枚鹦鹉蛋悄然降临；21天后，三只绒毛蓬松如棉花团的雏鸟破壳而出。她以科学观察者的眼光，记录下亲鸟哺喂"鸟乳"的珍贵画面，更惊喜地发现它们长出黄绿渐变羽毛的奇妙现象。当提到全家轻手轻脚守护鸟巢的温馨场景，以及将幼鸟分享给朋友的爱心传递时，她坚定地宣告：“它们是我永远的家庭成员”，让观众感受到生命教育的深刻内涵。评委老师称赞她声音洪亮，表达清晰有力。

Jojo’s diary on her parrot’s growth unfolded a chronicle of life’s miracles. She vividly described the entire hatching process of a pair of lovebirds, “Papa Qing Tai” and “Mama Huang Xing.” On a cold morning, four eggs appeared; 21 days later, three fluffy chicks hatched like cotton balls. With a scientific eye, she documented the precious sight of the parent birds feeding “bird milk" and the amazing phenomenon of their yellow-green colored feathers growing in. When mentioning her family tiptoeing to protect the nest and sharing the baby birds with friends, her firm declaration, “They are forever family members,” conveyed the profound meaning of life education. Judges praised her strong voice and clear, powerful delivery.

2G 侯彦君 Bella -- My little parrot

Bella同学的演讲如同一堂生动的生命教育课，呈现了科学探究的萌芽。她细致地描绘了爱宠小鹦鹉的独特外貌，雪白羽衣中点缀着头顶金冠与颊侧红霞。当发现鹦鹉颈部突发羽毛脱落时，她焦急地求助母亲，得知这是正常换羽期后，每日精心增加营养补给，期盼新羽早日再生。她感慨道：“我能做的就是为它准备丰盛营养的食物”。这样细腻真实的情感流露，引发了在场同学对动物生理习性的思考，展现了问题解决能力的初步养成。评委老师称赞她的演讲内容丰富，语言表达准确，展现了出色的词汇驾驭能力。

Bella’s speech was a vivid life lesson and a budding example of scientific inquiry. She meticulously described her pet parrot’s unique appearance: snow-white feathers with a golden crown on its head and red patches on its cheeks. When she noticed the sudden loss of feathers on its neck, she anxiously consulted her mother, only to learn it was just normal molting. She then carefully increased its daily nutrition, hoping for new feathers to grow.  “All I can do is prepare nutritious food for it,” she said. This sincere emotional expression sparked reflection on animal biology and demonstrated early problem-solving skills. Judges praised her rich content, accurate language, and excellent command of vocabulary.

2I 陈潇墨 Elvis -- My pet "Egg tart

Elvis同学分享的萌宠故事同样闪耀着责任之光，他与狗狗“蛋挞”的故事充满了乐趣。新年时，父亲送给他一只柴犬‘蛋挞’作为新年礼物”，因酷似狐狸的微笑外貌，常获路人称赞。Elvis特别讲述了“蛋挞”与老年犬“宝来”的暖心互动：即便狗粮被偷走分享，“宝来”也始终宽容相待。当提到爱犬“蛋挞”每日躺卧身侧等待挠痒、对主人充满信任和依赖的场景时，他轻声承诺：“我们将是永远的朋友”，诠释了他与宠物的深厚的情感联结。评委老师称赞他的现场表现从容，演讲流利自信，内容丰富有趣。如果下次个别单词讲得更清楚一些，演讲得会更好。

Elvis’s story with his dog “Egg Tart"" shone with responsibility and joy. His father gave him a Shiba as a New Year gift, whose fox-like smiling face often drew comments from those passing by. He shared the heartwarming interaction between “Egg Tart” and an elderly dog “Bao Lai”: even when “Bao Lai” stole food, “Egg Tart” remained tolerant. Describing how “Egg Tart” lie beside him daily, trusting and dependent, he softly promised,  “We will be friends forever,” embodying their deep bond. Judges praised his calm stage presence, fluency, confidence, and engaging content, suggesting clearer pronunciation of some words for next time.

1G 刘芯右 Melody -- Me and My Pets

一年级的Melody同学的舞台充满欢快气息，奏响了“夏日萌宠三重奏”。她详细地讲述了自己照料三只宠物的日常。首先出场的是一只可爱的小黄鸭，她为它取名为 “芝士”。在Melody同学每日的精心照料下，她惊奇地发现小家伙最爱吃的水果居然是西瓜。接下来登场的是“卷卷”，这只泰迪犬蓬松的卷毛如同刚拆封的巧克力卷，但最令Melody惊叹的是它无穷的精力。他们总是一起玩耍抛接球游戏，小小的互动也揭示了深刻的道理，陪伴亦是双向成长。更有趣的是第三只萌宠，仓鼠“球球”。她幽默地向大家分享了“球球”咬手指脚趾的顽皮行径。最后“它们教会我负责与关爱”的成长宣言，让观众看到一年级的Melody在这一次次生命教育中收获的坚韧与温柔。评委称赞她的演讲生动有趣，表达流畅清晰，让人印象深刻。

Melody brought cheerful energy to the stage with her speech on the “Summer Pet Trio.” She detailed her daily care of three pets: first, a cute duckling named “Cheese,” who surprisingly loved watermelon; then “Juanjuan,” a teddy with fluffy curls like a chocolate roll, whose endless energy made their ball-tossing games unforgettable; and finally, the hamster “Qiuqiu,” whose playful habit of nibbling fingers and toes sparked laughter. On the stage she declared, “They taught me responsibility and care,” which showed how this young student gained resilience and tenderness through life lessons. Judges praised her lively, fluent speech, calling it deeply memorable.

万科双语学校E-talk活动每周举行一次，学生自主报名参与，中文、英文均可，老师将相同或相似主题的演讲者安排在同一期演讲，主旨是让学生做到能说、会说、敢说，善思、善辩、善究。

The E-talk activity of Vanke Bilingual School is held once a week. Students can sign up to participate on their own. Both Chinese and English are accepted. The teacher arranges speakers with the same or similar topics to give speeches in the same period. The purpose is to enable students to be able to speak freely, confidently and bravely; to be good at thinking, debating, and doing research.

E-talk的舞台是开放的，我们欢迎每一位VBS未来少年来到这里，站在聚光灯下，向世界展示自己的独特魅力；我们鼓励孩子们挑战自我，突破困境；我们相信，每一个孩子都有无限的潜力，只要他们有勇气站上舞台，就有可能成为真正的演讲者。

The stage of E-talk is open. We welcome every future teenager of VBS to come here, stand in the spotlight, and show their unique charm to the world; we encourage children to challenge themselves and break through difficulties; we believe that every child has unlimited potential. As long as they have the courage to stand on the stage, they may become real speakers.

让我们一起期待，在E-talk的舞台上，VBS未来少年们将如何用他们的声音，引领我们走进他们的世界，感受他们的热情与活力。

Let us look forward to how the future teenagers of VBS will use their voices to lead us into their world and feel their enthusiasm and vitality on the E-talk stage.
