万双网讯  为提高学生演讲与表达的综合能力,提升学生的中英文综合素养,让孩子站在舞台中央,2025年5月19日下午6时,万科双语学校第46期E-talk活动在学校剧场举行。100余名师生现场聆听了演讲。活动同时面向全校师生直播。


In order to improve students’ comprehensive abilities of speech and expression, improve students’ literacy in Chinese and English, and let children stand in the center of the stage, at 6 p.m. on May 19, 2025, the 46th E-talk activity of Vanke Bilingual School was held in the school theater. More than 100 teachers and students listened to the speech. The event was also broadcast live to all teachers and students.

本次E-talk活动的主题是 “追光”。来自四至六年级6名同学用中文进行了精彩的演讲。同学们分享了照亮他们生活的不同的“光”,评委老师为同学们的精彩表现做了点评。


The theme of this E-talk event is “Chasing the Light”. Six students from grades 4 to 6 gave wonderful presentations in Chinese. The students shared about the different “lights” that illuminated their lives, and the judges commented on the wonderful performances of the students.

 

4I班 康子骞:追光而行——神话里的中华脊梁

4I Kang Ziqian: Chasing the Light - the backbone of China in mythology

4I班康子骞同学《追光而行——神话里的中华脊梁》的演讲中,以射日的后羿、填海的精卫、挥舞战斧的刑天、移山的愚公、治水的大禹等神话人物为切入点,深入阐述他们所代表的勇气、希望、不屈、传承与智慧之光。演讲结合华为突破芯片封锁、国家在沙漠化地区打造百万亩绿洲等现代事例,展现神话精神的现实延续,呼吁少年以神话精神为指引,勇做中华文明的继承者与未来篇章的书写者。评委点评道:“子骞,你的演讲主题鲜明,以‘神话中的中华脊梁’串联内容,构思巧妙。语言富有感染力,特别流畅,善用排比、比喻等修辞增强气势。结合现实案例,从个人学习到国家发展,层次清晰。”


In his speech “Chasing the Light - The Backbone of China in Mythology”, Kang Ziqian, a student from Class 4I, took mythological characters such as Houyi who shot the sun, Jingwei who reclaimed the sea, Xingtian who wielded a tomahawk, Yugong who moved mountains, and Dayu who controlled the water, and elaborated on the courage, hope, unyielding, inheritance and wisdom they represented. The speech used modern examples such as Huawei’s breakthrough in the chip blockade and the country’s creation of a million-acre oasis in desertified areas, showing true examples of mythology, and calling on young people to be guided by these stories and bravely inherit Chinese culture and because the writers of future chapters. The judges commented: “Ziqian, the theme of your speech is clear, and the content is cleverly prepared under the theme of ‘The Backbone of China in Mythology’. The language is profound, particularly fluent, and makes good use of literary devices such as analogies and metaphors to enhance its momentum. Combined with real-life cases of personal learning and national development, the level is clear. ”

4O班 夏念桉:我们都是勇敢的追光者

Class 4O Xia Nianan: We are all brave chasers of light

4O班夏念桉同学“光”为线索,在演讲中讲述了夸父逐日的信念之光、匡衡凿壁偷光的求知之光、邓稼先等科学家铸就的民族之光、白衣天使逆行的希望之光、老师教导学生的成长之光。还结合自身在学习中克服困难的经历,呼吁同学们在贸易战、科技竞争等时代背景下,为民族复兴而读书,通过每天进步积累能量,既追光也成为光,让生命因光芒而璀璨。评委点评道:“念桉,此刻站在台上的你身上散发着自信的光,你的演讲紧扣“追光者”的主题,以求知、民族等多束“光”串联事例,让人们看见散落在生活各处的光,令人动容,生动励志。我想老师们追求的光是学生们眼中闪烁着的对知识的渴求之光,是孩子们每一次成长蜕变的喜悦之光,更是坚信你们未来能绽放无限可能的希望之光。”


Xia Nianyu, a student from Class 4O, took the word “light” as a key and explained in her speech about the light of Kuafu’s day-by-day faith, the light of knowledge that Kuang Heng used to chisel the wall in order to steal the light, the light of the nation cast by scientists such as Deng Jiaxian, the light of hope of the angels in white retrograde, and the light of growing given by teachers to students. Combined with his own experience of overcoming difficulties in learning, he called on students to study for national rejuvenation in the context of trade wars, scientific and technological competition and all other times, accumulate energy for daily life, both chase the light and become the light, and let life shine. The judges commented: “Nianan, standing on the stage at this moment, you exude a confident light, your speech is closely related to the theme of ‘light chaser’, with multiple ‘light’ series examples such as knowledge and nationality, so that people can see that light is scattered everywhere; it is moving, vivid and inspirational. 5O班宋陈萱洛同学《逐光而行,追梦不止》演讲中,以自身经历展现了追光的历程,用行动诠释:真正的光芒,诞生于永不言弃的坚持。她以张雨霏的追光进程开始自己的演讲,进而谈及自己学习小提琴的经历,最后向全体同学发出号召:向着光的方向,勇敢前行!评委点评道:“萱洛同学以张雨霏的事例,加上自己的亲身感受,很好地吸引到观众的关注,也引起了大家的共鸣,这样的演讲既有感染力,又有说服力,加上你坚定的眼神和肢体语言,相信大家都会朝着有光的方向勇敢前行。”


In her speech on “Chasing the Light, Chasing Dreams”, Song Chenxuanluo, a student from Class 5O, showed the process of chasing light with his own experience, which she interpreted by saying: The real light is born from the persistence of never giving up. She started her speech with Zhang Yufei’s process of chasing the light, and then talked about her own experience of learning the violin, and finally issued a call to all students: move forward bravely towards the light! The judges commented: “Xuanluo’s example of Zhang Yufei, coupled with her own personal feelings, attracted the attention of the audience very well, and also resonated with everyone, such a speech is both infectious and convincing, coupled with your firm gaze and body language, I believe everyone will move forward bravely towards the light.”

Class 5Y Zhang Yaen: Chase that bright light

5Y班张雅恩同学《追逐那束明亮的光》演讲中,以“光”为意象,贯穿古今,将李时珍的医者仁心、诸葛亮的智慧忠义、岳飞的爱国热血,与王亚平太空逐梦、全红婵奥运拼搏的当代星光相映照,揭示出专业精神与家国情怀如何铸就永恒光芒。针对青少年过度追捧娱乐明星现象,她批判“流量烟花”的精神空洞,呼吁以科学家、运动员等专业奋斗者为人生灯塔。张雅恩同学这场诗性与思辨交融的演讲,既激活了中华精神基因的传承,更为青少年锚定价值坐标,彰显了新时代少年对信仰与责任的觉醒。评委点评道:“雅恩,你的演讲主题紧扣时代脉搏,通过历史与现实榜样的对照,形成了强烈的思想冲击。而且你用诗意的语言将光具象化,生动地诠释了榜样的力量,引发听众的共鸣。结构层层递进,批判与呼吁结合,观点鲜明,语调抑扬顿挫,很具有感染力!”


In her speech “Chasing That Bright Light”, Zhang Yaen, a student from Class 5Y, used “light” as imagery for the past and present, and reflected on Li Shizhen’s benevolence as a doctor, Zhuge Liang’s wisdom and loyalty, and Yue Fei’s patriotic blood, as well as Wang Yaping’s dreams for space exploration and Quan Hongchan's Olympic struggle, revealing how professionalism and family and country responsibilities cast eternal light. In response to the phenomenon of teenagers’ excessive pursuit of entertainment stars, she criticized the spiritual emptiness of “traffic fireworks” and called for scientists, athletes and other professionals to be the beacon of life. Zhang Yaen’s use of poetry and speculation not only sparked thoughts about Chinese spirituality, but also anchored the values of young people, highlighting an awakening in the new era for faith and responsibility. The judges commented: “Yaen, the theme of your speech closely follows the pulse of the times, and through the comparison of historical and realistic examples, it has formed a strong ideological impact. And your use of poetic language to visualize light, vividly illustrating its power to the audience. The structure is progressive, it includes both criticism and appeal, the views are clear, and the tone is subdued. It was a very infectious speech!”

Class 6F Jiang Yuming: The Philosophy of Dreams

6F班江禹铭化身青春引航者,以“追光”为弦,奏响一曲激昂的梦想乐章。他以诗意的笔触,将青春与追光交融,用毛泽东突破思想藩篱的传奇,串联起自己在数学星海中披荆斩棘的逐梦之旅。那些对挫折的无畏解读,对自我选择的坚定呐喊,似闪耀的星辰,照亮了演讲现场。字句间流淌的执着与信念,在听众心中激起层层涟漪,让每一颗上进的心,都燃起向光而行、奔赴星辰的壮志豪情。评委点评道:“禹铭,你围绕“追光”畅谈梦想,以毛主席突破旧思想的事例引出自己追逐奥数梦的经历,回首来时路,只觉得“轻舟过万重山”,非常能够激发听众的共鸣,富有感染力,希望这束光能一直照亮你的未来之路。”


Jiang Yuming of Class 6F talked about being a youth pilot, using “chasing the light” as a link to a passionate dream. With poetic brushstrokes, he blended youth and light, and used the legend of Mao Zedong to break through ideological barriers, illustrating his dream journey in a sea of mathematical stars. The fearless interpretations of setbacks and self-choice to illuminate the speech like shining stars. The perseverance and belief flowing from the words stirred the hearts of the audience, so that every person was ignited with ambition and the pride of walking towards the light to run with the stars. The judges commented: “Yu Ming, you talk about your dreams of ‘chasing the light’, and use the example of Chairman Mao’s breakthrough of the old ideas to lead to your own experience of chasing the dream of the Olympiad.”

4F班 张珈瑞同学:点亮世界的力量

4F Zhang Jiarui: The power to light up the world

4F班张珈瑞同学《点亮世界的力量》演讲中,通过讲述清洁工人、消防员和外卖小哥等平凡英雄的故事,展现了普通人如何以微小但重要的方式为社会贡献力量。他强调这些平凡英雄用实际行动温暖了城市,从清晨四点就开始工作的清洁工人到勇敢冲向火场的消防员,再到风雨无阻的外卖小哥,他们都在用自己的努力让城市更加美好。此外,他还分享了自己作为“水杯管理员”、“生活老师助手”和“灯长”的经历,说明每个人都可以从小事做起,传递善意与希望。张珈瑞呼吁大家行动起来,用点滴努力汇聚成照亮世界的光芒,因为最美的风景正是普通人散发出的光和热。这份演讲激励听众珍惜并发挥自己的力量,共同创造更美好的世界。评委老师点评道:“珈瑞,你的演讲非常出色。你通过清洁工人、消防员、外卖小哥以及无国界医生,这些平凡英雄默默奉献的故事,向大家传递了‘微光汇聚成大爱’的理念。你的演讲不仅层次丰富,还让老师看到了你的家国情怀和国际视野,正如《孤勇者》唱的那样:谁说站在光里的才算英雄?相信有那么多与你一样传递光的少年,未来的世界一定更加明亮! ”


In his speech “The Power to Light Up the World”, Zhang Jiarui, a student from Class 4F, showed how ordinary people can contribute to society in small but important ways by telling the stories of ordinary heroes such as cleaners, firefighters and food delivery boys. He emphasized that these ordinary heroes have warmed the city with their simple actions, from the cleaning workers who start working at 4 o’clock in the morning to the firefighters who bravely rush to fires, and then to the food delivery worker who, rain or shine, are using all their effort to make the city a better place. In addition, he also shared his experience as a “water cup manager”, “life teacher’s assistant” and “lamp chief”, explaining that everyone can start from these small things to convey kindness and hope. Zhang Jiarui called on everyone to take action and use every bit of effort to gather the light that illuminates the world, because the most beautiful scenery is the light emitted by ordinary people. This talk inspired the audience to cherish and use their power to create a better world together. The judges commented: “Jiarui, your speech was excellent. Through the stories of cleaning workers, firefighters, food delivery boys, and doctors without borders, these ordinary heroes all show silent dedication, you convey the concept of ‘small glimmers that converge into great love’. Your speech was not only rich in layers, but also allowed the teacher to see your feelings for your family and country as well as your international vision, just as ‘The Lonely Brave’ sings: Who said that only those who stand in the light are heroes? I believe that there are so many teenagers who can pass on the light like you, and the future world will be brighter! ”

万科双语学校E-talk活动每周举行一次,学生自主报名参与,中文、英文均可,老师将相同或相似主题的演讲者安排在同一期演讲,主旨是让学生做到能说、会说、敢说,善思、善辩、善究。

 

The E-talk activity of Vanke Bilingual School is held once a week. Students can sign up to participate on their own. Both Chinese and English are accepted. The teacher arranges speakers with the same or similar topics to give speeches in the same period. The purpose is to enable students to be able to speak freely, confidently and bravely; to be good at thinking, debating, and doing research.

 

E-talk的舞台是开放的,我们欢迎每一位VBS未来少年来到这里,站在聚光灯下,向世界展示自己的独特魅力;我们鼓励孩子们挑战自我,突破困境;我们相信,每一个孩子都有无限的潜力,只要他们有勇气站上舞台,就有可能成为真正的演讲者。

 

The stage of E-talk is open. We welcome every future teenager of VBS to come here, stand in the spotlight, and show their unique charm to the world; we encourage children to challenge themselves and break through difficulties; we believe that every child has unlimited potential. As long as they have the courage to stand on the stage, they may become real speakers.

6F班江禹铭化身青春引航者,以“追光”为弦,奏响一曲激昂的梦想乐章。他以诗意的笔触,将青春与追光交融,用毛泽东突破思想藩篱的传奇,串联起自己在数学星海中披荆斩棘的逐梦之旅。那些对挫折的无畏解读,对自我选择的坚定呐喊,似闪耀的星辰,照亮了演讲现场。字句间流淌的执着与信念,在听众心中激起层层涟漪,让每一颗上进的心,都燃起向光而行、奔赴星辰的壮志豪情。评委点评道:“禹铭,你围绕“追光”畅谈梦想,以毛主席突破旧思想的事例引出自己追逐奥数梦的经历,回首来时路,只觉得“轻舟过万重山”,非常能够激发听众的共鸣,富有感染力,希望这束光能一直照亮你的未来之路。”


Jiang Yuming of Class 6F talked about being a youth pilot, using “chasing the light” as a link to a passionate dream. With poetic brushstrokes, he blended youth and light, and used the legend of Mao Zedong to break through ideological barriers, illustrating his dream journey in a sea of mathematical stars. The fearless interpretations of setbacks and self-choice to illuminate the speech like shining stars. The perseverance and belief flowing from the words stirred the hearts of the audience, so that every person was ignited with ambition and the pride of walking towards the light to run with the stars. The judges commented: “Yu Ming, you talk about your dreams of ‘chasing the light’, and use the example of Chairman Mao’s breakthrough of the old ideas to lead to your own experience of chasing the dream of the Olympiad.”

4F班张珈瑞同学《点亮世界的力量》演讲中,通过讲述清洁工人、消防员和外卖小哥等平凡英雄的故事,展现了普通人如何以微小但重要的方式为社会贡献力量。他强调这些平凡英雄用实际行动温暖了城市,从清晨四点就开始工作的清洁工人到勇敢冲向火场的消防员,再到风雨无阻的外卖小哥,他们都在用自己的努力让城市更加美好。此外,他还分享了自己作为“水杯管理员”、“生活老师助手”和“灯长”的经历,说明每个人都可以从小事做起,传递善意与希望。张珈瑞呼吁大家行动起来,用点滴努力汇聚成照亮世界的光芒,因为最美的风景正是普通人散发出的光和热。这份演讲激励听众珍惜并发挥自己的力量,共同创造更美好的世界。评委老师点评道:“珈瑞,你的演讲非常出色。你通过清洁工人、消防员、外卖小哥以及无国界医生,这些平凡英雄默默奉献的故事,向大家传递了‘微光汇聚成大爱’的理念。你的演讲不仅层次丰富,还让老师看到了你的家国情怀和国际视野,正如《孤勇者》唱的那样:谁说站在光里的才算英雄?相信有那么多与你一样传递光的少年,未来的世界一定更加明亮! ”


In his speech “The Power to Light Up the World”, Zhang Jiarui, a student from Class 4F, showed how ordinary people can contribute to society in small but important ways by telling the stories of ordinary heroes such as cleaners, firefighters and food delivery boys. He emphasized that these ordinary heroes have warmed the city with their simple actions, from the cleaning workers who start working at 4 o’clock in the morning to the firefighters who bravely rush to fires, and then to the food delivery worker who, rain or shine, are using all their effort to make the city a better place. In addition, he also shared his experience as a “water cup manager”, “life teacher’s assistant” and “lamp chief”, explaining that everyone can start from these small things to convey kindness and hope. Zhang Jiarui called on everyone to take action and use every bit of effort to gather the light that illuminates the world, because the most beautiful scenery is the light emitted by ordinary people. This talk inspired the audience to cherish and use their power to create a better world together. The judges commented: “Jiarui, your speech was excellent. Through the stories of cleaning workers, firefighters, food delivery boys, and doctors without borders, these ordinary heroes all show silent dedication, you convey the concept of ‘small glimmers that converge into great love’. Your speech was not only rich in layers, but also allowed the teacher to see your feelings for your family and country as well as your international vision, just as ‘The Lonely Brave’ sings: Who said that only those who stand in the light are heroes? I believe that there are so many teenagers who can pass on the light like you, and the future world will be brighter! ”

万科双语学校E-talk活动每周举行一次,学生自主报名参与,中文、英文均可,老师将相同或相似主题的演讲者安排在同一期演讲,主旨是让学生做到能说、会说、敢说,善思、善辩、善究。

 

The E-talk activity of Vanke Bilingual School is held once a week. Students can sign up to participate on their own. Both Chinese and English are accepted. The teacher arranges speakers with the same or similar topics to give speeches in the same period. The purpose is to enable students to be able to speak freely, confidently and bravely; to be good at thinking, debating, and doing research.

 

E-talk的舞台是开放的,我们欢迎每一位VBS未来少年来到这里,站在聚光灯下,向世界展示自己的独特魅力;我们鼓励孩子们挑战自我,突破困境;我们相信,每一个孩子都有无限的潜力,只要他们有勇气站上舞台,就有可能成为真正的演讲者。

 

The stage of E-talk is open.
